Welcome to bitcointalk, have been looking at your casino for a while, the casino's interface does not really have impressive skins although your logo and some of the buttons show the contrarily. Furthermore seems all of your games are purely from third-party services, you guys didn't have your own casino games. With all of those conditions, I kinda doubt that you can compete with other casinos which are providing better services than of yours.

Uhm TBH I won't really bother myself arguing with just the imperfection of the buttons but if your devs would study UI and UX, there would be a thing called "styling consistency" in which simply states that your buttons esp login and register buttons MUST have the same button style, shapes, etc., but can differ ONLY in colors. I am facing loading issues during surfing on the website. I don’t know its happening for my mobile data connection or taking extra time for loading lots of ame images together in the frontend. Anyway, although website design isn't too much modern but looks simple and clean to me. Lots of available games and slots will definitely attract gamblers but i think you guys should keep the section of payment method and Live chat for your platform users.

I think still website is under development mode and team will add more options on their frontend to make it user friendly. Website footer is too short and blank in mobile view where you can add company details, contacts and available payment options.

Well I gave it a try and tested out Roulette on demo mode and I can not say it had any problem, it worked as it should and also it didn't take a noticeable time to load Roulette at least.

• You may try to have special bitcointalk giveaway, so only bitcointalk users can participate. You may ask members to follow your twitter account as one of the requirement to participate. I know you have done it recently with the free spin, but you can try something else/different
• Related to the prize, like the previous one you have just done. Better to split it into several winners, the main idea is to attract new players and give them some free money to play on your site
• Contest/tournament is good to attract players, no need to have big prize but at least make people think that the contest is worth to participate although they need to deposit some money

We've tried loading the site in multiple countries no including with a vpn which should make it even slower and we couldn't reproduce long loading times of the homepage.

All images loaded instantly even with cache disabled. The images are lazy loaded too so even if there are hundreds of games, the images only load as you scroll down, not all at once.

It is common thing IMO especially we are playing Thunderkick games.

this is a summary of what happened. i was a high roller in a  site and got referred to this site.
i was given a few free spins. luckily for me, i was able to make the freespins to 0.014btc. this was really time consuming.
 when i tried withdrawing, a message popped up saying i cant withdraw without depositing.
i deposited 0.0008btc, played a little more and made it to about 0.017btc, when i tried withdrawing again, i got a message that i cant withdraw till i wager 40x my profit.
this particular message really pissed me off because they never told me about all this when i was given the free spins. i knew i will eventually loose all the cash because the terms
and the rules they where coming up with just did not make sense. i saw it as a way of the site just luring people to come loose.
well as expected i lost all my profit after wagering about 95% of what i was asked to wager.
i contacted velvecasino and told them that next time they should specify terms clearly before players start playing. yes i was pissed and it was displayed in the message i sent them.
 
after this time, i went to bed then woke up to see an email from them saying they they will send back the 0.0008btc i deposited if i send an adress, i sent it because it will make no
sense to reject free cash.
they sent the 0.0008btc to the adress i provided. i am sure they decided to do that after seeing how much i wagerd and how much i lost. i saw it as a compensating gift.
later the same day, i logged in for my free spins, once again, i was lucky to make about 0.003btc, tried withdrawing and still got the same cant withdraw till i wager 40x my profit.
i had to wager it and till i reached the 40x wager of profit. i was able to make a proft of 0.006btc. i tried withdrawing and this time it was successful. i waited for hours
and it never broadcasted on blockchain. so, i had to contact support again and this time they cancelled the withdrawal and said they won't pay me because i insulted them and that i said i will forfeit the free spin.
why will i fuckken do that when i know i have wagered enough to be able to withdraw? why will i do then when i know i have a contest i am topping?

Vervecasino, You will have to pay him his winning. Seizing a players money because he insulted you makes no sense. The only appropriate action here is to ban or mute the player. As long as his account is still active, you are suppose to pay him any amount won. From what i read here, he never talked of forfeiting spins or winnings.

On rationalgene's, it was wrong of VerveCasino to assume that players won't come back after giving them back their deposit as a sign of "goodwill". Why did they not block the account from that instant? Is it indicated in the terms that players aren't allowed to return?

VerveCasino could have at least removed free spins and just allow rationalgene play with his own money. I think they should pay whatever amount won and deduct the 0.0008 BTC they sent back to the player.

We'll address the situation with goodac (who could have posted with his real account that already posted in this thread) once and once only. There is no discussion to be had here about this.

