wow, i have had a horrible experience so far!

Signed up for the 100% bonus. deposited my funds, tried to log in on mobile and using the fullsite just caused the browser to zoom and zoom out on its own, unusable. moved to the mobile version and entered my details, press log in and nothing. tried pressing enter, nothing. so i switched to my desktop. logged in and placed a bet. my balance was xxx.xx. so i placed all of it leaving 0.00 in the player account. my bet lost, i try to play using bonus funds and i just get some cryptic error saying "not before player account". my player account is at 0. bet has been settled. i then log into the mobile site using my desktop and see that my player account has 0.00458 left over. that is below minimum bet amount...i hope the error isnt suggesting that i need to use those funds before bonus is available. when using desktop site these decimal funds dont even show...not even in withdraw. so how can mobile show 0.00458 and desktop only 0.00. mobile experience was horrible. no live chat. not impressed

The entire balance is currently visible (up to 5 decimals) on the mobile version, but not on our desktop version, where we only display 2 decimals. This will be corrected soon. Your first bet had a stake of _.XX and left 0.00XX mBTC in your balance. This is why our script didn't consider your first bet as completing the required wagering for activating the bonus balance (your bonus balance is actually perfectly equal to your first deposit, so, in your case, the bonus balance was _.XXXX)

Yes, you have to bet the bonus amount once from your player/deposit balance in order to activate the bonus balance for betting.
After the bonus balance has been activated for betting, you'll have to achieve a 8X rollover betting from bonus balance. Winnings from bonus betting are added to the bonus balance. When the rollover is complete, the entire bonus balance at that point (including the winnings) is automatically transferred to your player account, therefore becoming withdraw-able.

Can you see your deposit got confirmed on the blockchain? If yes, they wiol credit you very soon, if it is no confirmed by the blockchain(you say 3 hours confirmation?), so it is a delayed there.

I have been facing multiple issues regarding my account balance at powerbet.io. My account balance was automatically reduced  multiple times.
I kept emailing powerbet.io for the issues but did not get a reply.

I had about 270 mbTC in my account. Today I had place two bets of approzaimately 141 mbtc with 2.96 odds. Both those bets won which makes my account balance 130 + 420 = 550mbtc

Today I got an email from powerbet stating that I have violated their terms and conditions and they voided all my bets. I don't know what arbitage betting is all about but yes I was betting on the games where there was odds movement. And for this reason they have banned me permanently and stolen all my money. I just dont understand what they mean from the below statement for which they have banned me.

Why do you void arbitrage winnings? You don't allow arbitrage on your site? Do you mean he bet on double side to decrease the risk? IMO it is acceptable.

Hi jujugoboom, I think you confuse arbitrage betting with "matched betting". An arbitrator bets on double "sites" and he "doesn't decrease risk", he takes none. No matter the match result, he will always have a small gain. Different sportsbooks have different policies about arbitrage, we are against it.

I see some complaints about confiscation and void winning bets, which is unfair IMO, if you don't accept their bets, yhey will bet elsewhere, and you lose customers.

There was no confiscation involved.
Voiding was performed on all arbitrage bets (not just winning ones) and this resulted in the arbitrator having a negative balance with us due to his previous withdrawals, which exceeded his deposits. If we lose arbitrage players, than it means our policy against arbitrage is giving results.

yesterday the same thing happened with me so I contacted their support , it showed that they sent you a confirmation email when you registered so you have to verify your email first and you may find it in your spam folder

by the way anyone knows how much it takes to process the withdrawal , it's an hour and the thread is showing that powerbet has instant withdrawals
also I don't know why they don't have 2FA , 2FA is a must in a gambling site

I had a similar experience. I tried to withdraw but my withdrawal got reversed. After the reversal there was no withdrawal option in my account anymore. I contacted the support and got the message that my account has been flagged for ID verification. In the other powerbet thread there was a statement by powerbet that ID verification will only be requested in very rare cases, if ever. Only in case of suspicion of match fixing or similar cases. I made bets with a stake of 25 MBTC and I'm pretty much break even on my account so I'm not sure how that could be suspicious. The bet sizes are way too small for arbitrage abuse or match fixing.

However I sent my passport and could withdraw my money but after the withdrawal I'm limited to 10 MBTC per bet even on the spanish premier league. I'm not sure which kind of customer are welcome at powerbet. I made small bets and round stakes and even verified my ID but I'm still limited to crazy small amounts.

It is easy to say this with a newbie account. Just take a look on the registration process, they asks us to fill too many personal details for registration such as birtdate, first and last name, phone number, address, etc. It is not an anonymous betting site, I would prefer to avoid this one as it is against the anonimity of bitcoin. I think this is the main reasons why this site is not so popular compared to other bitcoin sportsbetting site.

Actually, most of the "personal details" you mentioned above are not mandatory, they are optional (and marked as such on the registration form). The only required data is the email address, chosen username and password. ID verification process is only triggered under certain circumstances and regular players won't have to undergo the process.

Just tried to register, but there are 3 steps to register.
1st step : username, password and email
2nd step : first name, last name, birthdate, mobile number, currency
3rd step : country, city, address, postcode.
