 I have received 7 tokens in My Ether Wallet. But I still did not sell any of them. If I sell those token, how I do it..? some tokens are still not in any market oh any exchanges..? Do I have to keep those token oh Can I sell..? please any of you know help me.. :( :(

what is the name of the token you got? Usually some airdrop tokens or bounty tokens will go directly to etherdelta.com when listed in exchange. You have to wait your token to get listed in the market or else its a scam token airdrops. You can check here  at coinmarketcap.com and search your token.

whichever coin you have, First check their website or their social media account for Exchanger announcement. If they do than sell their.
Or wait till they announce their exchange listing.
Be patient man cause they are all free money...  ;D ;D

You have to check what are the exchanges the tokens are listed on. You can check on coinmarketcap, token announcement thread and token social media pages.

Most tokens are listed on Etherdelta.

But yeah it's not rare at all to see tokens that have no value whatsoever after an airdrop or bounty because it's not going to be every coin that makes it to the big exchanges. You just need to find a buyer or keep holding until there is an exchange, if you do believe in the project.

Try listing it on the section of the forum which is altcoin marketplace.

You can find them etherdelta.com or coin marketcap.com and whitch are not found in the market you can hold them. Easily you can buy or sell your token in those marketplace. There have too many marketplace for trading. Bittrex is one of the most popular among them.

You can sell the tokens once its listed in any exchanges most of the tokens happened recently listed in etherdelta wait until its listed to etherdelta once it is listed you can sell . even you can sell the coin in services and goods section BCT if anybody intersted they will buy . But you should have trusted member . Keeping escrow for this coins not worth. So wait until get listed in exchanges.

Most of the Tokens for bounties are ERC 20 tokens and you ahould be able to sell them on Etherdelta or RadarRelay (havent tried it yet).then the often come to Liqui or HitBtc

The tokens you receive can be sold wherever they are listed. usually the newly-received tokens will be listed on etherdelta, you can sell them here, and usually the newly listed tokens are sometimes very low and disappointing but you can wait some time and there is a possibility that the market price will go up, and if the market price has not gone up well saved first.

All the tokens on Ethereum blockchain can be traded on EtherDelta without being officially listed there. That's the main advantage on this exchange. So if a token is not listed, just use it's contact address and paste it in the trading pare like: 0x324.....4b-ETH. Also check if token is transferable, otherwise you won't be able to deposit it and will just loose some ETH for transaction fee.

check your coin whether it is in coinmarket, if not then just leave that coin in the wallet because there will be no price.

Firstly buy ETH which will serve as gas or tx fee, look for the exchange they are listed on most of these airdrops are on ED import ur wallet on ED and place ur sell order.

Generally, all ERC20 tokens (coins) are tradeable if they are transferable. Etherdelta or Decentrex are usually the first place tokens are added to and where you can trade them.
To add custom (not yet listed) token, click on list of tokens and select 'Other' (you will need custom token contract address and decimal).
But, be carefull with Etherdelta, it's generally a really slow exchange, with some high rates if you don't manage your gas fees correctly.

If you want to find out other exchanges where your coins can be sold, go to Coinmarketcap - https://coinmarketcap.com/ . There are all the information that you need if the coin is listed.  

Before selling your token, make sure you have gas in MEW at least 0.001. After that check on the stock whether your token has been listed on the exchange. Because airdrop tokens usually have to wait listed on the exchange.

if u want to sell your token make sure, the token already trading in market
u can go to coinmarketcap. and searchh your coin that choose market, u can see where market accept that coin

If tokens are not listed in exchanges you can't sell them unless you find someone here who want's them, but to be honest who would want to buy unlisted token?
You can burn them(send them to unknown eth address), you can hold them or you can sell them if you find buyer.

first, you to have some eth so you can transfer your tokens and selling them!

make sure that you will earn more than transfers fees else you will waste your time and money!

As many has mentioned most of the airdrop tokens are in ERC20 format and are mostly listed on etherdelta. Be aware that you will need ether to pay for the gas to transfer the coins to exchange, sometimes if you are getting very little amount make sure this is really worth it.

You can most probably use Etherdelta, but you have to wait if the coin is not listed there yet.

How can we check if the token is transferable? Does it mean not all tokens listed on EtherDelta are transferrable.

