Contact the casino team support and ask why it takes too long to process your payout. Try to check if you haven't violated their terms and regulations of their site. If they just won't do it then it means they don't want to pay gamblers who won huge amount as it also happen to other gamblers who won huge amount and withdraw but not a single btc that the gambler got from the casino.

Ask for their support services. Would you mind naming that online casino for us to be aware of that scenario also.

Maybe your withdrawal is pending for review as it is a huge amount, better add some details on your problem.

Would you mind on telling on what gambling site you are talking to? So that we would able to check out its legitimacy.Delayed payments is inevitable but when we do talk about days of delays then its an another story.
Did you already sent out ticket support?

What casino are we talking about?  before posting about your issues here I think that you should contact the support team they would tell you what's going on.
If you are sending your withdrawal to an exchange that can in some cases also be a problem.

We first need to know the name of the casino. If it is one of the trusted casinos which have a thread in the forum here I am sure that they will sort things out.

The real problem is if you were lured into a casino which had a lot of good flashing banners but is not well known in our gambling community here as it means in most of the cases that this casino probably is a scam casino.I hope you have not run into one such casino.

What site is that? you have to contact the customer services or anyone who are connected to that gambling site and tell them your problem.
If there's a delay on my withdrawal, I would get out of my money and i will not let that casino to take my money easily. I'll expose their shit sites if they can't pay me that's how you make shit with the gambling sites who you can't trust.

Then I think that the site is not a good gambling website because they delay the payment.
Did you ask them by contacting the support system?
Because if one gambling site has offered something good for the gamblers, but they don't have an active support system, then we need to curious and suspicious, why they don't reply the message from the members.
And if we wait for days but they still don't reply to the message then the site could be another scam or they are very busy to reply one by one of the messages from the members.
My suggestion is to give them another time and let them reply to you, and if they are not giving any reply, then you need to leave the website and moves to another gambling website.

Being impatient is normal since we are already talking about days of waiting which a gambling sites musnt do.There are lots of shady gambling
sites nowadays and I hope you didn't able to hope out on one of these things because if you do then high chance that you have been scammed.
You haven't clarified yet on what site did you play on.

First, if you don't mind just let us know what gambling site are you talking about and we can give feedback on that gambling site. If that legit gambling site or already have a record of being a shitty activity. You didn't have anything to do is to contact their support team or if they have chatbox from other users you can talk to them regarding your problem if what they have experienced on that gambling site.

Contact the support of the site every now and then, and if that doesn't work or they're taking a long time to respond, make a thread about that casino in this part of the forum and make some noise around here. The latter doesn't always work because not every casino has representatives that browse this forum (and some just don't care what people say about 'em here), but it's worth a shot if the site's not responding.

As others have already mentioned here, there's also the chance that the casino you played on is a scam site. It'd be possible for us to determine whether or not the site's a scam by telling us what site you used, but the slow support's not a good sign already.

First determine the reason why the site is holding yiur withdrawal or whats the cause of the delay. Is it site error or you missed to comply on a site requirement thats why your payment is still on hold. What is the site anyway? How about posting the screen shot conversation here if there is. Most of the known online casino that accepts Crypto has a representative here in this forum, maybe its a good idea to reach out to them here as well.

We can't just conclude on that. Even the best of instant payment sites delays payment if they find something suspicious.
Double withdrawing and using gambling site as a mixer has been the major reason for such delays.
It would have been better if the OP would have included the name of the site. But as he had not responded till, I suppose his problem was solved by the support.

unless we know the name of the casino, we cant really judge why your payment has been delayed. It could be because of KYC issue, it could be that you hold a certain amount of the funds in bonus(which has its own terms and conditions) etc. WE need more info and unless you provide it. I dont think theres anything we can do to help or advise about.

Please share the name of the casino for us to guide you till conclusion. I hope you have checked their reputation before depositing funds and found no red flag.

Also try to connect with them through bitcointalk thread if available. I am sure you had contacted their support team but nothing changed post that, so it is wise for you to get in touch with them through their social presence.

That just means that you have already withdrawn the money? I am sure there some blockchain record out of your cash out or transaction ID's. Maybe it was just delayed or in some point the casino have another issue with your account for instance kyc and other security measures. No known online casino would put their name on an edge of the knife with just rumors of withdrawing payouts delays so they sure have their reasons.

You are having issues with withdrawal or getting the rewards from bets?

All you have to do is contact the support team of that site and also you can create a thread on scam accusation if there is no reply from them.

I bet it’s not a familiar casino site, I am very sure that the OP has tried one of those new sites with good promises and offers that would be hard to keep up with, if it was one of the common sites, he would have been so fast to drop names. This is always the mistakes with these gamblers, play on familiar sites they wouldn’t and when there is an issue they are back on the forum.

I hope the OP has not been duped because from the post, a site that has refused to give any tangible explanation on the reason for holding unto payment for days is nothing but a scam site. I cant even handle a site that will hold my payment for more than 5 hours let alone days. Please report that site as soon as possible.

If it is a well known site they are not going to risk their reputation scamming a member just like that. But if you deposited money on a new or unknown site which is only there to scam people out of their money there is not much anyone can do to help you that hasn't already been suggested.

Manual withdrawals are a normal thing. A casino needs to check if your winnings are in accordance to their TOS and that you didn't use any illegal ways or methods to win, including multiple accounts etc.

In cases like this, we are all aware that the control of the money is always in the hands of the online casino. Yes, the best thing to do is to contact customer support and tell them the problem and if nobody is responding with the problem for days maybe there is nothing you can do but to expect that greed has come their way that's why they don't want to transfer the money. This can be the problem with some online casino that is why choosing the best is the option one should do before playing and wagering money.

I don't know how long you can wait, but if really want to get help from the community, you can make a scam accusation here,
since it's already a scam act for withholding your money for that long.

Its still normal . Id also witnessed the same scenario on the past but the issue happened on a reputable site where a user is having a problem with his withdrawals . That happens because he did some minor violations that is against the t.o.s of the site that he was using  .  Luckily the case has been solved because the site owner forgive him  and he have only given a warning  .

Can you mention the name of the site where you are getting delayed for your payments? Somesites will process manually for the first transaction and some other have different fee for instant and queued transactions so are you sure that you had paid fee for the instant transaction if you are wanting your transactions to be happen soon.

First of all which Casino is that, you should have mentioned the name of the casino. Another question for you is whether this is your first time of playing and winning in this casino site? Have You been playing on their site before and making instant withdrawals? If not, and if this is your first time, then it is likely that you have fallen into the hands of the casino scam sites.

