Title: How do you use bitcoin?
Post by: Jocuserious on November 05, 2020, 07:01:31 AM
There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.

For now, I simply trade them on an exchange an convert it to fiat. But trust me, maybe in 10 years time, they'll be more use case for bitcoin. BTW, there are online stores that actually accept bitcoin as a means of payment (see here (https://www.inverse.com/article/38953-the-22-major-stores-online-that-accept-bitcoin)). So you don't really have to make use of it in a physical store. However, it's only a matter of time.

I tried to read this over and over again so that I got a simple, suitable and clear gist of it. :) thanks for the question.
actually the answer is very simple, that is what I need to do is I will increase the use of bitcoin to the maximum limit, then repeat it at a different time.
for example if in a country the maximum limit for using bitcoin is say 2 btc, then I will immediately change it to fiat currency.
Then on the other hand I collected BTC on different exchanges until it reached 2 BTC, I automatically exchanged it again.

for me it can always be simplified, so that I can avoid uku problems in the country.:)

Fortunately in the Philippines, we have this local exchange called Coins.ph. Pretty much like Coinbase, but on steroids— we can use the funds in that wallet to buy through Lazada and Shopee(pretty much the Philippine version of Amazon).

Also, take note that you don't necessarily need to be using bitcoin to pay for stuff "use" it. You're using bitcoin, specifically taking advantage of it's scarcity aspect, by just holding it.

Using bitcoin isn't a big deal. In my country I prefer using trading platforms and PayPal. Most of the bitcoin usage from wallet goes towards gambling and for long term holding. Upon this I don't feel any complications on using bitcoin. As I have the easy access of buying bitcoin in exchange for paypal the same amount can be transferred to the bank account for other usages.

I trade my bitcoin directly to fiat on P2P exchanges and withdraw directly to my local bank account. Aside that I use bitcoin to purchase services I can't spend fiat on online and bitcoin is accepted for such services.

In our country, we are free to invest and use cryptocurrency, however, there are only a few stores or merchants who accept crypto as payment. So, if ever we intend to buy something online via crypto we will have to exchange our BTC for our local currency to pay bills, buy cellphone loads, game credits, or even food, or even use it as a remittance to send money.

They are not that many that don't accept bitcoin.

This is one source that you can use for reference to how many of them accept and accepts not.

--> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory

So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.
I usually cash it if there's no option that accepts bitcoin to that online store that I shop.

But if I live in a country where bitcoin is illegal, I'll hold it temporarily.

Bitcoin is different than what you know and use every day. Before you start using Bitcoin, there are a few things that you need to know in order to use it securely and avoid common pitfalls.

You obviously cannot force anyone in your country to accept bitcoin for payments if it is not declared as a legal means of payment. There are some countries where you still can use it for other purposes such as hodling, trading, transacting between people and your own wallets, etc. There are also countries where all these things are prohibited, and the use of bitcoin is significantly restricted. If you happen to live in a country hostile to bitcoin and still want to use it, you have no choice but to break the law and become a criminal  (at least in the eyes of your government). If you believe your rights to free speech and freedom of expression should be respected, you may start to consider bitcoin a tool for transferring your messages to those who agreed upon receiving them.

There are several ways to convert bitcoin to cash and ultimately move it to a bank account: Sell bitcoin on a cryptocurrency exchange, such as Coinbase or Kraken. This is the easiest method if you want to sell bitcoin and withdraw the resulting cash directly to a bank account.

Me and the Bitcoin users here in the Philippines are lucky enough that cryptocurrency is allowed to use here that is why we are free to use our Bitcoins in anyway we want.
In order for us to use our Bitcoins here to buy some goods, we must convert it into our own currency which is the PHP.

I'm using my Bitcoins to pay monthly expenses here as long as my own expenses too. I'm saving some Bitcoins too for long term and at the same time, I'm using some of my Bitcoins to invest into other assets like the Stock Market etc.

In my country, owning bitcoin as an asset is legal so I can own bitcoins as an asset and be protected by law. Also I can sell it as cash to pay the bills, as long as I pay the taxes in full then everything will be fine.
However, in my country, bitcoin is not allowed as a currency, so if someone uses bitcoin to pay for an item he will surely be in trouble with the law.

It is not accepted in My country legally as well but at least there are no rules of not having this.so there are some online merchant that offering to accept Bitcoin and also there are some restaurant/bar that i found Bitcoin as valuable.
other than this is using as payment of billings though it needed to be converted as fiat first before i can pay bills after.
but at least i am lucky as Bitcoin and cryptos are not banned in my country totally so i don't need to face legal matters.

Nothing really. I use them whenever my fiat funds are gone, and I really need to buy something OR the merchant accepts Bitcoin but doesn't accept anything else easy enough for me to use. That, and simply for trading, but that's about it. Nothing much to do with it tbh, especially since most physical stores don't accept Bitcoin as payment, most of my payments are through e-commerce stores that accept Bitcoin payments. Mostly in concerts (online ones) right now though, especially if it was through another country since sometimes my card doesn't work, luckily enough there are some merchants that accept Bitcoin payments.

In India, its a compete chaos! I mean government neither fully banning it or letting us use it the way we want. In any case people here are using it for the purpose of trading only. We can freely withdraw the traded money into our bank accounts. I see WazirX is biggest platform followed by ZebPay who are giving us the opportunity to withdraw the money without any hesitation.

We like to see more application in our country but somehow government is resisting the use of BTC/crypto in our country. Keeping that in mind stores/malls/e-commerce is just out of the question in our country. All you can do is trade, earn online, do the mining secretly, thats all.

For now I am accumulating BTC as faster as I could because I feel that there will be another ATH that will happen by this year or next year and I do not want to miss it.

Due that the bitcoin is not legally accepted in most of the countries right now, people like us are currently exchanging our crypto like bitcoin into fiat first in order to use it for buying some products. We all know that there are some shops and stores that are accepting bitcoin but most of the stores are still into the fiat form of money so that we are using bitcoin to convert it first into fiat to be used as an reliable exchange to the stores.

Many countries have legal using bitcoin as currency payment except my country still illegal if you wanna use bitcoin as payment currency transaction, still not available when you buy some thing and use bitcoin for payment way. Just I use bitcoin as investing and trading transaction for earn profit and money. Still large people in my country do not know with bitcoin and need education early how to make bitcoin as payment transaction, how to get profit after bitcoin become legal transaction because many people just think bitcoin as investment only right now. Optimist few years later bitcoin will be legal transaction payment if have higher price and always more advantage after using bitcoin as currency than make transaction with fiat only.

As of now, I am exchanging cryptocurrency into fiat currency and use it to buy my necessity and wants in real life. I also do trading and investing at the same time. I know how good cryptocurrency in terms of having fast transactions based on some of the information that I read on the internet but sad to say I haven't tried it yet because its cryptocurrency is not familiar or popular in our country. I am looking for 5-10 years that bitcoin will be recognized in our country and we can use it for some other things.

Aside that I use bitcoin to purchase services I can't spend fiat on online and bitcoin is accepted for such services.

