This means that your casino asks for KYC, but not at the time of account registration and people can play as much as they want, but at some point the casino may ask for KYC if they deem it necessary. It must be clear to everyone that your casino is KYC.

Because many times casinos that say they do not ask for KYC, then when someone wins a lot and wants to withdraw the funds, they ask for KYC for that person because they know that this person has a high chance of not doing so, and the casino keeps the person's money.

I feel this to be sort of lying to the customer somewhat as far as advertising NO KYC and having the clause in there. Little shady IMO. They may never ask 1 single person for KYC, but they are definitely not NO KYC if they have this clause.

Its deceptive for a casino to have something like this if they are serious about their no KYC offer and there will be no point in the time you are playing or when you want to withdraw that they will ask for KYC gamblers will then trust their platform.

If you relaunched six months ago and now have more and more participants, it is enough reason for your customer care to be very active in rendering services to potential and existing clients through your website. If you will agree with me, customer care is the first sets of people encountered as organization representatives, and how they relate with customers determines if the customers will remain or go. However, if you find it challenging to get customer care as a result of a poor budget, you could discuss with your team to do customer service through rationing of time amongst yourselves so that you do not lose potential clients when they come around to inquire from your casino..

I agree with other users, "No KYC" is overclaim because it's not a real No KYC. But, I've search about VPN usage on your terms and I didn't find you not forbid it, so are your casino accept VPN usage? if you accept it, you can replace "No KYC" with "VPN Friendly".

Congratulations on the launch of the campaign as the campaign manager, I believe you will handle the campaign well. Such a step to running a campaign for four weeks is quite alright for a start if it were 8 or twelve, it would have been better to give the casino good and better publicity as the competition here is very high not to talk of the fact that it is a new campaign that just launched here and are wanting their presence to be recognized on this platform. Maybe their budget could only serve them for a month pending till they see results from the launched campaign but they should know that 4 weeks is likely not enough to run a sustaining campaign for publicity.

Here is the real concern, actually. You aren't asking KYC at the beginning, but you may ask in the future if you notice any fraudulent activities. I have seen a couple of casinos ban users accounts with funds and allegations of fraudulent activities. Even they were KYC verified as well. But you don't have a KYC system yet, and you may ask for KYC as well based on scenarios. I will say you need to prevent fraudulent activities as much as you can before winning. Promoting a No KYC casino with a KYC in the TOS isn't fair to users.

There are tons of user who are looking for a no-KYC casino and using that as bait is a cruel move. If the casino has KYC you should mention it, even if it doesn't apply to all the users, doesn't matter if you ask for KYC to a low percentage of users, the point here is that you ask for KYC to some of them, and that way you can't promote your site as a non-KYC casino.

It is a marketing tricky tip but I agree that this style can harm their reputation like they're not frankly with their ToS to users.

I see no-kyc is written in title but when I tried to register I am being asked to enter my full name, last name and other personal detials.
If there is no-kyc than users can enter any details to bypass this, but I think this should be changed and removed.

Sounds like it is not truly no-KYC. Like you share, requested information is more than basic KYC and I think bet105 company have to consider their term used in marketing.

It relates to their platform reputation too, and they can remove no-KYC term and replace it by another one. What is the replacement term, they know well about their own platform, products and what are most attractive products they have for users.

Yeah, I think it could be your IP. Sometimes we get assigned poor ones from our ISPs pool of IPs. In some cases rebooting your router could yield a new IP address. You may try it.

I believe bet105 could also help you whitelist your IP address from their end, as well.

BTW, I can't find their exact stance on VPNs, it could be worth asking when you get the chance.

His account activities alone makes it looks fishy and clearly shows his intentions if I am not mistaken. About VPN, I can not find anything.

Same here, but I was able to sign up when I used VPN on my device to change my location, and the notification of restrictions in my location disappeared, but I will also want more explanation on if we should go ahead to make deposits despite the restrictions, or once your region is under restrictions you can’t make deposit and withdrawal in the future platform.

Yeah the support for BSC network is missing at bet105 and I do hope it will be added soon. They have the support for erc20 and trc20  network but not for the bsc. I don't think anyone will be willing to deposit USDT using erc20. In most cases if you transfer USDT or USDC from the Binance wallet or any other decentralized wallet, the transaction fee is almost nil. Just a suggestion to the team, can they make a separate tab like the hamburger icon to find the menu option instead the current version of the drop down arrow beside the language selector, I thought that arrow down was dedicated for change of language instead of accessing the menu for deposit.

I was about to bet on Pacers handicap match but I failed to place bet. I thought I place already my bet because I’m busy watching the game when the momentum is already moving to Pacers.

A lot had happened on the game 3 and the Pacers have won, it's disappointing to hear that you weren't able to bet on that match. That happens to me sometimes as well when I thought that I've pressed it to bet but then when sudden changes of the odds happen, I don't notice that and just closes the tab quickly. It happens sometimes but don't worry, there is still a lot of games that awaits for this NBA finals. Any thoughts you've got for the game 4? You'll get it next time. I have sometimes picked a different option than I thought I did, only to realize after the games are over and I lost the bet which I thought I'd won.

It’s okay since I manage to win today by betting on OKC. I usually pick alternate team due to the nature of both team on adjustment with their lose.

This is the reason why I’m hesitant at first to bet on Game 3but this 4 games proved that I’m right with my prediction to general outcome of the game.

This doesn't happen, but it can be a pain the times it does happen and goes wrong. I tend to be more careful these days with my bets.

Sharing here the odds for the game 6 of NBA finals between Pacers and OKC. I notice the significant drop on the Pacers ML since I remember seeing it above +200 odds few days ago.

Maybe it’s due to the recent speculation that Haliburton can play on tomorrow match based on their head coach statement.