And what are their payment methods, do they pay their players with Bitcoin? If Yes and you still haven't received your payment till now, you should try contacting their support and explaining to them in a gentle way, to see what's going to be their reaction. The reply they give to you will show whether they are scammers or not. And try to be careful which site you choose these days cause there are lots of scammers online this time around.

Can you mention the site you played with ? Probably check reviews of it online and the first thing i would do is contact customer live service if they got and ask the reason for delay . There is plenty of bitcointalk threads where people report withdrawal delays , but most of them got fixed after few days . Depends on the site you was playing on

Maybe your withdrawal is pending for review as it is a huge amount, better add some details on your problem.

I think OP is afraid that he will not get paid eventually for posting it here, but he should, because they will be alarmed and they will lose their reputation if they did not resolve his issue fast, especially if the gambling site is a popular one.

The amount would really matter, maybe the amount involve is just a small amount.
Casinos when reputable would not do anything stupid as it might tarnish their reputation, and when that happens, they will be losing clients.

Apparently you were edited your post and seem the gambling site which you playing is KYC required before able to withdraw your money balance and if this is legit site i think nothing to worried about that because you were attempts to verify your account by submitting your personal information which mean you only have to wait until they verified your account but it could be different if you were play at scam casino because although you submit your KYC but i'm not sure they will allowed you to withdraw your money

PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.
So it is still your own fault so you wont really have any options but to comply with that KYC thing if you do like to pull out that payment.

Most people dont really care at all on reading up Gambling sites ToS anytime when they are trying to play. They would just realize later on when they do experience or face up problems.

If KYC is the only way to get your money, then why you do not fill it? Previously you posted something related to KYC and as I understand you are not someone who are against KYC in gambling. There must be a valid reason why the site asks you for KYC, but I wont speculate about it since you do not even mention the name of the site.

The post that I'm referring to:

But what is really bad about submitting KYC? Is it not just filling of personal information? This is what i do in most exchanges when i want to carry out a transaction  and even ICOs

What online casino site you are referring to?

No one can help you here but only them. If the said casino does quite have an active thread with an active representative here, they might look at it but believed me, the response will be the same, submit KYC.

If ever they asked for it, then you have no choice but to comply on it. The purpose is to withdraw the money after all.

You may look at their terms about KYC (CTRL + F "KYC").

Please write domain of casino here to know about which one do we talk. Maybe you are playing on scam casino, in this situation I doubt doing KYC will be good but maybe you are playing on trustworthy websites, let us know where you play to suggest you something.
You wouldn't see that before starting gambling but pleqse check their tos and policy also before playing, they require KYC if you withdraw much or your transaction seems suspicious.

What's that casino? maybe you have won a big amount and that's why they started to ask you to fill KYC as per the ruling of their local government that whenever someone wins that much, they are required to do so.

Maybe you just missed to read their terms of agreement?

Seems you are in trouble. If a casino or exchange asks for kyc, you have to show them your personal data, otherwise your money will be stuck.
I don't know if it would be possible at the casino you were playing at, but if you had a friend, someone trustful there, you could tip him your prize, then he could cash out the money and give you later.
Anyway, be careful next time, and don't play at casinos where kyc is a must if you don't want to show your identity, read their terms before playing.

Why do I think you are just been unnecessarily impatient? I am glad that you have already added in your comment that the attribute of the site that got you playing there is that it offers instant payment, so for a site that have been known for instant payment, why not give them more time to sort out whatever issues that is causing delay in your withdrawal? I have encountered an issue like this before, but because I was very sure of the site and it wasn’t my first time playing there, I relaxed till my payment was paid. You can do same if you know the site so well or otherwise

You can reach out to the team support. I believe they will provide answers to your questions.

If there's a delay on my withdrawal, I would get out of my money and i will not let that casino to take my money easily. I'll expose their shit sites if they can't pay me that's how you make shit with the gambling sites who you can't trust.
We see such frustration in the eyes of many gamblers when something like that happens to them because they win after their efforts. Such sites which are not responsive in this regard should be crashed by search engines because they should provide a safe source. If search engines look into their responsibility and we also think wisely to play with famous sites then there will be no issue I think.

Well, probably contact them via email is an option but still a vague idea I guess. I think before you engage in some online casino you should check it first if they have bad reviews or something, find out if they have an issue on payment. Personally, I am currently in bitcoin casino (https://vegascasino.io/casino/video-slots/the-dog-house?utm_source=cctdh) and I do check it first if there's an issue but I find out some of its features that it has Live Chat, Email support 24/7, Low deposit options, Fast withdrawals, SSL encryption and so far they never fail me. I am full of myself that it is reliable one based on my experience I had in this bitcoin casino.

Its been days now and am yet to get my money. Please help what can i do in this case because i am becoming impatient
PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.
Its really painful having to play on a site, win money and then come to face another demand of filling KYC form, I am surprised that you didn’t see it as a requirement for withdrawal before starting to gamble because most of the sites asking for KYC do it before the game. I do not know how much is involved so I can’t advise you to just bull shit the site and move on.

So you have the option of either filling the form to get your money or let go and think of other sites to play but for now, you can keep on sending messages to them. If I may ask, what site is that and is it a cryto casino site? How much is involved and do you feel its an amount you can forsake, if you can please do and look for other sites that will not be that unfair to you.

Well if your not hiding anything then just fill out the kyc forms and be on your way with your money
The only reason someone doesnt want to to a kyc is they are hiding something.
Well, not all casino request KYC immediately at their customers when they register at the sites, not even when I try to make a deposit, I found some casino just like that. And when we win some big amount of money they start asking about KYC this and that. Some casino even declines the winning money and have like a thousand reasons why they did not have to give you that money.
I once asked to support in some casino about KYC, they say it's not mandatory and they don't need that, but if it's necessary they will ask you about it. That's just like the way to scamming their customers in my opinion.

Yes, to avoid such issues better is to go through the terms and conditions of the respective gambling website. As like exchanges having the limitations on withdrawal in respect to different levels based on the KYC gambling websites might have got their own terms. There are casinos where the bonus got cannot be withdrawn, several users used to mention this as an issue. Big winnings were stopped from withdrawal which is a kind of making the users loss the funds to the house out of frustration.

Exactly, and don't forget when in doubt always ask!
You can ask about the reputation of that site you want to play here, cause maybe one or two people here have been played there. Or just asking their support about the details of the casino. Sometimes they not specify the country that not allowed at their site etc.