As a digital currency, this is one major function and also a big use for me. There are some stores that you easily transfer btc to rather than converting local currency to dollar. Such transactions are easily done through bitcoin.

In my area, bitcoin is indeed illegal and the government has said that the use of bitcoin in my country is fine, but if there is a risk it's not their responsibility like that, we can still use bitcoin in assets but still in any transaction it is illegal to exchange it to fiat first and some online tokon services still don't provide payment with bitcoin.

But still bitcoin can still be used as an asset and your investment in the future, but I think that in the future it will be adopted again after the times that continue to increase.

Heard some news also that the government will use blockchain as its network.

We can actually use it here to pay for goods and services that is why I am happy that Bitcoin is embraced by our country. Some people don't even experience using it on their respective country because their government don't allow them to instead made strong action against it. I am hoping that local businesses, companies and institution will soon be accepting Bitcoin.

If that happened,  a lots of benefits will be acquired.

Not just by people who already knew it but also those who are going to start embracing the system, the transaction from borders to borders will be much quicker, I'm also glad that from where I've been bitcoin is not prohibited though not been embraced by many but I do have options to use it for.

Amidst this pandemic, I only hold some of my bitcoin and monitor the market. It is really hard to spend bitcoin and trade it because of this crisis and I'm looking forward to trade it when I think that I'm on the right time. I mainly use bitcoin as an investment and I never spend it for some other sustenance purposes for this quarantine. Also, there's no bitcoin ATM near our place and it is hard to utilize bitcoin when buying my needs in daily lives. Just hold and be patient, be observant and do your best to fight volatility in the market. I know that I'm not the only one who are struggling right now due to pandemic and most of us are suffering and forced to spend bitcoin for our necessities.

When bitcoin never yet legalized in my country, it hard for people to make use of bitcoin in the country. I will never forget 2016,when our government impose the law to the citizens of the country, if anyone caught with bitcoin or wallet shall be jail for 10 years. Many fell victim with the law on ground which make them to spend ten good years in prison because they were caught with wallet full with coins.
At 2017 our government now come to discover that bitcoin is not a scam but a good currency which anyone can use to invest and make a good profit. Bitcoin was fulling legalized in the country march, 2017 which really give all the bitcoin user joy and a big celebration in the country that make the government know how important it is to them to improve their businesse mightily in the country.

Bitcoin is a good investment for those who really understand how it work in the areas of investment. No taxes is pay to government before you can start investing in the country. Your bitcoin is your bitcoin and your wallet details are well safe.

The number one thing to do when you are from a country where cryptocurrency is not legal is to understand the government stance towards crypto cause there are some countries mining/trading is allowed but the use of Bitcoin as legal tender is not allowed and if that's your situation.
I will advised you to find some on the forum which you'll trade crypto to fiat with through WU,MG, Paypal etc but must be a user with green trust.

We have a local wallet wherein we can directly pay our bills or the purchase items on the popular local online shops. Its convenient for bitcoin users despite of few merchants accepting bitcoin, for the reason its not yet establish here as virtual currency that can be use for payment or as an investment.

There are decentralized exchanges and they can be of help a lot of times and also if you can be able to connect to a community of people who are into the same stuff you can easily do peer-to-peer trading; if you're the one that wants to sell your BTC or whatever currency you have, you send it to them and they send you the money straight to your bank, and that's it, nobody knows what happened, all your bank sees is alert as long there was no description put to the transaction that describes or reveals what was done.

For some places it might be legit but the laws are strict even for the centralized exchanges that are working in those countries. In countries like this, such regulations can lead to an exchange being difficult, so you also have to look for other means.

I don't thing there are "many" countries that has banned the usage of crypto currencies. As far as I know only few selected countries and most of them are highly corrupted.
Again, there are some countries where the coin isn't regulated. You will have to use it at your own risk. And then there are countries where they see currency as something else (like private money, property and so on) and you are free to use it as long as you report everything to the financial authorities properly.
If your country has banned the usage of crypto currencies, you shouldn't use it. You will end up being tied to evading taxes, money laundering and other criminal activities. Though you will only get into trouble if you convert your coins to fiat currency.

The main hindrance that you can expect when you are using bitcoin in an illegal country is that you cannot pay it physically especially when going out, there's no available store where you can use bitcoin as payment. The other services still work and you might just need a VPN to make sure that you can access most of the site that offers bitcoin services. As I know, countries couldn't really ban bitcoin or restrict the internet to avoid people using it, it is decentralized is accessible wherever you are.

In my case, I am currently using bitcoin as my form of savings while my other bitcoin was used to pay my bills also. There are time also that I  use bitcoin as a salary to my workers if the transaction fee is not that high but if I can see that it is high then I move to other currency like Ethereum.

Trading is not an option for me yet as I cannot see any good strategies yet but if I can find some useful strategies where I can use bitcoin then I will definitely use bitcoin to trade someday.

So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.
Since there is no merchant who accepts bitcoin in my country I can't use it as a means of payment, yeah my country still prohibits the utilization of bitcoin for payment system because they only include as a commodity. I only use bitcoin as a means of my income even it is my source of income now since I have no work in my real life. I decided to be a full-time trader when I was dismissed because my company went bankrupt due to coronavirus, but yeah until now I enjoyed it and I can do everything I want.

I will not be original in saying that I use Bitcoin in many ways. Now there are a lot of sites where you can buy digital products for Bitcoin. As the saying goes, you don't need to be very smart to spend money. But to increase them, you need some knowledge plus the ability to be very patient, as well as have good nerves. For the most part, I prefer to hold bitcoins without selling them. As history shows, this is the most profitable use of this asset.

In my country crypto is banned, and we don't have any exchanger that gives a opportunity to exchange BTC for our fiat. But recently Kucoin launched p2p exchange for our Fiat. But I never used it.

For maximum time I sell my bitcoin to another Crypto user of my country. We have many trusted group on telegram with our local people who buy sell this Crypto. I always sell my crypto there.

And sometimes I buy gift cards with btc and than do shop with that.

Bitcoin is not illegal in our country so we can use it without a problem. Even though that is the case, the problem is that only a small percentage of the population is actually using it so we can't use it directly, usually, to use them we still need the services of a local exchange. Hope we can already use it directly especially we are in a pandemic right now.

Well in such cases you don’t need to use bits for any physical transactions in other not to get penalized for such acts but you should understand that bitcoin is a digitized and decentralized currency so it’s use and flexibility is not limited by any country policy because it’s can be used as a means of exchange and transactions worldwide.

You can as well use it to trade and involve in many online platform that accepts bitcoin as a medium of payment. We can use bitcoin as a means of making money online and at the end convert it as the physical currency accepted by your country.

I just use some for gambling and hold the rest. And in some instances I convert some of my coins for cash through a local exchange regulated by the central bank. Most bitcoin and crypto transactions within this country is permitted and holds no legal repercussions unless it was used on illegal activities. However, online gambling is not explicitly permitted, and at times are prohibited by the local government so I don't let anyone know about my gambling exploits here. Only a few of my friends know that I play online using bitcoin and they seem to be pretty chill about it.

