User Smack That Ace sent me a PM, asking for help with an IPO:

http://s12.postimg.org/xrchd46t9/Capture.jpg

I simply ignored it.  Until seeing this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=696159.0 (now locked).

TL;DR:
AcoinL.L.C claims "The business is currently generating over $4000 per month in revenue through rake, with a gross profit of $800 per month." (see partial screencap of locked thread below.)

http://s28.postimg.org/8oxei7u65/Capture.jpg

This was now amended to:

TL;DR:
Site makes $800 a month in net profit, dividends paid weekly. At current rates thats an APR of 102%

If your interested in purchasing:
Send payment to 19RPcV9peZJVvB5hC5FQxez2X73vpTFpim
Whatever address sends the payment will be considered the dividend address. If you would like to change your dividend address, PM AcoinL.L.C with proof of ownership of the given address.

Im up to my head dealing with this troll's comments. Smack That Ace and I both have good trust (check us both out), and this fool is just like NotLambchop and trolls every single thread in the security thread.

Please, enlighten the world with your feedback

Now to further his stupidity:
No amendments were made, I created a TL:DR at the top that posts the same information. $4,000 in revenue does NOT mean $4,000 in net profit. The site generates $4,000 in revenue, but $800 is the net profit. Finance 101, troll.

2:
The site has only been running for 2 months. Anyone that doubts us, is able to join our games, normally our players are on between 4pm to 9pm Central time. Infact, we will let you play with free chips, and you can keep your winnings. Its a temporary site thats supposed to be a placeholder to allow club members to play poker while the new site is developed, pages that are currently not in use were not updated (IE promotions). Proof of ownership: http://www.localpunter.com/promotions.php (http://www.localpunter.com/promotions.php)

3:
The client he sent you a PM about in regards of an IPO, is not about Localpunter, but about SexyBTC (a user on this site). SexyBTC is looking to raise funds to develop her idea, to which I ended up declining to do, as I don't think it will be a success in its current form. I cannot go into further details as its Smack That Ace's client and she entrusted him to keep her idea secret until its ready to launch. I will ask him to see if he can get permission to post more information here.

Lol, do you know the difference between the words "gross" and "net"?  I suggest you learn it before doing any more IPOing :D

Further, "rake" is not "revenue," "rake" is the percentage kept by the house.  Calling it "GROSS income" is also acceptable.

Of course rake does not mean revenue, I said from rake. As in the source of the revenue. Any nimwit could figure that out. Go back to your hiding place and cry a little more.

Dear differently-enabled friend number three:

The IPO was announced in the securities section, you get to it thusly (click with your mouse pointr on the blue words, Developer!)

[POKER] Existing Poker Site IPO (Currently $4,000+ monthly revenue) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=696159.0)

Not sure why differently-enabled friend one and differently-enabled friend two decided to IPO, but kids--go figure.

Differently-enabled friend one, AKA Smack That Ace, did PM me.  Again, I'm as confused as you are, but here it is:

Our IPO was successful in less than 2 hours, not to mention we had investors looking to invest except that a whale purchased all the shares. I would call it a success.

Funny I remember when we were on skype Smack That Ace and you told me you were going to hire a writer, I even checked out your topic on it. Honestly I didn't see anything wrong with it. You were pretty straight forward and honest but for all those who are concerned,
I am working on a crypto news show and I actually accepted an offer Smack That Ace and another consultalt to help me setup an IPO for my project write, edit and create an ipo for me. We are actually moving along pretty quickly. I don't want to go into to many details until we are closer to launch, yet the fact remains he is working for and with me. I don't really care for all the negativity allot of people like to do in these forums, unfortunately it's the nature of the beast.

What I can tell you is we have been working very hard and have over a month of skype transcripts that show our work and efforts put into the project. When the site goes live and the IPO launches I guess we will see then if those who are in doubt have a change in opinion either way.

Smack That Ace has been nothing but helpful to me and my project. So give the poor guy a break because we still have allot of work to do to get this IPO launched and on the market.

Not to mention all the work that will be involved in the actual project it's self. Could be that others are upset they didn't come up with the idea on their own but nevertheless the IPO is coming soon and we will be happy to see the skeptics all fade away as the stock price goes up and up and up :)

I cannot wait and look forward to a great project.