I wonder why the payments are delayed . Anyone knows the real reason for this? I kind of think they don't have enough money to pay the winner so they wait for more gamblers to play to enable them pay the winner from there. Or they are doing background checks on him/her?

We first need to know the name of the casino. If it is one of the trusted casinos which have a thread in the forum here I am sure that they will sort things out.

The real problem is if you were lured into a casino which had a lot of good flashing banners but is not well known in our gambling community here as it means in most of the cases that this casino probably is a scam casino.I hope you have not run into one such casino.

Obviously mate, for the op not to drop the full details, it is so true that he has been carried away by one of those new sites. If it were to be a site that is familiar I trust he would be fast to call names but shame would not allow the guy drop all the vital info that could be of help.

I only suggest he checks at their support system and send messages to them and expect they respond quickly. I have had this type of experience, mine was on a legit site, my complains were attended to as soon as possible and I had the issue resolved within a couple of days. It all depends on the site and what could cause the delay but I do hope it is resolved soon because I can imagine what the OP might be going through at the moment.

Probably they might be out of funds so they are waiting for their bankroll to fill and then will pay the rewards and most reputed gambling sites also face this issue due to the changes of price of crypto currrencies but the condition will change quicky if they are managed to pay the rewards as soon as possible or it will completely ruin their reputation which make them no more profitable through gambling.

But that is very wrong, if a site must make KYC regulation compulsory, then I feel it should be done as soon as a player logs in, allowing a player to play and after winning then requesting for KYC is bad and I will not take it at all.  It’s a shameful act on the casino sites that do this and I feel they are scam.

I have never encountered this and I hope never to, because I cannot imagine what my reaction would be. This isn’t about having something to hide but it is about personality, I like when I gamble secretly an making me go against my will because of my money which is my entitlement is  a terrible act.

^ That is right, a little of the percentage of gambling casinos now have implemented KYC, because that doesn't need to the gambling casino.
First, before you have been using that site you must do a little research, read the FAQ and also read the terms and conditions. In OP case, you can simply contact the support team of the gambling site and patiently wait for at least 24 hours before taking action to complain. Unless, if you are scammed already when having a wrong choice of the gambling casino site.

We don't know the real reason from them because they don't explain in details about the real situations.
Maybe they run out of the funds, maybe they need to check the account before they send the money, maybe they need to wait for a while to see the fee will reduce, or anything else.
Maybe he needs to be patient for a while, and meanwhile, I think he needs to stop for a while and only waiting for his problem solved.

I believe the OP must have used a scam site and he’s probably ashamed to admit it, because a site that would delay payment for days is definitely not genuine. I even find  the action of those few casino sites that requests for KYC wrong because  for one, would not submit my KYC on any gambling site, thank God there are more sites that do not care about KYC than those who do.

It’s just so sad that despite all the suggestions we always drop on this forum on how to avoid scam sites, there would still be gamblers that will fall for it, I feel for the player involved in this, no money is too small to loose, especially when it happens unwillingly like it is with the OP.

OP, it's been 6 days since you opened this thread, and I think many of of us here want to know what's the progress? Have you provided them with KYC info? Do you know anything about other users of that site? Can they withdraw their money from there? And, probably the most important thing, what is the name of the site you are talking about?

From my experience, withdrawal process takes from 1 to 24 hours on good gambling sites, and sometimes it's almost instant. If they make you wait more than 24 hours after you initiated a withdraw, that's a red flag imo.

We never know the real reason why the payment was delayed because if the player did not make any cheat at all, then he will get his payment as soon as possible. But if something was happening, then the best thing he can do is contact the support system and ask them why the payment was delayed. I am sure a good gambling site will explain to him if something bad was happening, so the delayed of the payment will not be a problem.

the first step is to contact the support center, try asking why the funds you want to withdraw are held up. Leading gambling sites will help you with professionals and try to follow the steps needed, there may be things you miss so that your funds are held back. and try to find references on search engines about gambling sites that you play, there must be someone else who has experienced the same thing, so that it can give you knowledge about how to solve it. as far as I know the Leading gambling sites won't complicate the players, and don't forget to read the FAQ sub-section there maybe you will get the answer about the withdraw method.

I beg to disagree on that. I don’t think any reputable casino site would be out of cash to pay a player at the end of the game, that means such site is not capable enough of running a gambling enterprise. In all my years of gambling, I doubt if I have ever experienced such, I know there are times there can be minor issues with delay and this  does not take that long for like days, the guy may have been scammed from what I see here.

I think one feature that a reputable site should have is that they are capable of offering instant payment and it can only take a site with money in abundance to offer such promise, I don’t gamble on sites that delay payments at all.

Did you read their Terms of Service before agreeing to it? I am sure they have mentioned something about KYC form fill up on their terms of service. Even if they didn't, there is nothing much you can do other than giving away your information. What is the name of the casino? I hate it when we make issues out of nothing. What is really wrong with a site delaying payment for a couple of days.. Its delay for crying out loud and there are always reasons for these, it’s not like they will not pay the money at the end. The best is to contact the customer support of the site and see how the issue is resolved amicably rather than escalating.

If KYC is the case here, then I see nothing wrong, if the player really needs his money, then filling an ordinary form for withdrawal should not be a challenge. The reason sites ask for it is to prevent fraud and money laundering, except the player does not trust himself to be clean from this.

I have seen one or two people with this issues but I am always surprised because I have never been a victim of this. There are so many sites I try to login and the first requirement would be the KYC form, but because it Is against my  believe I just move on to the one that would let me play freely.

Although I know perfectly well that there are sites that will not ask for KYC at the beginning and the only condition for such requirement towards withdrawal is when a huge amount of money is involved, which I think is normal. They have every reason to ask for the know your customer, you can’t withdraw such amount and expect the site not to have your details, like the upper poster said, expect you have something you are hiding.

Unless they have a very very good reason for the delay, maybe your account has been compromised and they're holding onto it as a security measure.

Not much you can do, except contact support, as others have already mentioned.
Do think about whether you want to close down your account after this.

If casino jurisdiction requires KYC for withdrawal this is full legitimate request. You have either obey it ,  or have more fun and play more in this casino till you are broke.

But it first makes sense to check casino name on bitcointalk and see what other people say about it.

KYC request doesn't give that guarantee that they are legitimate yet there are shady casinos that do ask out these things just to avoid the people on withdrawing their funds in the site.
Most gamblers do hate up KYC and they do suddenly ask it up in times of withdrawals that's why it do really sucks and also people should atleast read up anytime gambling sites Tos.
So that you would possibly avoid headaches later on.

