So i was just wondering, aside the times i see the names of rich and successful gamblers during my google search, i dont think i have personally met anyone who made it big in gambling. Its possible there are  but i know more of those who have lost more than those who have made it.
Please note that by been successful, i  do not mean those who make this little and minor winnings on a daily bases(NO). I mean those with Big records, like who have won over 1BTC from gambling. If you know any either in an online or offline casino please dont hesitate to share their story, you can include the name of the site they made their wins, i am sure someone would be encouraged. Lets go guys ::)

Not minding too much on meeting those people who have won bigtime yet there are lots of whales do play on any sites as of now either it would be on Dice or sportsbetting etc.I have known

The biggest win of anyone I know personally is my relative that won $600,000 from the lottery.  After taxes were taken out they spent nearly all the money on a house.  So that win didn't really change their life much but gave them a piece of mind from owning their own home.

What are you going to do with all that information? I'm sure googling the same should link you to a few crypto gambling blogs that have the content you are looking for. There are several gamblers who win crazy every day so 1 BTC is not even a very high amount to be bragged about.

I have heard stories of many but have never personally met anyone of them.
I've heard the most successful gambler do live a luxurious life with gambling. They know how to beat the house. They stay in a tax heaven and whenever they go gambling, they come with a new identity, win and never visit that place again. They just buy another passport and visit another country to gamble next time.

It will depends on what considered to be success. if my friend, i know he is sometime lose. But for more than once, he can make 0.02 Bitcoin into 2 bitcoin in 99dice site. (i will ask him to make sure about it) because i little forget about that and it is happened around a year ago.

I don't think it's appropriate to call him a "SUCCESSFUL GAMBLER", because there is no success in gambling exept for casinos. He is just a lucky gambler.
We all remember the famous case of CloudBet user who deposited 129 btc !! Afterwards, he won 201 btc and had a total of 330 btc that were held by cloudbet for account ownership issues. I can find many others winning some big amounts from gamblings by searching the web, but to keep in mind that this may be a Marketing strategy to win more trust because we can't simply check if it's really true or not.

I have never met gamblers like the whale but often hear a lot of win among this site Bustadice Bitsler Primedice, you can see news about the site in various forums and social media.

I never met successful gamblers if you mean about online gamblers and I also did not met a successful gambler in person. If I did met one i'd surely ask him/her for some tips on how did he/she become successful in gambling. However,y opinion about how to become a successful gambler would be hard.

I haven't met someone won like with that amount.

But I've known someone personally that have won equivalent with 1 BTC to the physical casino but this was way back then, years ago. It was my uncle who's been living as a gambler before but now has changed into a businessman. He's a Chinese and he seem to be really good in it.

A guy from my town won over €35.000 a few weeks ago on sports betting. A few local sites and forums talked about it back then. Someone even posted a picture of him in an online article but it was removed for his own safety. Turns out that we often go out in the same bars, and I remember seeing him many times but I don't know him in real life except a few occasional 'Hi, How are you doing?' type of greeting here and there.
I don't know anyone close to me who has had much success in gambling though.

This isn't a successful gambler though; this is a successful scammer. That's not the same thing in the least, and shouldn't be confused as such. The only person who is going to win in gambling in the long run is the casino, as the house edge is what is going to cause you to lose if you continue to gamble and gamble and gamble.

The only people who I could think of who are successful in gambling would be the poker pros -- as they're not gambling against the house, they're gambling against one another.

I don't have any knowledge with someone from crypto who won that huge amount, but a neighbor who wins lottery jackpot that change their lives that I have known, they manage to take $1M from particular draw and since then I haven't seen them from our place as they quickly change house and enjoy all those money that they've take from that particular gambling.

If you win big you shouldn't tell anyone, people would just get jealous of you and some will even ask you for money, I don't know anyone who has won life-changing money.
Playing any game,  where big prices are involved is also buying a dream, I have been playing the lottery for twenty tears without winning anything worth mentions. But on the other side, I have made a very small yearly profit on sports bets in the same period.

There is a story about a gambler who made 11,000 bitcoins on a dice site (in 2013), his name is Nakowa. Bitcoin wasn't so expensive on that time, but that is a considerable amount of money anyway.
Seems this guy is a legend and when he is online ready to start playing, casino investors make sure to divest their funds until he goes away.

It can be impossible to meet them if you are not the big guy in the casino. It can be merely to see them standing alone without any guards behind, only we can possibly to meet those low profile gamblers but not the big one.
I feel hard to be with them if we are not a gambler, they'll probably be hiding their self just for the seek of their security. Professional is not a kind of gambler we usually encounter when doing gambling, they have especially treatment in casinos. So better never chase them cause it only wastes your time.