Also I play me some poker too cant wait to check out the poker site when it goes live.

You are absolutely right.

The reality is that OP and The issuer of the IPO who is also the nominated escrow have had some history and they kind of muscled me in the middle.

The rake/gross stuff was wording issues which were taken care of as soon as the Issuer realized it.

Its all good now because we sold all shares in less than two hours :)

I am the owner and even i am shocked that with so much negativity we still didnt have an issue

OHAI SexyBTC!  Wellcome and thanks for rounding out this colorful cast of characters!

I see from your previous post you're looking for "investors" to help you start camwhoring?  (thread locked, lol)
Though AcoinL.L.C claims to have turned down managing the initial public offering of your fine firm due to it lacking "potential," I myself am much more enthusiastic!

Think of me as your key to camwhore industry's key players, such as everyone's favorite sex worker, the esteemed (yet fabulous) MRKLYE.  He too enjoys a friendly game of chance, and is no stranger to Sharpies--and even an occasional greasy fist--up his butt.

Like you, he funded his first venture right here, in the intertubes.  Feel free to familiarize yourself with the most recent financial report to his thralled backers! (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=642090.0)<==Click me!!

And thank you for rounding out the list of Smack That Ace's supporters.  If only Mary Magdalene had your civic sense of duty, Dismas and Gestas would have suffered alone, as Son of man and his buddy, the procurator Pontius Pilate, pointed fingers and lolled.
Good times!

If you would like I can have the investor post here with a signed message? I was in talks with another user who was looking to invest 3BTC but it was sold out before he could. I can post skype snapshots of that as well.

Be sure to let me know when you get some trust, and actually do something on this thread other than trolling.

Lol Duke, shit don't always hit the fan quite the way you expect it to :D

Some facts:
1. A website claiming $4K in rake, monthly.  Of which $800 is "gross profit."  No, not kidding, cap from the (now locked) thread:

http://s22.postimg.org/md1x3qqxd/Capture.jpg

Allowing that AcoinLLC don't know his gross from his net, let's see how that math works out, assuming he meant "net profit":
$4,000 - $506 != $800.   It never equals eight hundred.  To get $800 net, the the gross would have to be $1306.  Off by 2694 dollars.  The math is broken.  This offering fails the most basic mathematical precepts.
No need to go further, but let's and see what happens!!! :)

2.  The domain name was registered this April 24, 2014.

http://s29.postimg.org/pbofaa5pz/Capture.jpg

It remained parked until May 26, here:

...until getting transferred to its current IP, at which point the work on this website has started, as can be seen here:

http://s29.postimg.org/jkvy7ol13/Capture.jpg

Assuming the website was built and went live within a day (the error logs suggest, lol, ...otherwise), this leaves just a bit more than a month and a half of operation.
To generate monthly statistics given in the "offering" thing.
To ramp up to $4,000 monthly rake.
Without marketing.
WITHOUT A PAYMENT PROCESSOR :(

Assuming the rake is a usurious 5%, that's $80,000 passing through a [to this day unfinished] website in a month.
Oh, and it looks like this (the part that sort-a works, that is):

"Dusty Rose Depression" or "Salmon Death"?  Whatever, pretty posh :D

I did at one point think Duke AKA smackthatace was working on an IPO with and for me but it is very clear that he and all his accounts or partners as he calls them are not legit.

I deeply regret getting involved with these clowns and WARN anyone who is thinking of sending this fool money or disclosing any information on any project with him to get a fifth opinion or at least read his post history, if Magic IPO would not of pointed out a few things I may of never thought twice about it but after a few weeks of research and re consideration I now firmly believe that he had multiple accounts on here and is pretending to be a developer/project maker. When in reality he is just a clueless idiot looking for people who know less than him to take advantage of.

I have Officially fired him and all his accounts/partners from my project and advise that NOBODY invest in the domain NakedCrypto.com
unless he does the right thing and sells it to me.

I have purchased the .net of the same domain and will continue to work on my project alone or with trusted members only.

I retract anything I said about him or his partners being legit and have very good reason to see    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=715758.msg8155224#msg8155224 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=715758.msg8155224#msg8155224) for a brief summery of what I am talking about.

There will be much more coming later as I want to distance myself from him and his scamathon.

