WHY ITS SO POSITIVE THIS BEARMARKET.  :)

Well i made this thread to show to you why i feel confident in this bear market.

I feel so confident because we need this bear market and lets me explain why.

1-   We need to clean of the market all the shitcoins. We cant have a market with thousands of coins and tokens and the mayoriti of them only go up because the market its bullish. That its clearly not healthy.
2-   Clean the child and Young thoughts, i think the crypto world has a very childish way of thinking, lets see an example.

“Oh i buy that coin because Elon say”

“ oh i want to leverage per 1000 because i read in a web that token its to the moon”

“Take loans for a presentiment”

Take loans because the market is bullish and understimate the market.

How the fuck you can think in over 10000 coins all have to has value? WAKE UP.

Its like i said all the FIAT currencies has high value its a non sense.

3-   Clean all the corporations and new companies with this mindset. As i said, why we have to pay for idiots movements made by idiots. Like Terra (i know maybe its a Scam but lets take another point of view ). Or if the Celsius position if that was true.
4-   CLEAN the trading boys, and for me this its one of the most important things.
And when i said this im not saying you cant trade, but i refered to the boys who want to make money in short times and takes with they the childish way of thinking and also all the tricks of the traders. One of the worst its the “stop loss”. Because that tool produces a cascade in the Price, clearly affecting us when we are holding.

This tool make a ton of auto-sells if the Price go below and with that a cascade keep producing and the big player can make a huge profit and destroying the price.

After we pass this storm we can have a much better financial ecosystem in crypto.
A more healthy one, i thin the NFTs made a lot of damage to the ecosystem carrying with him more and more childish thinking boys. And this was a short Little of time after the another wave of damage received by the so called “play to earn”.

Again dont missundestand me, im not opposing against this things but yes against the wave of idiots they carry.

After this negative i show you some positives.

Every time we hit a bear market here in crypto always was a step ahead.

In the first nobody talks a loto f Bitcoin and was marginal.

In the second , small investors and some snoobs invest, and some press take an eye.

In 2018 we have more serious investors and more press coverage.

And now we have a lot more serious investor, companies, investment funds.

As you can see we are ever growning and now we are maturing, we keep growing but like a human now we reach some height and we are cleaning the body of all the shit we do in our adolescence.
In human terms, crypto market maybe has 25 years old.

Yes, you have a point. But i think its become less and less shitocins after a big clean up, because nobody wants again to put money in such proyects. Obviusly we cant clean the whole market but we can cut some of the weeds.

What is the essence of trading in the place? Is it not to make some quick money? And besides, there are professional traders, who trading is their job, it's through trading they earn money for livelihood, why do you want to take food out of their mouth?
LOL, everything in this life requires you apply some kind of trick to succeed, right?, just like you don't buy Bitcoin or any other altcoin carelessly, you first strategize, analyze the market, do some research, monitor the price movements first, wait for a good entry point before finally buying_{(doing this also is a trick)}, so also it is with trading, just like you are investing to make profit, so also a trader is trading to make profit, just as you employ tricks in order to buy at the best price that will guarantee you profit in the future, so also a trader need to employ tricks to be able to profit from the market at that moment.
It's a lie and a misconception on your path, stop loss is not the reason why asset prices fall.
For example, you set a stop loss at a lower price from what the market price is, if your stop loss is triggered, it means the price of the asset in question was already falling and it hit your stop loss on its way down.

Well seems like you are a trader, good for you.

Its not a missconception when we have a lot of idiots with leverage and the bigs knowing this the stop loss cascade can destroy a lot of value.

They can buy so low because of that.

Obviusly you always have tricks but when you are addicted to them you go down.

I dont know what its your point, im against the traders of 1 hr / 1 day / 1 week. Its not healthy , its the same in conventional markets. You can be a Warren Buffet or be an idiot operating 24/7. You know the phrase " Wall street wins money when you operate and lose when you dont".

I can categorically, with all honesty and sincerity, tell you that I am not a trader, atleast, not yet, but I do understand all the rudiments to trading.
And I also understand, and can tell you that traders/trading has very little to nothing to do with the market condition of any asset in terms of price.
I disagree with you, if it's what i choose to do, and I am not doing it for anyone or cus of anyone, and I choose to do it 24/7, everyday because I love and enjoy doing it, then that is not slavery but freedom.

to make it simple, it's inevitable to have bear seasons and it's okay. It just proves that the crypto market is a healthy market.
nothing goes straight up and of course nothing goes straight down.

