I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.
Then from the methods I have mentioned, which method is the most appropriate to buy cryptocurrency or is there another method that you can suggest to buy cryptocurrency at the right time?

It doesn't matter, better to focus regarding the project it is.

This is FOMO, don't get tricked by this kind news. Most of time you'll ended up in loss since the FOMO is over.

Except Bitcoin I have never invested money or time in any other cryptocurrency. If you are planning to buy Bitcoin then my suggestion would be anytime is good and then keep on accumulating more, hodl until you make a decent profit.

If you mean altcoins being cryptocurrency, then there is no better time than now. The news about governments using Bitcoin I think will legitimize the altcoins as well particularly ETH and others. While more altcoins, for now, are cheaper than $0.10, it's best to grab some even for worth $50 to at least secure which one will go high whenever everything goes to the moon.

One for new launched project and coins, another part for top and established crypto coins. 1st, 5th and 6th method is effective only for new coins or project. And it won't be a good decision to buy new crypto which gets dump after launching. Observe and learn crypto market then finally take your decision. Your op suggests you're talking more about altcoins and ico projects, so it's going to be very difficult to decide when is the right time to buy a token, they are mostly pump and dump coins, so even if you think buying when they pump is a good idea, then the coin can dump sooner rather than later, it now makes it look like you're just gambling around.

Imo, talking about altcoins, your concern shouldn't be when the time is right to buy, but how good is the coin you're about to buy, take ethereum as an example, it's reliable and I don't think there is a time that could be wrong to purchase eth, it's not a pump and dump coin, and it's constantly improving it's network; look more into how sustainable the project or crypto is before buying it and not the right time.

Sorry, but you are wrong about this one. You buy the dip and sell the news, that way you can make cool profits out of it. You don't buy into news.

If you just sit there without making a choice it will only waste your time, so what I mean is trying to make an investment decision as quickly as possible. it's about time and effort. on the other hand, if you want to take advantage, invest when the project offers low prices, such as during an ICO pre-sale. This is quite risky but can be profitable if the project is successful in the market. and maybe a bad choice if buying coins after experiencing a big pump. most of the new coins after being pumped it is difficult to reach the highest price again, except only with real coins especially BTC or ETH.

It depends on the coin, not all altcoin when it has been getting dumped the price will grow up again. The decreasing price of the coin can have two reasons, first the coin doesn't have a real value/function, it was just created because HYPE like now DeFi system, and second, the coin has a good value/function but the decreasing price was happened due to a bad sentiment market for all crypto currency price movement.

Bear market is the best time to buy coins, now I think the opportunity is almost over, year like 2017 is the best time to buy but people lacks patience, they always want quick money that's why they don't have the patience to hold coins for a long time, I'm really not into holding many coins but top coins like BTC and ETH can't go wrong.

I am assuming you are talking about altcoins. For Bitcoin, you may enter when you think the price is on the dip. For altcoin? You forgot to write a point, "buy altcoin when you can afford loss". Because whenever you buy altcoin risk is involved with that. Even an exchange could delist an altcoin at any time. So if it happens, then you will have to lose hugely. Main of buy altcoin that you should know the background of a project, and obviously, after listed on the exchange. You should choose a coin or token which has been listed on multiple reputed exchanges. So you can reduce risk in this way.

Study the project or the coin, if a newbie better buy top performing coins or study BTC or ETH firs on how they move, it does not mean when it's pump we will buy since we might not know if it will just drop in a bit. Better learn how to read charts and analyse each project. Once done in studying atleast few top coins by that time maybe will be able to analyze how other crypto works in the market.

If you are aiming to invest in coins like btc or eth then everytime is right to buy them because they are the real thing, the brands, the representatives of the market and the most legit coins out there. Personally I am super bullish about them, its better to accumulate them from longterm support areas but buying continuously with your extra cash every month will also give you good cost average and benefits after few years.