Thanks

This post is specifically for

NotLambchop and SexyBTC

who i believe are the two most bored people on this forum.

Let me go out and say to you clearly.

I am not interested in your bullshit, Your threats and Scam accusations dont Scare me even one bit they actually make a fall on the floor laughing.
Specially to see you wannabe Investigators, Agents and Lawyers jump to conclusions without any proof or proper Evidence.

Sexy Btc the thing you said about Muslim blow somebody up post thing is just sad and below the belt. You have no shame to say such things about a nation that is being slaughtered by YOUR COUNTRY !!
I wish for a second you were that mother whose 4 sons were blown up on the beach. Seriously I wish that upon you to feel the pain of these people.

Secondly Many of my clients have offered to jump in to clear my name and defend me about what has happened because just like me and you they also got screwed by the same DEV whose name i am not exposing just for the reason as i am giving him the benefit of the doubt that he will still come back.
The reason why i am not letting any of my clients post here is because you and your little TROLLS will start harassing them as well.

As per you acquisitions i ask you, the owners of this forum or anybody else who is interested to speak to me in private and evaluate my business and our earnings as i own a PVT LIMITED COMPANY in Dubai, U.A.E which is regulated by the government.

Unlike you who made me invest my money into your site and not got a single return your luck i made that money in a day not to give a damn.

For the last time i hope you come off the drugs you are doing and regain your senses.

Unfortunately you showing your skin for money doesnt give you alot of Right to call me a scammer specially after the Racist Muslim comment you made.

Get a LIFE Smiley

Duke

I am available on skype and WhatsApp 24/7 for more info

I invite any and every trusted scam buster to contact me for my skype login as I would love for the jerk wanna be scammer above to be exposed and shunned from the community.

I at no time attempted to scam this moron also I have never received so much as a penny from him. I come up with an Idea for a reality news show about bitcoin staring yes me!

This asswhipe contacted me with a few of his accounts and actually convinced me that he was legit and the second someone else pointed out that he is a scam artist I read his post history and realized that the accusations were actually on target as he has had not one successful project on this or any site, only lies about them.

I told you the truth hurts and if all you took from the entire post was that I think you are a towel head that makes bombs then you prove my point entirely because that post was complete with tons of references pointing directly to many of your scammish acts.

Typical scammer once you are figured out your defense is to call the people who are pointing out your fraud the scammer. I am ok with that because this is going to go all the way. Yes I am sooooooooo happy you are contradicting yourself left and right and soon enough a real scam buster will be all over your bitch ass. We will see then who is the scammer and bullshit liar.

You want to know what I find the most humorous is you did not address one thing in my entire post only the thing that hit close to home, you wish I had children you could blow up.... Wow I never expected you would take it that far but I have an idea of what they teach you morons when they tell you that you will go to rainbow land when you blow yourself up. I think you are about the biggest piece of shit on this entire forum and the fact that you have many accounts makes it even worse.

It's a shame admin don't step in and block all your accounts because the last thing bitcoin needs is shit bags like you giving business related to crypto a bad name.

By the time this technology is mainstream assholes like you will have messed it up for everyone, forcing regulation just to keep it legit.

Now before you attempt to think up some more BS to spew out why don't you address the points in my second post making it clear that you in fact are legit?

WAIT!!!!

That was a rhetorical question I know the answer. You cant because you know your a BS scam artist.

You have clients that would almost defend you, oh wait they cannot defend you because I may troll them, Listen up Fuckface! I at no time have ever trolled this or any site in any way! I have a legitimate claim and I will continue to follow through with exposing you and as many of your accounts that I can.

And You do have my pictures I will be looking into any and all legal action that can be taken against you for anything you attempt to use them for!

I demand you destroy every copy of my material that I created for my project, the skype transcripts clearly explain the registration of the domain. And the $15 wordpress theme you have installed on it hardly constitutes as an investment.

So as I stated quite a few times Bring on the Scam Busters, I am looking for the Judge Judy of BTC scammers cause I want this asshole to pay for what he is doing to people!

By the way you contacted me I never looked you up.

Yeah This clown is the stupidest scammer on the site, I am putting a list of his scams together. I regret ever being involved with him and his many accounts "partners" as he calls them.