I dont met or know anybody who become rich in gambling but i kmow many rich people who gamble. Even those who won in lottery, their million didnt last long because of lack of knowlegde in financial aspects. Gambling is for the rich where they are the ones who have extra money to spend on even it has no returns.

I did not meet someone who have big win amount of of bitcoin in gambling, but I have friends who earn thousands of dollars this year and he is not also addict he started only few months ago and his capital is only hundred dollars and he is still playimg gambling to try his luck. Yes I did. I have a friend who is a semi pro poker player. He earns money playing in tournaments both stationary and online. If you don't know how a tournament works he pays an entry fee and that fee can be low even 10 dollars and there's a prize founded from entry fees of all players. It can be 500 dollars but it can also be 5000 it depends on the fees. You get random opponents and if you win you advance to another round and the winners get paid. All it costs you is the entry fee you don't wager anything else.

He's not rich and has a day job but gambling is like another job for him and it brings him some cash every month.

Luckily yes, I had met before one of the lucky winners on lottery gambling. He won more the mega jackpot and got almost 1 million and of course he gave a tip on that time. He said to me that the number he picked was on his dream and the result of the draw was right on his ticket purchase. How lucky he is sometimes I also tried to buy tickets on the lottery but I didn't win that kind of gamble that for sure base on luck.

Many winners of lottery spend their money in a bad way, but if its a house its ok at least they owned something valuable noe. the people don't get the complete success in gambling because gambling is filled with success and defeat in sometimes we get huge success but in sometimes it will give huge loss so the profit and loss is equally came for a person in gamble so no one will get the success completely for a long time.

I only encountered people who are heavy gamblers but I have no idea if they have a great record in winning. You will probably have to be more involved and get into their "circle" if you want to know about their winnings.

Personally i do not know anyone in my relatives or friends, who have won any big amount from gambling. Also i think people are hesitating to tell others about their winnings.

Yeah, me too. I don't know anyone personally who have been that successful in gambling. I guess I'm surrounded by non-gambling individuals or maybe I'm just not aware that they are into gambling. 1 BTC is a huge amount already, though, especially to someone like me who hasn't been able to have that amount of money.

So your uncle's a Chinese? Well, I must say that they are really just good businessmen. I think they're born with it. Actually, there are so many establishments here in our place owned by Chinese and these are well-known businesses here like restaurants and general merchandise. Their charms may also played its part but I guess it's also about hard work.

I haven't meet anyone in person, but I know a lot of successful gamblers online but not their real name of course since we are gambling here anonymously. There are big bettors in sports as well, they can bet higher than 1BTC and I can verify that since some would share their bets in chat, if you have an idea with nitrogensports, it's nice to stay at that site and read the chats and participate.

It's a huge win, but it was proven he cheated, can't really win dice that consistent due to house edge, unless you are like that person who knows how to cheat.

No i don't met any successfull gambler because mostly people who played gambling games they just play gambling games is just for fun, they did not play gambling games for businesses or building gambling games website and i think the successfull of gamblers they are the owner of gambling website because they can get income from their service of gambling games website.

Most likely the successful gambler only on movie, I doubt there is someone who has a lot of rich from gambling. I have a friend and he has being a gambler for five years and I think he has deserve I called as a professional gambler. Because he has known many strategies when he play gambling and know what should he does when his money loss when play gambling. However, I don't see he has a lot of wealth from it. I just curious and I dare myself to ask about gambling to him and he says when you play gambling you never know how money in your pocket when you win even you won't count it but when you loss then how much money on your pocket will gone just away.

I personally know a guy who had been winning in poker games for several years in a row. He says he was making from $30k to $50k each year. Then something had changed, according to him. "Players had become much smarter than they were previously, and I started losing more than winning", he told me when he had stopped gambling online completely, and was visiting a therapist in order to get rid of his gambling addiction. He said, he had stopped in time, actually, and that his overall profit was still positive, but he admitted losing over $30k yearly, around 3 years in a row, before he decided to stop.

I don't meet a successful gambler in cryptocurrency but I already meet someone who gambles using chips, and he won so much money from that game. He is my cousin, and yes we talk about the game and how he can win that money. He said that to win the game, he needs to learn about poker and although he doesn't have luck, he could still win small money which he uses for placing another bet in the next round.

He is the luckiest person I have ever seen gambling. He is profitable till now, just think that he bought a Mercedes from the profits that he made from gambling, but I think that if the luck will go the other way he is going to lose everything.

