Why does your site's domain name includes media in it (I'm referring on the link from the OP), is that something that your site want to offer, like articles related to gambling? Just curious if how did you pick that domain name in the first place. If you asked customer about documents then you must have a license to do that but upon checking as well on the site it seems you don't have.

If you take a look on post history OP made only message related this casino, and each time he added "We" etc etc

He should address it, for all we know he is just an affiliate and just use the casino as his username and create an announcement here so he can get more referrals, if he is not then we have a problem he cannot address complaints, grievances, and issues, it's always been the official representative or the operator that should be the one to open announcement on any casino to make everything official.

I visited the gambling platform of yours which has a good UI and UX as a user upon with the functionality i didn't scope all just exploring right now. Also there's a bonuses for the players which is a good marketing for attracting new players.

When you get your license, do you have a plan to add KYC to your site since when the license is integrated, your site will be monitored by the authority. Or you will use limitations for your members, and those who pass the limit need to fill out KYC. Many gambling sites have licenses requiring their members to fill KYC with or without telling their members.

There must be no way to tell if a user is suspicious or not, when they all play anonymously. You will not see all their detail such as their username and bet histories but if they can see still it then they must be lying to us when they say that they are anonymous.
