Allow me to introduce WorldAidCoin is a spendable currency that is aimed towards bringing relief in moments of disasters and
turmoil in the world. WorldAidCoin has a core team of 50 Guardians at any one time who are responsible for carrying out what
action the community decides. We are here to connect the rich with the poor and bypass the power mad governments. The key
points are as follows:

•   50% of all coins mined go to stop suffering and bring relief
•   Created to limit suffering in the world and assist in natural disasters
•   ASIC Resistant
•   A core team of 50 Guardians to develop the coin  and ready to be deployed around the world to help avoid corruption
though aid

WorldAidCoin is a spendable currency that is aimed towards bringing relief inmoments of dissasters and turmoil in the world.
WorldAidCoin has a core team of 50 Guardians at any one time who are responsible for carrying out what action the
community decides.
50% of all coins mined go to the WorldAidCoin fund and what happens to this fund is voted on by the community. Any
member has the potential to become a Guardian at some stage.
Transparency is at the heart of WorldAidCoin so every transaction we make from the funds the community has mined will
be public and documented ready for any kind of audit. We aim to bypass the evil corrupt politicians so it is not in our
interest to hide anything from our fellow brethren which is the community in its entirety.

Guardians are 50 people throughout the world that have been selected based on specific knowledge in areas that are key to
the success of WorldAidCoin. http://worldaidcointalk.org/index.php?topic=328.0 They are responsible for carrying out the
wishes from the community. After they have carried out a worthy task they will take a payment from the WorldAidCoin fund
and thus a new position for Guardian will be open. Any member of the community has the potential to fulfil this position.
They will be awarded a 10k Physical silver coin as shown below for their duties. The private key is hidden within a vault
inside the coin.

We are here to form a world based on our views of life and each individual’s importance and greatness.

Our mission is to unite humanity and the world to harmony, which has been ripped from us by the megalomaniacs that rule us.
We will help anonymously and with more dignity than the bravest warriors who fight for a power hungry leader. Poverty and
starvation in this world is not an accident has been created and it’s now time to free this from our great world.

WorldAidCoin is in its infancy and it’s a great time for opportunities if you join us. Our current campaigns follow:
1. Set up a voting system for the community
2. Establish ourselves in the Philippines and assist with disaster relief. But to start we want to donate a month’s fund to a
charity of the Communities choice so please vote here: http://worldaidcointalk.org/index.php?topic=329.0
3. Gain a comprehensive list of guardians and safe houses throughout the world.

Subsidy halves every 840,000 blocks (~4 years)

We have separate people for the dev and the charity... The problem is the dev can only use a VM and is struggling to get an executable file. We cant use an existing coin for what we want to do it wouldnt work.

Moving this from Mac wallets thread to answer.

Why cant you use existing coin for your project? What is stopping you exactly?
If you answer me in detail and i agree with the answer, then i will build your OSx wallet for free.

The existing coin base is Vertcoin.  For some reason the current dev is having trouble compiling it for WAC.
I am not a programmer so I am not sure what the exact issue is.

You misunderstood the question. I will try to be more clear.

I asked why cant you use some existing coin with a capable developer for your charity project?

A valid question.  I know he has a vision that he wants to be able to achieve with WAC that was not really something other coins were doing.  MMC comes close but was not what he was looking for.

Post by: gravitate on June 26, 2014, 02:53:45 PM
Its basically the whole structure we are setting up. We don’t  want 'donations' or people giving money. We want to use cryptos for people to help other people and connect the world more.  Everyone is still out to make their own fortune regardless of others generally speaking. Well with WorldAidCoin people can do that but at the same time they are helping others. We are usng the power of cryptos for helping people  instead of relying on charitable people giving.

50% of All coins mined go to the WorldAidCoin fund that is controlled by the community. We had to have a way of paying Guardians (the people who make sure none of the 50% gets wasted and spent how the community decides) who will be from all walks of life. We also needed to do charitable work in the world without asking for money off people. So 50% of all coins mined will facilitate us to do immense things.

It would be all very well getting people to donate and using these funds to help people. But its then just like any other charity where donations go into wages etc which is a waste of time and money. Nobody has to donate to us they just have to be enthusiastic about the coin and when the coin gets on an exchange and gets value we can start connecting small isolated communities into cryptos and start helping in all sorts of problems in the world.