You should exclude buying during ICO,

It is not good to buy coins in any running ico nowadays, most of it is scam and as far as I know, there is only a few of it. Buying in ICOs will only lead you to lose your money, you will not expect anything even if you have waited for a long time. Might be better in this case if you buy old coins or top altcoins than buying in ICO.

Actually I do not agree to the all of the lists that you mention and all of it doesn't guarantee any returns. Let's get to the number 1 first which is buy during ICO or IEO, Actually there is guarantee a success here because you do not know if the project will be patronize in the market. The second is buy when the coin dump, it is like catching a falling knives because what if you buy in dump then suddenly there is a huge dump again appear; of course you will lose huge amount of money in there because that strategy is really risky. The third is to buy when there is a good news, I do not rely on any news so I do not care if there is a news and usually those news are only creating hype so for me it is not good to buy just because there is certain news.

The fourth one is when the price is suddenly pump, you should not just quickly enter in a trade just because there is a huge candle. Planning is one of the most important key in order to become profitable trader so create a plan first before enter in a trade. The 5th is when the coin listed in big exchange, actually most of the defi projects that are been listed in big exchange are keep dumping. Only few coins that are surviving and holding their current price after got listed in specific exchange and the last is when the project have already product, not all of product are been patronizing a lot of investors. Most of the investors are just focusing on price appreciation and not to the certain product.

Take advantage of price dumps or bearish moments, you can easily do this by storing stable coins and watching the market or just go to top exchange and create a order, just make sure the coin you choose is a very good one with high trading volume, buy low and sell high, lots of patience is needed though

For me the best time to buy a coin is when prices are down and there is an upcoming news for the project, especially when the team has proven track record of development and reliability. Fundamental analysis in combination with TA works best from personal experience, hence once I see a coin with good fundamental analysis like awesome product release or listing on top exchange, I check chart and if there are good signals in confluence, I don't hesitate to bag some. Everyone has their own strategy, there is no perfect best time to buy cryptocurrency.

there is not a single answer valid for all coins/ crypto currencies / tokens. The best answer is have a good knowledge about the project and make a movement only in certain period - or price range.
As example, I have taken good profit with old tokens like ICX just because the price was around some limits easy to predict. The same could apply with some projects but mostly advantage come from knowledge.

I recommend not to buy when the price is high because it's very risky, We have a genuine example of people who bought BTC for 20k until now they are waiting patiently to get what they invested likewise be careful you can't expect the market will be green forever so think wisely and buy accordingly.

For me, the best time of buying a coin is in the higher low of a bullish trend for a well established coin. When you are going with ICO, IEO or any new coins, you're risking more. When you jump into the low side of a bear, you never know when the price would come up. If that is the moment when you think it will bring big profits then I think it will only bring the biggest profit for you and not me, the truth is that if we look at all of those things I think it is is the fomo stage and you will most likely buy at ATH and never be able to close your spending. Best time to buy has always been "sporadically", I do not buy it when its new, I do not buy it when its old, I do not really care at what stage or what is going on at that time, I just buy it time to time to increase my position and that's it.

I choose to buy Coin when the price drops 50% from the current price, because if Coin is in the top 100 on Coinmarketcap if it is down 50% is a very rare thing to happen on big projects, but I also buy when big news is coming like burning or mainnet.

I will buy into a project when there is a news coming, I always prefer to buy projects will strong fundamentals, you buy the rumour and sell the news, look at Ethereum for example now, anyone not holding Ethereum for the launch of Eth 2.0 doesn't know what is doing, buy now and sell 2 or 3 days later when the hype is dieing down

It's too risky. not all projects successfully inflate their token price on the market in one night or 2-3 days. sometimes the price gets worse and creates a deep panic so that the token is just thrown away, far below the purchase price. and many projects that take a long time to recover price in the market.

But If you are long term holders then first choose the right project and enter any time you want. Many have a different strategy. Start buying crypto when you have basic knowledge about it. Not all coin dumped are good, look for potential with a team and also a credible product. Most of these coins that get dumped become shitcoins because the price never goes up again, always do some research on the project before buying coins even if they are low priced