He is very lucky because winning in lotto is not easy because they have massive combination of numbers. People once they dream a number once fhey wake up they will go to the lottery outlet fast to bet the number but not guaranteed that is works. But the that man is lucky because they saw the number in his dreams and they believe and they bet.  People who win in lotto are very lucky I hope someday I meet someone who win lotto also.

I had a neighbor who did gamble regularly. He did the lottery very often and finally on a lucky day, he can win a large amount of money. The best thing about him is, he then used the money he got to start a new business and fortunately, he can live with it. He gradually stopped his gambling habit and focused on his new business until now.

I have some friends who gamble regularly but in small amounts and know a lot of gamblers in general.Until now I have not seen anyone which is a successful gambler.I have not seen anyone making a living from gambling activities because that is some criteria to be classified as a successful gambler.

I have seen quite successful gamblers of physical snookers and video games back in my youthful days...'Successful' in terms of winning most bets.
Whether winning made them wealthy or not, i don't know. I didn't see the successful ones owning homes or cars. They were pretty young guys in their early 20s

I have meet some Gambler 6 years ago when i was in the Hospital and we talked about much things and he told me his story when he was starting gamble and how it workes for him and ended !
He lives about from the Gambling and at first he jsut invest some kind of low amounts like 50 - 100 bucks and every week he won a bit and the invest grows from 50 to 500 bucks !
And he won more and more after he was playing at some kind of system (But dont ask for what system he dont told me ) after 8 years good live he only lost more and more and he ordered then some Credit from the Bank.
Thats was breaking his neck because he lost this all and it ends all in that he was bankrupt after 10 Years and lost all even his wife and family and his Job.

That Story scared me realy !  

Even If you meet one, you should know that his situation is most likely temporary. (unless he is incredibly smart about what he does)

I had a friend like that in college he had his thing going for a few months. I remember I was asking him "how do you do, how do you keep winning?" then he got caught on a losing streak and his mojo was no more. He lost all.

I can't say i've met some but i'm sure i already saw them somewhere but that doesn't mean they are really successful because gambling is not like that. It's just a temporary title for them to wear but in reality, they have lost more than what we can imagine before they become the so-called successful gambler.

 While I'm no means a successful gamblers I think my profits overall are still positive and I play for hours everyday on Dice.

Yes, he's a Chinese a gambler turned into a businessman these days.

I can conclude that he's a successful gambler prolly the money he had won during his gambling days turned into an investment and went into ventures. He's born as a gambler because he told me that he's been gambling since he's a kid but since he got now a family, he has to secure his profits through investments.

You can probably consider yourself a successful gambler if you are able to meet your goals everytime you play. With those stats you've just shown to us, I guess you kept on hitting your targets.

I have a neighbor who won a lottery, friends who won a one-time jackpot, etc., and they move on with their life, with their winning prize, of course, without any problem. I consider these stories a success.

However, I also have uncles who lost everything because of gambling. The difference is, in my opinion, about how frequent you do it. The more frequent you play, your chance of winning dropped, and at the end of the day, the house always wins.

I never met successful gamblers who can able to get awesome profit from usual games but several years ago in my country i had been met someone who won the lottery and he can bought house, cars or anything luxury things he want because the prize from the lottery was very high amount but today i heard from my friend he was poor because he spend his money too fast

Completely a success as they already get a good reward in gambling, and speaking of lottery, that should be a big amount and one does not need to gamble again as being lucky only happen once in your lifetime with that opportunity to make millions.

Actually, that thing didn't come into my mind, meeting someone personally who became rich from gambling. Maybe because i'm less interested on it but it's good to met someone. I wouldn't call that success but a stroke of luck. A successful gambler is someone who is able to predict the outcome of a match for example based on the info he has.

That unfortunately is the opposite of a success story. 

They keep themselves still anonymous and even we met them we eventually don't know if that person is a successful gambler or not. Nobody knows not unless we know that person in real life but we are not knowing each other.
It actually, we don't need to chase them, they are too far to reach, we better to focus our self and who knows we will be like them in the future if we pursue  it as a gambler.

Its good that they're able to invest it properly unlike other who didn't spent it wisely. I don't personally know of someone who won big amounts in gambling or lottery but I saw a story or like documentary on tv  about someone who is said to very lucky, when he bet on something he will surely wins and it didn't only happen once, as far as I remembered, he won 5 bets straight no loss so he did bet with a bigger amount and he won again but he was overwhelmed with the big winnings that he spent it here and there, he didn't invest even a little portion of it in a house or what not, as a results he became broke without him realizing it and now his back to square one, and he did try to do gambling but he isn't very lucky anymore. Thus, if you become lucky and won big amount in lottery or gambling make sure to spend is wisely and not waste it because luck doesn't always come everyday.