Its about helping people based on a shared interest rather than helping people based on a donation. I haven’t donated to charity since I found out one of the people at the charity I used to give money to drove around in a BMW and earned 60k GBP per year. That shit doesn’t float when you are buying people rice to eat so they don’t die and the person who organises it gets a BMW. We don’t want people to give away their hard earned money we want people to be connected and this will only happen through things like we have developed.

Also let me put it this way. The more we see starving people on the news the more people get used to it. The more you help people the makes the concept of helping others become normal too. Even if you are mining the coin for your own financial gain or choose to be a guardian for your own financial gain you are still helping other people and you cant escape that.

Not an answer i was hoping to get, but ok then. If he has a vision that he definately needs yet another new coin, then at least he should open hes personal wallet and hire a decent coder who can manage the technical side of this new coin.
Sooner or later there will be a fork or a some major bug, which will requre skills.

A valid question.  I know he has a vision that he wants to be able to achieve with WAC that was not really something other coins were doing.  MMC comes close but was not what he was looking for.

Oh I also heard from the Dev that becasue of the 50% of all coins goes to the WAC fund. We can not provide the source code until we have enough stability on number of users so we can implement check points. Therefore we are now stuck in catch 22 at the moment. Actually I will pm you

This is very true! Any Devs out there are needed and we will take you with us crypto stardom. We are going to be big.  I and a lot of others are going to make sure of it. Bitcoin is AMAZING and everyone complains about the governments creating poverty and ruining lives. Bitcoin takes the power away from these people but we now NEED WorldAidCoin to transfer some crypto wealth to the poor people with no computers or crypto knowledge. WE DO NOT WANT OR NEED ANY DONATIONS. We only need people to help out and we will sort out the money.

We still are looking out for Guardians to help us though. Get involved and form not just the future if the world's economy with crypto but to form a future of the world itself.

Post by: Armis on October 02, 2014, 10:32:45 PM
Yes this is indeed a very important cause I will message you shortly to work out the details. If we combine forces we can make more of an impact.

Moments ago the EMC2 board adopted the measure to move forward with plans to be involved with the Ebola project.   The extent of our involvement is contingent on our own community's commitment to the endeavor as well as the various levels of commitment other communities are expected to pledge.

Our board has approved leadership resources, social networking resources, and 1 Million EMC2 coins for the effort; these are all minimums; its important to note that since the endeavor is far larger than all of our previous endeavors we are seeking community ratification.  The project requires strategic partners, not just for currency but for leadership and volunteers as well.

An exploratory committee made up of representatives of each of the involved cause coin will determine if they move forward to take on the project and if so the scope of the project, what the respective communities could be expected to responsibly pledge, and the best way to address the goals of the project.

Currently two coins are committed to the effort: EMC2 and WorldAidCoin.

Great news thanks for this this coin is so great. I might start playing the game soon. You playing it Mane? any good?

The Golden Egg is a great game, you can win or maybe even double your BTC ! and you can never loose, it's backupped by WAC. I play it for a while now.

To play you need a sponsor, you can use my link:  https://thegoldenegg.co/users/DigDug?372a84171 or ManeBjorns link (it's in his signature) or the general (sponsor)link: https://thegoldenegg.co/users/WordAidCoin?487db3130.

We don't make any extra profit when you use our sponsorlink, you can help each other out. A rule from the game is: you first place an egg on table your sponsor is on, the next egg you can place on any table you like, next one sponsor, next free, and so on...

OK I just signed up about to make a purchase later today. Things are starting to luck up. I wasnt sure which link to use I went with Dig Dug but from what I can see it doesnt make that much difference its just a matter of where I put my eggs and only 50% of them. I am going to buy a few gold later so let me know where one of your gold eggs are Mane and will put one behind each of you :)

Great ! We can help each other out in the game and win some nice BTC  ;D. If you have questions, the Admin is much around in the chat. Or you can join us on the forum: http://worldaidcointalk.org

WAC is on the exchange: https://www.usecryptos.com/market/WAC-BTC

You can trade WAC there, may be you can sell some WAC for BTC and use those BTC to buy some eggs  ;D to play The Golden Egg

I think one of future potential threats that in many cases is already happening, is the shortage of clean drinking water. It is either the land is becoming too arid, fresh waters contaminated by salt due to rising sea levels ( already been seen on the small islands throughout the globe ), toxic pollution from Industry/farming etc, acidic rain, privatization, legal restrictions on rain water collection. Corporate/bank etc buying up land above aquifers just to name a few.....

Bingo.  Maths is the key.

For an intro to some maths relevant to WAC and in particular The Golden Egg Game, see:   http://ltcgeartalk.net/index.php?topic=220  (http://ltcgeartalk.net/index.php?topic=220).