These points are definitely good but I do think that you should understand that this market is extra beneficial for Trading, it would make way for other investments and also it would give people a chance to hold their coins on for long but what's important is to note how long this would go on for. If that works for the whole year people might definitely loose interest there are still some coins on the market hitting +30% which to be absolute honestly is weird to see since this is making way for more varied investment opportunities. Rest there would always be an influence on the market from very rich and the powerful people that's what being in a decentralized market with almost half being held my whales means.

I quite agree with Fivestar4everMVP's analysis. What I see is that you are trying to find arguments to be optimistic at this time, and, well, you can always find something, but I would rather be with the price at $222k as some predictions for this time were giving, even if that meant that some shitcoins would survive instead of being cleaned by the market.

I am not thrilled with what's going on, but viewing it as a positive thing is IMO better than panic selling, so good job, op. As for the points you're making,
1. I don't think it'll clean the market from shitcoins, as previous bear market didn't succeed in that. While some will effectively die, many will probably rise again, especially if influencers like Elon Musk get involved.
2. Maybe it will sober people up, but then again I believe hype over some shitcoin is possible in the future, so I don't think everyone will learn the lesson.
3-4. Companies and traders don't care if it's a shitcoin or not, a bubble or not, as long as they can profit from it and jump off the train in time.

Simply the bull market is going to be the next which summarize everything right?

Bear market is really a pain for the people and an opportunity for the people who have funds and can be risked to reap profits in the next couple of years.

Not all are happy with bear market since many are still losing money and this is the normal scenario in cryptomarket, not everyone can be a winner here. Bull market will still happen, its just a matter of time so if you have extra and still believe in cryptocurrency, you can start buying now even on a small amount of money, at least you still able to buy at a cheaper price and just hold it. Hopefully, bear market will start to slowdown so we can now start the recovery, but for sure it will take time before we reach the peak again.

It's always like this during the bear market, there's the popular term of "shaking the weaklings" and this isn't just for the investors but also for the projects.

Projects that have became popular during the bull run is likely can no longer be the same as good it was before. And if the bull run comes again, there will be another trend, new sets of investors that have just looked upon to the success stories shared to them without really knowing if the market they're taking is bearable, tolerable or not.

sometimes this kind of season is good, so the crappy projects will be gone for good. because if the motive of the dev team is just to pocket money, we will see how their plans go. usually, they won't move forward but just to give empty talks or promises. but if the project is sincere and really wants to implement their goals, you will see that even if it is bearish period, they are working. so yeah, better for these crap projects to abandon their platform so they won't be screwing more people in the long run.

Of course, there's always a silver lining. One of the most common positive comments that I hear during bear markets is that people would once again focus on the technology. When the price is always in green, people would only look at Bitcoin in terms of its fiat value. The influx of new Bitcoin supporters may be huge but they are usually only after the price growth. They don't really mind the features that made Bitcoin what it is. So a bear market such as this happening every now and then is also greatly appreciated.

No matter what, its good to see you find the bear market to be positive for the industry.
Most of the time people see it positive when they make money out of it. If they didn't sell the last time the market did the bull run, they may still regret not selling.
But in general bear market always makes the whales happy since they  are the ones going to benefit more after they buy the bottom with the profit they made.

Just to make everyone feel the same way as positive as you are, Bear Market always means another ATH when the market is bullish again.

Actually, it's a good season.

The negativity or the positivity of the season and situation will base on how you foreseeing things. If this bear market is such a good opportunity for you to have more, it's positive.

But if your outlook is that it's actually a negative season then so be it but you have the idea that this won't be forever.

The losing money part is depend on the holder itself whether he's weak hands or strong hands, if he's weak hands then he already sold his coins and you're correct he's lose his money. While the strong hands still hold until now even he bought at the higher price, but he's not lose as long as he not sell his coins since this can be said as unrealized loss. Most of people buy Bitcoin is using all of his money, not afford to lose money. This is why they're panic and no have any money left to buy the dip.

Everything in the world always repeats itself, sooner or later. Those who followed Elon, shouting about his every step, will behave in the same way if they have another leader. This is the psychology of the crowd. Read Freud. But there are always units that go their own way. The OP is probably an individualist; he does not cry when he falls and is calm about growth. Experience is important here, which is sincerely lacking for those who are in a hurry to buy, copying the actions of others, and are also seized by greed. And then he complains about the fall, not fully understanding that sooner or later, his losses, if he is patient, will turn into profit again. Do not fuss, but it is better to calculate each of your financial steps more deeply.