I think the most difficult thing to do ever is getting a successful gambler. I doubt if it’s even possible to find one. All gamblers are losers and hopeful people with plans of becoming rich someday and yet with No guarantee. A game that is so full of uncertainty can never make anyone successful

Winning 1BTC gambling was not a huge task a few years back and i have won a few in several sites when the price of bitcoin was really low, but that does not make me super rich, there are people who made a lot of money through gambling and you wont hear from those people quite often as they like to do those without many eyes in them, Vegas is the gambling capital of the world and you can find many professional gamblers in every corner  :D.

I did not encounter nor talked to them even once. I bet they are busy counting their winnings or relaxing on a cozy place. Maybe if someone showed their face and or identities on the internet they could probably be paid shills for a certain gambling site. If there are people who won BIG, they will be very keep it secret for sure, I think I would do that to if I am that person.

       The real success in gambling is enjoyment of oneself, the most  important is you have the money to take the bet then if you win is a bonus, that's why you always feel happy of winning small or big.

I never met personally gambler winners but I saw them how they hit the jackpot on dice gambling before. It was on PD before one of my friends there who accidentally hit the jackpot and I think that was a huge amount. I know that was not successful because for me that is a coincidence and for sure he never does it again. I don’t know anyone who won big in gambling, especially millions of money because I’m just a small time player and never experience to hang-out with the rich kids. I have been reading about many successful gamblers who made names in Poker but I have not met them yet. I have been very busy in my own jobs and hardly find time to meet these people but I want to meet them because you get to learn so many things from them and the way they made it to the top really inspires you to work every waking hour.

Except for sports betting, is it possible to predict the outcome? Casino games like dice, roulette, hi-lo, etc., are pure luck-based games IMO. I consider them success because humans tend to be greedy and have a biased expectation about luck. They could gamble again and lost, but they get out and continue with their happy life.

However, I agree for sports betting, with the correct analysis and a bit of luck, you can be successful.

  Many people are addicted in gambling, because they found this site as liable outcome that gives profits according on investments. Somehow, we have an individual acknowledgement on success, evading from loses and luck is the one of the most aspect we can called thrive. I only hear people who got success in this site, but not meet them.

Games like dice, roulette, hi-lo and other can't be predicted, that is true, but if your mind works in mysterious ways you could have an edge in poker of blackjack for example. Counting cards and memorising them would give you an edge over the opponents or the House.

it depends, really. Not everyone that found on self-enjoyment as you, probably.  You know, sometimes you see a penny on the floor - it is basically a small win, and you will not bother to bend over, because it is too low.

In our local place ?  There are regular gamblers here who play gambling ( card based )  every single day ( every afternoon to be specific ) and i witnessed thier winning moment alot of times but other times or other days , they also get experience to loose . This only means that you cant get be succesful in gambling but you can only be succesful on other things .

Usually a gambler would not keep track of his record, he win some and lose some, that's the real thing in gambling.
Maybe we will noticed he is a successful gambler if he keeps winning everytime or most of the time, but that's really rate in gambling.

Maybe you should have best started the story with I have a very lucky neighbor LOL. He is such a lucky and a smart gambler. Imagine him starting up a business and deviated from gambling when others would put that same money back into the   gambling

I have never met anyone personally but I read of a lot of successful gamblers, recently a story was shared on the forum about a guy who played on Primedice and won 51BTCs and proofs where shown to back this up and I have really been motivated to keep on gambling ever since and happily I am improving by the dat. I have been making some interesting wins of recent but I can't say that I am a successful gambler yet.

My mother in law goes to casinos almost every year, she just has a group of friends and because they are a bunch of people it is cheaper for them to get a flight booking plus hotel booking and since they gamble there it costs them very small for all of the regular vacation stuff.

She goes there, sits on the slots all day and "gambles" all day with about 200 bucks and usually wins money or has break even. This doesn't mean she is a successful gambler but the woman literally managed to have one week vacation every year for the past 20 years for almost no money at all to a place that has super entertaining stuff from gambling to famous people singing to great food and even free drinks on the house which I consider as a win.

If you want super successful people they are already famous and you saw them on your google search, all the small ones are the ones like my mother in law.

Haven't met with any of the successful gamblers, here the success is determined most of the time with like. However we make strategies, only the luck decides whether we need to get success or not. Recently primedice celebrated its 6th year and in that one of the user shared his experience of winning 400btc playing 0.5btc as the initial value. Finally he took 150btc at last which is truly a big win and he in my view is a successful gambler where what he won gets important.

