Title: [ANN][TomPool][Auto Profit Switching - SHA256/Scrypt/Keccak - 95+ coins]
Post by: Tommo_Aus on August 28, 2013, 06:43:42 AM
Hi all,

In August 2013 I created TomPool, an auto coin switching pool based on alt coins. TomPool is unique in that you can individually mine one coin, use the Keccak/SHA256/Scrypt auto switching pool which chooses the most profitable coin at the time or create your own personal profit switching pool. A personal profit switching pool is similar to the standard profit switching pool but it allows you to select which coins you'd like to mine. Don't like a coin as its limited to one exchange? Well you can choose not to mine it!

TomPool supports the following coins but more are constantly added:

Groestl

Groestlcoin (GRS)
Myriadcoin (MYR)

Keccak

Helixcoin (HXC)
Maxcoin (MAX)

Once logged in click on Accounts, you can setup the payout address and threshold here as well.

Is mastercoin scrypt based? I can't see it on CoinChoose.

Good news, I've worked out the formula CoinChoose uses to determine profitability so adding MasterCoin is a very real possibility :) Only problem is I can't sync the wallet at the moment, I've been able to get a connection and sync 9 blocks but it doesn't go further. Once I have the wallet synched I'll add MasterCoin to the pool.

Add also GLX ... best crypto for short mining.

Is there gonna be a format so you can see average hash rate?

I'll take a look at GLX, I'm always interested in adding new coins if they have good profitability.

Yep I'm planning on adding average hash rate soon, at the moment you can login to the individual pool where multipool is mining if you'd like to see your hash rate.

GLX diff jumps lower than 0.2  2-3 times per hour it is profitable if you mining it in this periods.
Diff back up to 0.2 after couple minutes.
I suppose 80% of blocks is generated during this 3-4 minutes.

The true is that first person who makes well working, auto switching multipool with 80% of all cryptos will win.
Most miners searching something like this but pools which exist doesn't work well or have not enough cryptos.
In my opinion you should add as many cryptos as you can.
Ability of making in pool own list of cryptos with auto switch - thats the future.

I've seen this happen on one of my miners, but none of the other ones experience this problem. I think it might be Windows related, as all my other workers are Linux based and haven't had a problem before. You could try using the --failover-only command which allows you to specify a backup mining address in case your Tompool address loses connection. It switches over to the other pool until your primary pool is back online.

I've started working on my own coin profitability calculator which will allow me to add scrypt coins that aren't on CoinChoose, it'll also be more accurate. From what I've seen CoinChoose isn't always working on the latest difficulty, it looks like it uses cached data that doesn't update very often.

I've made a rather big change to Tompool, I'm not using CoinChoose anymore. Profitability is now calculated based on the same formula used by CoinChoose but its using my local wallets and the current exchange rate at Cryptsy for data.

This means I can add coins that aren't on CoinChoose, and the data is far more reliable. For example I've noticed Xencoin on the top of the CoinChoose list a lot recently, but CoinChoose is 30 000 blocks behind meaning its basing profitability on difficulty from a while ago. I think they use cached data that isn't always updated.

I'm also working on a profitability calculator, at the moment my code takes a hashrate then estimates how many coins per day you'll earn right now at each pool on Tompool. It also converts this value to LTC I just need to plug it into the website.

I might bring down the pools sometime soon for some maintenance, I have 134GB RAM I'd like to put in the server.

I've also added Galaxycoin as my new custom profitability calculator allows for this!

Xencoin was based on a broken block explorer - did you find a new one or just using the daemon?

I'm just using the daemon, I build my wallets for Ubuntu from source.

Profitability calculator is now available on the Tompool homepage, enter your hashrate and you'll see your predicted earnings based on the current rates.

The calculator went pretty crazy (but accurate) last night on GME, not sure what went on but I think something is wrong with the latest client update. Difficulty dived below 0.01, predicted 35 000 LTC/day on my 4700kh/s setup. The pool switched to GME and was mining a block in under a second for about 30 minutes. I had to keep restarting the wallet as it was constantly crashing, I can only guess it isn't designed to handle so many transactions?

I'll have to see how many GME were paid out in total, but it was a lot! I cashed mine in straight away and managed to mine 5 LTC in the half hour.

Long story short, the wallets now corrupt and has a database error when I try to start it. I'm seeing if there's a way to recover it but at the moment I've suspended GME from Tompool.

It uses the same formula as CoinChoose but is more accurate (doesn't use cached difficulty data) and allows me to add coins not supported by CoinChoose. It refreshed every 20 minutes or so and changes the mined coin if a more profitable coin is found.

While I really appreciate people coming up with new ways to use profitability calc, I do have to correct you when you are wrong.  I do not use cached difficulty and the lag in some coins comes from broken block explorers.  My data is refreshed every five minutes.

