What you can get from these shares

PI metal detector sale profits:
10,000 PI Metal detector shares will together share 50% of all net profits.
Our product is even 5-10 times cheaper than other professional or semi-professional PI metal detectors currently on the market.
The parts and accessories used even have a better profit percent estimate.
Our business model emphasizes risk-free selling by producing sold detectors only after confirmed orders. Delivery time 1 to 2 weeks.
The company doesn't have any monthly costs (including web hosting which will be provided by alcurex).

Expected sales profits depend on the reference results of the trip.

What's the difference between the gold detectors you intend to start selling and normal metal detectors? You said they are pulse induction coil models, but there are standard metal detectors using pulse induction coils that detect any type of metal.

No, we can't. There are many risks already when it comes to this project (or any other prescious metal extraction deal), to add one more and potentially remove major profit from shareholders is a bad deal. I don't see a room for smilies here. You should separate private deals from business ones especially when there is a chance your private deals might have huge effect on business ones.

Other than that, this project looks worth investing into.

Also please consider adding Huntercoin to your exchange, it is an awesome altcoin developed by known developers, with unique coin distribution scheme. It is pretty much a digital version of what you are about to do with your project, metal detectors excluded.

Yes this is metal detector for any metal.
Pulse induction detector is best for heavy mineralized area.
Basic is same with all PI metal detectors from 50$ DIY to the newest 7000$ Minelab.
Usually difference is coil and circuit combinations.
Some one have good, some one not.

I don't say we have better PI circuit and coils than 7000$ Minelab have,
but at first, our product is over 10 times cheaper than that.
Other difference is, this will use multiple coils on same time. (large coil for deep scan and small coil for smaller nuggets).
Currently there is no device like that.

Here is some main properties about detector model we will start selling.

PI detector will handle two coils on same time.
Frequency can optimize suitable for different coil models.
Spider, honeycomb, Tesla and variant other coil winding methods are used for best result.

1. Coil:
Small, mid or big coil for handheld seeking alone or with 2. coil.

2. Coil:
There will be different options for second coil:
- Another small coil for expanding small nuggets seeking area.
- Small and big coils seeking small nuggets but also from deeper.
- Coil mat for deep search.

This is combination what I will use at first.
Of course if I found some coil size, capacitance, frequency or inductance better for real ground, I will change it.
Sure I will take several different coils with me to the trip.

Are there any pictures of metal detector you are about to test at Australia or at least a prototype? One of my friends is hardcore treasure hunter and would like to see the device, even a low quality photo would work.

I would like to see this metal detector as well. Can we see some pictures of the device?  I live in Vegas (near where they make Minelabs Metal Detectors), and I have been metal detecting most of my life.  This idea, is it a one time 30 day expedition only? I have been considering doing metal detecting expeditions, sponsored like this by crypto users. Where are you located ?

I too would love to see this device. I have a few handheld units but this sounds like a bit more than that. I too would join along in the expedition if it was near by to where I am but it is not.

I live in Finland, and actually I think Nevada at first, but gold nuggets seems to be more rare in there than in Australia.

On Victoria, there is many places where can freely mine.
Mining on private area need to get land owner permission.

Miners right is mandatory on Australia. I already have it for 10 years.
I'm Finland citizen. Tourists are allowed mine and claim mining area on AU.

BTW, because there is popped up so many miners... need to ask is there any Aussie?  :D

I take some pic about project, but I left my phone to office. So, tomorrow I'll send it.
I'm still waiting some parts and one circuit parts, after those comes and all coils are winded I can start boarding :)

In Ballarat local library is stored old gold maps from early gold rush.
I will search some area which have gold founded but not re-mined with new PI detectors.
I can't take maps out of library, but I will take pic and compare it with newest maps.
Hoping to find some one old location which is not mentioned on new maps.

It's the beginning of week two of the expedition and I hope we get another blog post soon. More than just the prospecting, I would be interested to learn if halibit has made any deals to sell his metal detectors.

I will meet local gold detector sellers on Saturday.
We make one day prospecting journey and I can on same way compare this system with latest minelab detectors and coiltec coils.

Here is short answer about trip:

I got good experience about gold fields on Australia and what kind of detector is needed in there.

Current market situation:
Currently there is only one model what people want to use in AU.
Minelab GP series detectors. (Few Garrets maybe sold also)
There can buy other models as well but I see no one don't buy or rent it.

Any way there is two big issues with Minelab PI detectors.
1. Metal trash
Gold leads in VIC area are full of metal trash, it makes gold detecting extremely hard.
And because hot iron ground there is impossible use VLF detectors (VLF can separate metal types but can't use on iron ground) PI detector is only choice to use.
This is number one problem.

2. search depth and area.
Gold leads are big area but prospected many many times.
Sweeping area with 20cm coil, it may take several months or years to find anything bigger.
Usually tourists not found gold on 1-2 weeks holiday.

