Thats fine if you pay the fee,(stated in the auction)  Use MinerJones or OGNasty , You can do Phillip too. I really dont care whom but they need to have high trust (50+ with sales in trust history) for me to trust them. So youll Have to cover escrow and networkfee's,(keep in mind its double network fee's since it moves twice before it hits my wallet

I believe the deal that WhyFly is referring to is the auction you won but then he claims you never paid - which you are claiming no deal was made, though the posts clearly show you won the auction.

I am having an issue with an escrow with op.

He sold a unit to smoothyvo I escrowed and I am holding funds.

He does not answer me or smoothyvo

So smoothyvo wants to cancel deal.

I posted here to let everyone see this problem.

That makes sense. Seems to be a common occurrence given their feedback from WhyFhy. 24 hours seems good enough considering they were online yesterday, and are aware they are in the middle of a deal. I wonder if they'll try and sell it again after, with some excuse for the lack of communication.

I call bullshit on this user.

These are classic red flags of a exit scammer, Could just be a series of circumstantial stuff, I don't think so though.(Newbie account too)
I would recommend using escrow on any future deals with this user no matter how minute the amount.

I never refused escrow just tried to establish credibility with the user.
I obviously gave the user 3 escrow options including the user's preferred escrow guy (Phillipma1957 whom he has currently left hanging in limbo on other escrow deal).
User procrastinated the sale so long BTC has DOUBLED and user had buyers remorse and went cold.
User has provided 0 proof to his claims.
BTW TX fee's at the time where also high as fuck.
Im a city away from this user as well.

At crypto832  if you are this unlucky in life and tons of shit happened to you I am sorry.  But I have never called you out as a scammer.

Yet  in a pm today you wrote you were scammed shipping.  Well how is that if you had shipped yesterday you could show it is on its way.

 and You would get the coins when it arrived.

I went the extra mile to give you the chance to show you are a good decent seller.

You still have time to show that monday date for the shipping.  As I will hold funds just a bit longer.












A Complete aside escrow work sucks.

I escrowed about 5000 usd in 3 escrows .  the last 10-15 days  my fees were 75 bucks.  once I did test sends I spent about 10 or 15 of  that 75 bucks  so a net of say 60 usd for me.   I have written more then 50 pm's for these escrows  they still are not finished. and if you look above you will see when I almost f'd up and listed wrong refund address there was no one either buyer or seller   saying hey phil  you mixed  refund address of buyer with seller's payment address.

I caught that before the  tester send  which is why I send a tester send  since it is only 7 or 8 bucks.  Once I do this and I am confirmed I send rest of coin.

At times I feel  25% of the escrows I do are simply done by a scammer trying to tire me out and get me to stop escrowing.  Thus allowing scammers easier work at scamming.

Mate (@philipma1957) you are legendary. Thank you for providing a sane voice and offering your services in this forum. I say this cause I've been trying to find a Z11 to buy and mostly all offers come from negative members (negative trust) or just people who wants to use "discord escrow".

seems amazing that while the seller seems ticked that the deal is being reversed and buyer is being refunded - even to saying that they have shipped the item the day before but still never posted something which would simply validate the statement - a tracking number...

you may want to re-read what he said. he said that he feels that 25% of deals that go bad are from scammers. he never said you directly.

Now that is my addition and is no where near what Phil said. He has shown more patience than I've seen any escrow use on this forum, mind you I don't often see people toy with others time and money in this fashion. Watching this you've been shown infinite consideration for every possible issue that has happened to you in the last week. The fact is you are a waste of everyone's time, and I feel this was probably a really shitty Escrow for Phil to have had to manage and navigate at this time due to some of the excuses made.

You have shown up here several times since claiming to have sent the package and not once have you shown tracking information. Not that hard but you seem to act like it has to be delivered by carrier pigeon to the mountaintop offices of the Internet. I've left my feedback previously to the affect that you are essentially a time waster, and I suggest people avoid dealing with you.  I might revise it that they should have you pay escrow fees up front because you waste peoples time and BTC which is worse than your average troll.

have you ever heard of recalling a shipment as i previously posted? Why would i give the tracking to the buyer after he has been refunded when he can simply have the item held by fedex for his pickup and not pay? Your not very smart.

Philip, you need to raise your escrow rates so it's more worth while to you.

You won't believe how many times something like this comes up in the mining industry when it comes time for a buyer to cough up the funds. There is always a wild excuse as to why someone missed the contractual deadline and missed out on an opportunity.

I have done escrow for years as a community service and not as a money maker.

For now I simply will not do very many at all as I don't want to do it to make money.

My mining is taking off and it becomes more and more of a burden to do escrows.

The wife gets annoyed that I do them.  She keeps  saying is if you do 40 right and 1 wrong you lose money.  She's right.

So for now I will let others do them. I need to tend to the farm as it is.

You can't provide it as a service if you don't make a little $ doing it. If you don't do it, then someone else is going to get screwed because they can't find a reliable escrow.

So, you are actually doing the community a service even if your prices are higher.

You could charge 5%-20% depending on the size of the deal and no one will blink an eye, because it's YOU they trust.

Raise your rates, so that people can continue using your services! Otherwise, you'll burn out and no be able to be of any help to the community.

I agree with the above, leave the 1% and 2% to us noob escrow providers :) Though I doubt I will get any business even with a lower rate until my trust rating is higher.

Lol , the OP is making offers to buy a Z11.   They are in the same price range .  Why would he be trying to buy one and sell his at the same time ?   I'm sick of people trying to take advantage of people.

they are also selling/buying on their alt as well - maybe trying to scam for money in sales? and get miners sent as well in purchases? but with no intent to pay and/or deliver?
