hi My friend noticed that in the last few weeks both the price of bitcoin and altcoin bled, is there anyone who can give me good advice for buying and trading that is good and safe. because I heard a few months ago that the Binance exchange was at the restat, now is it safe if I return to trade there, because I have also traded a long time in binance, so I was on vacation to trade there, because at that time Binance was at the restat. There is no good and safe trading advice. Perfect time to buy was half year ago. Then price was increasing for 5 months and now is more or less stable. It is hard to expect that price would keep increasing. It is also hard to expect that would decrease much unless recession will hit us early.  If you need to buy, then buy slowly. Buy some each month. That way you it dont matters to you if right now price is super expensive.

Now the price of bitcoin and altcoin has risen again. even today the prices of bitcoin and altcoin have grown by a few percent in coinmarketcap. You can see at coinmarketcap.com today that the prices of bitcoin and altcoin have increased again. I hope this increase continues.

As usual trend in 2019 was like this! "Bitcoin pump, Altcoins dump", the next "Bitcoin dump Altcoins was also dump", the other day "Bitcoin pump still Altcoins dump"? These was keep my head turning its very hard to read the Crypto Market in 2019 comparing 2016-2017 it has a huge differences and as we see Altcoins are bleeding more day by day, in my personal opinion the market of Altcoins are shifting to bitcoin thats why massive dump was recorded in most of the Altcoins in the market. and Top exchange influences like Binance,Bittrex,Houbi etc. has nothing to do with this, Investors are selling most of its altcoins thats why most of the Altcoins price was down so much.

The prices are still silent, and to be honest, I do not really know why because yesterday or several days ago Bakkt exchange was approved to be launched in September. Why isn't market reacting to such positive news?

Obviously we cannot deny the event that crypto is very unstable and changes rapidly all the time. but I feel down and up is still in a stable limit. unfortunately I can not give advice about binance, because I do not use. but seeing in CMC they are very stable.

This was as a result of Bitcoin price dumped which drag the whole market down, for me Altcoins need to make themselves count, Bitcoin never promised any fancy marketing jargon and is doing well, most of these ALtcoins came out with fancy promises and have not delivered, if we can get them to differentiate themselves from BTC it would be good for the space.

About the coin's price, they always change, that's how we lose and make profit, I Really don't care much about chaging, just focus on coins that you're trading. And bitcoin price would effect alt's alot.

The market is green today after the announcement of Bakkt. I don't have any problem with Binance but you can try other exchange who has high volume like Binance

What I don't really understand is between Bitcoin and altcoin which controls the price of another but You can tell an altcoin is close to death when its price soars. That may sound like a contradiction in terms, but that’s what can happen to crypto assets when they’re in the throes of death. I feel Exchanges should delist Altcoins with low volumes and most of them are Scam.

For me binance is business as usual so yes you can go ahead and actively trade if you already have an account there, now binance has also launched its dex so you can check that out as well but im sticking to centralized exchange at the moment only.

The price of Bitcoin is not in down but in a range bound within the $9200 to $12300. So, we can not say that Bitcoin is underperforming. Whatever the price has increased from the lower level of $3200 is a good movement and definitely here the price consolidation is justified. But, if we talk about the altcoin it is true that these are very down and underperforming.

There was never a restart from binance , probably you wanted to say when they were hacked ! It’s stronger now and you can trade there ! Price of tokens either bitcoin or Altcoins won’t remain stagnant or move in one direction , it will always go either up  or down ! The market condition now is not that bad compared to its status few months ago.

Though there's a hacking incident in binance recently, it was resolved immediately and they handled it well so I think it can still be labelled as one of the best exchange nowadays.

If you are not ready to face the risk of trading short time,then why not go for long term holdings?from there’s surely you’ll be safe while in studying how to trade rightfully.

if you will read his post again you can see that he is on a vacation for trading and he didnt trade at binance for a long time but now he is returning and he was shocked about the changes of the price and also on the binance platform  .  now he is here asking for suggestion if what is the best thing that he can do  . he is looking for an alternative exchange next to binance because he is now aware that binance is going onto some serious problems  .

For exchanges, generally bigger means better and safer. But there is no absolute guarantee of safety on any exchange really.

