Nice observation and this is one of the biggest reason why its important for anyone especially if they always deal a lot of money on online casinos since if they immediately notice that information and immediately deposit some big amount since they find their promotion amazing for sure they would really get ripoff by the rules implemented by this casino. And this one discourage whales to deposit since imagine the timeline they need to go thru before they can get their whole balance to withdraw.

But for small bettor I guess this their fine since they can still fulfill the requirements but now they should be aware if there's sudden implementation like KYC so those people want to try this casino should prepare for that.

I tried to withdraw and I immediately got a message that I have to be verified if I want to continue. Luckily, that process was really fast, just a few hours from the time I uploaded the documents to the moment when I received an email that I was verified.

as a new player in this industry, the team should think of their kyc requirements. even licensed casinos will only require kyc from their players if they exceeded the max accumulated withdrawal limit of $2k or equivalent. so yeah, players should take note of their kyc policy before plunging themselves into regret.

Hi! I think we can answer this question, you need a KYC to withdraw the funds. If you just register on the platform, then you don't need a KYC

Well, I have a different opinion regarding this matter.
Personally, I respect the fact that they were honest and clearly stated that you can't withdraw more than $4k per week. Obviously, they made this decision because they have a limited bankroll and that's totally fine for a new casino. I'm sure they will raise this limit in the future.

I see from comments and replies that you are trying as a new casino to be up and doing which I commend you for that but however, you will have things to fix up so as to gain more recognition here. Your announcement thread is not properly packaged. You will have to look into it to include graphics and other attractive pictures from your website so that it would interest members and attract  traffic to your casino which you desire.
However, I checked your website but I wasn't moved by what I saw. Your website is a bit dull and not welcoming. No visual, nothing attractive about it. I understand the fact that these does not matter when it comes to service delivery but some how it is necessary to keep the website a bit welcoming and attractive so that prospective clients would be interested and have that urge to continue further with you casino. Do not forget that first approach matters.

Even for someone who makes small bets, that might be unfair. Imagine if you got lucky and won a bet close to 1 BTC. Withdrawal is still going to be a pain in the ass for you,  just like it would for a whale.

We are already in discussion about the signature campaign and graphics for the announcement thread. Regarding the review campaign, we have various overviews across the Web, or do you mean a special review for this forum only?

The special type of review campaigns on the forum works when you need to test your system, improve functionality based on the user suggestions, fixing bugs. The review we see site like trustpilot and other review sites are bit different than a review campaign on this forum.

As far as I see your site is functional and I guess you are not looking for users suggestions, bug fixing etc. In that case it's not necessary to have a review campaign at all.

Just checked you loyalty program page, nothing special to be honest because for each level are mostly the same (cashback and play2earn multiplier).
What makes me surprised is that there is 60x wager for the cashback, is it real? Dont you think it is something too big?
AFAIK most casino has no wagering requirement for cashback, because it is usually something based on overall profit statistic.

I have to share my poor experience with your website.
I signed up in March and deposited 40mbtc. Then I went on to play a bit and left my balance on the account for all this time. On July 13th I wanted to withdraw my balance (slightly higher than my deposit amount) but I was told I needed to rollover my deposit amount 1 time in casino or 3 times in sports. Apparently for anti money laundering rules. Okay, fine, seems fair. So I went into the livechat and asked if roulette was okay, and was told yes. So I rolled over the remaining amount playing roulette and requested a payout. It was rejected and I was told roulette did not count towards the rollover. So I was frustrated that I was misinformed by your live chat employee. I was now told only slots count.
I think it's pretty rediculous to force a customer to play slots if he does not want it, but I went ahead and played $2000 total in slots (this was the amount needed according to your live support and email support). Then I requested the payout again, but it was rejected within minutes again! So I went back into the livechat and sent an email and was told I needed $700 more in slot play. I even showed the support with a screenshot of my bet history that I had already played the required $2000 in slots, but even that got ignored. All the live support employee kept repeating is "you still need to play $700 in slots, and then you can request your payout". So, I was very frustrated but just decided to honour that request and just to be sure I played even $800 more in slots. Then I requested the payout again for a total of 73mbtc. This time it was finally not rejected, but now it stays completely silent. It is simply not being processed! Still "in process" according to your system for a week now.

Is this the kind of service you want to provide your players? False info in livechat, forcing players to play games they do not want (if money laundering avoiding is the reason then roulette should have been just fine) and stalling payout processing without reason.
Btw my account is already verified and I am a VIP. And I didn't even take any bonuses ever.

