I have contacted them by support ticket for last 1 month, still they kept my account locked, not letting me withdraw.

11+ ETH is not a small amount. Why do you choose such a low quality exchange to exchange your funds? I used this exchange a long time ago to exchange some of my funds. At that time I did not face any problem.

Now you should keep in touch with them regularly, and if they want any kind of information, give them that information.

This has really created a serious situation for you. It is really doubtful why they stopped replying to you, it is important to know what could be the reason behind it. I sent an email to Mercatox.com about your current situation, now let's see what they reply to me. I will definitely let you know if I get any good reply from them.

Were you active on the scam accusation board? I am not sure if you have uses the search button of the forum. I have found a couple of issues against Mercatox exchange, look at this thread who had an issue same as you and it was ETH as well, MERCATOX POTENTIAL SCAM (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5199337.msg53013492#msg53013492). Seems they eventually solved the issue and the user got his/her fund back. So you should contact them from the various official social platform. We can't do anything against them since the fund already on their hand, we may ask them via PM if they have an official account on the forum.

My one is different. I wanted to withdraw, but they kept my account locked last 1 month. I have created many tickets, eventually all was closed and nowadays they even do not respond on my tickets. 11.63 ETH currently equivalent to $14,231.00

Wow that's literally passing to another department is sounds like delaying their time to release your funds. But anyway as long as they are responding don't panic that your funds will be locked there forever. Its still operational so I guess they are just taking time to process it. Mercatox is really not good when it comes to support. But I do hope you can withdraw your funds cause 12k grand is not a small money that can easily let go.

Fake volume is something you can see on most centralized exchanges and if you send them your coins they are not yours anymore.
I never used Mercatox exchange but it does not look reliable and after reading what you posted it appears they have very bad support.
Maybe you can try contact them in public on their social media accounts like twitter @Mercatox_info or in telegram @mercatox_official

Contacted via Twitter, no reply yet. Their TG is just a channel. Last 1 month i am trying. Sometime they forward support ticket to their Finance department sometimes to Security departments, but last 1 month, i can not make withdraw of my 11.63 ETH from that Mercatox. They kept my account locked.

Really shady behavior I wonder why you still using such kind of exchanges where obviously wash trading is happening, fake volumes etc.,, what token did you trade, Is that the only exchange that listed that token you exchange with eth? they obviously don't want you to withdraw your money passing from one department to another while in reality I guess there are only 3-5 people working in that exchange located in 1 room lol.

Quite sad that they had to make you wait for 1 month plus minus solving your problem and the most annoying bit is they haven't even given you enough explanation as to why the disabled your withdrawal. This sounds so shady for me from Mercatox's part.
Keep us posted about the progress of the whole thing in the next few days.

Why potential scam? It's clearly Op got scammed by mercatox and if you search mercatox on this forum, you will find many scam accusation about their site. With current price skyrocketed i've seen many site "pending" people money by something like hot wallet empty, or manuall processing which is BS.

It's great to see that they've activated your account and you've already withdrawn your funds. There are many crypto users who can't get their funds back because they can't complain properly. You waited a long time and never got your funds back, but when you tried the right way you got your funds back quickly.

I hope the rest of the crypto users will try the right way if they have such a problem.

Another good news to hear 1 problem got solved already. But if OP consider the amount while his ETH was locked, he still "lose" around $200 because ETH price now only $1060, it was $1200+. Hovewer, it's still nice sum of money though, you can lock this thread, OP

I don't think this is solved.

I'm also waiting for a withdraw of quite a number of chainlink (wanted to send them to another exchange).
It says "Processing" for more than 3 days now.

When I write to the support, they answer quite fast but always come up with another excuse ( "manual processing", "needs to be reviewed by financial department", "if it does not work within 24h, please kindly contact us again").
I feel the support could even be a chat bot.

While looking on facebook/twitter/google, it seems I'm not the only one with this problem.
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mercatox.com

Withdrawal went out now after 4 days of waiting.  8)
I'm relieved now but wonder if this is because I posted here or if it's always that weird slow.  ???

Above your post said he has to wait for 4 days before get his money. I don't have any idea how long exactly for each withdrawal on this exchange since it seems shady and lack of any update , that's why i never use it.

Try to engage with their support like OP and a few other members who complained in this thread did. The good news is that all over them had their issues sorted out and they were able to withdraw their money.

This does not surprise me, mercatox blocked dogecoin withdrawals for 2 years, I have $60000, at the time what was there was only worth $100. Told them I want to pay for a solution but they just ignore it and tell me to wait on social media.

The mercatox exchange solved the OP's problem after creating this thread. I emailed the mercatox exchange on Op's behalf and got a resolution to the complaint fairly quickly. Your funds have been stuck for so long why you did not take any action? If an exchange illegally withholds customer funds under any pretext, that is also a scam. Why haven't they taken proper action on Dogecoin after two years? Or did they sell your Dogecoin to another exchange?

I got into this in 2018, the problem actually started in 2020 with covid, many brokerages suffered from the same problem for short periods of time, I thought they would solve it, but until today they haven't solved it, I say it was a year, because talking to some people, they had access to withdraw.

Gather evidence of the problems you are facing and how they are giving you various excuses as to why they are not allowing you to withdraw. Here you can open an accusation thread against them, so that it can be helpful for others who are in the same problem as you. I think mercatox didn't want to miss this lucrative opportunity due to the reckless price increase of Dogecoin and played any hidden game with their customer's funds. It is important to know detailed analysis from them.

I recreated another post as the previous one was deleted without my consent. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5427887.msg61428722#msg61428722

This does not surprise me, mercatox blocked dogecoin withdrawals for 2 years, I have $60000, at the time what was there was only worth $100. Told them I want to pay for a solution but they just ignore it and tell me to wait on social media.

The website says it is completing the repair, what now? How much longer to wait? I just have to wait another week... https://i.imgur.com/vvKsCQq.png

This Mercatox.com is full of shit, possible fake volume by their staffs. I have traded some cryptocurrency and converted to Ethereum , which is 11.63 ETH, they have locked my account. I have contacted them by support ticket for last 1 month, still they kept my account locked, not letting me withdraw.

What else i can do against them?
Please suggest

Trading on a platform requires you knowing their terms and conditions for which I believe you signed up for and another, the platform have the right to revoke or put pending whatever they deem fit to do at anytime and any day they fill like doing it.  Locking of account might sometimes likely have to do with suspicious activity being noticed from a particular user or customer account on board that platform. Either way, sometimes when  the account holder might be called upon for clarity, his details must be inline with what he has presented before upon being registered with the platform. In your case I have no clue as most evidence here in still not clear but I think their own side of the story needs to be heard as well for proper assessment  and possible solution. If they have a representative here feel free to tag them or mention the user name so as to facilitate the whole process.

Did you write this reply after reading this thread or did you post a random post? OP's problem was solved long ago and he was able to withdraw his funds. Exchanges sometimes create different dramas for the customers and the customer has to face many kinds of problems to resolve the issue. Since this issue has already been resolved, there is no point in bumping this thread, before posting in any thread, read the title of that thread carefully.