In my country, it is clear that Bitcoin is legal, but only as a part of digital asset, it is under the law of the government. But, we can't use it for payment method because it is still not legalized. So, it is better to obey the regulation in my country. Moreover, there is still no merchants that accept BTC as payment in my country (don;t know if I miss it).
However, we can find BTC ATM in my country, at least 3.

Here, I am so glad that BTC and also crypto is legal because in this case, we can trade it in repuatble exchange under the law so that it is trusted enough, and of course, more secure.

Absolutely, that's why there are lots of people who are using bitcoin all around the world because only a few countries that prohibit the usage of bitcoin. There are lots of countries already recognized bitcoin and the usage of it, as time passes by, bitcoin itself is continuously becoming famous all around the world because of its benefits. We all know that cryptocurrency is digital money which you can store in some application or website that can be access through your device and internet connection. With that, we can send money or cryptocurrency all around the globe in such a period of time without hassle and it is safer than sending physical money overseas. It is also an investment to some people that they can create profit by their own knowledge and understanding.

There are more places wherein cryptos are neutral such that it is not supported and prohibited at the same time. Businesses are not yet trusting its benefits which we cannot force them from doing so. Also, Bitcoin and other cryptos are more often used as an investment and not as a currency even in places wherein it is not legal. There are many bitcoin shops where you can eat and pay with bitcoin, are everywhere in the community without anybody harassing you of using bitcoin to pay for your consumption. It is a big honour for those who are using BTC to  invest in my country because the government know that is not too easy to get master of some platform rules and regulations.
Many people have use bitcoin to grow their businesses to enable them to make a good profit out of the investment. Many people no longer see bitcoin as a scam currency than to see it as good digital currency anyone can use to grow a business. No taxes is paying to the government before you can start operating in the community.

Sadly, there is no real practical use for bitcoin because of three things,
It does not have a physical representation
It does not have a stable value
It is not budget-friendly.

Bitcoin npwadays is mostly used for trading and investment, which helps you grow your money. Bitcoin is said by many to replace fiat but as long as there are people investing for its profitability, this, won't happen anytime soon.

Currently there are still some countries that have not accepted payments or transactions using bitcoin, but I am sure that in the black market you can use bitcoin for transactions from any country because I believe bitcoin acceptance is a safe, fast and can be used to buy. anything as long as the seller accepts bitcoins as payment.

I think if he has a very large amount of bitcoins then it will not be an important problem when using it for vacation.

In terms of trading, I use bitcoin as capital in order for me to make profit but I do not suggest other to enter in trading of cryptocurrencies just because a lot of people like me are making money here. I only put the bitcoins that I can afford to lose which means that if I lose it, I'll be fine and there will be no psychological effect to it. There is no sure profit in trading and as a trader I understand the risks and it is really a game of probabilities. There are some who are using it for convenience who really see bitcoin as currency and not an investment.

In my country, there are only a few coffee shops which accept direct payment in Bitcoin. The problem is that I am not a frequent visitor of coffee shops. What I normally do is to get fiat cash in exchange for Bitcoins, using Localbitcoins. Sometimes I get gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks.etc) and use them for shopping. Right now, I don't want to complain much. Although the shops are not accepting direct payments, I am able to make payment using gift cards.

Earlier there was the option of getting prepaid debit cards, that can be loaded with Bitcoin. But with increased regulations, now it is impossible to get such cards.

this is just for fun but if you have a problem in the real world and only solve it with cash, for example, school payments, or service your goods, then you need cash.

So that's why many exchanges emerged to exchange cryptocurrency to USD or another fiat money. You can use Paypal exchange, blockchain wallet, Huobi and etc.

Bitcoin cant be used as a currency to pay for anything legally in my country, because until now the use of bitcoin as a mean of payment is still illegal by law. But fortunately we are still able to use bitcoin and other crypto to legally trade on various exchange that have received permission from the government. Adoption of bitcoin as a currency is still very difficult to achieve due to these regulation, so we can only use it as a tradable asset. Secretly, we can still use it as a mean of payment between user but this is still a prohibited action.

There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.

Using Bitcoin in a country in which it is illegal would be hard since it might get noticed in how you are cashing out that money. To use that money safely, it would be advised to use it in small amounts which would not draw attention like buying recharges for your phone or even using it as an electronic money that would be untraceable.

I agree with you.  I do the same with you.  However, if there are large amounts of bitcoin transactions, we and the bitcoin community often make bitcoin transactions without using a bank.  it's very easy and very simple.

I think you don't have any choice, you just have one option, just trade it on some decentralized exchanges or you may trade it with some people like what they called p2p trading but since it is illegal in your country, this method is risky. A country that goes neutral with Bitcoin has a lot of benefits like what we have in our country today. we can use it in so many ways there are lots of options and our local exchanges are user friendly too.

Fortunately, in my country using Bitcoin was not illegal in fact we have a local Bitcoin wallet that is partnered with several banks and even online stores. You could also use it to convert your Bitcoin and other selected crypto into local currency, and it is pretty convenient.
Now, if that the case wherein you belong to the country that prohibits the use of this technology, then you have no choice but to keep earning, hold and wait until your country opens up upon the use of Cryptos. There's also another option if you'd like, where you can convert it on fiat and make use of it.
Innovation is imminent and we cannot do something about but to go with it, if your government forbids it right now soon they will have no choice but to accept it and by that time you can now freely do whatever you want without getting into trouble.

Lucky on My part that our government is neutral in Bitcoin and altcoins so we have many options in dealing with cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin is a digital assets, which if I'm staying in a country where bitcoin is not legally accept, by government, where by the local bank has been enforce not to accept bitcoin transaction. For me, that is not a problem, I simply travel out the country and continue my bitcoin trading and investment business, which I know, with time the country we adopt the system.

I am sorry to say that my government still not accepting BTC and we just make trade, bounty and investment to gain profit. After gain profit we sell to our local market that make local currency otherwise we have nothing to do because its fully illegal and police will arrest us with money laundering law.
Then it is really risky for you because if the police force of your country finds your identity through any kind of search then they can arrest you. You also need to work on confidentiality so that no one can find out your identity. However, in the coming days, many countries will accept bitcoin legally, but there will be some kind of conditional relationship.

Bitcoin use from wallet goes towards betting and for long haul holding. Upon this I don't feel any entanglements on utilizing bitcoin. if at any point we expect to purchase something on the web by means of crypto we should trade our BTC for our neighborhood cash.

In my country BTC and crypto is not forbidden and I cannot say that it is widely accepted. Lots of people prefer to hold it or to use it without shouting - wow, I use Bitcoins. And it is hard to find services for masses where you can use it, mostly in the Internet, or just in personal arrangements. Personally I believe that some day the situation will be more interesting and profitable for crypto holders and crypto users in my country. But nowadays it is used by some percentage of people interested in crypto, and there is still too many people that even did not try to learn about crypto.

I am lucky because in our country although it is not yet declared legal but we can use it freely by transferring to local exchange and convert to fiat, we can also use it to buy in online shops but first we need to transfer it to a local exchange and from there we can already spend it.

