All funds are transparent on the website. All these funds are used to pay off investors. The website will released shortly.

What do you mean? The funds used from the blocks are used in the "ponzi" to pay everyone out. No one loses. Everyone wins. 110% Every day. Right now its at 50 confirmations. When coins are starting to become mature we will release the website. Anyone who sends funds into the site will get refunded 110% within 50 confirmations.

If this mechanism was built into the coin network and blockchain, it would be interesting. As an external mechanism, it's just not appealing though. There's too much risk of the operator disappearing or cashing in the funds.

It's like a lot of the "foundation address" coins of the past, except that it's organized as an "investment return" scheme instead of going to charity or development, etc.

I can't make this work with stratum, it needs to work with the charity foundation system because every block gets rejected.

Nice coin tho, I'll be mining this.

YEah, The genesis block we have is somewhat old, due to the blockchain stalling lastnight, i have decided a relaunch today. I will get a new genesis and everything will be fresh. I will try to aim for another relaunch tonight after easter. Sorry about this guys, But we will get it going.

Source has been uploaded with a new genesis block. I will get a windows wallet working shortly.
Block payouts have been increased by .1 to account for transaction fees, This was causing the blockchain to fail before, this has been fixed.

Everything is online and working fine, Solo mining is viable atm.

The website will not pay out until more hash is on the network.
We need to secure the network with more hash.

We did not get the foundation stuff working, even when donating upwards of 95% the blocks are still rejected.

The foundation part of the code is likely broken, we'll wait and see for any updates so we can re-attempt mining.

All these funds are transparent and its part of the ponzi design to keep the game rolling. To keep it from stopping when investors stop buying in. So the ponzi will always, ALWAYS pay out 10%. And its not giving 80% awya, it putting those into the funds to pay everyone out.

Did you have issues setting up your stratum?

I will turn on the websites this morning so everyone can start investing into the ponzi and later today i will push it to 200% for a bit while people are investing.

The Donation stuff is vice versa here, the txes are basically swapped but everything else was normal.

Another pool already asked me as they seems to have tried it too, i guess a second pool should be up soon.

Please look at the min and max buyins prior to sending in the coins. Someone just sent in 285, Max buy-ins will be pushed up, but until we find out what an "Average number" of coins users have, we are leaving it at five for now.

Yes, Thats what I was aiming for. After seeing everyone lose on the other sites I decided I would see what will happen if we created a ponzi that didn't end, and always paid.
So we made this coin. we had been talking about it for a while.
The reason we are taking 80% is to keep enough funds in the ponzi to ALWAYS pay out HOWEVER.
After a while the funds WILL DRY UP. At which point a queue will form for investors and they will get paid off as the blocks move, IF the funds dry up.
This is why we have the max buyins set at only 5, we need to test the limits before we can see how much % we can payout, and max buyins. It will take time to tweak it.
For today though we are leaving it at 10 confirmations (Happy Easter), soon we will be putting that number a bit higher so investor have to wait around 1 day to get returns.

When amount of 'invested' coins will reach 4000, balance of investing address will start decreasing. If all mined coins will be sent to paying address, it ballance will start drowning very fast and pyramid will fail in a few days.
Fair ponzi scheme is intersting thing itself, but, because dev saying ' guaranteed 10% return every day.' this is scam.

It wont fail, a queue will form and pay back investors. The scheme will not just "Fail", eventually people might end up having to wait to get paid. I don't know what will happen. We will see. This is the reason we only kept it at 10% and plan on bumping required confirmations to around a day. So people will have to wait a day to get returns.
I don't know how this will pan out, It will be interesting. But I will try to keep the system within its own limits so there is funds to pay back to all investors.

Calling us a scam as we get out feet off the ground is simply not the way to do things.
We will try to make sure everyone gets paid, if the funds start to dry up, then we will push up the number of confirmations required. Lower the max buy in, or perhaps only accept a certain amount of TX daily. We will do everything we can do keep the system within its bounds so EVERYONE GETS PAID. It's also a good system for distribution because POS can become lopsided to only the large holders.
Right now, Everyone will win. There is plenty funds available for everyone to tap into.

I see you guys are taking this like an experiment and aren't afraid about it. Sounds good. But people will lose interest...

Amazing, the irst guaranteed ponzi ;D Let's see where this ends up...

