Congratulations on the launch of the campaign as the campaign manager, I believe you will handle the campaign well. Such a step to running a campaign for four weeks is quite alright for a start if it were 8 or twelve, it would have been better to give the casino good and better publicity as the competition here is very high not to talk of the fact that it is a new campaign that just launched here and are wanting their presence to be recognized on this platform. Maybe their budget could only serve them for a month pending till they see results from the launched campaign but they should know that 4 weeks is likely not enough to run a sustaining campaign for publicity.

It is a marketing tricky tip but I agree that this style can harm their reputation like they're not frankly with their ToS to users.

In general if you search for no KYC exchanges, you will be given some centralized exchanges that don't actually provide services without KYC. They can ask you very basic information like your full name and nationality, as minimal information before they allow you using your account.

It's basic KYC, not no KYC at all, but people can think it as too easy KYC and consider it as no KYC. If we are strictly, it's not actually no KYC platform.

Because many times casinos that say they do not ask for KYC, then when someone wins a lot and wants to withdraw the funds, they ask for KYC for that person because they know that this person has a high chance of not doing so, and the casino keeps the person's money.

If there is no-kyc than users can enter any details to bypass this, but I think this should be changed and removed.

It seems like it is one of those casinos that advertise to be non-KYC casinos (in order to attract gamblers), but in reality, they will gather your information and may ask for the KYC documents, too. Did they ask you to submit your documents too, to prove that the name and other information you provided are correct?

By the way, section 5.5 states that they can ask for the personal information.

Sounds like it is not truly no-KYC. Like you share, requested information is more than basic KYC and I think bet105 company have to consider their term used in marketing.

It relates to their platform reputation too, and they can remove no-KYC term and replace it by another one. What is the replacement term, they know well about their own platform, products and what are most attractive products they have for users.

I think they just failed to explain properly. What I assume is KYC isn't mandatory to play on their platform. But in terms of special cases, they have the right to ask in special cases like detecting cheating or something like this. Though this is a concern, if they are legit, then this won't be an issue at all. Gamblers actually need proper gambling functions and a smooth withdrawal, of course. I feel the Bet105 representative should be more active on this thread and answer gamblers concerns. So it would be more convenient.

I am sorry but this is a straight red flag for me. If a casino presents false information only to attract the gamblers, you can understand they can cheat you while you gamble on their site or even can create a problem in case you win some big amounts. To be honest, I will not be willing to play at such site unless the site owners clearly states their commitment to transparency and fairness. Again it is trust that is essential when it comes to online gambling and any site that compromises on these principles is not worth your time or money.