It can be a victory and defeat that doesn't mean much to them if they are within reasonable limits, of course they won't count a lot about what they get and what they spend because it's a little complicated thinking too much, so that's just their way playing with fun without thinking more about things that can be detrimental, not everyone will succeed in gambling back to their people and success in other fields is the real thing.

I knew several very successful esports gamblers online back when I was actively betting on esports matches, especially with CS:GO- several had earnings over 10BTC, though I haven't talked with any of them in a while. I've never been nearly as successful gambling or betting, though I'm overall in the green with CS:GO betting.

I haven't met any gamblers nearly as successful in real life, though I do know some people that have dug themselves into a deep pit from gambling.

Unfortunately, I haven't met one and I'd like to meet one, some of them are high profile individual and it's hard to befriend these people as long as you have contact among his peers, these high rollers are well guarded go check the casinos in your city and you will see what I mean.

I have not yet ever met a "Successful" Gambler in my whole like all was I met was a "broke" gambler. Since I don't believe in gambling that much because I have once a family of gblers I never seen them successful but I seen them winning sometimes. I can't called their winning as their success since when they go again in the next day to play they will lose it again. Success is not just one day or one week but success is lifetime.

Lol this kind of question. First of all. I'm starting with online,  I haven't met anyone online that claims to be rich and playing my gambling, maybe rich men don't play gambling online I guess, or maybe they don't have time to be discussing online like we do,  they just play on a low-key? Then as for offline,  I haven't seen a single gambler that is successful, majority of them I know are very useless and they are very addicted to gambling. I was keeping records of my stock market trades while I was winning, when I started to lose my gains I just stopped keeping records! lol I suppose something similar is happening to gambler, they prefer to NOT KNOW how much they're losing.

Also, My opinion to the thread's question is that, when it comes to pure luck games, the amount of successful people should be MAXIMUM around 40% to 45%... but none of the people I know are gambling.

I think when you are motivated to gamble and win by looking and following a successful gambler on social media, these sought of questions comes to mind and its pretty okay to ask such questions. I think in sports gambling, I would love to meet Bill Center who is the richest gambler currently in the gambling industry with $200 million worth.

It doesn't matter for them if you don't find their win as success or not but it matters to them on how they address that as success.

Success means that you have aimed your goal like winning and it's up to you if you will determine it as life time or short time.

In real life I do not met any successful gambler. The main reason for this is that I hardly go to any physical casino and most of the time i spend online on gambling. I do happen to come across few gamblers who did won some decent amount from gambling through online chatting. Sometimes i wish that i may be lucky too to win some big amount of money through betting & gambling games.

Your story is like me, i don't have any time for playing off line gambling games and the other reason i don't met the successfull gambler because in my local place just small amount of gambling games, so until now i still don't meet successfull gambler but i have chance to see successfull gambler related with cryptocurrencies.

I may not have made up to 1BTC all my years of gambling but I am so proud to call myself a successful gambler, you can argue with your keypad bro lol. I never find any successful who made more than 1 BTC, of course, there are many who earned so much money trading but i have never personally met those guys. To be honest, none so far and if I did ever meet one, the first question I will ask him is that how did he even become successful as a gambler. I knew someone that won in the lottery but I can't say that he is a successful gambler because he only became successful not in gambling but when he got the money he won, he built a lot of businesses and well, that is how he earned a lot.

Someone close to me was/is a chronic sport gamblers. I do not understand what keeps him gambling. Probably the hope of winning big or just addiction?
Sometimes it breaks me seeing him regularly with POS receipts from betting centers , playing and  hoping he wins big one day.

Truth be told, I haven't encountered any single person that I can consider successful in gambling. If you ask the opposite, I bet there will be a long list for this. But sometimes how you identify success matters here. Is it about money or emotional impact to that person? If we gauge success in terms of money, only few individuals attained such success on this part but emotional well-being, might have bigger number.

Gambling should really be counted on this way on where you do treat yourself as successful if you do able to meet or gain up such entertainment with it not just

How can we say that someone is a successful gambler?

I know a lot of people that won huge amount of money, build their houses based on the money they've won in the lottery, have their own businesses with the use of their gambling money, are they successful? I don't think so. Despite the fact they built something out of their winnings, I asked some of them and told me they lose a lot and thar money they used is not the money they won but the money they lost, they just got it back.

Every gambler likes to talk about the how much money he made last year but I never met with a single gambler who likes to talk about how much he sacrificed for being as a profitable gambler during these years. Coincidence? Well, I don't think so.