Title: Re: How do you use bitcoin?
Post by: GDragon on November 09, 2020, 12:42:46 PM
I don't spend it in any local stores cause I don't even know one, and I think we only have a few stores accepting it as payments. What I do with my coins is aside from holding it until it goes up, I do use a portion of it whenever I need to do so, I convert it using my local wallet and then send it to another fiat e-wallet and then I can now use it anywhere I want to.

Bitcoin isn't legal here but not illegal too, it feels like government doesn't even care about this currency, kind of blurred but it's better as of now but I hope in the future it will be clarify as another legal currency in my country.

Yes, in my country bitcoin has not been legally accepted. I also don’t know for sure whether the government in my country will legalize it or not.
This of course takes time for the government to think about it wisely if it is to legalize bitcoin. Because there are restrictions on the use of bitcoin,
I have only been able to use bitcoin for trading and investing so far. Using bitcoin for payments in stores is prohibited.

If I live on that kind of country I guess I would just trade it with other people who wants to buy it from me or if I could I would buy something with it that I could use in real life.
I could also use it to buy some mobile phone loads and try to sell it to my neighborhood or some online shop vouchers or credits.

I don't think so, people all over the world with adequate internet access already know cryptocurrency.

It's just that local government regulations that tend to "not fully accept the existence of bitcoin" sometimes make newcomers skeptical. In addition, there is a high level of online scam cases that are often associated with bitcoin. Of course it discourages beginners from learning more. I still find people who think like that around me.

If bitcoin is illegal in your country it is better to not attract attention to yourself, after all it is simply not worth it to go to jail or pay a fine just because you want to use bitcoin, we know that politicians change their mind a lot, even if bitcoin is illegal in a country now it could always be made legal if a politician has a vision about what the industry can bring in terms of taxes to their countries, so the best option is to just wait until that happens and then use your bitcoin legally.

Here in our country, I guess most of them don't use bitcoin for two reasons.

The first one is that there is a lot of news about Bitcoin that is related to scamming investors or people out of their millions and thousands of money. They are afraid that they would be the next victim so they don't bother to know if that is true or not. The second one is that they are not that rich to invest and stopped trying after some time.

buying a new phone is not a long term but it was an instant spend . when you say long term expenses , those are electric bills , data , and other non one time spend like purchasing a phone but i like what you did , you use your btc to buy a phone .

you didnt waste your btc because that phone can be useful for communicating and entertainment .  you can also use your btc to pay your monthly or weekly expenses directly without needing to convert it or use your cash in your wallet .

We can still use Bitcoin to earn and trade even if we are not able to buy in market using it. I am using Bitcoin to earn on a way of buying it while it still has a low value and sell it when the price goes higher. We can also use it to gamble and it can be an entertainment for us when we are bored on trading and it can also be our extra income if we keep betting on the team that has a big chance of winning but we have to expect it to have a small multiplier. If you want to have a bigger multiplier then you have to take a bigger risk.

What I mostly use bitcoin for is to trade. And secondly, is to payment on merchants that accept it. It's very hard to find physical stores that accepts bitcoin. And if can't find any, you exchange it for fiat
Trading is what it can be used for mostly.
It has been useful in trading to trade into any coins in the market that we earn more profit for trading. Actually there are lot ways of using bitcoin but some of them we cant identify of what it is. In my country there are some stores accepting bitcoin just like 7/11 is one of the store accepted and we can buy also bitcoin.

I think something similar is happening in most countries, they know they have some people using bitcoin but as long as they are not using it to buy big stuff then they do not really care because it's going to cost the government more money to prosecute those people than whatever taxes they are going to get out of them, the ones they care about are the big players, the whales, and those people can be found at exchanges which is why governments have concentrated so much in trying to regulate the industry.

Due that the bitcoin is not legally accepted in most of the countries right now, people like us are currently exchanging our crypto like bitcoin into fiat first in order to use it for buying some products. We all know that there are some shops and stores that are accepting bitcoin but most of the stores are still into the fiat form of money so that we are using bitcoin to convert it first into fiat to be used as an reliable exchange to the stores.
yes, how do you convert bitcoin to fiat? for example, if you are in Indonesia, the Indonesian government prohibits bitcoin.  and there is no opportunity to convert bitcoins to fiat, and you only have bitcoins in your digital wallet.  what will you do? how can you buy your needs with fiat, whereas you only have bitcoin.  and the shop doesn't accept bitcoins.

Due to the fact that bitcoin hasn't been adopted or legalized in most countries, citizens who has bitcoin will be need to exchange it to fiat to be able to make use of it, another way of using bitcoin is to shop online, check for online shops which accept bitcoin as payment and make transaction with them.

I am one of the lucky ones, because my country does not prohibit using Bitcoin. But my country doesn't allow using Bitcoin for payments,
so I only use Bitcoin as a digital asset right now. And I trade Bitcoin on local exchanges to generate Bitcoin, I really hope government can
change its mind and allow using Bitcoin as a means of payment.

If your country prohibits using Bitcoin it is annoying, but there are still ways you can still use Bitcoin and generate Bitcoin. You can buy Bitcoin
by asking your friends who are abroad, Let your friend deposit Bitcoin to the exchanges which you will use for trading. And remember you use
premium VPN to access the exchanges or wallet that you will use, it is for bypass of restrictions made by your country.

The best practice or bitcoin utility is to make discreet transaction. Being anonymous is a great advantage that any bitcoin user could have to get privacy, safety and security when doing especially huge transactions. However, bitcoin has been using widely as means of investment or an asset like gold. People are buying bitcoin to beat the inflation rate espscially nowadays that fiat currency will be hitting due to the pandemic which mostly all econony of every country are down.

I only buy bitcoin to store and hope that the price will eventually get better. So far, I get good return. In my country, bitcoin is slowly being adapted by merchants in my country. I've seen online store accepting payment for goods and services. I've tried but it's better to hold it than spend it.

I think, it's about time to show the world the importance of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies esp. in times of calamities and disaster. The economy has been greatly affected by the pandemic. We also experience multiple typhoons here in our country, and we badly need help like relief goods and other necessity. The fastest way to send the donations will be through online transactions, and the bitcoin will play a big role in this kind of situation.

There are many ways to spend bitcoin even these case, bitcoin is digital and is not limited. In a country where bitcoin is not accepted legally for any reason best known by the country, you can still use your earned bitcoin to trade online or convert it to fiat. But nevertheless you shouldn’t panic much 10 years from now that country will allow bitcoin legally. I have seen many nations who try to fight bitcoin but failed because we see bitcoin prevailing by the day.

I would assume most of us do covert our BTC to fiat to be able to use it in real life. I know someone who kept buying BTC which I'm also selling to him every time I want cash. He invests in BTC and buying my BTC either to fiat or Paypal money depending on which I want. He buys mine for a fair price.

I'm keeping my altcoins however incase I got some tokens that are promising but when I convert it to BTC, I always sell it to him.