I'm not trying to treat this like an experiment. I just want to keep the system within its own bounds so EVERYONE gets paid. I don't want people to lose money.
And if I have to tweak the settings to keep people from losing I will. As it sits now its pretty impossible for people to lose. And I don't think funds will dry up. We re only leaving it at ten confirmations for a little bit today to show everyone its working and paying out. We will be pushing up the req. confirmations over 1000 later because the idea was for people to invest, and within a day they will get paid back. Requiring more confirmations is an easy way to make investors wait to get a decent return.
Like I said, we are not trying to treat it like an experiment, but in all honesty, I can't leave the system alone without tweaking it and expect it to stay within its bounds and always have funds available to pay out.
For this reason we will change what we need until we find a "sweet spot" that works well, and keeps funds in the wallet so everyone gets paid out. It should be quite a while before the funds start diminishing but we will see. I'm not trying to experiment, I'm just trying to make sure everyone gets paid...

Ok, if you will increase number of confirmations to 1000 this will take much more time, and maybe never happens. But you still control investing address, have it private key, right?

We will leave it at 10 confirmations. After today we will push that number up alot more. We have been estimating around 2500, that should be around 24h for investors to get a return.

Yes, I control the private keys for the payout address. The entire system is automatic and I will be leaving shortly for Easter stuff...
When I get back (Tonight) I will probably bump the confirmations up so payouts wont be as fast.

So please, before you are sending in. Double check the buy ins and do not go over/under them.
Happy Easter and Happy Mining!
Before the amounts/confirmations change I will post and tweet about it. All changes that are made from here on out I will give everyone a heads up in advance and post about updates and news on the threads and twitter.

This isn't anything like other ponzis. For one, yes is very similiar to a ponzi. But a ponzi by definition uses new investor funds to pay out old investors. We have wealth creation built into this system, so its not using any investor funds to pay out the next person. So by definition this is NOT a ponzi.
But we can call it that for simplicity sake.
I have zero reasons to dump the premine and run away from this coin. Zero reasons. The premine hasn't moved, there is still 19k in the wallet. 2k of which needs to be paid out. 1k for OC miner supvnova adding us.
Another 1k for the next pools. We will use alot for promotional giveaways to get people interested etc. Shoot me your address Ill send you 10 coins so you can start getting more too.
It is zero loss on your part because you can keep sending in and getting more free coins without ever having to have paid a nickel for any of them.
Your right. There is a certain amount of trust involved which I understand.
I intend on building this trust with everyone once you see I am here to stay. (eTRUST)
But again, don't take my word for it stick around and just see.

I've meant that you theoretically can dump coins from investing address. But you right, there is no reason to do this until you hold the premine. 19k is enough reason for not killing the coin. Thank you for answering. Good luck with coin, i hope it will be sucessful because i've invested 1$ in mining and want get 1.5  back from it))

I'm sorry. Due to the nature of the coin the stratums had to be modified for pools to add the coin. After we relaunched because nodes were failing to connect, and we had to postpone for another day (mostly because of easter stuff on my end). Im sorry to everyone the original launch didnt go as planned but its up and running smooth now. Thanks to OCMiner for modifying the stratums so it will work.
I'll get you a few coins when I get home.

There was a small bug earlier (I'm sure some noticed)
Where payouts were going slow. There was an issue in the payout script that caused certain transactions to kill the script but this has been since fixed.
Everything should continue smooth now :) I'm using the new api wrapper now and it fixed the issue:)
All the transactions that were breaking the script had to be skipped, but they have all been paid out now.

And what this?
Send 0.001 < amount < 250 eTRUST and get back 110%

Can i send 1000 coins in 4 transactions from one wallet?

By the way it is quiet interesting idea of a coin. It is like POS but without increasing of total coins.
Premine is high, but it will sound more reasonable few days later.

Correct, you dont need to register for anything. Just send coins to the addr listed and after the required confirmations it will pay you out 110%.
You can make multiple transaction, but nothing above or below the minimum buyins. There is a little more information on the Payout page

yes. I figure if someone has 1k they shouldn't have to make small txs to send in everything. Because they will just make four small transactions regardless.

buyins moved down to 500, for some reason it is having troubles paying larger amounts out. Those of you who sent in 500 + maybe got only +1 back, ill fix the issue and you guys will all get paid, some people might get some extra too ;)

You can still send the coins but it wont work with tx larger than 500 so until i fix it for larger numbers, 500 will have to be the max right now.
I'll work on it. You can still send coins yes. It won't be affected by what I am doing. Sending coins as normal should still work, as they wont be paid until tomorrow sometime anyways.
10% is alot of inflation what do you guys think on a %?