I guess it will depend on each person because if they can sell the asset at the right time, they will have more funds and can use them to buy other potential coins.
But if they don't sell their coins during the bull market and don't have the funds to buy when the bear market comes, they will surely regret it.
That is why we must really be able to take advantage of the time we have, know what to do, and adapt to the existing situations and conditions.
In today's time, we have a good time buying potential coins but be careful that not all are good.

The only thing that keeps me positive about this bear market is the ongoing discounted sales of Bitcoin.  Nothing more nothing less.  It would be idiotic that we are here because we love Bitcoin, no it is not the love for Bitcoin but for the love of profit.  The market cannot be cleansed of those things stated on OP, because they are part of the market economy.  they will keep on appearing no matter how hard the bear market tries to cleanse them.

I think it is more about being able to analyze the general tendency of the market sentiment. Because let's be honest, who would have thought that we go to 50k when we hit 60k, and who would have thought that we hit 40k when we hit 50k. If you get the sentiment right you can use your funds wisely and average down until we really hit the bottom, which I think might now be the case give or take. I guess most people over-invest when Bitcoin takes a 20% hit. It drops from 70k to 55k and then they think this is the moment where I go all in again. That is how you get rekt and to be honest I made that experience myself early on. ;)

I definitely agree that it is once more time again to really get some projects wiped out that aren't even worth being listed on CMC. But what can you do right? Everyone can launch a BEP20 token these days and at least get it listed on CMC at some point. There is a positive and a negative side to the fact that crypto is so inclusive, but at times, as you said, a clean up is really necessary!

That’s indeed needed, the cleaning of garbage is always needed time to time but the problem with crypto ecosystem is, the more you clean it the more it becomes messy here. There are huge collection of shitcoins and more and more keeps coming everyday.

You can’t clean it but you can ignore it all the time. Just to keep it less messy I’m always opting out for bitcoin, ether, and bunch of mineable coins. You know that Short and simple strategy.

Everyone has a different take on the market, I guess. To some, it was the worse possible thing that could be happened but to some, it was the new opportunity to accumulate the crypto they want. Maybe you don't have too many stakes in crypto or this bearish seem like a fart that eventually goes away.

The first point really needs to be done so that market movements look much healthier than manipulation as long as influential people try to backfire. Bitcoin with a bear market has started to recover cleaner, healthier and moving naturally. That is what the future growth of Bitcoin is trying to achieve. although not completely in a stable price environment and recovery vigilance should remain.

Therefore, invest where you are not influenced by outside factors, because the money you have is completely controlled by awareness not greed.

You find an important point here :D it's quite interesting when we talk about bitcoin because it doesn't mean we like it but it's much deeper is that we really like the benefits it provides. many people who persist does not mean they really like it but still believe in the benefits that will be given later so that indeed many are still on this path. It would be a completely different story if they didn't have the advantage there.

Price up or down doesn't represent negative or positive like we think it does anyway.   Its maybe easier to say for houses rather then BTC but a lower price can open that market upto a larger number of users, there is higher utility at the lower price and so that asset becomes better established.  Growth of society matters, an overall economy not one commodity or priced asset.  The most important thing is BTC continues to be used and useful to as many people on this planet as possible, your own self interest in a profit this year is a distant target that is really only of incidental importance.

   People criticize capitalism often, it can brutal for sure but a product only really continues if its of use to society; otherwise it is discarded and diminished, taken over and used as parts for a greater objective.  The market matters, the people who play within it really come second and we have to be grateful for BTC resilience even with a lower price it is still a positive trend but more patience is required, price isnt everything.

The truth is that everyone is in bitcoin for the benefits, now a great deal of people only care about the economic benefits they can get, as they can see the price of bitcoin is cheap now and they understand the potential its has to go up in the future.

However there are many other which are invested in bitcoin for the other benefits they can get, like improved privacy, avoiding banks and governments, being part of something which will change the way the world works and a long list of benefits that bitcoin offers other than the most obvious one, which are the economic benefits.

There might be a lot of shitcoins that has been taken out during the bear market however there are good coins that has been affected along the way. Also, you can never clean out shitcoins since alot of people have been creating them easily and there are someone who are willing to invest on it due to the quick profit it provide to early investors. So whether the market is bullish or bearish, there will always be a market for shitcoins out there.

