Capitalization means that 2.5 billions USD really exists "somewhere". That many people came with their fiat currency and they bought Bitcoin. Where are the money? Of course, they do not exist at a such level (2,5 billions) and they will never exist.

The share price in relation to earnings and net assets that determines the price if a stock is over or undervalued. Shares represent a fraction of ownership in a business. Now, is BTC like any other commodity or is it a company? If it is a company then each people who buy 1 BTC is shareholder and it must earn a part of the BTC profit :)

When you argue against Bitcoin, you are by default arguing for the Federal Reserve Note. I am sure you find much merit in the Federal Reserve Note and have many compelling reasons why it is the best form of currency and will never fail. I on the other hand have no idea what those compelling reasons might look like, and this is why I am placing my bets on Bitcoin.

There are zero signs that Bitcoin is failing are will fail in the future. The infrastructure is still functioning and transactions are able to be made and value is able to be stored without the need for a central authority, therefore bitcoin remains as solid an investment today as it did when it was going for $1200.

In the long term, the price is irrelevant, what is really important is the utility. And that is why I am converting as many Federal Reserve Notes I can into Bitcoin. Unless you can give me a compelling reason why Federal Reserve Notes are the superior form of currency and the best way of doing things, then I will continue to convert them into Bitcoin regardless of price fluctuations.

So what is your compelling argument for the superiority of Federal Reserve Notes?

When I first started buying bitcoin you could literally only use Bitcoin to pay for something another individual person who liked bitcoin would be willing to trade for it. Today you can literally buy anything that Overstock.com sells with bitcoin, anything that Tigerdirect.com sells for bitcoin, anything that new egg.com sells for bitcoin, anything that Microsoft sells for bitcoin, anything that dell sells for bitcoin, Paypal is integrating bitcoin payments and of course there are services like Bitpay that allow ANYTHING i want ANYWHERE to be purchased with bitcoin.

An analogy to what you are doing is someone who 6 years after the internet was invented is arguing that snail mail is more superior to email. For one you don't need to own a computer, most people can't afford computers anyway, let alone how to use them, then you have to get an internet connection with a screaming modem that only runs at dial up speed, so you have to pay for that service every month, then you have to get the email program and figure out how to load it onto your expensive computer you don't know how to use and figure out how to connect to the internet and then once you've done all of that NO BODY ELSE HAS A COMPUTER OR THE INTERNET OR KNOWS HOW TO USE IT!! So who are you going to send your fancy "email" to???? Nobody??? YOURSELF!?

Surely the ability for a private bank to print money out of thin air is the best possible form of currency. Surely inflation will not reach a point that makes paper money worthless at any point in the future. I like having to trust a central authority.
