I think that such a small amount can only cover the costs of marketing, listing on exchanges, organization of STO, IEO and community managers salary.

With such a small amount of funds raised, it is unlikely to be succeed... It is possible that they can build a windmill in the yard but not a Bitcoin mine.
Is this the end or will there be any attempt to resurrect this project?