Ok, from what I've seen I assumed it was cached data as some coins with high profitability were actually 30 000 blocks behind. The reported difficulty was many times less than the actual difficulty.

yeah - Xencoin was the one using a broken block explorer.  It was 'cached' only because that block explorer kept on reporting the old blocks.  All other coins, when functioning correctly, should be updated at the longest with a 5 minute lag

The majority of users, have synced MST Wallets, which indicates to me, that the problem is on your end. There's only so much I can do.

I see the same problem too so it can't just be coincidence that two users on this one thread are having the same problem at the same block. The output I see from getinfo is this:

    "version" : 1000000,
    "protocolversion" : 60001,
    "walletversion" : 60000,
    "balance" : 0.00000000,
    "blocks" : 9,
    "connections" : 5,
    "proxy" : "",
    "difficulty" : 0.00024414,
    "testnet" : false,
    "keypoololdest" : 1378259146,
    "keypoolsize" : 101,
    "paytxfee" : 0.00000000,
    "mininput" : 0.00010000,
    "errors" : ""

So its got a number of connections but can't get past block 9, its sat there for many days like this. I've also tried deleting all of the .MasterCoin data and re-built the wallet from source again in the same way I build other wallets, can't get it to sync :(

Add SXC, the most profitable of all (while diff is somewhat low). trading at .0000350 with 100 per block that's .00350 per block. At 1 Gig mine its 6 blocks per hour  or BTC .021. That's almost BTC .50 per day. This applies to the current difficulty of curse. The porno industry has been involved in the developemnt of the new client that will be relesed on the 7th

I need access to the API to work out profitability :-\

I've seen that too, FYI for now I've temporarily suspended GLX, the pool mined it for ~20 minutes and didn't find a block. I've since attempted some solo mining and I haven't found a block either, at the current diff I should've seen a least one block, let alone the work of the pool.

The wallet is synched, mmcfe is working correctly, stratum is working correctly but no blocks. I'll take another look into it later on but for now I feel its best to stick with the working coins :)

Also, it appears the PhenixEx API is still a work in progress and not yet available. I'll have to hold off on adding SXC until its available.

Does anyone have their own RYC wallet? I'd like to send some RYC to you, all you need to do is let me know if you see it!

I'm getting reports that users with Cryptsy wallets aren't seeing their RYC deposits, I've tried sending some RYC to my Cryptsy account directly from the wallet but I'm not seeing it in Cryptsy. I'm trying to determine if its the RYC network at fault or Cryptsy. I can send coins to my own address successfully.

Ok I've been in contact with an admin at Cryptsy, please see the following message:

"Our hosting provider went down for emergency maintenance today. Since then deposits withdrawls have not been working."

I'll lodge a support ticket if these issues aren't resolved but for now it looks like we just need to wait it out. This isn't just causing issues for RYC, it looks to be many more coins.

Heads up!

I've been toying with the idea of adding a fee to the pool, currently the fee is 0% but I'll be changing that to 0.5% or 1% soon. The main reasoning behind this change is to pay for additional storage to run the pools databases. All of that pool data adds up quickly to many gigabytes!

I'm pleased to announce SHA256 coins have made it to Tompool! I've added ASC, TGC and ZET to start with, they're available for auto switching on port 3331. Profitability is calculated based on recent trades on Cryptsy and CoinEx.

Now you can multipool scrypt mine on port 3332 and multipool ASIC mine on port 3331 :)

I am not able to connect with settings stratum+tcp://stratum.crypto-expert.com/ and port 7307. I use Multiminer and all other coins are working. Not sure why I am having issues with gamecoin. When I try to log in to the pool I get an error that says the page can not be loadaed. But when I go back to the pool homepage it shows me as logged in. Not sure if this has something to do with it.

I'm slowly adding bits and pieces in between modifying USB hubs to support my many block erupters. Cleared up the home screen a bit and added estimated block time as well as profitability. I'll try and add more stats soonish when I get the chance but no ETA at this stage.

Anything else you'd like to see?

Deutsche eMark (DEM)
Joulecoin (XJO)
Opensourcecoin (OSC)
TEKcoin (TEK)
Unobtaniumcoin (UNO)

Happy mining :)

For those using TomPool I've added a new feature, you can now activate your own personal multipool and select the coins you want to be included in auto switching. You get your own port and activate the coins you want to switch between under My Tompool -> My Multipool.

I'm quite proud of this one, works well so far :)

Keep in mind its brand new so if you run into any trouble just let me know through here, PM me, my forum or TomPool chat.

Good news, TomPool is back in action. The cause for downtime was my ethernet over power adapter from the router lost connection with the other adapters, took it out of the power point and plugged it in, fixed itself...