He didn't post all emails and left out the part where we offered to cancel the winnings in exchange for his deposit being returned. This was before we even checked his balance, his winnings or his wagered amount. We just saw his abuse and complaints and assumed he didn't even play his deposit and offered it back.

He broke the terms, he forfeited his free spin winnings in return for his deposit to be sent back, which we did.
He then played the remaining free spins before we had a chance to cancel them.
His wager was on a game that was excluded from the 40x rollover as per the terms too.
He lost 0 of his own money.

There are other players who have won more than he did on freee spins and withdrew their winnings.
There's people on the slots leaderboard who have cashed out and people will get their winnings from that when it's over too.

We, as we told goodac, we won't be dragged in to drama on public forums or platforms.
We made the decision and have explained the reasoning.

Hi. Your name would not be on the leaderboard now from that bet. It is the top 10 most recent wins over 50x, not the top 10 highest multipliers. So in the past 2 days almost everyone has been bumped off the board from where you were.

The fact that this has sort of been brushed under the carpet without the casino owning to their values is what's distressing. That very minor rule change allowed us to catch 8 multi-accounters who were abusing the contest. It was not a bad change. You can still win 1st place with a 10 cent bet.

Good idea, it will minimize the number of multiple accounts obviously. It is also good for the casino since players will keep betting to collect points till the end of the contest unlike the last contest where I believe most participants hunt the prize when the contest is close to the end.

3) starting prizepool was too small?

The 1-hour race is too short I guess, you could make it for atleast 3 hours, announce it first hours before the race starts, or timer, I did not see if you have since I'm not able to visit any site today...

If you can do both, why not.
You can implement the rakeback/cashback system permanently and the race is a temporary and always up for revision.

IMO it gives no significant effects whether the race run for hours or days as most likely players will come in the last hours since the winners is the most recent one.

Deposited 5EUR will not be a problem for people to be eligible for the race, and I think they can agree with that. But I think maybe you can increase for 10EUR for every people who want to join in the race, so it could eliminate the multiple accounts who want to join.

You are offering min prizepool of €50 for 24 hours race, so I think for the next one you can offer €350 or even €500 for weekly race.
Basically you dont have to spend higher for weekly race as it will be just an accumulation prize from daily race.
The higher the prizepool, the higher interest you may get from players and the longer the race, the higher chance of the prizepool to increase signficantly like what you had on the first race.

We don't want to make another change too soon for the promo so we will leave the daily multiplier race for rest of the week and then based on number of players/wagered we can think of bigger prizepools and changing to weekly or having daily and weekly.

Multiplier suits people who bet low, everyone has a chance to hit x1000, but as I said before and you confirmed now, when few of them hits x1000 others lose will to play! On the other side wagering wars are for people with more money, some will try with low and many bets, others will try with higher bets, even if you have some higher multiplier you will rise bets if you wish to be in the wager wars, you will not stop like in multiplier wars!

For me the best way is what I saw recently and where I actively participated. You play few slots and when you wager a certain amount ($5-$10) you get a ticket, that can last for a few days or week! You do the lottery in some provably fair manner and that's it! Of course people with more tickets have more chances, but it's lottery even with lower number of tickets you still have some chances! None of the major casinos publish the specific stats for their rakeback etc (stake, bitsler, roobet etc).
What we will say is you can get up to 40% rake/loss back and even level 1 has generous rewards.

Rakeback is based on how much you wagered in the previous 24 hours. Lossback is how much you lost in previous 7 days and monthly is a mixture of both rakeback and loss back as well as extra bonus.

Sorry but I have to say that you are completely wrong.
Stake for example, they give 10% of the edge back as anyone can read under the VIP club page.
Bitsler also give an example on how rakeback is calculated (can be read on their VIP program page).
Of course it is OK if you do not want to reveal it publicly, what I mean to say is that if you provide the details publicly then it may attract more users.

I wanted to check this out but I cant find it, is it already ended? As you call it as daily wager contest, it should be available every day unless you decided to stop it after the first day because of a specific reason (probably less interests from players). If it is true that you have stopped it, I'm starting to think that you always want to have instant result (good traffic) from every promo you tried. I know it is hard to gain good traffic of real players due to the huge competition among online casinos but if you cant offer something more regular, I doubt you can build your own traffic. Dont take it as an offensive feedback but take it as a motivational feedback to make your site  better.

Abusers is unfortunately not something you can stop. Just try to keep it out. If they create a different account every time, you could filter that data based on IP addresses to see patterns.
They can also use a VPN, but there have been some discussions about that.