5. WITHDRAWALS FROM YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT

5.1. You may withdraw any amount up to the available to withdraw balance in Your Member Account by issuing WEI$$ with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website. The minimum and maximum amount of a one-time withdrawal transaction will be indicated in the “Cashier” on Your Member Account interface page per each of the available withdrawal methods (payment methods), while the maximum and minimum amount of such a one-time transaction may differ depending on the currency, in which the transaction is carried out, and the withdrawal method (payment method) You will have chosen to withdraw funds from Your Member Account. WEI$$ reserves the right on its discretion to split the payment and pay the withholding amount in daily instalments not exceeding 4,000.00 Euro (or its equivalent in other currency) per week. - if the User has abstained from making any deposits from the moment of registration for a period of 2 (two) consecutive calendar months or does not logged in to the Member Account within 1 (one) calendar month after registration, WEI$$ reserves the right to withhold, within the Member Account of said User, all WEFT tokens granted to the User as part of the loyalty program, even in the event when the corresponding User made a deposit subsequent to the debiting of the WEFT Tokens. - if the User has not logged in to WEI$$ within 2 (two) calendar months since the last activity on the Website, WEI$$ reserves the right to debit, without the right to recover, from the User's balance WEFT Tokens provided to the User as part of promotional campaigns, rewards and other methods of obtaining that do not include the play2earn program;
- if the User has not provided authorization within a period of 6 (six) consecutive calendar months on the WEI$$ platform, resulting in the assignment of the "inactive" status as a part of the User's Member Account, WEI$$ retains the right to fully withhold WEFT tokens from the User's Member Account balance, while also reserving the right to reinstate them upon request.

5.11. In the case of withdrawal requests pertaining to funds not used for wagering, WEI$$ will only remit Your funds when the extended due diligence procedure has been successfully carried out. WEI$$ will apply a charge on withdrawal (“Withdrawal Fee”) in amount defined at the WEI$$’s sole discretion, if such amount has not been used at least once for gambling at the Website.

Not all CCDs may be recovered, and the level of complexity, risk and time frames depend both on the type of currency and the address used for the deposit.
Having taken into consideration all factors WEI$$ team has developed the following fee structure of a cross-chain deposit recovery, WEI$$ will recover only those CCDs which exceed equivalent of 5,000.00 Euro at the moment of deposit transaction within a thirty (30) banking days period. The User incurs a ten (10) percent fee of the respective CCD (its amount) for the recovery.
In order to enable the recovery process, the User has to replenish his/her Member Account with the above mentioned amount. After the successful replenishment, WEI$$ support and finance departments take steps required for the deposit recovery. I also checked their Terms and nowhere is listed that if you don't take a bonus, you have the obligation to rollover 1 time in casino or even 3 times your deposit amount in sports.
And to then say roulette is fine, and then after the player did roulette say suddenly it's not fine, is not nice.

For me the rollover rule is no issue anymore since I played slots for more than the neccesaary amount already. For me the only thing left is that they finally process the already 1 week pending withdrawal. There is no reason to hold it up anymore, even the livechat said I have completed all requirements (KYC and rollover).

So I truly hope it is just a mistake from their part and that my withdrawal will be released. Let's hope their representative can fix this ASAP and further steps won't be needed.

I believe their services is very poor. Even when I was trying to tour around the website to see their features but the website is very slow in navigating and hanging my device so I quickly come back. And another thing to know a good casino project is their respond to complains and their communication with others in the forum. Withdrawal should be once and not phase one and phase two. They dont appear to be related according to the parent company name and address. They have this whacky thing of making up terms as they go along. I can see that Italy is restricted. It is my bad, I only checked the Terms and Conditions and some other information links but I missed that one.

Still, as pointed out by Fivestar4everMVP, the casino asks for personal data upon registration and I immediately declared that I was from Italy. That didn't stop them from making me register and deposit my money.

I can understand the freezing of any winnings but I think that to maintain even a shred of reputation the casino should return my deposit.

Do you really think that delaying withdrawal is a "smart thing"? Surely someone impatient will get hooked and spend their entire balance + winnings, but in general, more players will just get annoyed... The last few times my withdrawals have taken days... and now this one from this morning. It's only +$500... ridiculous! Many crypto casinos listed on the forum process much larger amounts much, much faster... even without mandatory KYC.

By the way, I'm not complaining... I'm just taking the opportunity to complain about you and criticize you. :)

KYC is mandatory - that’s a license requirement. We have to make sure all rules are followed properly.