Coz, if someone has a problem like this, they don't bother to say the name of the site right away. Simply because he/she is desperate to get his winning. It's for him to get the attention of the site quickly. If ever his problem has been solved, he should have posted it here.

Unless they have a very very good reason for the delay, maybe your account has been compromised and they're holding onto it as a security measure.

Not much you can do, except contact support, as others have already mentioned.
Do think about whether you want to close down your account after this.
Yeah, I am very sure he would not play again on the site, I will not do the same if I was to be in his shoes, not easy to see ones money held down for no justified reason, it can be very painful

Closing down the account is not an option at all, the best is to keep in touch till the issue will be resolved. I believe there is a solution to this but it will only take a while, but the worst that would happen is when the delay is due to KYC, which means no remedy at all. He has no choice than to provide it or otherwise lose the account with the money in it but nobody would want to lose money to a casino site, so just fill the form and have your issue sorted out quickly.

OP you have been online today and replied to some thread but I think you are forgetting to reply with the update regarding your case here. I have heard of the same problem before that they required their users to follow KYC following their cash out request.

When a payment becomes delayed to that casino, decide if you want to stay and trust them next time you gamble there. But the best option would be following others suggestion of not playing there again because the same problem might occur in the future.

I played on casino site some days back and won a  certain amount of money, i was expecting to cash out my money instantly because one of the things that lured me to the site was the fact they offer instant payment. Its been days now and am yet to get my money. Please help what can i do in this case because i am becoming impatient
PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.
You didn’t mentioned how much you have win because I believe that some casinos online only requires KyC if the players win big amount and it’s not applicable for those smaller winner (but I might be wrong also)

And you forgot to tell us what sites is this so we can give specifics on answers since every gambling sites has their own rules that we must comply

Man, you're in a big case here well,  I think the first thing you will have to consider is the amount of money you have in there that you want to withdraw, if the amount is huge, then first thing you have to do is research about them online and know if their site is legit. If there is proof that their site has legit then what you will do is fill the KYC since they are legit and withdraw your money. That's the most important. I don't really like sites that ask for KYC, because I don't see why they should be asking for KYC when they are making payments in bitcoin, that's quite suspicious. You should try to know about a site before you start making use of it.

Casinos will always make it difficult to fully withdraw your resources when you make a winning bet. Business logic is best when people keep a good amount of resources on the platform. If you play, win and quit, they have damage. If you keep the resources on the platform, there is a great possibility that you will lose most of your coins.

I wouldn't assume it's a scam site because there are popular bitcoin casinos with KYC and even if there are warnings it could be useless because what if it's a new casino..
Delayed withdrawals from a casino happens on certain users and it's mostly to those who win a lot. We've seen users from popular bitcoin casinos like fortunejack and bitcoin video casino post these kind of complaints before on their threads.

I checked his/her previous post and didn't see any reply from op about the name of the site. I bet this is unfamiliar site or just creating a mess here. Coz, if someone has a problem like this, they don't bother to say the name of the site right away. Simply because he/she is desperate to get his winning. It's for him to get the attention of the site quickly. If ever his problem has been solved, he should have posted it here.
Yeah it happens here and there. OP might have heard about it from someone else and would have posted it here. We need to understand one thing that if there is some website that delays your payments, you could contact them and esquire about the problem. There might be technical flaws or a broken site etc. Not all the professional site do this.

At times it is good to stop the withdraw if the withdrawing amount is very high. This could be done to prevent any possible hack attempt etc and after verification the amount is released. But if the intention is to stop the big withdraws permanently, then it is not good for the reputation of the sites. If they are many such cases, people will stop using such sites.

PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.

Exactly the problem with most gamblers is not reading, how can you just go on a site without going through and the terms and conditions?
KYC is really not a big deal though and I see no reason for the issues, it’s just to fill it within a few seconds get it approved and then payment is made.

Sometime ago I made a win that required this, I filled it and my money was paid. Only those who have things to hide or who hands are not so clean would be scared of filling it since the reason for kyc is to wipe out all forms of fraudulent act from online casinos and every online platform, so to the player, if you know your hands are clean, do the rightful and spare us this stories.

I think this is part of the issue you are having. Maybe you try to do it and see before you get back to the support but if you don't like KYC, you can forget it and forfeit your winnings depending on how much.

If he can tell what is the site like other members said, we can give more suggestion as we can see if that site is legit or not. I am sure that members here can give the best answer related to the site because they are playing on various site. Doing KYC or not, it depends on himself, and if he is fine with that, then he can do it right away so he can withdraw his win money.
I have been wondering why he didn’t put the name of the site too, that would have made our investigations and contributions quite easier but I suspect he is one of those greedy gamblers. Trust them, they never admit to be wrong and I am convinced this might be one of the reasons he is hiding the identity of the site

KYC on its own is not so bad and I don’t see why anyone should be so scared to the point of leaving money pending. This doesn’t take up to 10 mins to complete the form, then verification of the site and the next thing you get an instant withdrawal, so I don’t really feel too concerned for the OP, because I believe he would know exactly what to do to get his money if it truly belongs to him.

I think that is unjust on the part of the casino sites. Such a terrible business logic that is only concerned about the site alone not minding the feelings of the player, really not fair. I think these casino sites are only interested in their growth, you can imagine how much they make from that business, little wonder why most casino owners are always very rich, flaunting wealth and buying luxury houses while players are hungry.

In  situation like this where the Ops fund is been delayed and suggestion are for him to send messages to the support, what happens if he doesn’t get response.

Such casinos are problematic. Like we had some fake and dubious ICOs in the market which had been looting people and resulted in a downfall of ICOs, we have this same problem of some online casino in gambling industry which are here just for making money and many people complain about it as well. This needs to be resolved and we badly need some way out to get things straight because even if the OP has not faced this situation, someone else would have faced it.

first and foremost before playing on any gambling site it is a must to read their rules and regulation
it help players know (not most of the time ) what is the reason for the delay of payments. and for your
case if the gambling site ask for KYC and it is in their rules and regulation it is own decision if you are
willing to give it to get the payment or not. That is why is should be encourage that gamblers read the
gambling sites rules and regulation to know if they agree to all the rules of the gambling site or not.

Yeah, you just mentioned "rules and regulations" for 4x. Just kidding :D

Anything that do have terms and conditions must really be followed not only on gambling but on all of service that we do encounter.
Each on of them do have that set of rules and non reading it up will just really make you shocked when you experience problem.