I really should of read his post history before going forward with anything project related with him. The outcome I hope to achieve is to shine a ultra bright spotlight on him and his BS.

I invite any well trusted member to login to my skype and review the entire conversation between this so called business man and his partners. I assure you that not only is he singing many different songs he is a BS scammer and the second I asked his so called partner about something that came to my attention smack that ace or duke blocked me on skype and now his lame ass excuse is he don't do business with people who don't trust him.

That statement there speaks volumes, if I am doing business with anyone I would speak up for any confusion. Say for example:

I start a website let's call it smackthatace.com, now let's say it's going to be a bitcoin poker site. Suppose this site never gets any support and never even amounts to anything aside from a parked domain.

What am I going to do with it, Oh great Idea! Auction it off on bitcointalk people buy failing poker sites all the time.
Day 5 on my auction my one and only bid comes in yeay!!!!! someone is betting a whole bitcoin for it. Oh nooooo another sneaky villain has created a name almost identical to the complete stranger auctioneer I have auctioning the site for me, I forget how I contacted my unknown auctioneer in the first place but he's doing such a great job with the auction I sure am glad he materialized out of thin air and took on this responsibility for me. Anyway back to my auction, Nooooooo suddenly the fake auctioneer had scammed my only bidder out of a bitcoin. Although all the bidder had to say was stupid scammer! Not a single word about what scam happened, only one 4 or 5 word post about how he hates scams. Yet he's a real trooper because he holds firm on his bid for 1 BTC even though he was just scammed.

Now let's extend the auction for 5 more days, Great Idea, only now a private bid has come in from the imaginary user SPARTACUS567, and that's all she wrote auction closed.

This is all a basic summery of the entire auction that really took place right here on this site, not to long ago.

If you ask me it's all BS feel free to google smackthatace.com hell go to the site it's awesome all except there is no site there, some poor sucker may or may not of lost money in that and I bet Duke or any of his other accounts "partners" were the loosers.

I have not had one person give me any funding of any type for my project, I did although have this clown waste over a month of my time trying to get me to give him material for his $15 wordpress script to use to promote an IPO to start my show.

He has been fired and all of his other accounts are not nor were ever part of my project just Duke and Scott, both fake names I'm sure.

I will continue to update the situation as it unfolds.

Still looking for the best scam buster out there to verify my info.

Do Not Do Business With SmackThatAce, AcoinL.L.C, bbit or Vual without doing due diligence on them because I have a feeling they are all the same asswhipe and I also know that anyone who stands in to validate his scams as legit is more than likely just another one of his accounts.

He will soon be exposed and I cannot wait to see the end result.

Contact me for any info to save yourself money by not getting ripped off by these fools, or if you just want to read the entire skype transcript. I will put it online in a little bit under the scam section. We will see who the scammer is.

DO NOT INVEST A PENNY IN NAKEDCRYPTO.COM I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT DOMAIN!

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY INVESTED IN IT PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH DETAILS AND PROOF.

AND I ALSO INVITE ANYONE TO GIVE THIS SCAMMER A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF YOU HAVE ANY OR WISH TO REMOVE HIM FROM THE COMMUNITY.

Now that's a comeback,  I am speechless! You literally took the words right out of my well wait ammmm, you didn't say crap, let alone address one single thing I said. You did post the exact same thing in two different places, which speaks volumes about your ability to defend yourself. Although we both know you are a low down liar.

I will leave it at that!

But really impressive comeback post it about five or six more times so we all get the point.

Lol this got brought back up again.

If you can find anyone that claims I scammed them, get them to post here. I haven't scammed anyone (please check trust ratings on users posting these accusations without ever doing a transaction with me than compare to my trust  ::)).

Duke is a trustworthy user IMO, I hold his national id in escrow for the poker site, and am aware of the direction it's going right now.

These users have been spamming these accusations all over the forum, when any accusations belong here. Not to mention they are completely warrantless accusations with 0 evidence of scamming! Not asking for mods to delete this thread, but it's ridiculous that they (known trolls!)  haven't been banned for posting the same crap in several other sections, which is what happens to most spammers, or at the very least move / delete the posts in the wrong sections.

