You are quite right, nicknames and the history of bets are visible in the achievement table. This is a way to show that the casino is alive. I think the average 17 minutes withdrawal is for ordinary/small withdraw, not for big amount like you. I wonder why they ask you KYC, it's only because you're high roller or you have doing something suspicious on their casino?