Not all casinos make it difficult. I know I have my own biases of course because it is obvious which sites I support,,, but apart from yolodice, I have seen big bets paid out immediately on Bitvest and Bitdice, 999dice,,, no issues. We are talking about more than 10 BTC bets too, I know because the winners come on and rain on everyone too. So it is not the general case with everyone!

Such a site is not very much appreciated by the gamblers and I think that you should stop gambling on such a site if you want to have peace in the game in future. This is because when you gamble, you expect returns that is money and in case your requests for withdrawal of money is not accepted in time, of course you will be pissed at the site. In such case, you can launch a complaint as well to enquire about the delay.

Exactly. For someone like me, I am very sure that I have clean hands and have nothing to worry about but I do not support KYC just for my personal reasons. I just feel like it is not necessary. And the fear of not trusting the casino site that these information is being submitted to is another reason why I hate to do that.

It might not really have so much effect on casino sites because there are so many gamblers that do not have issues with filling the form, I still have alot of friends that gamble on KYC demanding casino sites and they are enjoying themselves.  KYC is not enough to make a casino site frustrated, gamblers will always play games on gambling sites.

There are a lot of scam casino sites now, they allow you win when playing and as soon as it’s time to withdraw they start with flimsy excuses, it’s always good to make enquiries on casino sites before gambling on it. Never gamble on a site because of the bonus offers , only play on trusted sites with positive reviews ,because once the money is money, it’s always very difficult to retrieve.

On most gambling sites nowadays do have that instant withdrawal feature already and gone to those days where withdrawal do have
manual processing but over time this do already changed to automatic ones.I agree that waiting upto 24 hours would be already an alarming thing.
Making yourself calm?It wont really be that easy if you know that you do have funds hanging on there.

If there is a KYC you will need to complete and pass it before you can withdraw your rewards, this should be the first thing that a gambler must do whenever there is a KYC on any gambling site to avoid this kind of issue, you can ask support and ask issues why you cannot withdraw your earnings, if they will not answer then it's time to post it in the scam section.

Probably it is a new online casino platform that you are playing with. This probably because they had volume of clients that had been causing the delay. Of course other gambling site too does not only delay payments but made excuses too like website maintenance and etc. Thus, you should avoid playing a site like that next time and focus on some old bitcoin casino site that has already proven its worth. I am.not saying that 777 coins signature gambling site is the one I am referring to with a good reputation as an online bitcoin casino but sounds like.

I always knew it was a scam site even though it was not mentioned on the post. It good that you have learnt but please subsequently, I advise you do a proper check on a site before gambling. There are too many casino sites out there to defraud young and aspiring gamblers and the way to avoid being scammed is to read about a site before gambling

I personally don’t play on new site because I found out the problem is more with new sites, better to play on existing sites at least one can be sure they wont crash anytime soon and the reputation can easily be measured, because for old sites, they still value their reputation and wouldn’t want to tarnish it.

Playing with reputable casinos will make your stay more enjoyable as you are playing with full confidence that your money is safe and you can
withdraw without any delays, the reputations itself will be your assurance, the casino established thier business and will not do mistakes that
will ruined everything.

This is the first time I have ever seen or heard the term young and aspiring gamblers,,, ;)

Actually,,, I am different. I always play on new sites. I like to try new things, I like to experience different concepts. Otherwise I would never have found the sites I play at today. Two years ago I was very often at one site, and they were still good but I tried different ones, including a new one I now almost every day play at.

Of course, reputation is a lot in crypto, but you can see from a new site how they intend to be in the future from their threads, their support, and their dedication.

I know every site, there is a customer support. You can ask them on how to deal with your problem first. If ever there is a delayed in your withdrawal, don't worry and stay calm. Because there is a reason behind that. Maybe, there is delayed due to the clog network. But if there is no support that message you, it is the time for them to criticize in this forum or any gambling forum. Always bear in mind that gambling site are not all legal.
I think no delay should be more than 24hours and staying calm is not always easy in cases like this, it’s easier said than done. I think the Ops case is even over 24hours already, so it’s obvious that he has been scammed.

Yes, I also expirience that I won on gambling site, I have balance because of winning then when I decide to witdraw it I need to deposit a big amount so, that I can witdraw my balance and it obiuse its just a scam site that I played.
I think these is their latest strategy and  I have read so many similar cases like that, so it was no longer strange to me when it happened . I was so surprised how I was winning so easily on that site and I assumed luck was just greatly on my side, it was at the point of withdrawal I knew something was wrong when I was asked to pay a certain amount of money to enable me withdrawal the one I won, thank God I wasn’t naïve, I would have lost that money.

In gambling these days, no knowledge is a waste and it’s always good to keep our ears opened to information. Research to know the best sites and avoid sites that are tempting but not genuine.

I think thats the first step you will do, i think you need to talk every time on their team so that they will entertain if what their problem was. Ask them if what the best thing you can do to get your pay. So that you will know if that casino is really not a scam.

Based on the op’s explanation, it seems to me like the payment was purposely delayed by the site after being flagged, and the reason for being flagged is that KYC that is has not fulfilled on his account which has been something so common with majority of these sites now. They all request for KYC , and when you don’t meet up, they suspend one’s transaction.

Hope didn’t really tell us how much he won, but I am sure that whatever amount is trying to request for exceed the limit of what an ordinary account holder without KYC can have access to, and since he has already exceeded that limit, I guess he will need to just comply with the KYC requirement.

I haven't seen any gambling sites that are currently requesting KYC upon withdrawal though. I guess it's now a requirment to regulate and avoid money laundering. However before submitting it, check out if they are really legitimate so that you can ascertain that your identity is safe and won't be used for fraud purpose. If things doesn't work upon your action for days or even weeks then you should contact their support.

I doubt if any casino site truly care about reputation, that is if they even have one. They are fully aware that regardless what goes on there would always be gamblers willing to play on their site, I think the only reason some of these sites might make withdrawal and deposit swift and quick is for the convenience of the gambler not necessarily their reputation.

But to the few ones that still pat attention to the convenience of their clients, I think its much more better to place those ones on high esteem. These are the ones we refer to as the reputable sites. Delayed payment should never be an attribute of a casino site since no player likes that.

Really sure? Fraud site will always do fraud and there is no such thing as scam sites does not exist. In fact one of the mere reason where users get scam is because of phishing sites that literally enables the scammers to disclose the important details of your account in the original site.

The common advises on one to avoid getting phished out is to bookmark websites that is always being visit like gambling site to where you deposit funds or exchange site.