I am planning on to purchase one or two "block erupter"s. Will these work on your pool? Does a special setup needed? Are these optimized and better than graphic cards? My laptop does not have Graphics Card.

Yes block erupters will work with the SHA256 coins on my pool, but you can't mine scrypt coins using them. No special setup is needed, you use cgminer like mining with a GPU.

Hi tekke,

Please register at the main TomPool site:

http://ctompo.dyndns.org:8083/Tompool

I've disabled individual pool registration because a number of users sign up at an individual pool then want to sign up to the main site and it creates some manual work. By registering on the main site an account is automatically created in each individual pool.

I mean the dedicated hosting like Butterfly Labs and some others.

Do you know any reliable service in compliance with Tompool? (SHA + SCRYB)

Sorry I have so many messages a day its hard to keep track of them all with the time I have.

Looking at your ANC account I see you've been credited, however your auto payout threshold is above your account balance. There isn't anything wrong with the ANC pool but the ANC network can sometimes be slow to confirm blocks.

As for GLX if you've taken a look at the main TomPool site or forum you've probably seen the pools wallets experiencing problems. More specifically it can't even start because it throws an exception and crashes, I'm doing what I can to restore it but at this stage I haven't been successful and the GLX dev has thrown in the towel.

Sorry I should've posted here as well. I'm currently migrating the TomPool off the cloud and onto a dedicated server. The performance of the cloud based server wasn't what I was expecting, this way I should get the performance I'm after. Shouldn't be too much longer, you won't need to make any changes at your end once its back up.

This should be my multipool of choice, but now i'm getting very low payout. I now belive it's because of the pool is small and the coins (scrypt) are a lot, so on some coins we're getting a block each day or two... too much variance

Big changes recently, I've migrated the pools to mpos (the latest pool front end/back end) along with the latest stratum and also added custom worker difficulty. Currently working on a prototype for a new pool switcher that'll be faster  8)

Lots of changes over the past week!

All of the pools have been updated to mpos (the successor to mmcfe), this means each coin website has a new interface and the payout system now uses the latest software available which will hopefully be more reliable.

Due to the mpos upgrade I've also chosen to upgrade stratum (what your worker connects to), this version allows miners to specify different difficulty settings for each worker. Please see the My Tompool -> Workers page to make changes, you should aim for your worker submitting a share every 3 seconds or so. Any more and you'll put your mining software, connection and this server under unnecessary load and may actually have see a lower hashrate, too high and your worker won't submit shares often enough. As an example I'm using 64 diff for my 80gh/s SHA256 miner, I'd set 32 diff for a 40gh/s miner and 128 diff for a 160gh/s miner, etc.

I've migrated the new pool switcher to the pool, its now being used on the multipool and the personal pools, it represents a huge step forwards for TomPool. This latest switcher I've been working on massively reduces server load and resource usage, as well as load on the wallets. It could potentially result in more blocks found as the wallets are under less stress and will respond faster to stratum queries. Coin switches should be much faster now and you'll notice your mining software no longer disconnects during coin changes... well at least that's the case for me and cgminer! The new coin switcher not only speeds up coin switches but also allows for variable time in coin switches instead of the set 20 minute intervals in the past. At this stage the main multipools are set to change at most every 10 minutes, but after 10 minutes are up the multipool switcher checks every 30 seconds that we're still mining the most profitable coin.

This variable time has also found its way into your personal pool configuration, see My Tompool -> My Multipool to change the minimum mining time before a coin switch, this can be between 1 and 60 minutes. In the near future I'll allow advanced users to change this on a per-coin basis.

Why there is no BTC for mining on Tompool ? May be I am wrong, but sometime it's most profitable, even with a such difficulty step. I do believe it's necessary to have main currency for mining.  ???

Its not practical at this stage to mine BTC, we'd be looking at 2 weeks mining for one block with all of the pools SHA256 hashrate going towards BTC for the whole time.

I'd like to add it but until the pool has a higher hash rate it wouldn't work mining BTC. I could add it but it'll be weeks between blocks with the 10Th/s the pool has at the moment. Not to mention I'm guaranteed to be bombarded with "I've been mining BTC for 12 hours why haven't I been paid" questions.

TomCoin

I'll make an announcement for this later on but I've just introduced TomCoin to TomPool.

What is TomCoin? Is this another new coin?

Luckily no, this isn't a new coin but the name I've chosen for a new addition to TomPool. TomCoin is a no fuss, easy entry into the world of alt coin multipool mining. In short, its a SHA256 multipool that pays out in BTC.

Usage

All you need is a BTC address and a SHA256 miner, then start cgminer like so:

cgminer --url stratum+tcp://tompool.org:3330 --userpass 15nNFw1LygSEDd9zcfdfgsdrEEhRbDTrQfFr.1:x

Payouts are made daily when your balance reaches 0.01BTC

Please see http://tompool.org/tomcoin.jsp for more information.