Issue has been solved. Transactions larger than 3 figures, were failing because of commas in the number, its been fixed. Just letting everyone know what the issue was if you had a large tx.

Everything is back online

Iv thought about that. I have also thought about 1%, on a monthly basis. But that seems like to little considering the amount of coins that would pile up. Most of them should be moved into cold storage if the coins keep accumulating. If people were ok with this, this could be an option, or even fractions of a %. Just an idea. Let me know what everyone thinks. I wont move anything without broadcasting it first.

Address has changed for sending funds into, everything should still be processed as normal and any old/new transactions into the old address should still work. Please start using the new address.
These addresses will be swapped out roughly once a week.

For mining the total Net Hashrate is only 14.18 MH/s atm.

Does that impact transactions moving from our wallets to eTrust's wallet and back to us again?

It's fine, Just a little low net hash we could use more but  its not a big deal. Transactions work fine.

I just got home and checked it out. Just looks like someone with a big bag is buying and selling to himself. All the premine funds are still in one spot. The entire eTRUST funds hasn't been touched.
And honestly. I don't even have access to those funds easily. They are on a remote server and the system is automatic. None of those funds will ever move unless its paying out. The whole reason I created this was to give back to people.

It has been brought to my attention a few different places about renaming/rebranding tis coin. Entrustcoin is an alright name, given the concept on this coin, but if anyone has a better suggestion I am open.

Better than POS because its guaranteed regardless of your 'weight'

Get em while you can. Tonight It will go back to normal. Leaving it at 50 confirmations really depletes all the funds in the wallet but its alright as long as its getting disbursed.

I'll gladly spread my hash, but I tried yesterday night with your pool with 150 MHs for 30 min against 12 MHs in the other pool and I didn't find any block. Also tried now, 20 mins with the same hashrate and the pool says nothing (now is like 850 MHs at the other pool), but this time at the bfgminer I'm told that I found 4 blocks. And my payment address is gone and I cannot set up again because I got a message telling me that address is already in use...

I think so something is not running properly.

It was stated that this coin does need a special stratum. There isnt many coins out there tha are scrypt with blck skimming. Stratum needs to be modified for it to work correctly.
I do believe OCMiner figured it out. You might want to shoot him a message and see how he got it working. ( I did pay you the bounty, so we should get your pool running properly :) ) If you need some help.
I can help you get it working, but youll have to ask OC how he did it.

spread hash on our pool. thanks

Confirmations are at 1400, 2k was a bit too high and would take longer than 24h. It should be really close to 25h at 1400 Confirmations

Yeah they are working to resolve the issue. Because this coin takes from each block, and its scrypt, it needs a special stratum.

As for the registration, it's not closed. But its not open:)
When it is finished we will open registration.

I see the mistake that happened. Im not sure why but it paid out back into the system. so you sent in. And instead of paying it out to you, it sent it back to itself. It must have pulled the wrong address. Did you use the wallet when you sent the coins in ?
You should have received them just now, I see it just paid you. so it should be fixed. (Errors happen, I am happy to fix then when someone brings them to my attention)
Sorry your coins got trapped.

Send me the transaction ID if it is over 1400 confirmations, If not just wait. I am fixing stuff so I have paused all the payouts. Everyone will be paid when It comes back online (Granted your over 1400 confirmations)

Don't move your coins. Everyone is having problems updating and since not everyone is updating the network is forked. It will be resolved when the pool/exchange updates their wallets.

Staking should still pay into the address for investing.

Just notice that we have a new walled - mandatory update - from the OP.  ( implanting PoS )

Once the POS function works in the wallet, I'm guessing will we get the same 10% each day without having to send the coins. correct?

how to update the wallet
You should just be able to download the new wallet from updated op and it will all be OK. Back up wallet.dat to be safe first.

If this does not work then there's the appdata file route.

Have 2 transactions which seem to be stuck at the saame number of confirmations for a couple hrs now:

9f500ba1f4a7da7d2cc2a0745ab10f28df53c166ef092e0ccd2104c71e16c43b

and

d145b817ea2809dde50dad8e7e8a575613f492b2b1bbc11952790245bde1b3e2

Also,  my wallet gets an error message when i try to open it. the error mentions not being able to load blockdata and something about the genesis block.

EDIT:
1. got my wallet going by taking everything (except wallet.dat) out of my appdata folder.