Some countries never still understand bitcoin and how it will help the government to reduce unemployment in the country if they make bitcoin legalized in the country. Some country allow their citizens to buy and pay with their bitcoin without any challenge from the government agency like some country that bitcoin is not legalized and everything you buy you pay with their currency which they really believe on their currency than any other digital currency.
In some countries, there are many ATM machine all the country where you can make use of bitcoin transaction in your business without fear of police like other  bitcoin users who use to afraid because bitcoin is not legalized in the .  The country I am now, make bitcoin legalized in the country all the shops allow any customer to buy and pay with their bitcoin.

Luckily, we are not facing that much problem or trouble here in my country for we have our local exchange that caters the way we can handle the usage of our Bitcoin earned and other cryptocurrencies packaged into the same exchange. The local exchange do also serve as a wallet for storage that is partnered with many merchant wherein we use digital payment option everytime we choose to purchase or pay for our necessities using the local exchange we have. Also, we are not having a problem on the way we use it with our government for they are not totally restricting us to use it but they do not also encourage people to use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency and we only crypto users take it full responsibility of whatever happens stay with us. That is no certain issue as long as we can acquire and use Bitcoin for our daily necessity using our local exchange that we have.

Close to a year when my country legalized bitcoin in the country which is giving many bitcoin trader a good profit because, you can buy from any store and pay with bitcoin in any store in the country.

if you notice, bitcoin is not planning to improve or add to the use cases.

Are you being serious? Bitcoin is improving in its use case on a daily basis. If you open a store and start accepting bitcoin, isn't that counted as the improvement of Bitcoin's use case? And this is happening lately. People are beginning to use Bitcoin in various ways. Besides, there are other ways in which Bitcoin's use case is improved. You may say that there's no additional use cases (Just making payments, and transferring money). But you can't say that Bitcoin doesn't Improve in its use cases.

You are lucky because you have atm in your country, here in us we need to convert it into fiat before we can get money or we can use it directly, there are only limited establishment and stores accepts bitcoin directly from your wallet, so most of the time I will convert it into peso then in an instant I can use it, but I need to withdraw it in my crypto wallet first of course.

Yeah, Many countries have legalized Bitcoin to invest even as a transaction tool.  I have read an example of an article in Japan. In Japan, the Japanese government has legalized bitcoin as a legal currency for digital transactions.  This approval is marked by the number of retailers accepting payments in bitcoin.

Accept whether they like it or not? That I think is impossible. Remember that Bitcoin is decentralized and governments has the power whether to accept it or not. Not because a huge network adopted such technology, everyone is required to do so. Bitcoin have been recognized for  years already and what happened recently is really something to be happy for. But also keep in mind how things work in this industry and to the global market in general. We are free to acquire Bitcoin and to embrace this technology but there are still limitations on its usage, and that's reality check.

Although it has not been legally announced in our country yet, we can transfer it to the local market and convert it into money. We can also use it to buy in online stores, but first we can transfer it to the binance exchange and withdraw by card :)

But what can they do to change this? If they could somehow destroy bitcoin I am pretty sure that they could have done so already, the fact that bitcoin remains when all the previous attempts at creating independent currencies around the world have failed already tells me they do not have an answer against bitcoin, so what's left? Banning bitcoin? That will without a doubt affect the price and the interest the average person could have in it but now that institutional investors are coming to the market if they are powerful enough they will be able to influence the decisions of politicians around the world, so the only option they have left is to regulate it and even that is not going to be very effective.

But in our country, there are already merchants and online shops that are accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment. With that said, we can say that we are one step closer to adoption. Let's just remain patient, and while waiting, we can certainly still live with that fact — convert bitcoin first to fiat then spend it.

Well thats a interesting topic, I am from Bangladesh. And bitcoin is still under-regulatted in our country. Though government think about it but still its illegal. Lots of crypto users plus me who uses crypto in Bangladesh they can't use it in their regular use case.
Bitcoin is not fully legal in my country but I think it should be legalized in all countries because this bitcoin is not an illegal profession or an illegal activity it is a free profession one by one many people have eliminated unemployment a free profession that I can give to my family whenever I want  I can give time because when a person has a job, no matter how big the danger, he has to come back with the permission of the people. It is often seen that the leave is not given despite asking for it, so I think people can go ahead using bitcoin.  The government of every country should legalize Bitcoin and help everyone with the issue

I used to hold bitcoin for long haul speculation and sell them when the cost goes up.
Government as of now against it and capturing individuals who are utilizing it, that is the reason I can not spend it somewhere nor I can buy anything from any online store.
I likewise spend it on betting sites to make it twofold and store them in my wallet. I wish the government lift the ban and let their people utilize it online as well.
Governments are lost when it comes to bitcoin, they like the technology and they will want to use on their own currencies but they do not like the principles of freedom in which bitcoin is based, governments for a long time have wanted to control every single aspect on their lives of their citizens which is why they want it to do away with cash because they could have complete control if they could always watch what you were doing with your money but just when they got close to their goal bitcoin appeared and they do not like it, but it does not seem as if they can do anything about it.

There are a few nations where you still can utilize it for other purposes such as hodling, exchanging, executing between individuals . There are moreover nations where all these things are precluded, and the utilize of bitcoin is altogether limited. In the event that you happen to live in a nation antagonistic to bitcoin and still need to use it, you've got no choice but to break the law and ended up a criminal . Bitcoin is very famous, but the countries that accept it for transactions are very few and so is my country. To use Bitcoin I have to convert it to a form and then consume it. This is not too complicated.

This is the most common condition as many countries don't legalize bitcoin as a means of payment, even in my country the authority prohibited bitcoin to be used as a currency but people can trade it as a commodity.
However, some merchants accept bitcoin payment, we can spend Bitcoin there as long as the transactions under the radar, and there are plenty of online merchants that accept bitcoin payment as well.

Great strategy if you are using spare money, don't use your hold coins knowing that day will come that the value will be more higher than the last time you purchased it.

For some they tend to use it as investment tool but for others who are really into development, using bitcoin for their needs as mode of transactions is also very effective, especially those who are dealing between borders.

Bitcoin is very famous, but the countries that accept it for transactions are very few and so is my country. To use Bitcoin I have to convert it to a form and then consume it. This is not too complicated.
I'd go with this one too. If it's not legal in our country, then I'd just convert it to fiat and then use it that way. That simple. But as of the moment, even if bitcoin is not illegal in our country, I still convert it to fiat before I use it for certain transactions. It's because of the fact that not many stores, merchants, and/or establishments accept bitcoin as a mode of payment. Maybe in the near future, merchants will consider bitcoin and accept it. Then that'd be the time that I can use bitcoin directly.

There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.

Using cryptocurrency in those countries in which Bitcoin is illegal is very risky because you're risking your money, effort, and you might just end up in jail. The most ideal thing to do I guess is if you really want to have cryptocurrency, then talk to a friend of your in a country that cryptocurrency is supported, make a corpo between you guys, like he's going to be your pilot or middleman. What I mean of friend is the one you really trusted and you know overall personally to avoid getting scammed or whatsoever.

I normally use Bitcoins to get Payments for the micro jobs that i do.
Then i sell it through P2P trades as exchanges ask for KYC.