These other exchanges listed are great except poloenix which has had several issues before but just trying all their possible best right now to come back to life again after exchanges like this binance made them become a bit irrelevant for a short period of time.

But, the rest are perfect and I think they have learnt lessons too from bianance so that they don't become a victim of hacking also because really, there is no way binance could have seen what happen to them that easily when they were almost sure that they have one of the strongest security in place, so these other exchanges too should not completely relent and think  what happen to binance cannot happen to them also, it can happen to anyone. I think Binance still safe to trade, but maybe problem about Data of their users leaked and sold in a website might be a big punch for them. But since first, they not force us to do KYC so it is user's choice to do KYC. I am not do KYC, but not resist a lot of bad news come 1 by 1 like when hacked, data leaked, and now when i post this Binance look suspend their deposit and withdrawal and for people who don't know about it maybe they will ask other people. About bitcoin i think still safe price to buy but when price down again, at least prepare back up so we can buy it more in lower price.

Cryptocurrency is still in the developing stage, we're not done yet to badly think that this platform will be sinking. Instead, the market continue to spread and have a huge market adoption which means that prices will move sooner, the effect might just getting late. Will have to wait for it...

We need to know the risk, and it's always happening in every day. If you can check at the market, the price still up and down and there is no sign to see the bull run will happen soon. I think we need to be more patient to wait for the bull run comes because the price cannot break the highest price. Now, bitcoin price is back to the lower price, but we are not sure how much the price will decreases.

For me, I only cut loss if my expectation is only for short term but for coins that I believe and invested for long term, I will never cut loss, I'm really loss my investment, my strategy is, it's either I loss my whole investment or I will sell it x10 at the least. I know that sounds hard under the current condition, but this market has a high potential and it's not gonna bitcoin alone which will be successful once it recovers fully, I believe altcoins will also benefited of bitcoin's success, so that x10 is very realistic.

Never heard of the restart that OP was saying about Binance, do you mean the recent FUD that they're receiving? I think that has no effect at all and it's just the nature of the market. Majority of the altcoins are still riding the BTC wave, meaning that if BTC rises, they do too, vice versa. We may see an increase next year for the halvening, basing it historical data, that makes a huge jump on prices.

Bitcoin is the only coin that I have seen living independently of other coin, there is absolutely no effect on other coins on it when they increase or when they decline, but looking at Ethereum and the other coins, they were meant to actually live independently, but since the time of bear market, they have all been relying on bitcoin as their power source, if you look at the price of Ethereum increase today, just go take a look at bitcoin, you will see that it must have increase also, and vice versa.

For altcoins, I think that it would be best that I sell them off for bitcoin, because I am not certain about altcoins surviving the bear market this year and I think that their own bear market will still get them to early next year before they come out of it, but bitcoin still has the chance of growing towards $15000 before the end of the year, so we can still risk to sell all altcoins to bitcoin and then buy back later maybe before that next year when bitcoin must have made the parts we sell to have some increase in value.

The way you deliver I think you are just a newbie and inexperienced so I would suggest you to not enter a Daytrading first and if you want to be safe (as what you have mentioned)I think better take a long term holding for now and this is an advantage because while you are finding knowledge here your investment might gain(but may lose also but since I am advising you to buy bitcoin)it isn’t more safer than altcoins

Yeah, you've notice the price is going down but have you notice it how many times it goes up? People are too diligent in notifying the dumping scenario of the market, the same thing of finding mistakes but the never recognized it contribution to the market and the benefits they got from here.
There is no reason why we have to complain any dumping scenario cause we know already how the market works and we living in a decentralized market.

There are people who complains but not everyone will complain, those who short BTC will definitely be happier if the price continues to go down.

Binance is safe if you are using the exchange as an exchange and not as a security vault. The prices of crypto's are going down from time to time so it's not an issue if we see the prices swings oftenly.
Although Binance has launched their Binance DEX, coming from CZ it's not really a decentralized market so you're right that it's a centralized market but it's convenient to use.

Simple, Just move your cryptocurrency on that exchange into your own wallet.

There is no any form of buying and selling in cryptocurrency market that is safe. You just need to make up your mind from beginning that you are investing into something that is highly volatile and it is possible to lose heavily by just an hour of price movement. My advice is you can trade in binance exchange without any hesitation. Binance exchange is becoming number one exchange beating coinbase. It is partnering with remittance companies. I think investment in Binance Coin is also good idea and it will give more profits in the long run.