Coming up to the possibility or people abusing the 1000 satoshi giveaway, I think there will be no one try to abuse it by creating multiple accounts just for 1000 satoshi per account because they cant do nothing with it except using it to place a single bet on slot game. There is many many people claiming of foul things from verve.

1) They claim instant withdrawals however several people have been told “Please wait 7 days for a review of your play”

2) on wagers they have made up rules as they’re going forward. (Blackjack,table games count 27-30% with no mentioning of theyre version of plinko) however once the member beat it they claimed plinko was also 30%)

3) They don’t addresss the issue they just block you.

4) personally I’ve had good experiences but all I’ve seen recently is everyone with proof as well saying they’re starting to stall if your on a wager with a payout if your winning .

There were some posits in this thread the other day from a user who they were claiming had been able to place bets without funds in his account. They now seem to have mysteriously disappeared without explanation.

I can confirm that I also received my prize, withdraw it without issues although it was not instant.

I was the one that made the scam accusation thread.

They told me that they were cancelling my withdrawals and they removed my .4btc balance saying there was a malfunction and i was cheating. I made the post initially because they refused to be reasonable and said there was nothing i could do. But after we came to an agreement that they would do a 2 week investigation and im supposed to get a verdict on 2/5/21. If they say it wasnt a malfunction which it wasnt, and return my due balance. .. it is resolved and i will gladly continue playing there :)

So I got a response today about the investigation that took place in regards to why my .4btc balance was taken along with .1 in btc withdrawals deleted from my account..

Initially it was stated that there was a game fault in the Playson game I was playing. Causing me to "win more balance than I was supposed to" therefore causing all my bets prior and after to be negated.

They also stated i was trying to cheat by tipping my best friend on the site when i was winning and having him "quickly try and withdrawal".

These accusations were both lies, trying to prevent them having to pay me the roughly 12,000$ i am owed.

I did not cheat, have no way of knowing how on to. And yes i did tip my friend. But he wagered on the money i sent him for hours and hours before he even attempted a withdrawal himself. Proof is the fact that he got multiple decent rakebacks and raised his vip level on the site more than 2 times during that period.
Neither of those things would have happened unless you wager a decent amount of money... so no.. he was not trying to hurry up and cash out..


So .. back to the investigation

Steve the support guy whos been nothing but rude and unprofessional this whole time tells me today that there was in fact a fault in the playson and now booongo games (booongo was never mentioned before) and that all my bets are not valid and they offered me something like 300$ for the trouble... not even close to the 12,000$ i am due.

When asking for a log of the bets that were invalid and caused all my other bets placed on diff providers , like pragmatic, blueprint, and quickspin.. or even the statement from playson or boongo legitimizing the verdict.. i was denied and said they cant because it would breach their security... I have screenshots of all convo's with them. Along with timestamped photo and video evidence of my balance throughout that whole evening through different providers and i will be uploading below..

All in all Verve is very unprofessional and i would stay away at all costs.

all in all I just want what is fairly owed to me. There wasnt a fault or whatever you want to call it. They just for whatever reason do not want to pay out. I think this is unfair and absolutely obsurd.

Sorry to hear your 2nd time of bad experience in this site. Although your 1st is resolved by an agreement but this 2nd one seems to be more complicated as the support said "goodbye" to you already. It sounds like that the site do not want to resolve your 2nd issue although they offer you to some money as monthly bonus and rakeback. My big question is, how many players played the same games as what you played? Are they getting the same issues?

Thats why I thought that the 14 days it took to come to this clonclusion would have revealed. But they refuse to give me any further info. They were trying to buy me with what they offered. Which is nice but not professional or what is even remotely fair to what is owed

Looks like their account is not logged in few weeks ago. But I believe they are aware that someone is trying to make a discussion with them here, I hope they respond properly and resolve the case with the fairest posible solution. I played here before and I had fun, but I personally I'm not trusting their site much than the other online casinos that I am playing.

One thing to watch out for before playing on a new casino site is a license if there is no License it is better to stay away

Just being honest, I don't know if online casinos have a legitimate license displayed on their site or a fake. How can I determine if the license is legitimate or fake? Where could I verify it? I know it's one of the first things to be considered before playing on any online casino, it will be nice and much safer if I will learn how to verify license.