Any transaction with bad intentions is illegal in any country but the government of any country has not been able to stop it yet and it does not seem possible in the future. Their headaches only focus on bitcoin. They want to be emotionally spontaneous by blaming Bitcoin for not being able to resist big wrongs.

Due to differences in regulations of each country, I as an individual in my country can only make purchases and store them in the custodian wallet. Public is not allowed to use BTC for buying and selling transactions either online or offline in my country. Bitcoin is currently only a commodity futures, not allowed to be used to replace the official currency formed by government banking.

I think this is sufficient because most people's goal is to use Bitcoin as an investment. Although the white paper written by Satoshi may be the main objective is to replace the banking system as a transaction tool that is not controlled by any party. Even so, transactions using Bitcoin still take a long time and are also high fees, to buy a cup of coffee.

Yeah true, bitcoin is not officially accepted in any country yet from what I know, and about how I use my earned bitcoins, well since there are no merchants ready to embrace the new technology (BTC) in my country, what I simply do is to go on localbitcoin and simply trade my bitcoin for fiat currency, since that's the only currency I can use to buy what I want in my country, it would have been really cool to be able to use bitcoin to purchase items, but sadly the government is against it.

If i earn some bitcoin via trading bounties, airdrop, Mining , then i have a client who bought it from me with fiat currency. Although i can use kucoin P2P market for exchange with fiat currency. But we need to patient to accepted by government. And i store my all crypto asset in CEX exchange,  It's risky but i can't store in own wallet because they cost too much fee for each btc usdt transection.😓

In our nation, we are allowed to contribute and utilize digital currency, be that as it may, there are a couple of stores or dealers who acknowledge crypto as an installment. Thus, if at any point we mean to purchase something on the web through crypto we should trade our BTC for our neighborhood cash to take care of tabs, purchase cellphone loads, game credits, or even food, or even use it as a settlement to send cash.

It is true that until now the government has not been able to trace the existence of bitcoin as an asset of its citizens, so this is the main factor why bitcoin is not easy to legalize in some countries.

However, currently there are regulations that stipulate that everyone is required to do KYC as a sign that the government is trying to track the whereabouts of their assets, so I think it only takes time for bitcoin to make basic rules so that everyone can own it. in different countries.

Well to be honest for now, I just use Bitcoin just for trading. We still need time to use Bitcoin in real life. Unfortunately, the bitcoin price is volatile and there are no regulations in many countries.

I work in a company that sells children's furniture. I asked my manager to add Bitcoin as a payment method. But he refused. I gave him the right. Because it very hard to accept cryptocurrencies as a payment method in Germany. Because there are still no regulations. Even if you want to invest in them, you have to give at least 20% tax.

But thanks to 2 bitcoin wallets we have here we can freely use our bitcoins to buy prepaid reloads, pay bills, cashing out for fiat currency, sending to banks is possible , buying game reload cards and many more. Most of the banks and remittance centers that we use to cashout our bitcoin is questioning us where does the funds come from and we just say its crypto and no more further questioning is needed. It is just one time questioning.

I guess the best thing is not spending it since bitcoin is not legal in that country for sure it would make sense if stores in that country are not accepting bitcoin.

Either though you could still spend your bitcoin online on a lot of websites that are accepting it, I'm sure you could still invest in bitcoin even though it is not legal in your country.

the best way is just to convert your bitcoin into your fiat money in that way you don't have to worry about anything.

Some countries do not allow using Bitcoin as payment, including my country only allows Bitcoin as a digital asset.
So I had to convert my Bitcoin to fiat through local exchanges in order to use up my Bitcoin. But there are some
countries that really prohibit using Bitcoin, if that's the case we have to convert the Bitcoin that we have on exchangers.
Or we can use P2P platforms, we can also ask our friends for help who live in countries where Bitcoin is legal.

Although there are several countries that allow transactions using Bitcoin, the use of Bitcoin is mostly exchanged for fiat to make profit on exchanges. So the restriction of Bitcoin's function, which is implemented in the country, does not reduce the enthusiasm of traders to keep getting profit.

I myself usually get bitcoins from campaign payments on this forum, then sometimes also for selling articles and videos according to client orders, I use Bitcoin for easier and simpler payments (without KYC). At the end of every month I also buy Bitcoin for future savings purposes, with the hope that the price is really expensive to touch hundreds of thousands of USD

Yes. In today's situation of bitcoin, it canbe used in different aspects like transportation, buying needs, online transactions and even paying school tuitions and fees. The question might be in a large scale or wide idea but the true point is how can bitcoin help you and in what ways. For me, bitcoin became my online savings and sometimes I used it to buy things I needed in schools or personals, buy wants, pay bills and in school. Bitcoin help me and makes my transactions hassle free because of what technogy and bitcoin can do today. And I also use bitcoin for my everyday trading or profits. Bitcoin is definitely one of the good thing that happen to me.

Indeed, bitcoin makes a person or even a country a less hassle in a way that it helps in our everyday needs. And it is easy to use bitcoin if it is legal to the country where government doesn't put any interest to it and having the idea of regulating it so that they can also earn from it. Bitcoin is a new future for us.

Looks like many bitcoiners on those places  tend not to use their Bitcoins ,instead what they are doing is keeping holding for future usage.

maybe they have plans on going abroad or visiting some places when the country has bitcoin accepting,or for the chance of one day their country will allow crypto to be adopting.

There are many factors aside for p2p and trading.

But of course they might be trading and use p2p to at least have some profit while the banning is at place.

The best way I can use my bitcoins is not to promote it as I need to follow the jurisdiction of the country. What I will do is just to use Bitcoins along with the others that already use them. There's no way that we can induce market adoption if the government itself doesn't want it. But since it was not acknowledged, it was nothing for the government, as if I was holding a worthless digital currency for them but for me, it will be valuable in years. I might be grateful as I will not be convinced to sell my BTC until such time that the government finds its purpose and value. I could be one of the early adopter to that country perhaps, one of the richest cryptocurrency holders.

In short, I will just use my BTC to transact with those who use it.

Trade in exchange then convert into fiat to withdraw in selected remittance center or sometimes I used it to pay or electric and water bills and buy loads. Bitcoin is very useful to us even not yet fully accepted but we are free to use it.

I believe other countries will also allow their community to use bitcoin and other digital currency with freedom.
Same here. I also used my bitcoins to pay bills, buy prepaid loads, and gaming pins using our local crypto wallet. Good advice. And in addition to that, once you feel like you have saved enough, then maybe you can travel and go to a country where bitcoin is allowed and then utilize it for any purpose which accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment. Book and pay your stay in a hotel; buy goods and other merchandise; pay your bills. There are actually many things you can do with bitcoin. In my country, bitcoin is illegal and there's no direct way like banking to buy sell cryptocurrency. Like many other users, I also have faced a lot of troubles at the beginning but at this moment, it has been easy to buy/sell bitcoin. I have built my local community, in fact, I have built an environment of buyers and sellers. There's no way to spend the BTC directly, we sell to local users and spend fiat.
Now, Kucoin and Binance also have p2p trading for Bangladesh which made bitcoin trading more easier.