Apart from that.  The biggest danger to the world are the people in charge who think they know better than everyone else and can dictate how to run your life.

Have you applied to C-Cex, if not as you can see I requested that the bring you on board.

As for the others, let me know which ones are targeted, perhaps we could add them to the general letter, if no we could do a separate letter just for them.

That is very good advice.
I will ping them and see about getting this done ASAP.

After you secure an exchange, add a website, move your main discussion thread, or add a block explorer, you should always update 'market cap' at their thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199685.msg10004970#msg10004970

if, for whatever reason they don't update their system within a few days, just re-enter the info.

If my post with them about you is the first intro of your coin to them, I would suggest that you respond to the message with all other critical info about WAC, including but not limited to the website address, OP address in discussion thread, logo address, block explorer, and any other exchange that has listed the coin.

I'm building PICISI from nothing but an idea, hope, and cooperation.

PICISI will be a crowdfunding website that accepts fiat and cryptocurrency.

It will be a very powerful vehicle for introducing CC to the broader world.  It will enable many different coin communities to get their respective coins lots of exposure
and use.  Utility is the highest function for a currency, with PICISI Organizers and Donors are gently immersed in a world where CC has meaningful and practical
financial value.   At PICISI CC get lots of attention.

When visitors come to the site to raise funds for things that interest them they will have the opportunity to collect fiat as well as CC.  There are two host currencies, one for fiat and one for CC.   The Organizer has three options: a) accept sponsorship, b) select from list of CCs, or c) PICISI coin (default).  If they select sponsorship they will actually get paid because of that selection.   That's a great way to introduce CC to someone.   As Host CC sponsor all CC donations (regardless of type) are immediately converted to your currency and remain in that currency until spent or for the duration of the campaign.  The Organizer has the opportunity to spend CC donations with a campaign contractor(s) who help Organizers create, develop, and/or promote their campaign.  Thereby having your currency 'respent'.

In addition to Host CC, there are 4 other sponsorship opportunities.

For now, I'm specifically looking for individuals and coin communities to endorse the PICISI plan.  I am also looking for sponsors to help start and develop the site.
Of course I will display signage for supportive sponsors.

I'm pleased to announce that WorldAidCoin (WAC) is PICISI's newest sponsor.  Here is our new sponsor list:

PICISI is a crowdfunding site that accepts fiat and crypto, it will launch in the coming weeks.  There will be many paid sponsorship opportunities after launch

1) Free sponsorship or paid sponsorship it's a smart move either way

2) PICISI will be the ONLY crowdfunding site that accepts both fiat and cryptocurrency

3) PICISI is the only crowdfunding site that gives cryptocurrency platforms a place to enable their coin to be actually used, not just donated but actually spent by the person receiving the funds.

4) If your coin is a host currency at a campaign that means that every other CC that is donated to that campaign will be converted to your currency before credited to that campaign

5) The PICISI mantra is Promotion, Promotion, Promotion which means that we not only promote the PICISI message, but also the message of our sponsors, and the message of our individual campaigns too.   Rarely does crowdfunding sites actively promote campaigns at their site, they expect the organizer to do all of the work.

Nothing is required of our sponsors however we know that as PICISI grows in popularity so too will the popularity of our sponsors.

HYPER recently accepted free sponsor, a few days later they announce our connection in an article.  This was very smart on HYPER's part, and something each of our sponsors should do -- make news by announcing the relationship then connect the relationship to future progress.

HYPER is a purpose coin that focuses on Gaming and Game Development so think about it, each time PICISI has a new gamer or game developer that wants to crowdfund their new game HYPER has an opportunity to be associated, through sponsorship, with that exciting new thing.   And through that connection write a new article about how HYPER is sponsoring this cool new innovative thing, in this way they will be constantly in the news connected to bright new ideas.

WAC doesn't have to sponsor bright new shinny things, however they may want to sponsor other projects associated with the Charity section or the Health section.  The point is to have something relevant to constantly keep your coin in the news.  PICISI can do that for you like no other vehicle can.

Dear PICISI sponsor,

For a limited time (one week only) PICISI is offering each PICISI sponsor a FREE article about their entity in relation to PICISI.

Please note that the story need not relate directly to crowdfunding, or cryptocurrency, the most important factor is an informative and compelling story, we will figure out how to include PICISI, Pi, and/or other essentials.

I invite you to take advantage of the opportunity to put your entity, you, or someone else related to your entity in the spotlight.

