We would like to explain once again why hydrogen plays a dominant role in the project.

Any new economy created must be assured by a highly liquid asset, without which its development is simply impossible. However, what asset can be relevant today, when the world is on the verge of digitalization, and at the same time there is a trend not only to use new technologies, but also to reject traditional fuel, and to transit to clean energy sources. since ico doesnt ring a bell anymore to most crypto users, what are you gonna do if you cant collect sufficient funds? though you havent stated your soft cap, yet you need certain amount of funds to push thru this project in case you cant reach your hard cap.
the reason being that crypto investors, big or small timers, have little interest in ico anymore is that most of them cant deliver their promises/mission/objectives or whatever you call it. once they collected the money, they will start to slow down, not answering questions anymore, very slow in giving updates and so on... so the investors got tired of this cycle from happening again and again.

The main idea of   the work is that there are two systems of cognition and thinking in the human body: neural and basal, which is present in any tissues consisting of ordinary cells. Basal cognition is present in all non-neural animals, plants and unicellular organisms. And in multicellular organisms, including humans, it performs the most complex functions that are unaffordable for neural networks.

"Matrix AI" differs from neural networks in that it is formed not by creating mathematical algorithms, but by generating electro-chemical impulses similar to the signals of cells of non-neural tissues and unicellular organisms.

On the basis of matrix AI and neural networks, it is supposed to create a universal system of computation and cognition, which will open up new possibilities for humanity.