I think I can consider my relatives a successful gambler. They won last month in a lottery. One bet 10$ and he won $50,000 on the lottery and the other one bet the same amount but he won twice as much as the first.

I'm not expecting this to happen to me because I'm always a failure in gambling.

That is a big Irony, really big one. It's interesting how things worked out for them at the end, but this is a really important reason why it's so important to put limits into the time and money that you are going to spend daily/weekly so you avoid problems and if you end up being a success story that is pretty amazing.

I agree with you to some extent but I will like to asked you this question : what are "other benefits we do get while gambling"? I have not see any other benefits outside fun that many of us claim here. I have see every gamblers strive to get profits. I am into gambling to become successful and not losing. That is the real successful, I know a lot of gamblers who are successful or not successful. Most of them are offline gamblers, why I can tell that they are successful? Well, i haven't met anyone who has been gambling for a long time and has been successful, but have definitely met a few people who have just won here and there.

For myself, I have not seen a gambler who is successful. By successful, I mean relying on it totally and taking care of the family, building house and living a very comfortable life like a business man, no.

Same with me, and I never trust to an article that stated he is a successfull gambler or everything about him againt gambling before I meet him first. Seems like just a few people who had a successfull being a gambler and he made a lot of wealth from he wons gambling. Most of them just stuck, I mean when he has won then a few day ahead when he plays again will loss. However, for the lottery thing then I'll trust for this news because I had met someone who got a lottery for $100.000 twice. And he uses it to buy land, home and make a bussiness as he wonted.

In my opinion, meeting a famous gambler is a good thing because it gives you more knowledge about how to perform out of the casino or in real life. Habits matters a lot and it is a fact that having a good routine of habits could be instrumental in keeping you mentally and physically fit thereby improving your chances to win at poker.    I've never met professional gamblers and well known persons from this area, like wide known. But I met couple gambling addicts, like real ones who mix total success with total loose all the time.

When we experiment ourselves sometimes we might also turn to be  successful gambler. Myself truly successful with gambling, but I was unable to take it forward. With pro gamblers it is very simple thing and they knew when to stop and when to continue. Even today I won around 0.003btc, but the wallet soon got empty. We easily get into emotion and the same ends up with loss.

I really think there are a lot of successful gamblers out there waiting to be discovered but it won't be easy because most of the gamblers here prefer to be anonymous than revealing their real names. I think if you win alot and are not careful you can really get yourself into a certain amount of trouble if not knowing how to cope with the winnings.
You see it all the time on those time life story lottery winners who end up with the worst luck possible after winning their millions. Such as family members dying suddenly when they were healthy, drug/alcohol abuse, etc etc.

I never a successful gambler personally I am not in a high roller circle, and it's quite hard to meet these people, they go around with their bodyguards and they seem to be untouchable, I think most casino operators are also protecting because they are their high roller customers in their casinos.

Actually in reality, not everyone is successful gambler and as a gambler sometime we get success and sometime we lose our success and goodwill. Only few gamblers are here who have forever a successful career in gambling. 

I am pretty excited about meeting my favorite gamblers in the next gambling conference in Japan. It is going to be next year and many successful gamblers from around the world are going to attend. Gamblers or people who do won big time with gambling will most likely do such thing in the end where spending those winnings back into the place on where they do won jackpots.

If meeting personally, I haven't met a succesful gambler yet. All gamblers I know are addicted and some of them are in debt. They even sold their appliances just to do gambling. Maybe it's really hard to control your greed when you already won in gambling or lottery. You spend it compulsively thinking that it won't run out quickly.

Nothing aint to worry when one discloses profits in this thread. As we can see we are all anonymous here and only our close friends and relatives might know our accounts here so we are safe on against thief and other hackers or negative elements.

That's the problem with my friends, they only share their losses but never their profit because they are thinking that I would do bad things to them. Just imagine that your goal is to win in gambling and your escape route is also gambling. You see, there are stories about a person that loves gambling in our place and I don't know if that is gossip or not. This person is addicted to gambling and went from house to house to borrow money and say he will be giving it back in days but days passed and it is not returned, and yes, he will go back to borrow again. I don't see why winning such an amount is impossible if  the glambling owners are actually making so much money...enough to pay large amount to a single winner.

That could be a crazy win man, even me I don't believe such news and it is quite impossible a person in over for such huge amount even a long time gambler won't win that jackpot prize. Of course, nobody will claims that he wins as for security reason.

Most of us here are online gamblers, therefore we would not know who the successful are, we are in an anonymous gambling and I think that is safer that people knowing you that you are a successful gambler. My definition of successful gambler means that you keep winning because you have the a working strategy, that would be risky on your side if some people knows your are making money, so it's understandable that we don't often meet a successful gambler.

