- We are planning a bounty program with the public sales but currently we are in discussion with our legal partner on this topic.
- Price per token will be announced soon. We are going to have our institutional and qualified investors round over this week. Afterwards we are able to provide further information regarding the token price.
- There will be no direct bonus, but the price will increase for every 1.000.000 sold token.
- We don't see a problem with the FINMA process but this takes a couple of weeks. Swiss ICO.
- The backend of the video platform is ready, we can use the platform at the beginn of next year. The first prototyp of the smart contract part will be ready in Q2 2018
- Yes KYC is required.

Not a problem.  I really believe that the ICO is the perfect vehicle for this type of thing.  I mean, there are too many free loaders in media production, that only profit through in transparent and inaccessible markets.  If Hendrik is able to pull this off, it will become the next media licensing standard.  That will put the creative talent in the forefront, and keep the admin to what it should be: BACKOFFICE!!!

MILC could you go more into detail on vesting-periods? I mean without vesting early investors could just dump that coin as soon as it gets listed on an exchange, which wouldn't be pleasant.

Yes, we actually have two TV channels.
In addition, we already sell content to other countries.

Of course the B2B market for video content is quiet complicated. Sometimes you sell only some seconds, in other cases a whole show.
Also you need synchronization, we doing this for example with our partner Swiss TXT.

i know welt der wunder since it was broadcasted on pro7, long time ago. guess it was the first kind of tv show in germany that focused science/knowledge. luckily a few weeks ago my cable tv provider took welt der wunder on their list.

When there will open information about the ICO and tokens specification ? It seems that right now the thread is for information purposes only. Already almost one week has gone since the topic is active and quality discussions have been among different members of the forum.

How high was the demand for the token sale in november?
Why do you prefer regular currency over crypto? It is a token sale after all.

Where do I get the picture of what the actual service product, the licensing process, looks like? Overlooking your white paper I neither see overly technical stuff and also the legal mechanics that you promise to implement are hardly aproaching the realm of specificity.
 
Also why do you lay so much emphasis on what you call 'Media-Asset-Management'? Also it is not clear where this cloud is coming from. Is it your own/SwissTxt's, or could it be any existing service? In case of Netflix who with its Open Connect Appliances directly working toghether with ISPs would be publishing their content world wide in a seemless manner if it wasn't for all those nation-specific licensing issues. I hope you don't try to become the next Netflix.

If I understand it correctly the whole venture rises and falls with the quality of the implementation. How will content creators or their publishers for that matter actually use your contraction?

Help me if I get this wrong: Your smart contract will most certainly be the first of its kind, but once its out there it will probably not be the last. So unless you can put a patent on it (which I'm not sure is even possible) it has to be 100% implementable to the market to be successful.

How specific do you intend to become?
How do you deal with imposts and restrictions concerning all sorts of things... lets say (for instance) advertising? If I want to sell content that persuades people to quit smoking can I prevent the buyer from putting Marlboro ads next to it? And if he does anyway, how is that claim made? Its not like the blockchain would be preventing or punishing him.

Now, how do I understand your model right? You create smart contracts that cut the cost of fees and intricate legal aspects of selling video content from creation to consumption by implementing a platform with the good folks of Swisstxt that functions basically like a VOD for VODs, TV and other sorts of video publisher?
To get it going you try to sell your own content to show how well it works
you only do that in Germany (at first) so that there is not so much trouble with licensing issues and what not (at first).. By the time you are ready to expand to other juristictions you hope to have worked out how to make your content legal enough and maybe create so much impact that it simply becomes standard procedure for video publishing?

I'm not sure how much middle man is cut out by that approach, but if cost is just right and you provide and present the necessary legal standarts brilliantly enough, this might work just wonderfully.

Still I'm not conviced: In Germany, how many creators and publishers of the video content you are looking for as users of your platform are one and the same entity? Surely companies like Walt Disney Company that at the same time produce and sell don't mind high lawer fees and strict copyright agreements. I would even argue that its pretty much in their interest because owning exclusive rights to their content is their bread and butter. On the other hand Germany with its laws recognizing "Urheberrecht" being different from copyright might even be a rather good place to start (being ignorous to the fact that copyright laws in Germany have gotten increasingly stricter (and worst for that matter) since time immemorial).