This clown is still posting all over the forum business as usual for him, firstly when I was payed the 3 BTC which is none of your business to begin with regardless the price of BTC was about $450 usd at the time, Also that's right asshole I get paid legit I don't need to scam for money.People respect my intelligence and skill set as well as creativity. I didn't ask the Doc to give you negative feedback, he just knows the situation and knows you are a liar.

Funny thing is I know a few trusted members and I bet when they see this crap they will jump in without me asking them to.

Secondly, your a %#!*ing idiot! What happen with the 2 hour deadline where you were going to use the pictures you had me take and show them as some kind of proof that you are legit, and how exactly does that prove your innocents. By the way in conjunction with the private messages you sent me that is the definition of blackmail, which does not concern me as we both know who the blackmailer and scammer is.

Either way you are a BS scammer, The dozen plus private messages you sent me will show the truth and I am willing to let a scam buster login to my accounts to verify everything I am saying.

You are trying so hard to make this go away, when I just want answers and a public apology, perhaps a little honesty from you! Yet I don't see you being anything short of a sociopath and continuing to perpetuate your frauds on here thinking you will go unnoticed and I refuse to let you get away with it!

Also dumbass Blackmail is when you hold something over someones head threatening to tell people about it, you seem to be confusing it with exposure, that is my objective here to expose you and your ring of accounts that you use to defraud people with. Perhaps you assume once someone reads one of the largest words in your vocabulary that they will automatically side with you. Due to the nature of the allegations I strongly recommend anyone who reads this to read your entire history and take a closer look at the accounts that always seem to come to your aid or have something great to say about you or your BS that you are spewing out.

Suspected other accounts Smack That Ace uses are Suspected being the key word there if I had proof I would offer it up,
like I am offering to let a well trusted member of the scam busting community login to my skype and bitcointalk accounts to verify what I posted is accurate. As far as the Skype transcripts between AcoinL.L.C, Scott, Duke and I.

His so called shot calling partner real name suppose to be scotty you can read the entire transcript between
smack that ace, Scotty or Vual and I on http://nakedcrypto.com (http://nakedcrypto.com)

As I was kind enough to post them there after removing the $15 video template and plugin to make room for some truth. This ass still had a donate BTC barcode on the site.... Sorry I had to take that one down for sure. I pray nobody donated anything, I'll never know the truth unless someone steps forward and speaks up.

If anyone did donate smack that ace, vual, AcoinL.L.C and Vual are just going to funnel it into another of their many scams.
These morons told me very clearly they were into programming, marketing and everything financial from the beginning. After reading just a small portion of the post history I found smack that ace to be posting to try and hire someone for everything he led me to believe his team would be doing. So behind my back he was scrambling to find help to fluff my site up enough to run off with investors money and possible profit.

Still looking for some help finding a scam buster on the site that wants to take on the case.

I want this ring of scam accounts to be exposed. If I named you in the above names I will be more than happy to video skype you and clear it up if you are not duke. Other wise if the shoe fits!

I think my next post is going to be a list of unanswered questions from you, as I have posted at least 8 to 10 in depth posts on the subject of you being a scammer and there were at least a dozen questions and a few accusations I made about your failed projects that have yet to be answered instead you duplicate or copy and paste the same thing to all of my post.

Not much going for you in the limited space within the more than likely peanut sized brain of yours, is there! Rhetorical don't bother, anyway look for my Q&A coming soon. I have a job now and cant sit around all day trolling like you. Just be patient and I'll be sure to get it out there soon.

In the unlikely event you happen to actually read my post and answer my unanswered questions in the mean time that would be great.

For those who are following this and are not one of dukes alternative accounts thank you for paying attention.

goodluck .

Please compare the trust ratings of the accusers to the accused. This is getting more ridiculous everyday. How many fucking accounts do you think smack that ace controls? How many personalities and how much time posting? Your absolutely ridiculous.

I have never been apart of this naked crypto deal yet you still try to slander me. Maybe you should post the txt id of the transaction... Help prove your case. All I'm seeing right now is you make accusations without any evidence. If you can't post the txt id your obviously full of shit. Oh, and you need to sign the address it was sent from to, prove ownership ;)

Exactly what money do I owe you?

Also Let's see the proof of blackmail! you sure use that word allot yet you don't seem to know what it means, I am sure it's because you are too stupid to think of anything else to say.

