transactions in mall/internet etc. are free.
For transactions abroad the currency is EUR

I can send it in normal letter but you take the risk of it getting lost.
I accept bitcoins and I prefer to be it that way.
These cards should work with paypal. I had no complaints on that - many customers buy it just for PP activation.

This card is already connected with its bank account and so you can't connect it with other account.
If you transfer money to the account tied to card you can easily withdraw cash from ATM.
Notice! Check the fees
f.e BRE CARD for cash out in ATM the fee is 2.5€
transactions in mall/internet etc. are free.There is a 3% cost of currency change but it's still cheaper than exchanging money in currency exchanges by yourself.