There is much use of bitcoin even it's ban in your country such as international transactions.

There are plenty of platforms nowadays that accept bitcoin as a transaction payment method so you can use that there. There's no much difference between a country that bans bitcoin and a country that doesn't have any support from any community or the government. Some people are just selling it at a high price and convert it into fiat, how? there are many ways and existing platforms that can be used.

It’s unfortunate that some countries in the world are still considering and fighting against bitcoin technology and in such case I would advise the bitcoin enthusiasts in such country keep his/her bitcoin application and wallet in well secured device where he/has had only the private key to such storage so to avoid being sucked by the unfavorable government policy for bitcoin enthusiasts.

And it’s better to easily convert your Crypto into fiat to avoid the legal charges for bitcoin.

I don't know what government you're talking about, but most countries in the world do not ban bitcoins... And some websites have long been allowed to use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies...

I mainly use it for games and trading - if you know what you're doing, you can take a tiny bit of a Bitcoin and transform it in to loads. The other main way I see Bitcoin used is for "faucets" - small websites that display ads and reward a small amount of BTC in return. Finally, shops that accept BTC

I'm using bitcoin in buying other assets like dogecoin since it'll show something good in the next few years and other applications like gambling platforms. But before that, I'm using bitcoin as my source of income in my education so I can manage to finish my degree. But now that I've already finished my degree and will take board exam in the next few months, I'm saving my bitcoins and buying good assets and trying to enter stock market.

Bitcoin has a lot of applications and it'll always depend on what you need.

Same here, because right now the number of places accepting bitcoin as payment is still limited. And in my country, I still do not feel that it is fully into crypto. Well, at least I already have my experience on it. At least In the future, I won't get too much curious.

In countries where bitcoin isn't legalized it is advised to trade them on decentralized platforms like binance. In binance you can always convert your coin to fiat when ever you desire to withdraw them to our centralized currency.

Staying out of the part of government authorities is always the best. Investing could also be a perfect form of making profits from your coin on monthly/yearly returns

Holding and trading is the best way to use BTC. It is still illegal in my country and can be used only like a digital currency. We can always easily exchange crypto on fiat. BTC is such a volatile asset that even if I had the opportunity to pay with it in a shop, I wouldn't do it yet.
Until now, the price of bitcoin has gone up very high compared to what bitcoin has done in the past and of course, at a high value and in an uncontrollable market, the legal use of bitcoin in countries seems to be a very difficult thing, a lot of countries have worked hard to stop the boom in their own country. Besides these problems, bitcoin's volatile nature has made its chances of being a payment method very low, considering the general situation and conditions, trading bitcoin is still the best use, buy low and sell high, it never disappoints me

I living in the In the same countries and if we raise the level of bitcoin or transfer a lot of bitcoin in our bank account, government make legal trouble for us.
so we need to be careful guys and I hope after few Months such countries give this access for the People and we able to mining and trading bitcoin like other People of the world. :)
I might suggest to avoid authorities knocking on your door regarding bitcoin transaction is to do micro transactions and avoid large sum of bitcoin transactions. This way, it might look less suspicious to them but still I'm not saying that there's no chance that they will not look into it. Anyway, there are various ways to avoid being caught by authorities when dealing with bitcoin such as person to person or via other digital ways such as Paypal or other websites.
But, the best way to avoid any consequences when dealing with bitcoin where it is illegal is to not deal with it at all and follow each of the country's rules.

You shouldn't be collecting bitcoin if you fear the authorities so much. Bitcoin is a tool of liberation, not fear. WHere do you live anyway? Finding the perfect moment to buy bitcoin is literally impossible. Whatever the price the trader has not acquired an asset with a high probability it will fall before moving into a phase of long-term growth. Therefore, some investors use the "averaging" strategy.

My strategy works like that: split the capital into several parts and buys bitcoin with them over time. Thus, if the price of the asset falls, you can use this as an opportunity and buy more coins. In this case, the average purchase price of BTC will decrease.
Each user can determine for himself how much he will divide the capital. The more of them — the more average the price will be. The best option is to invest $25 in BTC every day. Do not waste time on other assets, do not spend money on currencies that are less known and that have been on the market for as long as bitcoin. Simply buy the most famous digital currency on a daily basis.

In my country, it is legal to hold Bitcoin as a digital investment, but it is forbidden to use it as a payment tool. So, we just buy Bitcoin and hold it for digital asset purposes. I think it is no problem, at least we are allowed to use Bitcoin for the digital asset. If we want to have cash, we just need to exchange the crypto coins on the market with Rupiah.

That is so sad to hear. I know bitcoin has a lot of purpose when it is made. Bitcoin conquer the possibility of having a stress free and easy way of having transactions online. It is the main purpose of bitcoin, actually not just bitcoin but also those other cryptocurrency coins but it is banned in your country for using in some transactions? The essence of the digital money is that gives us the stress free, fastest and easiest or more like convinient way of earning. I think you will not able to maximize the idea of bitcoin or its description of use. But I also believe that by in trading or holding you will gain more profit. It is like gaining and earning but not using so it'll save up and stack. Good for your future I guess.

Last time someone tried to install a Bitcoin ATM, he got arrested and his equipment was confiscated (along with his personal laptop, mobile phone.etc). I use to bitcoin in trade than convert in to fiat if I need for money. It helps me so much in my financial condition.  It can be use as payment system now a days. Special;y online shopping,  I use them for investing on other peoject for more profit. And it's so beneficial
Be happy that you can use bitcoin for each of your transactions because not all countries determine what you get and must first change to fiat when making purchases or other transactions. like in my country that bitcoin is not recognized as a legal means of payment and it is strictly regulated. but to carry out other transactions such as trading and shipping is not prohibited. so if you want to shop you will not be able to use bitcoin because no one provides that facility other than we have to change it to fiat first.

So even though bitcoin is well known, there are still many countries that still prohibit it with different rules and we don't know what is behind the government's decision to make it because they understand better. Be happy for those who have no restrictions at all because it will make every transaction easier.

Bitcoin can be divided indefinitely.  You don't have to buy or spend one bitcoin.

The only way I gained bitcoin is from this forum and by some trading, those earnings are good for my investment and some of it is used for my daily expenses. I still prefer on investing or hodling the bitcoin for a long term and waiting for the bitcoin to reach $100k before I pull it out, even though my country does not allow bitcoin they still do not consider it as illegal so I can still transfer my money in exchanges to a local wallet.

If we are talking about EU now Bitcoin has been banned in the UK, but people find lots of apps to trade, it's not really a big problem. There are crypto services with their own apps... e.x. I know that one of such services is Trastra. It issues Visa card in EU to pay in crypto or convert into euro. You can check here: Baxity, com

90% I buy and keep long term.  Life, the economy was volatile, Covid 19, increased unemployment, inflation.  It would be nice to have more money to buy bitcoins as a long term savings.  For bitcoin, using it for payments is a waste.  But it's also an option!
Bitcoin will be $ 100k or $ 500k within the next 5-10 years.  That is my hope to change my life.

