I tried this betting site and impressed! Recommended! Everything was ok till using bonus amount. I deposited and wagered deposit amount over 1.70 odd. Withdrawed winnings+deposit and tried to use my bonus amount. Withdraw process is instant and good than nitrogensports. I couldnt be able to use bonus amount, but i did everyhing as stated on rules.. Some script gives this error when i click to wager bonus amount: bonus_account.bet_place_not_permitted_before_player_accoun Contacted support and waiting for answer. I hope they will solve problem.  (Sorry for my poor english!) Hi Naokia980, you came across the same problem as in the following quote. We're still working on fixing this. Please help me! I deposited and placed a bet with my full deposited amount on a odd higher then 1.60 and lost the bet.
Now i activate the bonus its shown in the balance BUT I CANT BET WITH IT NO MATTER WHAT I DO!!!
It says always something like bets not permiotted before player balance or something i think it means i have to wager deposit first BUT I DID IT!
I thought maybe i need some balance on players balance and deposited again small amount but still doent work
I contacted support by email twice and they dont answer...
Who has the same problem?
Hi hfglhf, the problem was this: your initial deposit was in the form of _.XXXX mBTC (4 decimals), while we only display two decimals. The entire balance is currently visible (up to 5 decimals) on the mobile version, but not on our desktop version, where we only display 2 decimals. This will be corrected soon. Your first bet had a stake of _.XX and left 0.00XX mBTC in your balance. This is why our script didn't consider your first bet as completing the required wagering for activating the bonus balance (your bonus balance is actually perfectly equal to your first deposit, so, in your case, the bonus balance was _.XXXX) Again, we will update the desktop version as soon as possible to display all decimals. Well accusations without proofs are worthless but still it's good to also have positive feedback! |

I love this site. They have very good variety of markets and very decent odds. Also a very attractive bonus offer with no hidden conditions.
The withdrawals are instant.
Few things that they need to improve are as below.
Their support team is not upto the mark. I have tried contacting them twice and I didn't get reply once.
Today also I am facing one issue. My bets are not yet settled even after 1.5 hrs of match finish. I tried waiting and then dispatching an email Still waiting for their reply. Hope they work to improve on this area. They definitely have a good chance to hit the top bitcoin sportsbook rank.
Also Powerbet.io please reply on my issue.
Bet : 3690, 3691, 3692 are not settled. Please release so that I can make more bets.

Hello, i made my first deposit of 0.05 BTC at 03:04 AM and the payment got confirmed like 3 hours later by blockchain
So the payment is fully confirmed but not arrived in my powerbet account. Also in transactions history on powerbet i dont see it.
I did everything right the deposit adress was 100% correct and i checked 3 times. I can provide all information
Why is the money not in my account? Please add the money into my account and also my first deposit bonus please.

Can you see your deposit got confirmed on the blockchain? If yes, they wiol credit you very soon, if it is no confirmed by the blockchain(you say 3 hours confirmation?), so it is a delayed there. |

I have been facing multiple issues regarding my account balance at powerbet.io. My account balance was automatically reduced multiple times.
I kept emailing powerbet.io for the issues but did not get a reply.
I had about 270 mbTC in my account. Today I had place two bets of approzaimately 141 mbtc with 2.96 odds. Both those bets won which makes my account balance 130 + 420 = 550mbtc
Today I got an email from powerbet stating that I have violated their terms and conditions and they voided all my bets. I don't know what arbitage betting is all about but yes I was betting on the games where there was odds movement. And for this reason they have banned me permanently and stolen all my money. I just dont understand what they mean from the below statement for which they have banned me.
PowerBet services are intended for recreational players and PowerBet may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in betting and gambling.
I just cant understand where did I go wrong. Also if there were any issues with my bets they should have told me regarding this before banning. I would have been cautious or stopped bettting at powerbet. But stealing my money without even letting me know is insane.
Below is the copy of email I received from powerbet.
After reviewing your account activity with PowerBet, we have found you have violated our term and conditions, specifically you have continuously placed arbitrage bets, which is a form of professional betting. As stated in our terms and conditions: "PowerBet services are intended for recreational players and PowerBet may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in betting and gambling."
Therefore, we regret to inform you that your account has been permanently banned and all winnings from arbitrage bets placed on our website have been voided.
I am just requesting powerbet to return my money. I won't be betting at their site any more because I dont even know what I have unintentionally done wrong.

Hi jujugoboom, I think you confuse arbitrage betting with "matched betting". An arbitrator bets on double "sites" and he "doesn't decrease risk", he takes none. No matter the match result, he will always have a small gain. Different sportsbooks have different policies about arbitrage, we are against it. |

Powerbet.io, if I understand it right, is this the reason you took all my money? I never bet on multiple sites the same game. I just search and find good odds. Which ever bookie provide me good odds, I bet there. Is this wrong as per your terms. I found good odds for few games and powerbet.io and I bet on it. that is what I have done. If I would have found good odds somewhere else I would have placed bets there.
Now I am confident that they got me wrong if above mentioned is their reason for voiding my bets.

I just bet on powerbet.io for the games it had best odds. That is all I was doing. I keep searching for bookies with best odds on the game I want to place bet. |

There is no need for a "rat" on other sportsbooks  Actually, detecting arbitrage betting is rather easy for an operator as there are pretty clear and simple indicators. You could actually google about it and its detection. Not only voiding my bets. They banned me permanently and kept all my money in the account. God knows how they define their terms and execute on us.
Actually, we only voided your winnings obtained from arbitrage betting which resulted in a negative balance on your account. As mentioned before, this is due to the fact that you withdrew such winnings before we detected and stopped your arbitrage activity. |