Try to check in the thread about altcoin you have. Find information where their market is located. Usually airdrop or bounty coin is in etherdelta. Or you can check on https://coinmarketcap.com

If its not listed in the exchanger then you might be in the presale stage of the token project. You can wait for it to hit the exchanger and sell it afterwards. You can get the more information from the project social media such as twitter, Facebook or you can always watch the ANN thread that they are having.


I am waiting for my XFCCOIN to hit the exchanger since last 6 months. So you don't have to worry about your token. Juts go to their ANN page and seek for information on how and when they are going to list the token.


Once they publish the info then send the tokens to that exchanger and do the trade.

i have 16 different kinds of tokens, BRAT,EDOGE,MSC,10MT,EZEC,IBTC,IETH,OHNI,ATN,ATS,ATMT,BTCM,ETRUST,ECNY,JS and ELT. i sell my other token that i know will not pump anymore. so i can get balance to my ether wallet address to got a better trade.

You can go to http://coinmarketcap.com/ and check where is your token, you can then search on this token page, what exchange it is on, and other stuff like social network of the project, website, and many other technical things and values.

Generally, shitty coins start appearing on etherdelta, an slow paltform where you can buy and sell odd coins. Be carefull with the gas fee, if you forget to set it correctly.

Yep.. you have to wait for add exchange your token for sell. Otherwise No Option to sell your token.

Most of airdrop come exchange after distribution time and  bounty tokens are come after ICO and they added etherdelta exchange. You can follow up with your token road map and future plan. I think you can find out when comes in exchange Platform.

Maybe you should take a look at EtherDelta. The most coins are getting added after a couple of days. Some coins are already tradable, if you look search for the contract ;)

You can check your coins on etherdelta as all coins/tokens of myetherwallet shown after allotment there. If you are not able to find your coin there, you can check by adding that coin contract address,symbol and decimals in the coins list other column after all coins list. Then you can see your coin otherwise you have to wait till that coin to be added in etherdelta or any other exchange.

You never mention what is the name of the token you got dude. Because, you must know first what exchange does your token listed?
And you find the update of that token in the main thread where you applied to the forum they announced about it.

If you do not see these tokens in the list, it means you cannot yet sell them.
The cost of the token depends directly on the number of their users and activity of these people. As soon as enough people involve into this business, you will see the information about the sale of Airdrop and Bounty.

I also use this wallet to participate in most ICO, as well as for Ethereum translations. You should know that MyEtherWallet is not completely an online wallet. As the developers say - the user does not create an account and does not trust his tokens for storage in an online service.

If the token you have still not listed in any exchanges you should wait for a while then sell it when it's listed but not every token listed :))). Beside you can create a selling topic in Marketplace (Altcoins) I've seen a lot of people did it before although the token they sold not listed already. Don't forget to check the ANN topic to see if token is listed or not or you can check on Etherdelta cause there are a lot of new token often listed in here as the first exchange.

why do you want to sell the airdrop. cant you wait to let it appreciate and sell for a higher price. By the way, you can wait for it to enlist on an exchange before you can trade it.

You have to first check whether the coins are listed in the market or not. You can also look for its value so you'll have a good idea on how much you'll be willing to sell your coins. Although, there are instances that some coins are not registered in trading platforms so you just have to wait for it to be listed on any exchange. But since we're talking about airdrops, most of them eventually ends up as shitcoins.

You have to monitor where those coins are being traded, always keep up to date when exchanges are added. With airdrop tokens you sometimes have to be real fast to sell them before the price dumps too hard. If its a legit project, I would not sell too early though.

I'm kinda wondering the same thing when it comes to my Waves tokens. The faucet gave me a bunch of different coins, don't really know if they are worth anything.

You can always search those things simply by just Googling it which you can actually find a certain coins status when it comes if it do have exchange or not but mostly if erc20 tokens they are listed mostly on Etherdelta specially new ones since this is the exchange on where new coins being listed.IF you cant see the new coin that you are seeking for then better to follow the updates on the dev on the coins that you do have recieve regarding on listing it on exchanges.

You may use any exchange where you tokens listed at. But in my opinion the best place to trade erc20 tokens is EtherDelta. It's pretty hard to use at first, but it worth using it.

a lot of the waves ones are currently not able to be traded....like wavesfullnode, wavescommunitytoken, ect
but apparently those will have some use at some point, so it's still good to rack them up

it is a stepwise procedure, first you should have myetherwallet and some amount of eth in it as gass then check coinmarketcap to see whether it is listed on any exchange or not ..if it is listed you can transfer and sale that token