Do we see people complaining when the price goes up and up and sometimes even ridiculous price for ridiculous tokens with no utility? Of course not. But if things go down people complain. Altcoin hodlers are the pure example of the crypto speculators in general. They dont expect the worst case in the most trades in alt season and they fail again to the true believers who have the loyalty to the team and the project's vision. We are already in the last month in the 3rd quarter of this year and yet to define that the market still low and there is no signal for the future pumps. But still in great that we aren't dumping it hard. Though we aren't achieve our expectations but somehow we could still be profitable and that price seems to be good to me.

The current trend is not supportive of this market and it is likely that prices will drop even more in the near future. Now there are many different opinions on this but I am sure the bear market will last for a few more years before it really ends. I totally agree with you because if we compare the market of 2019 to 2018 (after the bull run) then most of us could still appreciate the current market. Bitcoin falls down around $3200 last year then it pulls back at the start of May 2019.

Some says that it's still good to buy now because something big might happen on March 2020 due to Bitcoin halving. I start holding Ether for now because I believe that the major upgrade will be the spark for the rise of Ethereum.

You have a point, but I guess this is exactly what most traders do! They look at a chart, and they think ok I see a lot of opportunities here. Market wise in logic when you see Fibonacci lines and all that make sense you go in and get a position.

Actually, if you look to the coinmarketcap right now you can totally see the falling down the price of top rank cryptocurrencies especially the bitcoin. My last sight in the price of bitcoin is around 8300$ but now when I look it again in the market it is now $8,014.68 which not totally good because if this thing keep on falling down we might experience a bear market. Anyone here who still expecting a better price on this last quarter of the year 2019.

I have use binance many times and it’s okay, when we observe today the market conditions both bitcoin and altcoins drop it's price. Yes if we would take the risks in buying from decline price then we can wait for the price increase to take profit. We’ve seen this circumstance in the crypto market that prices could go down further and will surge high.

New altcoins is a very wrong choice of coin to pick from right now, though I heard that there are some project that are very good and new but will never invest in them that much until they have entered exchange and fully established, after they have stayed a while in the market is the only way that you can really know if they are of quality services or not, because if you use their early stage to judge them, they might just be some of these coins that usually leave in the glory of hype at the beginning but does not have the real project to actually sustain themselves in the market.

Most of the projects that I prefer to invest in now are these projects that at least fall within the top 200, even if I don't buy the top ones, anyone within the top 200 is sure good for long term investment if thou read their white paper very well and then see how active their developers has been.

but as we read just minority have advantage from that kind of trading, while majority is losing money. Long-term holding is very different from

1. Do short term trading
In blood market, you are better to do short term trading, because it's risky if you do long term. market sentiment always falling down deep and deeper. Find the opportunity in coin which will bounce, make profit form its bounce

2. Do 2 ways trading, short and long
many coins go down right now, if you just do long trading, it will be hard. so take a short trading

3. Using tight stoploss
it is very risky if you use loose stoploss or even dont use stoploss. you can lose much money bcz many coins falling down

;D Undoubtedly, anyone who could foresee the cryptocurrency growth that has occurred in the last few days, he would definitely invest all his money in Bitcoin, Ethereum or any other profitable cryptocurrency in order to get a good profit.  In just one day, Bitcoin rose to almost $ 10,000, and all rating cryptocurrencies increased by 15% on average.  If there was such an opportunity, then 15% of the profit in almost a day, this is a good indicator.  But it doesn’t always happen as planned, because the cryptocurrency market always brings surprises and it is very difficult to predict with an accuracy of 100%.  Moreover, no one could even expect the latest explosion of cryptocurrency prices.

I don't want to believe this statement that much because when a trader is getting a training, what he or she is being taught is to always go for the possible dip which as a good trader could even see the dip coming from the technical and fundamental analysis that they do in the market, so I would not want to believe that a trader would be buying at a high price.

Most of the people that I see usually buy at high price are investors, and most of them are the ones that are not very smart or the ones that are new to the system and would not study the market carefully before they go for projects that would hook them in the neck and the people that still fall for panic are people that are not too strong investors in the market also.