Funny Vual or scott whatever his fake name is comes back to life today after I point out that he is you I bet you didn't send him a pm saying he stole 8 BTC from you but you sent me a pm saying that even though you never sent me a penny lets see the tx id and your pm to vual telling him you want , and why do you pm me one thing and say something totally different in public? Don't you know how stupid your going to look when real trusted member logs into my account and sees this?

Or you just have so many scams going on that you have nothing better to do than BS people.

Oh and because you are so forgetful, What Money Do I Owe You?  I think you need to clear that up.

That may be, as long as the truth comes out I will be satisfied. Do you have a reason this is a concern to you?
I understand smack that ace has many accounts old, new, trusted and so on, so out of the blue in comes another person with an opinion.
I would love to know how you know any of the accounts in question?

Negative feedback left. I'll remove it if you can prove I'm "Smack That Ace". You accused me, at least you can do is offer up some kind of proof.

For those that don't know me or haven't traded with me: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=101763 - Go through my trust, recent posts and etc. You'll see I'm not an alt and I have nothing to do with "Smack This Ace" or his IPO. Did two small trades with him recently, that's it.

You know the funny thing is I made it clear in the same post that if I named anyone who could prove they were not smack that ace I would correct it.

Yet the first thing you do is use his reverse tactic and turn it around now the burden of proof is on me. Well as you can ascertain from the content of my posts I am all about proof and I didn't implicate you in the IPO fraud he is pulling I simply listed you as a possible account of his due to the volume of trades you seem to seamlessly have with all his other accounts including the ones that claim they bought small amounts of BTC from him on the same day they bought it from you.

Either way you can clear it up and prove you are not him very easy.
Only you chose not to, Speaks volumes.

Almost all your trust is from his additional accounts, and I never said he didn't have legitimate accounts on here that he funnels the scammed funds thru, he's got to clean it some how. Especially if he wants to continue to perpetuate his fraud.

So sure some of his accounts have + karma, he's a crafty scammer, I use the term He loosely as at this time I don't know how many accounts he has!

I could care less about you posting negative feedback on me, my intent is to get to the bottom of this and I will remain steadfast with my resolve.

On a side note you sure picked up on this topic very quickly, for someone who don't follow smack that ace I was just wondering how within about 27 minutes you were aware of your name being listed as a possible connection to this. So please let us " the whole world"

SexyBTC, are you off your meds? Completely serious question. Your really sounding like someone that wears tin foil everywhere.

Are all the people who have left me positive trust alts to? Does Smack That Ace spend 24 hours a day posting from his several hundred accounts, creating new accounts here and there in order to spruce up his story in order to "scam" you. Your still failing to show how you got scammed here? You said he left your project... Ok. How is that scamming? Did he take any money from you? If not, how is it a scam? And you need to start showing evidence Duke and I are the same user, Im still waiting for it a few days later. If you haven't checked my trust, its quite a bit larger than yours, and its easier on the eyes... all that red hurts my eyes ;)
Not to mention I have done over 10BTC of deals through Bitcointalk not including Localpunter (Update coming on that shortly). Where is all of this BTC you were supposedly scammed of?

Yes duck and run, neglect my simple question again and slam my name some more, it is the MO of the scammer I am pointing out, First off moron I called you and your many accounts out, so just the fact that you were on to it in under the time it takes to order a pizza is a red flag.

Second you have not offered any proof that your not him!
So say what you will and I will stand my ground.

@notalamchop

I did start my own topic before you posted  that so forgive me for venting in your topic but if it weren't for me you would still be on page 1, you're welcome.

And I was fooled by the scamming ring that I have exposed on here so for about a month I thought these morons were legit, now I know better. I do not work with them in any way and never will!

BTW there are so many inconsistencies that you overlooked in your exposure of the localpunter scam, you may want to take a better look!
They have a few other poker site scams  http://www.cryptopoker.club/ (http://www.cryptopoker.club/) is one of them

You are a fool there are right now this second 347854 and an average of almost 9 new members an hour. You mean to tell me that the odds are There are over a dozen accounts that were all created within a month of each other meaning that the shortest amount of time between account creation is 2 day's and if he even possibly you are dumb enough to login and jump into this topic out of the blue "kind of like you did" then I have more dates and leads to go by.