Indirectly, your profits are also part of the benefits and indeed this is something you are looking for. As for saying the potential will increase in the future, it is indeed something that must be believed but sometimes for now many are still doubting the result of a lack of research and knowledge that makes a lot of people, especially beginners, are not sure and think this is something wrong that makes this getting complicated. but if they had learned something like this beforehand this wouldn't have happened.

People will tend to like it because what Bitcoin has to offer is very broad and provides the value of financial freedom that they have been looking for that have never been found in investing or trading other assets. This is a fact that the future of finance has begun to be understood by society in general, and of course the increase in adoption has also made crypto trading and investment a familiar tool.

To so many people bear market is a good time to buy. Many used to take advantage of such market conditions to make investment so as to make huge profits Everytime the market recovers.Personally I don't like the bear market my portfolio is not looking great at the moment and I don't like buying any altcoins during this type of market situation.

Yes doesnt sounds so good but its how it works.

And for all the guys here who says to me, its not fault of the traders for the price going below so much for the "stop loss" and leveraging. The other day the CEO of Binance say exactly that.
The price go so down because of a lot of deleveraging. So please take off the blindfold.

See crypto is still in its expansion phase. People are already bleeding out in conventional investments as markets are crashing. However the crypto has time and again proven itself to be stronger holding and has shown resilience and resurrected like a phoenix out of fire after crashes. So to many it  seem a better safe house against market freefalls. Moreover everyone knows that blockchain investments have good future. Thus people are investing in Bitcoin even when they know its falling. Infact its the falls which make the investment more lucrative 

I will like to understand better how stop loss affects price. Stop loss is only a tool in trading that limits the losses of traders and has no effect on prices. If a trader places a stop loss it doesn't change the direction of the trend and the effect of such action only affects the trader and not the market.


I will agree with you that NFTs are bunch of distractions full so much noise with it's trendy nature with no value attached to it which make it uncategorically belonging to no asset class 

Do we say we are stripping the market of all redundancy and noise at the moment, shitting away  shitcoins so the market could get a new structure and looks during the next bull run. 

Bitcoin market has shown it goes in cycles and people do expect it to get on bull market rather soon.
With every passing year there is a bigger percent of people who is still on profit even in the middle of crypto winter (2017 ATH was under 20k, remember?), hence a bigger percent of people is calm and call for calm.

So as long as one doesn't do anything stupid (like investing in a scam or a worthless project) should be fine sooner or later.


PS. This is the view of a Bitcoiner; I will add though from my experience that one should not really count on the recovery of any altcoin, they usually perform badly on very long terms. Bitcoin is the only one (or one of very-very few) with actual good history.

If the price continues to rise then there is no chance for anyone who wants to invest bitcoin, when the bearmarket then this makes new users interested in investment and old users will continue to buy because they know the price will be normal again.

OP, it's also not only about "cleaning" the dumb money, in fact I wish it didn't happen because many people, especially newbies, lost their savings because of trading WITH TOO MUCH LEVERAGE.

What's very positive about this bear market is, the narrative isn't "Bitcoin is dead". The current narrative is, "how low will Bitcoin crash, so I can Buy the DIP, HODL".

Its positive for people who always see an opportunity on bear market season we see many traders are so happy about this that's why many of them got a lot of profits after bull run came. And this one need to understand by people who get panic about certain situation like this because if they panic for sure they lose a lot of money for that. But I can't blame people to act like that since sometimes bad sentiments can affect the emotion of people especially if they are new on crypto.

We witness the same market but we see it differently, those who have weak hands, they see the market as it will collapse so they will panic, but those who see the opportunity, they see the market as a chance for them to accumulate again.

Actually, there's nothing to panic about because we've seen bitcoin dumped many times and yet it still has recovered and even surprise us with a bull run.
Thing is, if we panic, we will fail to see the opportunity, so just relax, believe, and keep educating ourselves about crypto.

I agree on this narrative. Before, wheneve we hit a bear market, there were those negativity spreader and they're telling that bitcoin was dead and it will never recover.
But this time, it's all about the craze and desire to buy at the dip so that they can buy some and collect as many as they can while we're seeing the dip of bitcoin.

I hope people can use this moment to buy bitcoins and hold them until the price soars. But I also hope they don't buy using the all-in strategy because it's risky. It would be nice if they could split the money across multiple purchase orders to get bitcoins at a low price. This bear market position confuses people who want to enter the market because the price still fluctuates rapidly and makes them hesitate.