My problem is not with the sites but the players who find it hard to know a scam site when they see one. I have seen a lot of them, especially when their Ads pop out on my phone, once I open the site, I can easily tell that its not real even though some might have very positive reviews on the site which they may have paid for. Once common  ways I identify scam sites is with their bonus offers. I noticed that they usually have very high bonus rates that can be tempting, don’t be deceived, this is just a way to make one a prey and another way to know some is.

If so, can't you still fill out the KYC form? Even though at the beginning you missed these requirements but at least you can still fill out the form and or contact customer service to resolve the related problem. So there is no problem in this, because I think you can still fill out the KYC form that is required to be able to cash your money immediately.

Yea you have a good point on new sites but we sometimes have to be very careful in dealing with new sites. Gambling on new site isn’t a bad idea, but it’s just safer to play with long existing sites. I am like you really and sometimes I love to play on new sites to see what they offer differently but what I do in such cases is to play with little amount of money.

New site should not be avoided completely but never advisable to new a gambler which is exactly what the upper poster meant. And if anyone must play I think they need to be extra ordinarily cautions because not all casino sites are reputable.

But why need to submit KYC for withdrawing,if they want KYC then they might insisted at the time of registration.

Many gambling sites available with no KYC requirement and it may needed if account get frozen for violating their terms but still people recovered their funds after following the steps from the respective gambling site.

Ask for their support services. Would you mind naming that online casino for us to be aware of that scenario also.

Maybe your withdrawal is pending for review as it is a huge amount, better add some details on your problem.
Customer support has something to deal with the OP`s incident. He have also to ask all the customer support, even in the telegram account of the casino. we have to be conscious of our money because we are in online world and anything here can be possible. There are many reports regarding with stealing or hacking of account. There are also reports about the delaying of withdrawal as well as the deposits. We need to take care of our accounts.

My experience with scam sites is one of the reasons I have stopped gambling for a while now because am tired of wasting money on gambling site.

I also do not see anything wrong with freebies, this is what I even like most and I put it as a consideration in choosing a site, it doesn’t make the site scam, there are just so many sites that give freebies and still real, its just so unfortunate that there are too many strange sites with the intention of taking money from gamblers.

Exactly what I was thinking, he definitely exceeded and I think for someone who could win such an amount of money it shouldn’t be a big deal to oblige except  there’s something else he is not telling us since we already know reasons why some casino sites have made the implementation of KYC compulsory.

As a small gambler that I am, I don’t hesitate to fill KYC form, which I have no issues with and I see nothing wrong with the policy, so why then will a gambler who has won such an amount of money shy away? I suspect something sketch, not judging though but either ways my advice to the OP, if you worked for the money then you deserve your pay, just do the needful.

Its very unusual to experience a problem on withdrawing on the top gambling sites, but if you do encounter if don't panic and try to communicate with the provider, if nothing happens then you must take a legal moves or to create a thread like this, luckily all my withdrawals are good.

That's what I thought about. What's the update for this site, now? There is something big reason behind this withdrawal issue. Or maybe it is not an unknown gambling site that is why there is a problem for payouts. Anyhow, if OP contacted the support they will settle it for sure. I do hope this is already settled.

That’s true, but I also feel the mistakes we make is not reading through the sites T&C, most of these sites put it somewhere on the site that KYC could be required sometimes but then, we fail to pay attention to it till we must have won an amount that requires filling the form to make our withdrawals.

I think it shouldn’t even be a problem at all, for a player to have won an amount of money that requires this, it means the gamer would be ready to fill the form for withdrawal.  Except that gambler now has other reasons not to, then he has his choice of forfeiting the money but if it means a lot to him, then he can easily fill the form and get the money out immediately.

I think the ultimate goal is to have an amazing gambling experience and the best places to get this are always with new sites. I believe more in new casinos because of the fresh contents they always have to offer, most of this old sites lack this, majority of this old sites just leave up their online gaming libraries for a longtime without updating it while the new casino site are the giving players access to latest games.

Bear in mind that no site is safe to play, either old or new, like I have mentioned earlier, whatever site you choose to play, the most important thing is to have fun to the fullest, since this is the reason we gamble. For me, I believe more in new site and it even has more of player turnover.

the best STEP TO TAKE WHEN PAYMENT IS BEEN DELAYED BY AN ONLINE CASINO is to wait , nothing more nothing less because patience is a virtue ( as the saying said )  . you should wait at least an hour or at least a day , after you have contacted thier support  . if the problem still persist after a day of waiting then you should start alarming  . that is the time that you can report them to the authorities or this this forum by making a scam accuse so that others can also be aware and if found out that the site is guilty , they should have been punished if they will still not pay you  .
The post is already over a week and I think it’s now axiomatic that the op has been scammed by one of the latest rogue sites. They come as genuine sites, make you play, win and when it’s time to withdraw start giving reasons why it will not be possible. In some terrible cases, they tell the victim to deposit a certain amount of money to enable them withdraw the one won and within a blink of an eye, the money is gone.

I sympathize with the player and would encourage him not to give up. It’s not the end of life, there are still genuine sites and like many have said, always do your research before choosing a site to gamble.

there are geniune sites that is having a problem on thier payments  . it could be the deposit is delayed or the withdrawal is delayed  .

in the case of delayed withdrawals , the gambler should not worry too much if the issue occur in a reputable gambling site because that is only normal and happens at ll time , we all have experienced that moment and it sucks but the gambling site is also working hard to sort this kind of issue's   .

you are also welcome to try other gambling sites and see if they are better than the previous one  .

That is why we need to choose the recommended gambling site and have reputable in the gambling industry, so we don't have to worry if there is any problem that might happen in the future.
I think it is normal if the withdrawals have got delays because we never know when the networks are busy to confirm every transaction that will comes in every second.
But if the withdrawal process has got longer to getting confirm, then we need to ask for the support system staff so we can know what is going on with the process and they can fix if the problem is at their side.

If that happens couple of steps I would take is first would check with them the reason for delay is it first time or a continuous process. If it is continuous then will go social and will let everyone of my followers and fans let them know about this stuff. This would dampen their image.

Scam sites do not only exist to defraud new gamblers but as many that are unable to resist greed, be it old or new. There have always been scam sites and it didn’t just start today but careful and meticulous gamblers like me just have a way of avoiding their tactics. I understand that new ones are coming up by the day but they all have the same strategy or very similar strategies so it makes it easier to identify them.

