As for cash out in ATM the fee is 2.5€
transactions in mall/internet etc. are free.
For transactions abroad the currency is EUR

Do we have to activate these cards ourselves or can you do it for us. If you can, what information will you need of the card?

You can do it yourself, if you want me to do it, I'll have to know the account number connected with the card.
There's an inner envelope with PIN - it's always sealed.

Does this card work with paypal?

I can add it to my account and withdraw at ATM?
What are USD limits?

And is this card sent by registered mail? Can you send it without registered mail?

What payments do you accept? I have no bit coins but can pay various ways. Also have family in Poland that can send you money somehow if that helps.

I can send it in normal letter but you take the risk of it getting lost.
I accept bitcoins and I prefer to be it that way.
These cards should work with paypal. I had no complaints on that - many customers buy it just for PP activation.

If I understand you correctly.
This card is already connected with its bank account and so you can't connect it with other account.
If you transfer money to the account tied to card you can easily withdraw cash from ATM.
Notice! Check the fees
f.e BRE CARD for cash out in ATM the fee is 2.5€
transactions in mall/internet etc. are free.There is a 3% cost of currency change but it's still cheaper than exchanging money in currency exchanges by yourself.

I've asked my Polish friends about that and they use it. It can be toped up even by USD, EUR and GBP. Somebody of you used it in different currency than PLN? Is it acceptable everywhere?

"Currency cards are currently unavailable. Information about their return will be announced."

Yep.a friend of mine used them in Germany. Both cards got blocked after time for no reason,lucky for him with just a little bit over 10 € left of the money he put into the cards.
If you do your research ,you will find out that almost all people had the same problems,so i really don't recommend using them in foreign countries.