I hope that even new investors would see that the market is now opening an opportunity to for everyone to buy while the prices still aren't striking too high. When the market recovers, we might regret that we miss this opportunity to buy. Others might see this crash as a negative thing without noticing its positive impact.

People think of a crisis as something that can only be bad, but they do not see that every single crisis also brings a lot of opportunities for those which are ready and have their finances in order, for example when the 2008 real estate crisis hit the US many people lost their homes, but what they do not tell you is that with so many houses available those that had money could buy a home with a huge discount as long as they could pay with cash, so many people bought several houses during that time and now they are set for life, and we can do something similar with bitcoin right now.

In any crisis, there would always be an opening door for opportunities for those people who do have financial capability which it is really sad to see but this is indeed the reality that rich/financially capable

people would really be always have the advantage on all sorts of things when it comes to opportunity or risk taking.They woul really be diving in into something which they do see that it could really
benefit out when the market or situation would come in reverse or would be going into the opposite side.

This idea or concept would really be applied also in crypto space and if you are someone who dont really take too much attention about these opportunities but instead
freaking out and get scared then you would really be missing out some good opportunities on making money or profits.

Rather than the craze and desire to buy, it is all about the better understanding about the market. In the past whenever there is crash in the market, the whales will be ready to make use of the opportunity. Nowadays they weren't able to manipulate the market as people are good enough to know about the real market and not fall for the news and get into panic selling.

The awareness about the market and it's risks were well understood by the common people. This too a reason why cryptocurrencies have been moving along with the traditional market at times.

I might agree a little on the point where we should think about Shitcoin in this Bear market situation. maybe from you you can see thousands of coin memes that always come out every day to deceive many people and this is where we start to see which projects have strong fundamentals and are active during this bear market. Bitcoin is the main choice for anyone's portfolio in this bear market situation because it has a bigger role when the bull run comes. Are we going to see a bear market coming back, of course, yes, we really need a situation like this to be able to assess the investment choices that should be made.

In the end, it depends on each person in seeing the bear market. If it turns out that we see the bear market from the positive side as an opportunity
to get rich by buying coins at low prices, then the bear market will look positive. Finally we don't panic with the bear market that happened,
and can take the opportunity to be able to generate large profits.

But on the other hand if we look at the bear market from the negative side, we will become pessimistic and will panic, then sell the coins we have
at a low price. In the end we will only get losses, which makes us lose faith in crypto. If it's like that, we ourselves are harmed, because
we don't understand how to make a profit from crypto. Then finally blame the crypto, even though the fault lies with us who can't see the bear market
from the positive side. That finally closed the opportunity to be able to make money from crypto.

That's true and that's why sometimes we see lots of people suggesting to take the opportunity to buy,
also a great time to buy top coins and it's perfect for holding them long term,
the most important thing is to stay patient and wait for the right moment to sell it

Because they truly ever understood the "Honey Badger", and what underlying value it's bringing to this world, and what it's real underlying nature is. We haven't seen the full power of Bitcoin's capabilities, which can break down political strongholds. The attacker and the defender would be required to HODL Bitcoin.

If they could see that this was a good opportunity, they certainly wouldn't miss it and would buy at a low price. But when they are still hesitant because they read the info they find on many websites that the price could go down again, they will not try to buy at the current price. It all depends on how people see the opportunity that comes to them and not everyone can see a good opportunity to buy at a low price.

Do what's best for you during bear markets, and we've always seen that investing in bear markets always has the advantage of getting a decent return in the long term, which is why the market is currently down so investing today can be the best option for long term investment.
The bear market is the moment that all savvy investors have been waiting for because it is the perfect discount to buy it and buy it at a very low price and hold it for the long term.

It's because based off the patterns, we know what to expect in about 2.5 years and that now is not a bad price point to load up some bag/stack some sats.  The alts will get it the worse and many will be wiped out.  Those that remain after bull season is back will do quite well as alt season commences afterwards.  However, the smart "money" is BTC.

I think it is worth taking into account the fact that only a few will grow out of a thousand shitcoins. You should pay attention to major coins like bitcoin and bnb. I have already made a lot of reckless investments in order to believe in the success of shitcoins.

