Can I make a payment using the funds that I am receiving on my Indian Paypal account? Some years back we were not able to use funds received on Indian Paypal account to make payments. We had to first withdraw the funds to an Indian bank account and then use it for payments. Don't know what provision it is now. Any funds in your Indian PayPal account are unavailable for sending and get auto-withdrawn to your Indian bank account.