These accounts are all within a month apart and they all give each other plenty of positive ratings, Not only is it possible but it is happening and I am going through them all one at a time to get a better idea exactly how many accounts are in question.

Before I made my first list of questionable accounts I considered very strongly adding your name the only reason I didn't is because you were a good 2 1/2 months older of an account and I know that for them to build real trust they would have to eventually do some legit transactions with real trusted members. I gave you credit and threw a curve in there instead of putting you on the list I put the person you gave the most trust to and funny out of nowhere here you are in the conversation "which BTW as Notalambchop pointed out is way off topic" I started a topic for this you can reply in it. Don't worry it will stay at the top! Regardless you are going to be on the revised version and only make my job more complicated.

And Thank You for confirming you are a part of it, you can clear your name from the list in the same way all other named suspect accounts can, with a simple skype video chat.

Clear my name?  Aside from your baseless accusation there's nobody here that thinks I'm a scammer.  Nonetheless, got nothing better to do so might as well make you look stupid.  Add me, same username

I will add you as soon as I get home and first of all to prove you are not smack that ace is what anyone who has a clean conscience would and should do, you are taking it too personal. My project is on hold because of these scammers and it is my fault for going with the first idiot who claimed he would do everything down to having professional scripts written for my broadcast material.

I am taking it personal because they all but killed my project to attempt to defraud investors and leave me as the fall guy. I have been planning this show for many months now and can prove it also have members on here that are aware of it that skype on a regular basis, mostly talking about the progress of my project until I learned there was a scam in the first place.

I walked blindly into it and I have a legitimate Business model with great potential, I have disclosed so many unique concepts to these jerks or jerk and feel that Nobody! and I mean Nobody should have to go through something like this.

One or two of those new members each hour just might be a real new forum member and they deserve a fair shot at the crypto market without jerks using them for their own schemes and then tarnishing their idea or concept.

If you are really in the states and from the states then you cannot be sma, that does not clear you from being part of his plot even if it is without your knowledge. There does not seem to be many big picture thinkers in this discussion, Which by the way let me remind you is off topic and you should consider posting any followups in the before mentioned and now again at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=727235.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=727235.0) Notalambchop would appreciate it.

Back to you cooldgamer, Also don't start spazzing out and having convulsions because I said you could be somehow connected to sma, I did mention it with a wide range of possibilities. I am in this for two reasons now to make sure newcomers don't get flimflammed and investors don't get ripped off.

Besides whats wrong with meeting on a video chat that only strengthens your position as a good honest person, anyone who would instantly buck up and say they don't have to is just the person I would be concerned about doing business with in the first place.

I look forward to meeting on video, I hope your camera and mic work because Vual and Smack that ace only had mic's but they sure didn't mind me being on video. I will add and call you in about an hour and a half.

To any concerned I could of sent this in a private message but as in the nature of BTC transparency is a must for me on the new project of mine. The exposure of a ring of frauds that have been in the system what may go back as early as 2011 possibility further.
So I feel I need to keep all correspondences from me at this point related to this matter a public matter and issue, in the hopes that these rings are broken down and there is some law and order for the people of this site.

I have started a topic on this very issue and listed it twice please make any future comment there as I do not want to take over this topic so please respect the topic here and move additional input to the appropriate area.

Sorry OP for venting in here as I also mentioned before, the only reason I realized I was on a crash course with disaster considering my project is this topic. So I once again give you my thanks for giving me that reason to doubt. Were it not for that I would have been in worse shape than I am in now and I intend on showing you a debt of gratitude.

That's just friendly advice from someone who almost started an IPO. I seriously doubt either of the clowns I was working with are registered by the SEC for this sort of thing and without google or something similar they would have no clue what that acronym stood for, unless I spelled it out as I did above.

OMG! EVERYONE! Satoshi Nakamoto is an alt of Smack That Ace! So is Theymos! All trying to steal your btcz

This is getting so ridiculous its unbelievable. Does my text look like its written by a native english speaker, or a non native speaker (Smack That Ace)? Ive already provided screenshots proving the auction held months ago was a real bid by me, in which I lost 1BTC to a scammer who created a similar username (I was new to the forum and didn't pay enough attention. Lesson learned  :-\).