$5000 investing per Minelab device is some kind of  issue as well.

Project continuing plan:
I propose we change our product plan a little more advance.
For selling product in Australia, we need to make better model.

Short explanation about how I plan to make our detector working:
We will use PI model with auto ground balance of course.

Then with programmed PIC we will make three advance properties for PI circuit
1. Metal trash filtering.
Only few PI detectors even try to filtering iron now.
My plan is made iron filtering using at least target size and depth filter (this will filter cans and other big metals near of surface)
Other more advanced method: Target response with different pulse frequency and time.
This one is not ever designed but technically maybe possible.
This is most hardest part and I need to make several tests and learn more before I can say more about it.

2. Depth performance:
This can make with boosting signal.
Normally low signal (target is small and deep) can't pick up because it can be just weak ground noise vary as well.
With boost Program we can check low signal on several time. If signal is stable same on every time, we can say it is possible small target deeper.
Also boost program will check signal length and form and can filter small hot ground spots near on surface out (deep and weak signal is short and signal time curve is opposite way than near surface hot rock target signal).

3. Expanding searching area
At first I plan to use double coils, but with program we may add more.
Coil timing program will listen coil and then close it, open another coil and so on.
There is no limit for coil number, but 6 small sniper coils may be still light to use.

I'm also curious for testing multiple frequency in one sweep for best result.

All programs can write in one or two PICs.
Locked PICs will also protect our model.

Of course we can start selling cheaper model as well. Only gold search with heavy ironed soil will need more advance system.

I'm checking this thread every day expecting some update but ...

I have got to keep this revolutionary idea on the first page.  This is basically what Satoshi had in mind when he created Bitcoin.

This may take while.
I don't want to start selling unfinished model.
But as I wrote, concept is ready, just need a lot work.

If you want, we can start selling fast&cheap model but honestly it can't find nuggets as minelab (on iron ground).
It might be bad reputation to start with that...

Cant say nothing about CTX-3030 model, but currently on Australia there is not many who even want to use other than minelab GPX or similar series models for prospecting gold. (+3000$ devices)
VLF detectors are useless in there.

You might be right about competing with those models, but I will make model ready at first and then we will see how and where to start marketing it.

About IPO situation:
There is 5K unsold shares left and because no volume, I will take it out from order list, so everyone can trade shares freely under or over IPO price.

Rest of 5K shares will be offered again after detector model is ready, but with 10X higer price.
More fair for early investors.

About device itself:
Main circuit is ready planned and most of components will come on next week.
With main circuit I can build basic model.
It can handle 20ns cycle. (over 50% faster than regular pulse rate)

When faster diodes, mosfets, opamps will come, I can start building our goal model 4-6ns pulse cycle.
(Faster pulse can pick signal from smaller metal objects and makes possible to search it deeper)
Have to say those components are not cheap, but we can live with it.
Those will rise costs about 120$.

Then need to build module for separate different waves.
But this part I can design after I see basic model on action.

About model:
I'm on half way with circuit.
Power supply and transmitter are ready.
I made it so wave duration, length and frequency can change.
Next is receiver circuit.. and then need to balance faster coil than I have ever seen used with PI.
(Need to be low noise components and coil self resonance)

Hoping you have patience to wait because I really try to make this well.

About marketing:
My plan is send samples to some resellers and they can test it in real life.
If they will get better result with our device than any other one, I'm pretty sure they will start sell it.
But also I will build webshop for it.
And if I'll get time on next summer, I will go to Lapland gold field.
It is place where is only extremely tiny nuggets.
Nice challenge for any device.

Yes schematic is all ready and Breadboard model tested.
All fine so far.
Tomorrow I will start with pcb.
And I need to make unique coil for this model. but I already have all parts for that.
Then I can start testing it.
I will print results in here.
This project I really like :)

After several tests I have made our version 1 model using 400 to 1000v pulse.
Opto isolated pic will read pulse to the low voltage size and separate cycle voltage result in eight samples with 1024 levels.
Those eight samples are depth and 1024 value is target size.

This model will have
- LCD screen and sound monitoring.
- microprocessor programmed system.
- Manual and auto Ground balancing.
- Surface trash and iron filtering system
- Target depth and size calculating.

Patience, I can show results soon..

On next week, I can send scope picks about tx and rx pulse data, but before I can show how it will acting in real life, I need to find one more component. I need 1-10 or max100us isolated relay for damping rx coil before reading process. This need to be physically open/close model so it will not damp coil when collector is open.

Maybe I should search some other el guy to finishing this project to a live with me.
My time is so limited.

I think it may be time to admit that your attempts were a failure. Hell, you didnt even make updates on what you mined on the trip which was supposed to be dispersed between shareholders. It was a foolish investment on my part; one of many and definitely not the last. If the idea is dead and no longer moving forward, then own it and let everyone move forward.
