seems amazing that while the seller seems ticked that the deal is being reversed and buyer is being refunded - even to saying that they have shipped the item the day before but still never posted something which would simply validate the statement - a tracking number... also funny that on the same day they are posting & complaining about another seller not getting back to them... oh and did so on the date they claim they had no internet... i been pming about s9 over and over

I guess ill just recall it and eat the shipping.........................................

But I have never called you out as a scammer. Yet in a pm today you wrote you were scammed shipping. Well how is that if you had shipped yesterday you could show it is on its way. and You would get the coins when it arrived. I went the extra mile to give you the chance to show you are a good decent seller. You still have time to show that monday date for the shipping. As I will hold funds just a bit longer. A Complete aside escrow work sucks. I escrowed about 5000 usd in 3 escrows . the last 10-15 days my fees were 75 bucks. once I did test sends I spent about 10 or 15 of that 75 bucks so a net of say 60 usd for me. I have written more then 50 pm's for these escrows they still are not finished. and if you look above you will see when I almost f'd up and listed wrong refund address there was no one either buyer or seller saying hey phil you mixed refund address of buyer with seller's payment address. I caught that before the tester send which is why I send a tester send since it is only 7 or 8 bucks. Once I do this and I am confirmed I send rest of coin. At times I feel 25% of the escrows I do are simply done by a scammer trying to tire me out and get me to stop escrowing. Thus allowing scammers easier work at scamming. now i am a scammer? wow so professional |

Now that is my addition and is no where near what Phil said. He has shown more patience than I've seen any escrow use on this forum, mind you I don't often see people toy with others time and money in this fashion. Watching this you've been shown infinite consideration for every possible issue that has happened to you in the last week. The fact is you are a waste of everyone's time, and I feel this was probably a really shitty Escrow for Phil to have had to manage and navigate at this time due to some of the excuses made. You have shown up here several times since claiming to have sent the package and not once have you shown tracking information. Not that hard but you seem to act like it has to be delivered by carrier pigeon to the mountaintop offices of the Internet. I've left my feedback previously to the affect that you are essentially a time waster, and I suggest people avoid dealing with you. I might revise it that they should have you pay escrow fees up front because you waste peoples time and BTC which is worse than your average troll. |

Why would i give the tracking to the buyer after he has been refunded when he can simply have the item held by fedex for his pickup and not pay? Your not very smart. |

I am not smart? you recalled it after Phil was cancelling and after you said you had no internet all night - yet that same night you had no internet, you were here posting about buying 100 miners from someone else... we here are not as stupid as you keep calling us. when you were making the post about not having electricity, you could have posted the tracking number at that time or at the times during the night prior when you were posting about buying 100 miners. phil did not refund the btc until after you said you were recalling the package.... you wasted everyones time here. edit*** not to mention - posting the tracking - even if recalled would still prove it was shipped - tracking numbers do nothing but show where a package is at...where it came from...where it is going... oh and when it was sent... the lack of providing one does nothing but show you to be a liar. buyer already did his part. you did nothing but post excuses - many of them false - and provably false. In both this post and in other posts. Until you prove yourself, you have zero credibility here. all the people you are insulting have done what you have not done - establish credibility... |

You won't believe how many times something like this comes up in the mining industry when it comes time for a buyer to cough up the funds. There is always a wild excuse as to why someone missed the contractual deadline and missed out on an opportunity.

I have done escrow for years as a community service and not as a money maker. For now I simply will not do very many at all as I don't want to do it to make money. My mining is taking off and it becomes more and more of a burden to do escrows. The wife gets annoyed that I do them. She keeps saying is if you do 40 right and 1 wrong you lose money. She's right. So for now I will let others do them. I need to tend to the farm as it is. |

So, you are actually doing the community a service even if your prices are higher.
You could charge 5%-20% depending on the size of the deal and no one will blink an eye, because it's YOU they trust.
Raise your rates, so that people can continue using your services! Otherwise, you'll burn out and no be able to be of any help to the community.

I agree with the above, leave the 1% and 2% to us noob escrow providers  Though I doubt I will get any business even with a lower rate until my trust rating is higher. |

they are also selling/buying on their alt as well - maybe trying to scam for money in sales? and get miners sent as well in purchases? but with no intent to pay and/or deliver? |