2. I saw only 2 workers at Suprnova pool. I switched one of my rigs over to help out. When i went to check how it was doing, it  wasn't connected and the other 2 guys were gone. Pool is at zero. Net hash rate is only about 250 MH/S.

Maybe you should try the new wallet.
Because everyone is having issues using the old wallets
If you are still having issues, delete all the blockchain data and resync to the network. It should work alright. If your still having problem let me know so we can get them resolved. I did warn everyone the other day NOT TO MOVE COINS because i was updating nodes. You will have to update your program and it should work fine.

If you have not updated today, then update.

K well update again. Because i updated the code 5 times yesterday (sorry) but it is working fine.
The only reason i can think your not syncing/stalled is because your out of date.
Just download the new client, wipe the chain and make sure you backup your wallet
I just helped a guy over twitter fix this issue, i told him to get the new source backup his wallet and delete everything else.
It worked for him. Try using the windows wallet QT link thats on the OP, And let me know if its still not working after you have done all of this.

yep- that's what i see too.

@entrustcoin,

I just installed it again after removing everything except my wallet.dat file. It's updating ok now. If i see any issues i'll let you know.

What age do the coins need to be in order to begin staking in the wallet?

Now that it's updated, when i unlock the wallet for staking, i get a windows error message saying the wallet has stopped working -then it shuts down.

The pool was 0 MH/s and 0 workers. I'm putting my Mini Titan a while to push the blockchain.

If anyone wants to mine some before 20000 block let me know and I 'll pull out it.

IMHO, I'll turn into POS after 20000 block.

Blocks should be staking, I have already staked a few blocks. It may be slow because there isn't much net weight.

Website is offline because it can't pay out when the blockchain isn't moving. Its stuck on block 20001 because no one is staking. There isnt enough netweight right now.
Net weight is at 400

People will have to stake, the network is barely alive
Without people staking the network is slow, I know i have alot of your guys coins but i cant send them until its moving and i will not try until its moving along well.
I will get everyone coins back, trust me. Just let me get it going

The network is moving, just super slow. Try the new wallet, If its actually CRASHING wipe your AppData/Entrustcoin info and backup your wallet.
If its not responding, just leave it, it might be slow but it will probably unfreeze. Its on block 20002, and it will keep moving, its just going really slow

conf file ? :)

Not an expert, but it's a .txt file, that you can create and change the extension to .conf, used if I'm not wrong, to add/override? the default parameters of the wallet. It's located at /appdata/roming/(coin directory).  Commonly used to add nodes.

Not all the POS coins have .conf, usually the devs hardcoded the needed stuff in the wallet.

I think so the problem here could be that there are a very few wallets staking with a very few coins. Most of coins are in the way in/out of the ponzi address. Also, no movement in the blockchain means no coin maturing, so even the staking weight is more smaller. But I can be wrong.

Yup no one (esp. windows users which would be at least 90% of us) can stake. So the chain can't move. everything is stuck.

Let me know how this works. It should be a little better, pow has also been enabled so i can get everyone paid back.
I know the wallet goes slow but if it stops responding at least give it a minute, no one has showed me an actual crash, just the wallet being a little slow and people become impatient. I have tested this and found no problems, when you unlock for staking, if it stops responding, just let it think for a minute before you get impatient and close it. I have zero problems, the wallet version is the same just make sure your using the new wallet on the OP or linked above.

Once the pool has updated source, I will hash the coin and payout to everyone, I encourage you to stake so this doesn't happen again. lol

Here it isn't crashing. Just is trying to sync with the blockchain, last block 20003. Of course, no movement no staking. Just gaining some net weight -like 12368 net weight 313

To avoid the crash, running here W8, I went to properties of the QT file and checked on "run W8 compatibily mode". Problably on W7 works the same way.

Sorry guys the website has to go down for a while, but when the chain is moving it will come back online, and I will pay everyone out their coins when we get this fixed.

Just a couple of thoughts...

Now my wallet weight is like 20014 (from like a 1000 coins) and netweight is 313... That means it isn't working at all, no? Or I think it'll be raining blocks like crazy so far I guess from my experience with "LiteDoge Forking Festival" last week...

Assuming that we're just a bunch of people around and the blockchain is stuck at 20003, what do you think about to hardfork the coin back to block 20000 or close, with the old wallet? Maybe that way will be much easier to ocminer to setup the pool again like before... (I'm not a dev nor a pool operator so maybe I just write down a very stupid think)

By the way, thanks for help ocminer, you're one of the greatest pool operators of the nowadays crypto. If you can fix this, probably none can.
