My last 3 payments sent from Eligius did not arrived on my account in cryptsy. I contacted the customer support and they promised to respond within 24-72 hours but now it is a 7th day and no response.
The money were not added to account. Same happened to my friend.
Has anyone similar experience with cryptsy?
Any advice what to do when they keep silent?

keep posting to support, more noise you make, they will be more willing to do smth about it (trust me)

It says this in the box where they receive btc into your account
Best advice I can offer is to try contacting them again.
Also make sure it is the deposit address for bitcoin and not trade key.

I did contact them several times. Now it is 8th day.
I sent them all infos in blockchain. The payments before with same key went trough without problem.
Same problem has my friend.

They specifically warned you not to mine directly to the exchange wallet. They cannot detect transactions from freshly mined Bitcoins.

If you want to use pools like p2pool and Eligius, you should use your own personal address to collect the mining payment.
If you want to use exchanges to receive mining payment, you should use pools like btcguild and Slush.

cryptsy support can very misleading and unreliable.  alot of people have issues dating back months with them and quick search here will confirm this.  they fix things on their own schedule and care little about their users.  :(

It isn't cryptsy's fault. He mined Bitcoins directly into the address when the deposit page told him not to mine directly into the address.

This, for all of Cryptsy's faults I think this is a case of user error

So why hasn't the support informed him of that already then?  Its not about the reason for him missing coins, He is now posting here because he hasn't heard anything back from Cryptsy except the auto reply from their email bot.
Their support can and do leave issues hanging for months without updates or resolution regardless of who is at fault.  Out of all the exchanges their support is one of the worst imo.  >:(

The first thing I am going to say is that you should read the notes.

They even SAID don't send mined coins directly to their wallets. So that's your first problem.

You will eventually have the coins be registered (Hopefully) as you get more and more of them.

Just wait a while and contact them if it doesn't work.

Not sure, I believe those exchanges have a lot of support tickets to handle with. Some of them simply have no time to handle tickets that cannot be solved. It would take a really long time to manually process it, I believe it is placed at the lowest priority.

Well mining directly is also questionable. When you reach certain amount of BTC then they are sent to cryptsy. I see it as regular transaction. It is not like they send every 0.0000x btc 3x a day. And beside it had worked several times before and my question was why it stopped working.
Anyway thanks all for advices about the wallet. I already transfered money away just in case.

Also consider using another exchanges like Poloniex and Bter.

And what is the difference between slush and eligious in terms of sending payments? In slush you set your treshold and in eligiious they send you the btc just automatically. Either way the money are sent in certain time period as regular transaction. Or am i wrong?
They point is IT WORKED and WHy it suddenly stopped.

What sized payment? Must have been huge to get so worked up over.
Bitcoin is still developing, everything you do with it should be considered a calculated risk.
When you lose out, just learn from it and move on.

There are quite some differences between ordinary transactions and coinbase transactions (block generation rewards).
And IIRC, most exchanges won't read the coinbase transactions at all when they process the block data.

No i haven't despite several complaints. Now i wrote to mullock in cryptsy.. Not sure if this help either

It was money i had mined then after certain amonut sent to cryptsy account. This has worked with no problem until around may 31. Same problem happen to my friend. Since then i try to recover the money but no response. Just ticket being processed and blabla

I moved the rest of the money without probloem but the las coupkle of payments are still missing mean uncredited

I had that happen too,  just wait and usually it appears after some time.

It has been more then a month. I was promised to look into the issue. That was 6 days ago.

Man that really is ridiculous at this stage.

Their support service is slow and unsatisfactory, but at the same time OP hasn't read the "Do NOT mine directly to your Cryptsy deposit address." warning before mining...

It indeed isn't their fault. However, they should either get the private key and move it manually or respond to his ticket at the very least. They should have the private key and able to transfer it to their own wallet and manually credit the account.

Sent @cryptsy a tweet about it, but because twitter is currently blocking messages with links in them, not sure how much help it would be.

If they don't want to help (they definitely can help though), they could blame the user for not following the rules.
But if they promise to look at the problem, it is reasonable for the user to expect a reply within 3 days, but according to rtr4 he got nothing back after 6 days...

Even much worse than that.
This thread started on the 18th of June and he had been waiting a week already. That's 8 weeks total.
I'd have given up hope by now.

My last issue with cryptsy took nearly 5 months before it got resolved and very little updates or communication from them.  They will fix it in their own time.

Use a better exchange, with the fiat markets they added and new restrictions on unverified users, its really not worth wasting time there anymore.

Lots of alternatives out there with better support and no restrictions.

Cryptsy can't help you since they could not credit your wallet since a mined coin has no source address (Because it's mined out of thin air).
Technically I'm not sure why they can't but it has been explained.

I have been with Crypsy for a long time and their support is sometimes slow but they do resolve the tickets.
My 6 or so support tickets have been solved quickly and without hassle.

Sorry to hear about it taking so long.  As many have said so far everyone new reading this please mine to a regular wallet of some sort.

Mining directly to a exchange unfortunately can end up like this with it tied in limbo for quite some time in some cases.

Ok I am not mining to the account anymore of course. But can someone explain why it worked perfectly for a while and then SUDDENLY did not?

They got all information needed to retrieve the coins.

Huh, really? Strange, man! Could it be that they send unconfirmed outputs or something. Newly mined coins need about 100 confirmations before they may be spend, I guess... Also I may be wrong. I always thought Cryptsy was legit, man!

AFAIK, nearly all exchange does not credit newly mined coins. Were you using another pool before that, some pools function in a different way which sends all coin to a centralised wallet before sending it to your wallet. Some pools does not however.

But why is it that they don't credit those coins, man? I mean, they're just valid coins like every other coin besides them! At least after they matured and 100 confirmations went through, right?

Exchanges consider those coins as "generated coin" with no input address. Also, if you have only generated a few satoshis, they would need more transaction fees to move them. The addresses are placed inside the coinbase tx. Which may not be supported by Cryptsy. I am not entirely sure about this.