Shitcoins will never get lost in the market, it's already part of the growing crypto market. Just like no matter how this market bring us realization that it takes wise decision making to survive in the market, newbies with less knowledge and make poor decisions keep coming in the market and then lose, that is also inevitable. So we can't expect for the market to become clean and free of losses, people should get used to that and let them grow and mature in dealing the market.

There is no assurance really that shitcoins will stop to emerge even when the market is at its bearish state. The developers have planned it already and since most of them are motivated with greed, there's no way from stopping them. But i'm glad that even in this time of uncertainties and confusions, there are still people that see the real worth of the crypto market. While some are still blinded with wrong information and that is why they chose to invest in wrong coins and blame the market later on.

That make sense, the full potential of bitcoin hasn't been seen yet.

Exactly. When there was the better opportunity, they never grabbed it but instead still thought that it could plainly go with the description that they've been telling for years and that's being 'dead'. Needless to say, they can come and go as much as they can and they're all free to say and do anything they want, while us, we're just chilling and know what to do and while watching the market patiently.

Bitcoin, bnb, ethereum are coins that have greater potential than other coins.
Maybe some coins that are not well known can increase in highly but I think that's because a pump is coming to the coin.
But only the coins that have the potential to really increase and it's still a mystery which coin will increase first.
Be wary of enticing offers from one or more projects that say their coins will increase because, in reality, the coin can not do that.

It's human behavior that they learn a hard way. People whose first bear season is running learned a lesson. 90% of new investors are in panic and some are totally rekt. But if you think of your investment as a business then you will take it as a positive outcome. Mistakes can be investigated and develop a strategy to overcome those mistakes in the future.

It's up to you actually how you react in a different situation. There are people who react negatively in every type of market situation. When the market in the positive side they say it's too late they miss the opportunity when the market shows some negative results they say it's a scam and ignore the opportunity.

They can be able to buy bitcoins but they can not guarantee that they can hodl it until the price soars because many factors can come in play and that can affect their ability to hodl longer. All in strategy is risky but its also rewarding as soon as we are lucky that the price soars right after we buy but many people nowadays are using a dca strategy which they only buy in smaller portions.

It's because the market now is too volatile but it's more on the dumping side. There is no need to be confused with a bear but bear is always known for accumulation period and about the price fluctuation, people shouldn't hesitate on it but they should embrace it as it is better to trade during that time.

Agreeing with OP's view 1, the bear market is necessary for us to re-screen the market, weak, fraudulent projects will not exist, instead good projects for investors to choose from.

But it must also be said that shitcoins are part of the market, they will disappear during the bear market but will soon return with a different look when the bull market comes. So we don't need to worry too much about them.
since we are in a bear market, we just need to focus on bitcoin and top altcoins.

I have been wondering the same things lately. I was talking with a buddy recently and we both agreed that the likelihood doge coin ever reaches its ATH/all time high is pretty much zero. We were taking about the same thing, this crash is good in the way that it should prove that most coins are worthless with zero utility. However I’m afraid there still are too many people who just can’t see this.

people are hopeful especially those holders. you can't blame them, because in this market, we have seen a lot of surprising movements even if there are no valid reasons behind such movements. though the likelihood for doge to reach its ATH again is very small, but we can't totally disregards its possibility. but if you feel there's no hope, you can always opt not to buy this coin. anyway, there are so many valuable coins that you can take a look at.

I am happy to make this topic that gives a positive outlook despite all that most cryptocurrencies nowadays are falling in prices and volumes those that used to be high in value are now greatly declining in the market, there are still positive peopl like me I can say that this is a good opportunity to buy while the price is falling, which on the other hand there are others who are also worried that the price may continue to fall and it will be difficult to return to its original value.

Just let them who does the dump and pump in shitcoin, if we already have our experience then we shouldn't invest in any shitcoins so the one who makes that dump and pump to trap us won't get the benefit.

It's better to avoid shitcoin as much as possible because the risk is big,

It is not that you are wrong because your advice is correct, however as weird as this may sound people do not use logic when it comes to their investment and instead they let their emotions to drive their behavior, this means that even if they knew the information of your post they will let their emotions to run out of control and still sell their coins during the bear market, and while this does not make sense it does not has to make it, as people are letting their emotions to take complete control and even if later on they will regret their mistakes they will make them again if given the opportunity.

I think it's happened to some people who have just joined crypto and think that a crypto is a new place that can give them profit quickly. We know that when the crypto market starts to move, many people make articles or videos about the invitation to invest in certain coins, making many just follow their advice without seeking further information. Sooner or later, when the coins they buy do not or have not started to increase, they are disappointed and keep wondering when it is time to increase.