I think the best like you also mentioned is to identify learn to identify scam sites and one way to do that is by reviews and also to avoid sites with any history of fraud. Like what I do, Is to avoid sites with too many freebies, this doesn’t make all sites that do this fake but I just feel most site that do that are more concerned about gamblers coming to lose the money back on their site. This is just my perfection.
If you know other ways to detect gambling site please do well to share because from my little experience this guys have really step up their games and made it more difficult to differentiate them from genuine site.

Frankly speaking, when it comes to reputation I think gambling sites have completely lost it. I don’t even think it’s a concern to them at all because if it was, measure would have been put in place to correct some flaws in online gambling that has made gambler trust them. I just feel all the casino sites care about is how to rob players of their money.

There is no difference between them all, and I can say that all online gambling sites are all the same. The only difference is that some are persistent defrauders, and what I mean by this is that some have been and will continue to be in the business, and some of you call this ones familiar sites while some are temporal. These are the ones that disappears after meeting up to the targeted audience they wish to defraud. Beware people, run away from gambling and its activities.

I think thats the first step you will do, i think you need to talk every time on their team so that they will entertain if what their problem was. Ask them if what the best thing you can do to get your pay. So that you will know if that casino is really not a scam.
Every single problem can be solved through talks and communication. And if you think that your withdrawal is delayed for no reason, you should ask the support politely on what's the matter of that cause.

If they ask something for you to do and needs you to comply, up to you but you have to do it for the sake of your money.
That would work if the gambling site are responsive, and they really help you to solve your problem. Its very unusual to experience a problem on withdrawing on the top gambling sites, but if you do encounter if don't panic and try to communicate with the provider, if nothing happens then you must take a legal moves or to create a thread like this, luckily all my withdrawals are good.
So what would even make a gambler choose to play on a non-responsive site in the first place? If he chose such site then I think he would be blamed for it because if there’s one thing we should put into consideration in choosing a casino site to play, then it  should be a responsive site and as well a well reputable site.

I am very sure that that play has played on a rogue site and no amount of write up would change the fact that he’s money is gone. The only think he can learn from this case is how to recognize genuine site from fake sites to avoid further mistakes. A friend of mine has encountered something like this before and he lost he’s money. Am sorry to say this, but it looks like its already too late.

Actually in the sad reality we do know where even doing a simple basic search cant really be done. Differentiating a fake one to real one is really
just simple if you do know how to spot out on what community is supporting.Finding feedbacks or comments towards the site and the final decision would be yours
if you decide to continue or not.

Yes. I also think that you have played in a wrong site, not registered so it's not legit. There are really some instances that payments were delayed but if its not given after few days, i think you have been scammed already. It's really important to recognize first the casino site you are playing so that if ever you win, you will not find it hard to claim your own prize.

That’s why you should take your time always and do proper research or read it from their site to know all their requirements before you start making use of their site. Though that casino site is wrong, they should not have allowed you to play games on their website if they know that they were going to ask for KYC later on, that’s very bad of them to do and makes it look like they are one of those that would steal your info. If it’s possible, just give them wrong information and get your money out of there, and move to another site.

I see that the last time to provide passport data for many users of cryptocurrency, as well as for gamblers becomes a problem.  Nevertheless, the administration of many resources abuses their capabilities and does not inform users about KYC at the very beginning.  This fact is the biggest problem that needs to be solved at all costs.

The situation is completely depend on your side mistake! when you start gambling in any left side you should look good all the terms and whether the team is expecting KYC verification to process the the deposit or withdrawal.
this is usual problem for many members at the time of withdrawing their funds. If you still wish to get your money out definitely we have to do KYC verification else it is not possible to taken out.

That's what I thought about. What's the update for this site, now? There is something big reason behind this withdrawal issue. Or maybe it is not an unknown gambling site that is why there is a problem for payouts. Anyhow, if OP contacted the support they will settle it for sure. I do hope this is already settled.
I think he mentioned the problem on the post and its requirement for KYC but I am very sure the OP hasn’t been able to withdraw the money since he’s yet to update the post, the reason might no longer be for the KYC but maybe it was one of those sites we always warn them about

Gambling is not for babies, I see to many immature gamblers these days and at times, I don’t really feel pity for them when they are duped. This is because I have realized that most gamblers play without caution, not all sites that offer good deals are genuine and its always better to study before deciding on the sites to play. Well I hope the issue gets resolved soon and the player gets his money.

Ain't know there are some naive gamblers did not read the FAQ on gambling exchange site before making an action of depositing money. You are right, the reason that they will fall of that kind of strategy in a gambling site because they allow depositing even failure of passing KYC. Then when it comes withdrawal the problem was there because now you need to passed KYC, but I think if that big amount you withdraw there's nothing you can do is to obey their rules and submit KYC.

I hope there's an update of an OP and let us know what happens.

It looks like OP have the problem with KYC before executing withdrawals and not the site itself.
I believe OP has resolved the problem by now.
In some reason, that cause delays of payout are just because there is something we need to comply, not just only KYC but also email confirmation. Better to check some details in registration entry and follow what site's required so we can't encounter any problems.

Contacting the support is the best solution if your payments are delayed. Ask for the reason why it happened and when you will receive it. Don't send any private as much as possible. Read the FAQs of that website and find the conditions to make a withdrawal.

Obviously bro. For the op not to drop the full details, it is so true that he has been carried away by one of those new sites.

There are casino's that doesn't have instant payments and one of their staff has to verify it.

If there's nothing wrong with your account it's on their end but sometimes there's some caught activities that's against to their ToS so they halt withdrawals.

i dont like that type of sites because that are strict  . we are now in the future and all must work automatically , we dont need human supervision  . we are now using crypto for online payments but cryptos are not instant . at some point we can experience delays  but thats okay  its normal  no need to worry  .  contacting the support and waiting for more hours and days is the best next step to do if your payments is still delayed  .

Can you mention the name of this casino? and it is wrong with you if they are doing late your payment. That's why we discuss the scam or trusted casino. But you should contact the senior of this casino, may be he help you. Actually, most of the reasons will be here, firstly you won a big amount, and may be the casino has some problem to transfer your money, and the least is casino don't want to pay you. So i suggest you, don't give up try to come back your money and the next time play only famous casinos.

I think many gamblers don't want to use a gambling website which is too strict for them. They will stay away from the site and they will choose the other gambling site because we don't need the strict gambling website to just playing gambling. There are many gambling websites which could give the customer comfortable and satisfy with their services. When the delay does not come from the network, then it is not a problem, but if the delay comes from the website, we need to contact the support system. That is why the support system is one of the important things that is a need at any website so they can help their members if they face a  problem.