Besides that, the successful gamblers will not say to the public or other people that he is one of the successful gamblers. That person will keep silence and will enjoy his victory with his closest friends or maybe his family and not come back to the gambling places for some time. The successful gamblers will exist, but we don't know who are they until they reveal themselves to us.

It’s so ridiculous how people spend their daily hard earned income on a game to enrich its owners all in the name of pleasure, I would rather go on a date with my girlfriend with that money than put it into a casino site after all its all Fun. Actually I have seen a few people that become rich through gambling. But 90% of them I know that are into gambling are all losers and addicts. Just few that I know that were so lucky and got huge winnings from gambling that changed their life completely. I think gamblers are very good with showing off and it would be rare to have anyone that has made it go unnoticed. Most gamblers that I have seen win even little money would always spread the good news to others because it’s their method of recruiting other new gamblers, so I believe that any successful gambler would easily be seen.

It’s just a business strategy , I know that I started gambling after I heard the story of a poor guy in my neighborhood that made it through gambling.

Have I met a successful gambler,no I haven't but I have read stories of people winning big and on some threads here people have won lots of bitcoin from micro bets, guess this counts.

me and my dad was checking out a apartment becuse he needed a new on, and the guy that owned the place was a proffesional poker player had 2 screen setup and everything, this was like 10 years ago so not as common with dual setup as now.

Personally I dont met any successful Gambler in real world most of my know people who played online casino are always losing but I read or watch video of successful people who win a huge money by playing casino but I'm not 100% sure if this is legit story because we all know that house endge of casino is favor to them not in the player.

Based on your subject, we all have been successful in one way or the other and we cannot denial the fact that; people have made it from gambling and today they are happy to be called a gambler. Backed in those days when i stated gambling, at a time i lost many of my coins for gambling and last 2 years ago, i did it and made away with almost 2BTC on a single game.

I have never found a successful gambler so far, all I know is that being a gambler does not guarantee success and if you only get a little victory, it might happen but it won't make you successful.

Maybe main purpose of a lot of people is money. That is why success in gambling maybe people will said if that person be really rich because of gambling. But for others, make fun of gambling and play without pressure is something that they want to achieve too.

People might become rich through gambling if they are extremely luck but they can stay rich only if they invest the money which gives stable income.

Trusting gambling for staying rich will make them to be poorer.

Yes, we still saw the people reason for playing gambling is because of money. They want to win the money from gambling by playing so many games, but some of them do not realize that winning the games in gambling is not easy and they need to spend much money, and they must have the luck to win.

The idea is just to have fun with whatever we find in our hands. It must not necessarily be for gambling alone, because fulfillment is what makes success.

There is absolutely nothing wrong if gambling was played as a career and gamblers playing with all diligence. Gambling has been around and has been a means of people making money for centuries in different forms.

For instance, some people lost their properties to just a mere friendly game of poker in those days, so you can see that gambling for money didn’t start now. Its just that gambling is now more common on the internet but Its always prevalent and has grown.

I think the reason why most gamblers find it difficult to share their experience is because they also do no know exactly what how they win or loose, that’s the plain truth. Majority of them are aware that their luck is just by luck and it is always very difficult to explain luck to anyone . It happens when even the player can not describe, gambling is the most uncertain and indescribable game ever, so most gamblers would rather remain silent on issues like these can to say something that would complicate them.

Agreed, we can't judge about gambling and also our luck. Both are stranger for us and Gambling is unpredictable all the time, so same situation is here in our luck, we can't say that we are too much lucky all the time and also we can't say that we will win gambling, Both can give us defeat.

Indeed, if you see someone getting rich from gambling, don't then have the same goal of becoming rich. maybe they have great courage and luck so they become rich, but not necessarily you have the same destiny. gambling is not a game based on luck. so don't be too influenced by seeing rich players from gambling

There's no way to conclude your skills, even you are lucky from particular you can't be assured that you'll do the same after, there's a lots

That is why i am not really in gambling. Gambling, even make us rich, and if we not know when to stop, only need time for us until our money is gone because of that. Maybe play gambling with spare money and look for fun is good. For example, in poker games that we still can play or maybe guess something in sportsbet.

I personally feel that the original essence of gambling has been abused; it’s awkward most times I see gamblers in desperate need of games to play to make them become rich suddenly and I am always surprised whenever I see these.

Yes, that is the ideal way when winning huge amount from gambling. Better to stay away first to avoid losing much also since one can bet huge bets because of the huge win or profit from winning. Yet, if one can control the bets then one can still bet but it should be minimal only betting only minimal amounts of money.