From there, their emotions will become unstable and they will eventually lose control when the coins they buy cannot increase, making them sell those coins at a low price. This makes them regret investing in crypto because they have made the wrong decision to buy the coins they got through other people's suggestions.

I have to say that the best thing we could do right now would be having a bit of a fun in the crypto world when it is low, so you could be happy when it is higher again. You are right about the scam part though, there are so many people who end up losing their money in scams that they can't really see the reality of how awesome crypto could become.

I have even seen people who lose their money in scams, or in Luna most recently for example and then claim that ALL crypto is a big scam and everyone should stay away from it. Never truly understood why would bitcoin be a scam for example, if you lost money on Luna? Like what is their connection aside from being coins.

Hey, I feel you and I really understand what you are saying. I understand too that many people always talk about HODL which I believe in and practice most of the time but we cannot really rule out trading for those that know-how. Looking and the market even in this bear status, we cannot say people shouldn't trade because there have been some good opportunities for traders to have made good profits, and for those that know hao to, that's their thing to do.
Whether OP calls it tricks or what most others will refer to as strategies, it is required for you to be able to even call yourself a trader cos you need to understand the "TRICKS" of trading, without it, you are just gambling. I imagine a day that everyone that bought some crypto assets takes them off the exchanges to their private wallet and there is no single sell order in any exchange, as in no traders, what will that look like  ??? ^{Just thinking out loud.}

Let's blame the lack of education, or the lack of honest people who are in the position to truly educate us the plebs. Too many are the people who focus more in the financials/economics of Bitcoin, and not enough focus on the technical/development/technological side, which can give us wider path in understanding what this technology is. Market is giving an opportunity to everyone, to be honest, this is a time where a seasoned investor and a beginner are almost the same as all have a chance to buy crypto with a Cheap price. The only difference is the mindset, old investors are always yearning for the bear season, and the more it falls, the more opportunities it offers. Newbies panic and panic sell because they think the market is going to collapse.

I honestly feel the same, many speculate that the next bull market will be in 2025 when the next bitcoin halving is scheduled but for me because of the mass adoption that happened during and after the pandemic
the rise of the NFT, and metaverse. I really expect that the bear season will not last long as expected but I also assume that the market will be very volatile and manipulated and the Bull season might be a short season as well.
But as long as the market goes up and down as it should be then it would be a healthy market.

The thing is, outside of those three, there will be "some" coins that will go higher than those, but there will be 95%+ that will go higher less or not go up at all. Which means that, if you pick these three then you are guaranteed a certain amount of return, but if you pick anything that is outside of these three, then you are rolling the dice and hoping that you would get lucky. Could you? Well the possibility is there and what you invest into could end up being something profitable for you.

But that is not going to be guaranteed thing, and you could end up losing it all. Why would you prefer to do something that would risk it all? Isn't it better to invest into something that is much more decent for you?

Indeed that is a pretty good thing but it looks like this will only happen to a few people who already understand the performance of Crypto because of the fact that currently a lot of people are still stuck and not feeling happy right now.
It would be better if they still have reserve funds there so that those who are stuck can add to their load while waiting for the bulls to occur.

This is also what I feel with the current market condition. Self-proclaimed trading expert/gurus aren't active anymore. The hype of play-to-earn is gone and new braindead games have stopped showing so those who invested on hype thinking they could make them a millionaire in short amount of time learned their lesson. PFP NFTs hype is also gone, there are many pfps created during bull season that is made only to milk the investors. People that are still here now in this bear market are the true believers of crypto. They should know that this is the perfect opportunity for them to become a millionaire for the next bull run.

Those supposed trading experts were only interested in getting the viwes for the Youtube earnings or in promoting useless coins to anyone that will listen to them, now that the hype is gone their market has gotten so small that it is not profitable for them to create more content at this time, it is because of this we need to always be incredibly careful about those experts, since if they were as good as they claim then they will not need to promote themselves in that way and they will be able to live out of their trading and investment profits.

Having mentors or gurus or something those people whom you do need to follow which im not really interested at all in the first place on where i do mostly ignore and would stick into my own analysis and stuffs.

We are all speculators on here and there's no such thing about precise predictor on the market because if they are really that good then they wont really be looking for people who would follow or subscribe into them
and if we do just make use of our own common sense then its not really that something realistic or ideal and not really worth at all.