This is helluva misleading BS.Casinos offering instant withdrawals, but in reality you have to conduct KYC ID verifications and all that bureaucracy garbage, while waiting for weeks to get your money. >:(
That's why I don't use most of the online casinos. You simply can't trust them anymore(even if they are one of the big and legit casinos online).
There's nothing you can do except following their KYC rules and waiting patiently.

Contacting the support is the best solution if your payments are delayed. Ask for the reason why it happened and when you will receive it. Don't send any private as much as possible. Read the FAQs of that website and find the conditions to make a withdrawal.

They have to verify withdrawals so that they can make sure if its eligible and there's nothing wrong or sort of bug for each withdrawal request.

If no one will control or supervise the withdrawals or systems, it's possible, I've used casinos that has instant withdrawals but they chose to be like that.

I think there are huge number of casinos that are not providing great services to the gamblers but advertise with great pride that they are providing the one of its kind services and people follow the advertisement and get in the casino but they have to face many problems like late withdrawals or maybe disability to chat etc. So you should leave such a casino instantly because your presence gives them benefits at the cost of your exploitation.

I guess the amount is huge that the support needs to confirm first if there is no cheating that has happened I have read  some complaints that the bettor cannot make a withdrawal when in the past he can easily make one if the support failed to contact you then you should do the move and follow their instructions, the least and worse they can do is not to give you your prize, if you really win it in a fair manner.

Op is one of the possible problem of them too because without checking all the terms of Condition and requirement he need to pass his KYC.I think Op will avoid that Online Casino even he didn't mentioned , because the problem only him is after he pass KYc to the team he will withdraw their winning money. He did not any choice and the only solution is follow them and pass KYC to get your money.

Before providing docs I would simply search if the providing it to particular Casino is enough to get payment, or if there still some issues.Basically such search should be done even before depositing something to casino

Your best bet right now will be to send a ticket to support explaining your issue.  Well, I would have proffered a better suggestion if only you mentioned the site and it's a site I've bet on.  Did you check for the withdrawal limit if any? Some casino sites have that.  About the KYC you mentioned, it sucks since you had no idea of the KYC before betting.

Because you can't call them, this is the best you can do send a support ticket. This is the only way to contact them, but I believe they have discovered something in your account. Have you done anything that violates their rules? Also, in terms of KYC, most gambling sites now require it. Also, I believe there are issues with their withdrawal? or unannounced maintenance, which is common in the gambling industry. You should try checking it again in 24 hours.

Only a few or almost none online casinos would really be putting that call hotline for you to call them if you do have some concerns or complaints which it is really hard
to find out other options when you have already contacted them via support chat or email but still havent able to get some feedback or response.
You wouldnt really be having no choice but to wait up until they do make out some response as there were no other ways or methods
you could make use which ends up for you to have that endless waiting.

this is correct
that's why its also important to search for reliable websites and winners before depositing
since some websites have really bad support and don't answer faster enough
or don't answer at all

People  do only  tend to make  out some research if they had  already  been experiencing some unfortunate events without even realizing that  making some research is  a  must thing to be done  first before making  any deposits on a site because   popular gambling sites does have those qualities on being good in terms of servicec which in inclusion out for  those good support/fast withdrawals and its  fair.

They wontt able to reach out that certain popularity if they dont have those qualities which simply means that having simple research would  really  save up your ass on getting scammed just because you've been too careless  or been trusting up on everywhere which is
really a very bad kind  of behavior.

I think your primary remedy is to file a ticket on the casino website if there are any issues regarding your payment.

If in the event that they fail respond or if you receive an unfavorable response, then you have the option of creating a thread here in the forum under the scam accusation board. Usually, some gambling websites have accounts here in the forum (since online gambling is heavily advertised here) and you may talk to their representative directly. If such representative does not have an account here, then I guess the only way to is to just wait and inform other users about your issue; pray that someone knows them.

On such cases, trying to contact their support will be the only make sense way to take. They will then tell you what to do and why you got the delayed withdrawal. For most cases, submitting KYC procedure will solve the issue unless the site you've visited is scammy.

I've also had the same experience before and I was frustrated since I couldn't withdraw my funds. I contacted their support since they're the ones who have control over it and they asked me to submit a KYC. That's the last resort that I have and so far, after submitting the requirements, I was able to get paid. Casinos have different TOS and we should be aware of it.

With the tags on your account? i think the casino has the right asking you about KYC and other supporting documents.

Yeah i know that this actions from casinos is tricky there had been so many issues like this that Their TOS does not implied about this requirements but when players need withdrawal , all of a sudden they will seek KYC filing before letting the withdrawal happens.

But your red tags is clearly a reason for what have been asked because you are a scammer and deserves to be playing with a scam gambling site  ;D

If the tag reason causes the OP to have to kyc, I think that's overkill, tags are not one of the reasons for kyc, many parties outside this forum are registering on casino/gambling sites, not on the basis of tags, it doesn't make sense to me.
There are several things gambling sites / online casinos that implement kyc.
1. Players cheat multi-accounts when betting.
2. The casino is deliberately unwilling to pay for the winnings and bonuses, the reason for not paying the winning participants is that they are looking for tricks to avoid getting paid.

OP, have you contacted the casino and said what happened to your money, my message in the future is to play on a responsible and honest gambling/casino site, Thus you are safe and protected from fraud, the reputation of the casino is very important.

It's better to contact the support also this is the reason why we must need to read the terms and conditions also add the faqs before getting in. Every time makes a withdrawal the platform will prompt a message and will send a transaction id this you can check if they will process and there's confirmation only with it. I guess they will not ruined their platform and reputation just by having one mistake wait for their reply hoping they have action supports.

Did you thoroughly read the terms and conditions? Unfortunately these days it can often be buried quite well and it is intentional - they want people to deposit as much as possible, then if on the rare occasion somebody was the win, they can reject payout on this basis. However if you live in a country like the US or somewhere in the EU, you really should expect to have this information requested all along. Any casino that allows fiat currency deposits or needs a merchant account (for themselves to withdraw profits) will be required to explain where all their money came from and the only way they can do that long term is by getting verified information from their customers. That means that 99% of casino or sportsbook owners in the crypto space will have to ask for this eventually.

For sure they would and we know that you had agreed with those terms since from the beginning which is understandable that they would be having all

the rights on asking something whenever you do win big time in most cases which you should really be prepared on something like this and wont
get surprised.

Some  casinos are really good on altering their ToS.Im not saying on all of them but there are some which a bit shady.