So their support just got back to me saying that they consider the issue resolved and will not respond to any of my posts :(

Why I do not care about license? First because most bitcoin casino started without license, there are even some trusted sites without license till these days.
Secondly, license does not guarantee that the site wont be a scam. Example, 1xbet/1xbit which is a licensed casino but it has very bad reputation here in this forum.
Last but not least, you can always check the validity of the license by the validator/validation page of the license provider.
One of the most used license is Curacao, it has validator where you can check the validity of the license of the casino that claims having Curacao license.

Your issue has been solve/answered or not? If not why they would not respond to your post? that's is so insane tell them to solve your issue first or answer your question so that you will not contact them again.

If you find a license on the gambling site, it usually contains the issuing authority. You can always check from the issuing authority if this license is issued by them or is it fake ?
More often, the gambling sites which do not have gambling license will normally tell you no information about it.

This is the screenshot from their support directly. The "overpayment" they are speaking of is the measly 360$ they offered for my trouble for waiting 2 full weeks to hear an untrue statement on why I wont be getting the money that is owed to me. 360$ compared to 12,000$ is just unacceptable.

It makes sense. Sometimes fraudsters just take adavantage of their legitimate license to gain more trust from users, which eventually will be deplete since they have their plan to steal from their users if it happen that they accumulate enough.
The trust of users is way bigger than lossing reputation. I think it is just that some of casinos turns out to scam people because they already lose lots of money.

It is very sad to hear your story dude, and I'm wondering why vervecasino is not online here in this forum to give an explanation about your case publicly.
I have no issues with them but looking at how they serve you as one of their high rollers then it makes me feel worry to play again here on verve.
I hope verve come here and solve the issue with a better solution, at least explain what is going on with more details.

I didn't see any admins or the thread creator clarify about your claims and it seems that they are avoiding to answer this issue maybe there's something bad happening to their site. Hopefully you can get a answer from them and they will solve your issues, it's annoying to see this issues happening and no one from them answers it.

That means Verve Casino has no reason to dispute these allegations silent in the hope that the case is slowly forgotten, this is the way kids in the real world get it wrong  :D

I find lossback to be a new term used in the thread title. I have went through the dictionary, and I wasn't able to find the right meaning. From the way of its usage I find this to be a claimback money based on the loss one has experienced through that particular week. This is good feature, and I wish to know if there is someone who has experienced receiving this rewards.

Still no response in any form of contact.. pretty much just bumping this to make people aware of this casino's mal practices... Shame :(

Sorry to say but I think you have no chances to get your issue resolved as what you wish. There is no signs from vervecasino to make an agreement except the last one they offered to you. They have blocked you on twitter as well, and your last conversation with Steve shows that he do not want to talk about it anymore. I know how you feel but nothing you can do now as they do not care about you anymore which is very bad service from a casino staff/admin.

They have red trust now and it seems that they doesn't have plan to solve your issues since even by now they don't have any response on this thread, maybe just try to create a dummy account on their site and contact them again also give the link you created here to see what action they will do if they can see that thread. If still no answer maybe its time move on and this is a big red flag to others who plan to play here.

Shouldn't you try to resolve or even just respond to the current scam accusation about your casino before trying to attract some users through a competition?

The reason casinos are able to build a reputation on this forum is because they can demonstrate how things are handled, including scam accusations.  There isn't a single casino that isn't accused of something, so you might as well give up the charade of participating in an open forum in order to spam your marketing stuff for free.

What a bad ending from vervecasino, it shows that they are indeed a scam now. Frankly, I created an account few days back when they announced the New Slots Battle but luckily I did not make any deposits. They also offer 100% deposit bonus which is a bit different to other casino in terms of the bonus. Now they are gone after they offer the deposit bonus, hopefully no one is taking the offer. Otherwise, high likely the player wont be able to access and get their money back.

At first I thought they were trustworthy lol,I was deceived by their "nice" competitions. I trusted them for a while but were doubtful to them since the first scam accusation against them.
So the most recent tournaments are just for collecting some more money and then escape.

So they come back just to take the money. This is very bad indeed when the first accusation, after which they continue to try with several bonus offers and if they do as said Bitinity will disappear and cannot be accessed again. Bad reputation for this casino.

Obviously now I know better so they just make the competition to attract users back so that they make more deposits even though behind it there is a bad intention to escape.

When there is someone who has experienced it, it needs to be avoided because this is indeed the beginning of the fraud they started, I also saw that both BetKing and VerveCasino gambling sites were in the allegation thread that meant both were problematic and now they send an email with the lure of the bonus they get . Oh no if one day there will be more victims.
