I am a new powerbet user. I deposited 0.1 BTC today and made some bets. But I am not able to find out how to withdraw.
I tried raising the issue through the Contact us link at bottom. But I did not get not get any reply. Please guide me through the process of withdrawing money at powerbet.
Are there any rollover requirements I need to meet before making my first withdrawal? I have made about 5 to 6 bets till now.
Please help me in this.

Hi, we've responded through email already, but it seems our emails don't reach you. It seems your email address is still unconfirmed, that is the reason withdrawals are not enabled for your account. Please check your spam folder as well for our confirmation email. Alternatively, you can send us an email to our support email from your registered email account and we'll manually confirm your email. Thanks for addressing the issue. It was resolved.
Today I facing one more issue. I deposited 10 mtc to my account but it still not refelcted. Please verify and update my account balance. Also I have raised it to Powerbet.io support as well.
Deposits require one confirmation before being credited to your player account. If your deposit is confirmed, but still not credited, please send us an email at our support email with the transaction ID or the receiving address of your deposit. |

Thanks powerbet for a quick response. All the emails from powerbet were going into spam folders.
I am really impressed by to quick reply here as well as email.
Also I found this site pretty good in terms of markets. There are a lot of markets which other bitcoin bookie do not have. So I recommend this site to the new users as well. Also there support team is very good.

This issue will be addressed with priority next week. |

yesterday the same thing happened with me so I contacted their support , it showed that they sent you a confirmation email when you registered so you have to verify your email first and you may find it in your spam folder by the way anyone knows how much it takes to process the withdrawal , it's an hour and the thread is showing that powerbet has instant withdrawals also I don't know why they don't have 2FA , 2FA is a must in a gambling site EDIT : got my withdrawal , it seems that I double clicked withdraw which caused to create two requests so the system got lost I guess  |

I'm ok with verifying my account , but previously you did disclose player's info to 3rd party so how am I supposed to trust you with my ID |

it's same for me, i'm experiencing a delay or missing option for withdrawals, it's unfortunate that they have this issue when they are advertising instant withdrawals in this thread |

I only did one withdrawal and it was 100 mbtc also I received it instantly yesterday the email isn't saying that I have to but it's showing that my account is flagged and limited and it will remain like that till I verify my account just posting to see if I'm the only one that was asked to do that since my maximum bet was 75 mbtc and max win was 90 mbtc |

I had a similar experience. I tried to withdraw but my withdrawal got reversed. After the reversal there was no withdrawal option in my account anymore. I contacted the support and got the message that my account has been flagged for ID verification. In the other powerbet thread there was a statement by powerbet that ID verification will only be requested in very rare cases, if ever. Only in case of suspicion of match fixing or similar cases. I made bets with a stake of 25 MBTC and I'm pretty much break even on my account so I'm not sure how that could be suspicious. The bet sizes are way too small for arbitrage abuse or match fixing.
However I sent my passport and could withdraw my money but after the withdrawal I'm limited to 10 MBTC per bet even on the spanish premier league. I'm not sure which kind of customer are welcome at powerbet. I made small bets and round stakes and even verified my ID but I'm still limited to crazy small amounts.

sent an email like 9 hours ago and still no response from the support , also it seems that Powerbet was active today in the forums and didn't reply
anyways I'm not only limited but also I can't withdraw even I have less than 0.5 btc in active bets and balance
since they mentioned that in TOS I won't complain that much ( even almost all sites have that and never ask for it ) , but it's just weird how complicated it's to bet using this site
so if you want to gamble at powerbet take that into your consideration

i was betting for few days then you requested ID and my account was limited. Why would you request ID for bitcoin betting? this does not make any sense.
I sent you my ID but now the account is limited to 50mbtc per bet. seriously I really don't have time for games for this kind of bookies. I sent you few emails and few support messages and nothing.
please, just let me know if you are going to remove the limit because otherwise i don't have anything to look for in your website..