That minimal bets can be dangerous in the long run.

Always remember that you are still gambling, no matter how high or low your bets are, you are still gambling, you are still in that circle that you don't decide whether you lose or win that money, you are at risk. If you want to win in gambling? don't gamble at all since that is better than gambling even in smaller bets since there is no difference in a gambler with huge bets and gambler with lower bets, they are still gambling and they will end up losing.

In gambling there is so much to earn profit as there are so many gamblers that you can choose according to your interest and your own mentality, when you spend your money you will get reward for it more than double, if you are lucky you will be able gain triple or multiply with 10, I am happy to be a gambler because there are so many successfully earning with gambling.

It is true though, the possibility of a skill-based game is higher than luck-based game but still, it is gambling. I've watched a lot of professionals going to each other and they still lost. Even professionals lost and that comes down to maybe their sponsors or where they put their money. You can say someone is rich but you can't say if that is because of gambling since there are people that don't really spend their money gambling but also in investments especially if we are talking about a professional gambler.

I think if you are playing on a house edge game there is no way you can be successful.

How can a person be a successful gambler? I know one person who won a lot from sportsbetting if that counts and sportsbetting is not pvp like poker or something so it should count. Dude played on 3 games that all seemed impossible, like he played on 3 teams that were destined to lose those games for sure and he bet on them anyway (I think this was on the world cup before the last one, so not the one France won but previous one) and not only he bet that the worse team will win but he bet something like draw on first half as well (I think it was either draw or better team ahead on first half).

So, it was even more impossible yet he won those games, I remember watching the first two games, me and my friends were playing fifa and didn't care about him because it was obvious he would lose but all of us stopped and watched the last game like crazy.

He bet like 10 bucks and made more than 5 thousand as far as I remember (amount could be different it wasn't dollars so I am exchanging from my mind how much dollar worth at that time).

Its hard to make money from gambling and therefore it is hard to find the successful gamblers. But if we try to find out the successful gambling casino they are plenty of them.
Its a bitter truth that most of the gamblers are at a loss and only a few have tasted the overall profit from their portfolio.

They've got the chance to win big so there's also possibilities that those money that they've got is also from their gambling activities, as one big hit can give them enough amount to become rich, there's casino players who can manage to win huge amount of money in a single day.

When you play dice online for hours everyday you're gunna have loosing spells. I tried to twist "take the $$ and run" with "Spend the $$ then play." Works okay, but a lot of times my actual $$ and bankroll is fairly low and i'm surrounded by lots of items i don't really need. And all my bills are paid for a while.

All in all im a gambling addict but sometimes the $$ can come so easy. Like the other day was low on funds and took 500k to 0.88btc. And other days Ill have multiple btcs and play sloppy and loose way more than I should.

It's so hard to stop playing when you're winning too. Until that one day you loose and you're chasing back up to your highpoint. Happened to me last feb after being up a significant amount. Some sound adive is don't chase losses, play with a fresh slate everytime.

Yep, that will be different from the gamblers, and the gambling site and the win money will be at the gambling site than in the gambler's hand. We could find the successful gamblers from the internet, but unfortunately, we don't know the real facts of them so we could only read the news.

I am sure that when you heard his story, you are amazed to him and I think you imagine if your luck will be like him. Winning 1 bitcoin in gambling is difficult for every people and only people who have the luck that can do that. But that is not good if we are only playing gambling because we chase the win money, we need to do other things to get the money and not from gambling.

Winning 1 bitcoin depends on when it was. Though 1 bitcoin = 1 bitcoin but for me the price by that time is also important. The guy never said when he was able to met that person who told the story of winning 1 bitcoin on roulette. But as long as it's a success for him, then let's just consider that guy as a successful gambler. I guess the right question should be "have you met a regular gambler who  earns regular income from gambling and is able to pays his bills from the income."  A  big win cannot determine whether gambling is as reliable source of income.
The likelihood of gambling being a reliable source of income to gamblers is very small.  therefore gambling should  never be seen as a source of income

NO, NOT YET. I HAVE NEVER MET ANY SUCCESSFUL GAMBLER. But, its a dream of all gamblers to became a successful gamblers,  but its difficult to be a successful gambles because there is always a chance that we can lose a big amount.

Yes I did, he's my classmate. He won in a dice game of Bitsler with approximately 3 BTC and then he used it to grow more in poker since he's also good playing it. I can really say that he's skilled gambler enough but fortunate at the same time. Sometimes I use his strategy and it gives me more odds in winning.