Being optimistic isnt really that bad but you shouldnt really come into a point that it is not really that realistic to happen specially on high price predictions in a short time

Not the other way around so that you may gain profit as time pass by. It's nice to utilize the bearish market while we can. Most especially if someone is into the long term results. While crypto has been beneficial to most of us, some claim it is a nightmare. This is because of the scams and schemes.

During this 21st century, unfortunately, many people still get scammed and fall victim into made up scheme intended to obtain money in an easy way such as promising the victims in getting huge payout in exchange for a certain amount of money. Most of the time, this scheme offer the victims to let them lend money and they'll return it twice or even 10x the amount they lend. So if the victim lends 10,000, the scammer will say he'll grow the money tenfolds and give it after a certain period of time, example after 15 days.

Despite this being too good to be true, some people still believe this shit without even asking someone for advice or even researching just because they were promised a massive amount. I guess awareness could prevent this from happening, but it's still the responsibility of a person to countercheck and think twice before making a decision. Hence, we can prevent the misconception that cryptocurrency being a scam and could do nothing good in someone's life.

Yooo my man, you are absolutely right. I saw mostly on youtube that most YouTubers are promoting meme coins. sadly there are 10000+ followers who follow these coins and wasting millions of dollars. But no one can guarantee these coins and these coins will be survive till the bull market. The best example is Luna and UST. Everyone think that Luna will be cross 200$ line when in next bull market. But what happened now  :D

Those youtubers are promoting those coins because they know well those coins can only go up in price based on hype, when it comes to meme coins there is nothing behind the coin and not only that no effort is even made to make it seem as if there will ever be anything behind the coin, so when you have a coin in which their fundamentals indicates it should have no value then another method to give it value should be found, and hyping it to death is the method the developers of such coins have elected to do this.

I think it is good to take advantage of the beaish market for many things, under which it can be to make purchases in a large way, at this time it is not possible to know with clarity if the market will continue to fall, for this reason we must be warned, if there is another fall in BTC it becomes a unique moment to buy, but if later the price drops a little more it is also an infallible option to buy, it is like buying intelligently managing our available money, of course for me it is much better to buy BTC than some altcoin, because the altocoins the behavior is more focused towards the drop in a brutal way in each dip of BTC.

i do agree we need this bear market for a bigger rally in the coming bull run but this bear market is not going to clean bad coins out of the listing. just look at how strong the Shib is and its on the top 20 including the doge which people are calling the first meme joke coin.

Not only you who think so, I have read some news about the bear market this year, everyone thinks it is positive, the factor that has a positive impact is none other than the increase in the price of Bitcoin yesterday which had occupied the $60k level.

From some of the sources I read, many think the crypto market is currently bottom, but elsewhere I see this as just the beginning, not getting to the point yet, For sure every crypto user has their own belief for the current bear market.

About cleaning the boys trader who believes in quick fortune in trading, I do  not see that as a problem. It is their individual risk they are taking.  Meanwhile, the stop loss of a thing is a two edged tool. I think the killer edge has hit me more than the saviour edge.

This is what I sense too. Let's remember that bear market after 2017's ATH lasted for more than a year and it only started to recover by mid 2020. Buying at that price might be the right decision. It is always positive to think positive in a bear market. The price of many cryptos has fallen by 85-95% from their all-time highs. Before making smart purchases, wait for prices to drop a little. As far as I'm concerned, opportunity is what I see in the Bear market, which is why one is in a better position to prosper during a Bull cycle when the market is low. It has been my plan since ATH's, my long systems are exiting and my short systems are kicking in.

In this era of the bear market many are actually buying low value cryptocurrency tokens, and maybe most of the communities here are also risking to earn a lot in the future to buy coins that are so low that they think an increase of 1000% is a big income in the future if they hold it for a long time. That in fact, I do it actually too. I'm also not like others who buy large amounts of expensive tokens in the market. Suppose a capital amount of 10$ in the future can become 1000$ or more when the Bull market's come.

Should consider buying coins at low prices and don't expect to double the profit from the purchase price because it is not guaranteed that all coins will increase during the bull phase, you must be selective in choosing long-term investments for high returns, the advice should be to choose between investing in Bitcoin and Potential altcoins will follow the pattern of BTC recovery, I predict it could hit ATH in the long term, so I added more BNB coins in the portfolio for the long term.