SexyBTC, you should start looking at your trust more often. You realize your getting more negative feedback the more you try and correlate that I, and everyone else is Smack That Ace. You sound loony. Also, since your looking up legalities, you should look up slander ;)
Also, you do realize the SEC is a US organization, correct? Smack That Ace is not american... The site is not run in the US... The sites players are not American. I am a private investor, and the other investor that purchased is also not american as far as I am aware. So why would the SEC have any concern? They clearly don't care about havelock which has allowed projects with valuations that are several 100x the size of this project, and they are clearly going after US investors.

Signing onto this project was clearly not worth it, and Smack That Ace and I are highly considering him purchasing my stake, and than each of us are going our separate ways. Project was clearly not worth the hassle and trolls it entailed. Bottom line is, I don't really know the details of the project you did with Scott and Duke, all I know is that Duke dropped you as a client and that Scott completed your site. Any disagreements you have with them.. is with them. Not me.

Again, drop the accusations or get evidence. You still have yet to provide any evidence after several pages of your rants.

like I am offering to let a well trusted member of the scam busting community login to my skype and bitcointalk accounts to verify what I posted is accurate. As far as the Skype transcripts between AcoinL.L.C, Scott, Duke and I.

and why am I being listed here?

what an idiot. because I leave trust after a successful deal, i'm suspected of being "Smack That Ace"... lol

just for the record. i have nothing to do with this IPO. I bought a small amount of BTC, that's it.

I want this ring of scam accounts to be exposed. If I named you in the above names I will be more than happy to video skype you and clear it up if you are not duke. Other wise if the shoe fits!

Not going to happen. I don't have to prove anything to you. Other members here can vouch for me if they want.

LOL! I have done MANY MANY trades (quite a few on PP) with xetsr, and I assure you, he is NOT from India, nor is he a scammer!

LOL WAIT ??? I am from dubai ?? who is from india

I am ready to not only validate my business and financials with an independent inquiry but also do a video confirmation of my identity.

Also i am willing to donate 0.1 BTC(maybe 0.2) to anyone who can get this independent unbiased investigation started and the issue resolved.

If i am a Scamer or i had intentions to lie/cheat/steal a strippers Idea i will donate 2 btc to  NOT-SEXY BTC.

Thanks

Hello bigasic,

Thankyou for showing your interest.

I would like you to visit the site between 5 and 10pm EST.

This is a site running on an affiliate model where players from all over Asia and Middle east are taking part in games which are hosted specifically for them. It has a common currency of 1 usd to 100 chip therefore keeping it constant and safeguarding the fiat based players against the volatility of the bitcoin.
We charge a rake of 4%(in some cases 5%) rake with a cap of 7.50 USD in higher stakes games. Our current player base is over 30 players and we ourselves are not increasing this number as waiting for the launch of our new site.

We have closed deposits and performing them manually due to security concerns and also because the site is still in BETA.

I would appreciate it if you come visit the website in a few hours and ill gladly give you some chips on the house to play and test the site.

If any other questions let me know.

Regards

Duke Aka Smack that Ace only ;)

i can vouch for smackthatace  and had a site built from him and he is awesome guy. some of the work is given to other developers when his work load gets too much. i had the same problem but he got it sorted in 24 hours and gave me a discount when he didn't have too. so all these lies about him are false.

This thread, helpfully titled "[SCAM IPO] AcoinL.L.C; Smack_That_Ace; www.Localpunter.com [SCAM IPO]," is, as the title suggests, about a scam IPO of a broken, unfinished poker site with no payment processor, allegedly generating $4,000/mo in rake.

SexyBTC was brought in by Smack That Ace to vouch for his legitimacy--a trick which backfired in teh most hilarious fashion.

I ask again that you pay attention to the subject matter of this thread.
It is not about SexyBTC, socking, or tea prices in China.
If you wish to broach any of those subjects, kindly start your own thread.

This was now amended to:

...

If you would like to change your dividend address, PM AcoinL.L.C with proof of ownership of the given address.
...

TL;DR:  Send money here FTW!

The domain registration is two and a half months old.  The site, when I first looked at it, had lorem ipsum or dead links *throughout* (screen caps in the locked thread, see link above.  What text was there was laughably misspelled.

I know, should be obvious, but just in case it's not:  IT IS A BAG OF DICKS.  DO NOT TOUCH. DO NOT WANT.
