The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

But PayPal don't accept INR. Your potential buyer should send you preev+7% in USD and you will be paying PayPal's goods and services fee also as Indian PayPal account holders can't send as gift?

@sardasa
Can I make a payment using the funds that I am receiving on my Indian Paypal account?
Some years back we were not able to use funds received on Indian Paypal account to make payments. We had to first withdraw the funds to an Indian bank account and then use it for payments.
Don't know what provision it is now.

This is still the case unfortunately. Any funds in your Indian PayPal account are unavailable for sending and get auto-withdrawn to your Indian bank account.