At first I thought that you just aimed at implementing a smart contract that legally required people to transfer content from creation to consumption (a bit like paypal). I didn't know that you wanted to be the netflix of  netflix.

Didn't you use to prefer crypto currency over physical currency? Why the change of heart?

Btw: Do also you sell tokens to Hong Kongers?

I only see red flags with this project, 3.77eur per token despite no tangiable asset, there is no product or prototype, only planned in the roadmap for Q2 (which might delay or never come), a tiny community: 1200 telegram users, 150 twitter followers. They talked about this as early as November year and were not able to get a larger audience? What is even more puzzling WDW (Welt der Wunder) says it is an established german broadcaster with existing viewers, you would think it should be fairly easy for them to do some marketing for this project? I wouldn't touch this, it is already failing.

- reading a whitepaper accordingly
- understanding what this company is all about
- writing correct facts (EUR 3.77.... wooot?)

You are stating, there is no product? How comes? WdW already has media content in the triple millions in their database. We are talking about a platform that is ready to go. We are talking about a vivid community in telegram, sharing ideas. None of your statements is somewhat based on reality.

I would strongly suggest to come in the community and discuss with us.

indeed I did not read the whitepaper fully, but the data I collected did not motivate me to spend more time on it. If my price of 3.77 is incorrect, can you be specific where I am off? I read that you need to buy a minimum amount of 200 token for 53eur...so in my book that makes a token price of 3.77. Also it is stated on their site that the prototype product is launched in Q2 which is after the ICO. You mention also a vibrant telegram community. While it is hard to measure how vibrant a group is, what you can measure is the amount of users and for me 1200 is not a big number...

ICO is still in Pre-flight. No big announcement was made till date. In channel they talk about the upcoming advertisement kampagne. And it was in partnership with Google. You see? So, I guess, it will be all well organized and to the point. Let's see what they can do. I don't see any red flags (don't be so harsh with new players in the ICO business. Bitconnect and even Bankera/Spectrocoin is a red flag to me). This ICO will soon go full scale and there will be also some hype.

I must admit, the international acceptance is a bit behind, they focus more on the German language market. And i can't understand (i'm a savedroid participant), why is people like old admins advertise this ICO and offer 2000 SVD : 1 MILC ?
That means 20euros(in SVD) per 1 MILC, that means that something is not right.
As appeal i want to say to all the SVD community that even if Savedroid turn our to be a scam, please dont sell your tokens to people who
want to buy it, because now u are desperate and it's not the best move to sell it to a new ICO who wants a coin that has been scammed.. It's a dirty work and something is not right.

this savedroid offer was a spontaneous move. Crypto is still vulnerable and small. Would you agree that we should protect and care about this tree, that has to grow? We all should help eachother. Other ICO support should not be seen as a thread. Threads will come from behind. 2018 will bring maybe some nice (or not so nice) regulations.

Meanwhile the Earlybird sale looks to be over and at WdW they bring the canons in line (some intl advertisement is ongoing). ICO start next. Lets see....

I totally agree, at the moment they are trying to engage the community, but doing so is not transparent, I would even say it is more like a Scam. Personally, I do not like this approach.

Your comment has aroused my curiosity. It claims to have been in business for 20 years. I have read through the WP several times and I am finding difficulty pinning the actual market for this project.  The concept behind the WP is vague. If a further light is shed on the project, I think it will be a good one.

After reading a profile of this project I have seen have great future prospects. Thus I also hope this project goes smoothly until the ICO is completed.

I think the investment informations are not right

The team has a great track record in Germany. I don't think not having blockchain experience is a negative, given how new the market is. If anything, tangible business experience in the selected industry is more important. Look forward to seeing the product and progress of the project.

I like projects like this - no moon, no rockets, just the problem they know well and are working on solving it. Their focus gives confidence they will be able to solve the problems and get real traction quickly.

What is the ICO numbers ? How many tokens you have sold, how much money you have raised ? I can't find about that info anywhere..
