Will Ethereum drop below $240 again do you believe?

Yes, I believe that it can drop below $240. What do you expect with ethereum? won't there be a chance for it to go lower? the market swings from time to time and it can go as high as possible but it can go lower than that.

We already saw it dropped up to $80 and that's totally a very disappointing moment for me. But with the good setting and trend today, it has risen back to $250 and about to reach back to $300 very soon.

We are not too far away from reaching to this price and its happening due to the dump on bitcoin.Looks like the sudden bump of cryptos were over and now we entered into the side way market and good time for the day traders to make more money.

It is possible for ETH to drop down from 240$ price if bitcoin lose values ,the fact is its because of bitcoin price surging that's why ETH was able to surge pass 200$,in crypto space anything is possible either positive or negative

It's possible to happen and i believe that but we need to check the market condition right now, it will stay around $250 per ethereum. If another fall happened, then it will go down to under $240 or even more. If there is no crash, then it will stable at $250 or even $260. We need to wait first to check it.

There is a chance but if incase it will drop to below 240$ again, it is only temporary and in the following days the price will recover again. Ethereum price is keep on increasing and there is a little decrease which is only part of how the market flows.

We all know that as of now Eth is deriving its main strength from Bitcoin and so the direction of where bitcoin is going can be the same direction that Eth is following. I am predicting that soon Eth will be $300 and it can happen days from now.

in short term? maybe, because they have been pumping it hard even though the price movement doesn't show it (because people are dumping more than the pump) but i don't think it can go down.

in long term? for sure. ethereum is broken already and has a huge supply so it has to go down, there is simply no other future for it.

Well that's the market for you. As of 2days ago the market plunged Bitcoin went down to at about 7000 and ethereum went down to 230 but yesterday showed a great sign as price went up again.

240$ is not a strong support, if the BTC falls off the support of 7500$ then surely ETH will fall below 240$, maybe 220$. And this is very easy to happen

Decreasing of ethereum price is possible, ethereum coin to drop at $240 is possible yet it is the fluctuation activity of the market, i think even below $200 still possible for ethereum to slip down its price, unless bull market is occuring.

I think if eth sustains above 240 it will not go down but up but if it closes below 240 today then we can expect more correction to may be 180 levels, the double top pattern is shaping up on daily chart but i hope it will be broken upwards and if not then 180 to 200 could be the next support.

Yes, this is possible that ethereum can drop to $240. Not today but within 2-3 days. Or it may even go below $200. When I am writing this, the price of ETH is around $256.
At the momnet, even though markets are in green and continuing towards upside, there is no strong situation which will keep sustain this cryptocurrency market. In normal scenario when there are no market movers, market is like oscillator. We should just check when to enter and when to exit. THis is only for short term trading. For long term holders, there is no need to check market everyday or every week, but to accumulate more or to average the investment when market goes downwards. In the near future(until December 2019), if there is no bad news, ETH may touch $500.

Possible. Crypto market isnt stable as like the stock market. Anything can happened in this volatile market. But many good news pouring on ethereum network as there are big projects that wanted to collaborate with them such as samsung firm, chainlink and still been used by majority of ICO projects and big tech company. I believe even Harmony will still rely on eth network for the time being while still waiting for their own net. Well, I would say that everything has a possibility to happen. I mean, as much as it can fall below 240 dollars, it can also climb up to as high as 300 dollars, but the big question is, how long it will take or when it will happen. Those are just several considerations one investing in the cryptocurrency market should answer and be aware of, at least, if one will be ready for all that could happen, it will be easier to set up a contingency that could really help you do your business in the market without actually having to think of losing all your investment all the time. I hope it does because with muy investment money i am not able to do good trading Right now. When it gets below 150 again I'm going to get inti the game again. Well I am rather a bit optimist about it and think it will rise instead. Since the market follows a cyclical way of operations, there could be fall as well but I thing the average rise is always more than the average fall which makes this coins a hot asset to invest in and now is the best time to do that. ETH will regain its lost legacy in future.

Ethereum cost around $250 so a small drop of more than 4% and Ethereum will cost less than $240 the price of Ethereum follow bitcoins movement, I don't think Ethereum will go above 0.04 BTC anytime soon but will stay in the 0.02 to 0.04 BTC  range.

This is why I disagreed with the original OP as well as this statement. The truth is, there is no price altcoins can't fall below, especially regarding 10% drops. This was one of these topics that indicated to me a pull back was inevitable, 80-90% of people are still bullish despite the market doubling in value. The greed index is through the roof.

I don't think so, no. Crypto price do tend to go through big boom and bust cycles, but the overall trend is upwards - at least for good coins like ETH. Given that the last low was around $80, and the last high around $1400, I would estimate that the next low would be over $500. Prices are rising at the moment, and we may see small pullbacks as we had yesterday, but we should keep going up for a while yet.

The charts doesn't look so in my opinion plus Ethereum has strong announcements coming up in few months time. The long term charts are bullish. It has only stuttered like other top ten altcoins because of the bullish condition of bitcoin.

Ethereum has performed very well this days than the experience we have ending of last year and early this year. For those that did not hold any unit of ethereum I still believe that you can buy now before the next mooning.

We can't really tell, I mean no one expected the price to plummet at $80.00 so everything is possible. However, it has broken an important mental barrier that is $300 so for me this is very important accomplished already. It means that investors are into ETH again, but just prepare for every scenario so that you won't be disappointment at the end.

Agreed when bitcoin was mooning it went to the highest of the year reaching $352, and the same didn't sustain for a longer time period. Even now I don't find any form of individual growth as the market of ethereum fell along with the value of bitcoin. Don't say it's impossible, everything is possible even when making a strong analysis, everything can happen otherwise. we've seen ethereum go down, and bitcoin is also down. now maybe things are pretty good, but still be aware of a decline that might happen at any time, even after the pump.

All predictions were unexpected and ETH returned to $200 in a very short time. I think that Libra should not interest us as investors in cryptocurrency. This is the same as investing in USDT. At its core, Libra will be a tool for trading on the cryptocurrency market.

Facebook libra plan to make it stable price so yes it will look like the same as USDT.

I dont think libre can be tool for trading . Libra will have their own use can be use many market will accept libra as mode of payment online which will make it more easier to people to pay. For example for in uber they can use libra instead of cash.

If they claim that their coin can be used to be payment for something outside their platform, maybe that will be really good. Because at least cryptocurrency is really used in daily life but maybe will need time for it. Just see if they can realize that thing or maybe only to be payment in facebook platform.

Actually it’s below 180 an still struggling ,anyway there’s nothing to be afraid because even bitcoin and all altcoins are bleeding so I think we’re just on downtrend and looking for another chance to back on track

I really hope this 2.0 updates helps out everyone but seriously stop counting on it way too much it might not come sooner and when it comes lets hope we dont get bakkt Not saying we might, Is likely impossible but dont get such high hopes for it just yet

it all depends on market conditions if, the market has a positive response then he will go up if not, will go down.
now market conditions are bad and tend to be stable so ETH is at 180-190 even worse a few weeks before.

Ethereum may not reach its all time high again but it should cross 500$ in the midterm if the ethereum 2.0 is successful.

Version upgrade might be caused many bugs and it's very agile for ethereum.
I think they need to do a quality assurance of the system many times before they launch the new version
