On the other end, I hate the flag system in such cases. FreeWallet account has inactive flags even though a number of members support it and just because some from the DT doesn't, the flags are not shown. What I read from others that you don't own the private key so the brand name (freewallet) is misleading. Fortunately I have never used them but the story heard about them were not too pleasant. I have no idea how you are going to recover your funds but I think you need to create enough buzz so that they feel forced to look into your case and pay you back.
Start with creating a type 3 flag and update the OP using the correct format. No matter how bad Coinbase is as a wallet, I'd much prefer storing funds there than using FreeWallet.