I appreciate your support.  Vod's irresponsible smear campaign is a pit of negativity.

It has become obvious to me that Vod didn't read much about PICISI before rushing to judgement.   Ask him to tell you what PICISI is, he could not tell you because he didn't read about it and refuses to believe what he is told by the creator of PICISI.

He claims it's a scam so I said if you actually believe that then bet your membership in bitcointalk.org, once I prove that it is not a scam Vod membership must resign.
He refused to address that.  That's proof that he is not just spreading fear but that he doesn't stand behind his words, position, and feedback.

How unfair is it to have a "trust system" in which someone could make a false accusation that causes damage to ones character but suffer no penalty when proven wrong?
I know the site isn't a free country, however I also know that 'guilty until proven innocent' is a bad policy, but worse is the fact that no penalty is suffered by those who seek to used the trust system as an extortion mechanism.

Just asking Armis to stand behind his words, instead of hiding in the shadows.  Not a smear campaign at all.  :)

He's pulling a long con by taking fraudulent donations and being anonymous.  You won't be able to go after him civilly or criminally when he steals your coins.

Vod issued negative feedback to me based on his ignorance of PICISI, then went about to tell everyone he could (including PICISI sponsors) more falsehoods about PICISI.  It's obvious that Vod didn't read much about PICISI before rushing to judgement.   It's a shame that he brings the falsehoods to PICISI sponsor threads and annoying that I feel compelled to address his reckless accusations in a responsible way.

Vod mentioned "Charity" "license" "corporation" "board of directors" "stakeholders" and "collection of large sums of ... currency"
I will prove that he jumped to the wrong conclusion then irresponsibly acted on his misunderstanding.

As you know PICISI is a business plan taking shape, and Armis is the designer and creator of PICISI.  A critical part of that plan is formation of the org, creation of the site, and creation of currency.

Vod didn't read the plan, he refuses to read the articles about the plan, and doesn't even want to read the threads about the plan, yet he wants people to believe that he knows more about it than the person that created it.   Had he done any of that homework he would see there was never any plan for PICISI to be a charity, that it was always the plan for PICISI to be a business specifically a crowdfunding business.

The site prerequisites imply that no site presently exists, the site prerequisites also imply that once those goals are met something will begin.  When you look at the prerequisites as a whole it should be evident that those make up the basis for the business, and without them there is no business.

You don't need a license to market a plan, you don't need a license for someone to give you money to start a business, nor do you need a license to put the pieces together for the creation of that business.  A license is necessary to operate as a business, not to form one.

Vod mentioned a 'corporation' and 'board of directors', where did he get that from, not from me.  Clearly it originated in his head and now he is spreading the notion to others.   Given that Vod wrote this: "stakeholders (no corporation license!)" its clear to me that Vod confused "stakeholders" with "stockholders".  And that is probably why he wrongly went down that wrong corporate path.  Again he allowed his preconceived notions to prejudice his judgement.

and lastly,

Vod mentioned 'collection of large sums of money', he really needs to explain that because PICISI does plan on making large sums of money, over and over again, and I have no intention of running away from our success.

As you can see Vod jumped to the wrong conclusion then irresponsibly acted on his misunderstanding of facts when he issued negative feedback to me.

Vod said: "Just asking Armis to stand behind his words, instead of hiding in the shadows.  Not a smear campaign at all." well if that was actually the cased he would have limited his line of inquiry to PICISI thread not spill it over to PICISI sponsor threads.   Furthermore, if it was not a smear campaign he would not have posted the abundance of negativity in all of those different threads -- about 8 different threads; if that is not a smear campaign what is it?

Vod says: "He's pulling a long con by taking fraudulent donations and being anonymous.  You won't be able to go after him civilly or criminally when he steals your coins."
Yet he doesn't understand what PICISI is, refuses to read about it and refuses to believe the person that created it.   Also, he makes this prediction without any wager I tell him if he's so clairvoyant why doesn't he bet his Vod membership in Bitcointalk.org and if I win Vod resigns from BCT.   You see, I know he's wrong but he has nothing to lose with his irresponsible behavior.  My username is damaged by the negative feedback he issued and PICISI is damaged by his false accusations that he is recklessly spreading.