In my country will use bitcoin like the way we use fiat money to buy anything we want at the moment in the country. If you purchased any goods from the supermarket or restaurants, bitcoin is allow to use as a payment because all marketers accept the payment in their businesse.
Since government legalized bitcoin in the country, it hard for you to see anyone moving with fiat money to the market to purchase products than to move with wallet to anywhere they go, to use bitcoin at anytime they feel like making use of them.

If you are strong in this, then do it in the long run so that the BTC you hold is as expected.
At times of inflation like this, a lot of savings money rotates for their daily needs because they don't have a job due to the Covid-19 that hit, so I think everyone should be able to accumulate money and what about buying BTC for the long term?
If it's already an option you have to make a determined decision going forward.

Believe me, bitcoin is a more valuable asset in the next 1 decade.

There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.

Given that Bitcoin is completely anonymous, I don't think it's very difficult to use it for different purposes. It may be more difficult to withdraw funds from Bitcoin in some countries and some exchanges, but it is still not possible. But I personally think that the best application of Bitcoin is to keep it as an asset with increasing value.

Why do you post outdated stuff?

These are posts from 2017, at that time way more merchants accepted bitcoin than now.

Steam and Microsoft stopped accepting it for years. The same with subway and DISH.

This times are over. Fees are 14-20 USD. BTC is not bitcoin anymore, due to many reasons.

Right now, it is really not a smart move to pay using bitcoin for small purchases as it will require you expensive fees to go thru. Better convert your crypto to fiat and use the fiat instead. For the time being, it is better to hold your satoshis and treat it as investment. Let us just wait for the time when fees go down and maybe if there will be more merchants using the lightning network.

Even bitcoin is not yet legal in one country by means of law or any other way it doesn't mean we cant use bitcoin because bitcoin is decentralize and we cant use it without any permission from our government.

Since I started doing business with bitcoin I never encountered trouble using it even here in my country bitcoin is not yet totally legal, because I never notice if there is a law legalizing bitcoin as digital currency in this country.

A lot of bitcoin exchanges offer trading of bitcoin into various currencies, then you deposit the local currency into your bank account.

The use of bitcoin is usually in the online world it is not legal in many countries but we can use bitcoin even if it does not become completely legal the government cannot control it in any way the government will not get any information even if we use it. There are many exchange sites in crypto that we can use bitcoin very easily bitcoin does not have decentralized permissions but can be used in the online world.

You should ease up on buying Bitcoin because of the current trend happening. Bitcoin's value is on the stabilizing stage so I guess the safe decision for now is to wait for a lower value to buy a bulk of Bitcoin so you could have the best profit than ever. I always use Bitcoin whenever I buy luxuries that I want because for me, its something that I can gain after joining signature campaigns so I guess it really depends on how the user use them but its also good to look for investment opportunities for our money to grow.

This is not really a true reason that pushed me to use my bitcoins rather than holding them, but it was a nice addon. As none of our banks provide cashback bonuses, but Binance card does, I've moved part of my holdings and toped-up my Binance card with it. I have totally switch from using my regular card and use Binance. Having 1% cashback is not much, but knowing that you pay less than order for same goods makes me use it again and again.

Bitcoin is any time to change the price. So check the Bitcoin price daily basis in the market place. Then easy to handle the Bitcoin. If price will be low that time to invest in the Bitcoin. Then wait for the price increase. If price will be increased that time to sell it. So time to act. Safely use the Bitcoin. Don't share your wallet information any one.

Each country has differences in policies, but the legality of most countries against Bitcoin is that one of them cannot be used as a means of buying and selling goods. For example: 1 bottle of milk costs $ 1 USD, and you pay using Bitcoin for 0.000017 Bitcoin (Current exchange rate). If the price of Bitcoin goes down, there will be inflation in the country. We recommend that you use Bitcoin as a deposit of assets that are used for long-term investments.

Even as bitcoin has become more about long-term investing, it has still become far easier than it used to be for bitcoin owners to purchase goods online, with some sites developed specifically to accommodate bitcoin. There's one site that's entirely devoted to getting you pizza with bitcoin!

Digital currency is the best investment opportunity in the 21st century. In the past ten years, the return on digital currency investment has reached 100,000%, allowing thousands of investors to become millionaires. The current value of BTC is about $55000 and ETH is about $2000. The cost of buying coins directly is too high.

You can also invest in digital currency by purchasing mining machines. However, The price of digital currency and mining machines continues to soar., and it is also necessary to consider issues such as scarcity of supply, logistics and transportation, machine settings, equipment maintenance, high electricity bills, etc. These reasons shut out many people who want to invest in the digital currency industry through mining.

Therefore, cloud mining has become the most convenient and cheapest way to invest in digital currency in the world. Now you only need to spend a small sum of money at some relevant institution to purchase the corresponding hashrate contract and enjoy the super high rate of return. It's  hashrate cloud mining: By subscribing to the hashrate contract, you can start digital currency mining in real time. Some institution professional mine farm deployment and considerate services can help you obtain higher mining revenue.

Most of the time I sell bitcoin to local clients for fiat money. As my country doesn't allow bitcoin as legal currency, I'm not able to purchase something in my daily life. But I can use it to purchase different types of service which are outside of my country.

I havent directly used bitcoin as a mode of payment because there are little to no businesses that accept bitcoin. What I do is I convert a portion of my bitcoin to Fiat, for me to purchase the goods and services that I want. The country that I live in hasnt widely adopted bitcoin so this is the only use that I can think of.

That kind of hodling takes a lot of patience since we don't know when will bitcoin bit the magic number 100k USD. For me, I have my bitcoin put on an investment to a company that is being created by my friend.

That is still a good way to use Bitcoin. Its also a sad realization when you are living in a country that has not yet adopted Bitcoin in anyway since being a member within a digital forum, you have surely seen a lot of experience on how people use their earnings within this Crypto Industry and to us, it is surely a great deal to see or use Bitcoin in our daily lives because seeing how it progresses makes us feel like its new and it is something we can live throughout our lives.

Bitcoin is not for the faint of heart and something else is safe for many. Critics even call Bitcoins a “pyramid scheme”, even the European Central Bank investigated the accusation in a study. The authors did not want to commit themselves, but described Bitcoins as a "high-risk system". Risky investors can, however, invest a small part of their money in Bitcoins in order to benefit from price jumps. And you should always try to use a part of it for a purchase in order to convince others of it.

For me Bitcoin is an asset for storing value and for future capital growth. I have my own spendings using crypto and at times BTC via digital vouchers etc. I also hold my BTC for earning some extra on the side by staking it, as well as trading. There are many other ways to use BTC.

The important thing to remember is that BTC is not just for storing value, and fortunately, in some places value can be derived right away.

There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually, if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.

The answer is simple, exchange your BTC into fiat money legal to your country through trading platforms such as Binance. Normally, we use the Binance platform for trading and transfer our funds to another wallet like coins. ph to covert into Php.
Indeed, BTC is not yet widely accepted but most developed countries are open for adaptation and legalize digital cryptocurrency,