He claims there's some "long con" but doesn't play it out, he doesn't explain how it supposedly would happen.  He talks about anonymity but has no idea about my intentions or how PICISI will be run.  He tells you that you won't be able to get your coins, yet doesn't tell us what coins he is talking about.  He irresponsibly plants seeds of doubt then fertilizes it with words of fear so you will think and act negatively towards me and PICISI.  Here's what he doesn't do, he doesn't speak with specifics, he doesn't hash out any example as to how what he predicts supposedly would occur.

Remember he made many assumptions that you know are false, he assumed you don't know what you are doing (he issued 3 warnings: 1) negative feedback, 2) his first warning post, and 3) his second warning post), he assumed you paid me a lot money, he assumed whatever you paid is not refundable (why else would you need to "go after" someone), the proof of all of those assertions is in what I know that you know, that Vod doesn't know because Vod doesn't want to read the available information about PICISI.

Even when I spoon feed him with PICISI articles so that he could be properly educated about PICISI Vod told me he didn't want to hear it.  If he doesn't want to read, and doesn't want to listen how would he expect to know about PICISI?  If he doesn't know about PICISI he's unqualified to speak about PICISI.

Please note:  PICISI has already "formally" started.

Armis does not speak for the official PICISI website.  His blatant dishonesty, immaturity and hot temper only hurts our fine reputation.

(Last week he made 47 posts in one drunken night, calling me a liar, when in fact I was telling the truth.  Did he go back to a single one of those posts and say "sorry, I was wrong and Vod was not lying"?  Nope.  Is this the type of person you want to be associated with?  Someone with no ethics at all?)  Proof here:

That is an impostor account that Vod has made, apparently he continues to use it to misrepresent PICISI.   His use of fraudulent accounts to misrepresent PICISI is currently 1 of many things that is currently being discuss on numerous levels of authority on this site and outside of this site.

This is not an impostor account - this is the only account that is authorized to speak for the official PICISI site.

I'll put it on the PICISI website so more people can see you are nothing more than a liar.    :-\

The pickissy account is not authorized to speak on behalf of PICISI it is an impostor account created by Vod he uses to harass those who want to legitimately discuss and consider PICISI.

Vod stop using the pickissy account to misrepresent PICISI,
Vod stop harassing me and PICISI,

It is considered "scammy" to create impostor accounts, Vod created at least 3 of them (Official PICISI, Offical PICISI, and Pickissy).  It is considered a 'scam' to used such impostor accounts to give people the impression that you speak for the person or entity being misrepresented.

If someone created the account 'Official Theymos' it would be considered 'scammy', if they then used the account to give others the impression that they speak for 'Theymos' or for 'bitcointalk.org' it would be considered misrepresentation.  EVEN if they later created a website called 'theofficialbitcointalk.org' website.

The simple fact is it would be misbehavior because it would misrepresent the truth and seek to deceive the innocent.

Vod's behavior is currently being discussed with numerous levels of authority on this site and outside of this site.

I've been trading there for over a year and have yet to have any coins eaten.   Support can be slow sometimes I will admit but they have always resolved issues.

Could you reupload the wallet to dropbox?  The old wallet dropbox folder is empty.

you must be very lucky.

Please find an exchange and use for WAC.

Do the coins eventually show up?   Anytime I've had an issue with coins not showing up or with withdrawals it always gets sorted out, sometimes they don't respond, but I have gotten responses as well.

Sometimes this happens with ORB too when their wallet needs re-synched.  On occasion they have even manually put the coins in my balance for me without waiting for their wallet to sync.  Seems risky on their part.

For example.

Quote
Our OrbitCoin wallet is currently syncing, that is why your transaction wasn't processed yet.
I've included your transaction manually so you won't need to wait more.

Sorry for your trouble.

Regards
Egidio

I'm really not sure why support is slow there, maybe they only have a couple of staff members but I still trade there every day and deposit and withdraw so not sure whats up with other people.  I see in the chat all the time people griping about deposits and withdraws but I don't experience the same problems.  Bizarre.

I tried to track down the parent company offering to buy the exchange also but nothing lol

Anyone any recent correspondence?

Maybe contact him on facebook?  He's active there.  They look busy making beer.

I also went and made deposits and withdrawals with every coin on the exchange without any issues, however I couldn't test WAC due to not having a wallet or other exchange to sent to/from.

Can anybody tell me how to download Windows Wallet for WAC?

I tried the linux one but it does not compile :( . I am getting this error.

./WorldAidCoin-qt: symbol lookup error: ./WorldAidCoin-qt: undefined symbol: _ZN5boost6detail17once_global_epochE

They have removed windows wallet from their dropbox.

Does anyone still have the windows wallet for WAC?

Thanks.