Top work man
your site is just a one stop shop now for mining...

Keep up the very good work.

Thanks, I do what I can :)

First payouts processed a couple of hours ago, not many accounts reached the 0.01BTC threshold but I expected this to be the case on the first payout. The design I've chosen means a day of mining is needed to get the ball rolling, but now that we're passed that it should be smooth sailing!

The next payout will be interesting with a full day of consistent mining.

I'm working on adding more stats at the moment, I've just added a payouts section to the SHA256 TomCoin page but not a very good reflection of profitability without a full day of mining yet. I'll be adding further stats such as daily BTC per GH/s figures to measure how the pool does each day.

Pointed my SHA ASIC's here ~48 hrs ago.  I must say, impressed so far.  On time pay out both times, haven't noticed any kind of downtime.  I will admit, website hash rate is a tad wonky, doesn't seem to keep up with the swaps, but payout seems to be on par for the coins mined at my real hash rates.  Would like to see some kind of updated stats on BTC amounts, un-exchanged, and exchanged throughout the day, but hey it's still giving me BTC without the PIA of exchanging it myself.

Can't wait to see what improvements you've got up your sleeve.

Thanks Tom, two questions:

  • Do you have any figures on efficiency gains in percent over mining btc directly including fees over say a month?
  • Do I just point my miners at the aus pool address using btc address as username to mine tomcoin sha256?

sorry for all of the questions, just trying to work out figures as I re-invest in mining hardware and trading .

I'm afraid I don't have those figures, the TomCoin pools have only been up for about 10 days so far but the theory is its more profitable than mining straight BTC.

Correct, see http://tomcoin.org/tomcoinsha.jsp or http://tomcoin.org/tomcoinscrypt.jsp for more details.

Hi Tom,

Like the idea you've got there, however would just like to check something. I have been mining on your Tomcoin scrypt port for almost 33 hours now with 2.1 Mh/s. (1Ad4u1wML33Vj2AzrDUa8jrvepyVPGhM5V)

Whilst my hashrate shows correctly, I only have at current 0.003 Btc in unpaid earnings an 0 in paid earnings. Is there a 24Hr lag between end of mining day and payout (i've already read your Q&A on 15:30 PST payout)

Is everything working ok? because if I'm honest that is pretty low for amount of time mining at that rate. It doesn't even cover the electricity.

Ben

I've been hashing with over 100GH/s for almost three days now, and I haven't received a single payout (I should be getting > 0.02btc/day). The stats also don't display correctly. Steer clear of this pool until these issues are fixed.

Tom, my payout address is 1L8Kb2Yxvrtnae7GcE8XwtqnK7WwN14uaQ , around 0.05 to 0.06 btc is owed to me.

Thanks,

I must admit I'm only getting half of what I expect, I've got 400gh on tomcoin address 171dBAxScCrQCBWZUQYA1diqQkQRtNEvwK and only recieved .025-.027 each day in the last two days.

I will give it another day but if it doesn't pickup I will jump ship, power is expensive in Australia so don't want to be running unprofitable miners.

Payments are once per day, generally 4-5 hours before now which is ~11-12 PST.

Is there a 24Hr lag between end of mining day and payout (i've already read your Q&A on 15:30 PST payout)

Yes, at this stage payouts aren't estimated throughout the day, just the actual payout is updated once per day.

I've been hashing with over 100GH/s for almost three days now, and I haven't received a single payout (I should be getting > 0.02btc/day). The stats also don't display correctly. Steer clear of this pool until these issues are fixed.

Looking at your hashrate its much lower than 100 gh/s indicating there's something wrong with your mining. Is your miner reporting lots of invalid shares? I've just taken a look at your shares and 80% of them are invalid. Some miners don't play nicely with vardiff which is probably the issue here, let me know what diff you normally run your miners at and I'll set their difficulty. You'll need to move to port 3329 afterwards.

By "The stats also don't display correctly" is this what you mean? In which case they are displaying correctly as your miner is submitting a lot of invalid work, hence the low hash rate.

Hi Tom,

Sorry mate, but you didn't actually answer my question; is everything working ok?

Mining for almost two days @ 2Mh/s for 0.0089 Btc on your scrypt pool is very low return compared to mining LTC direct for two days and getting 0.042 btc. Your only running at 20% of the profit return of mining LTC direct.

Something isn't stacking up. As I said before, nice idea but something isn't working at the moment so I'm going to pull out and go back to mining elsewhere.

Ben

If it does, what am I missing?  What should I enter when it asks for the url?

A bit of a cross post from the other thread but yes, TomPool is back up and running with all services!

I've removed the forum software, changed passwords, reviewed files in the web directories and blocked a heap of ports (about the only ones open now are for the web server, mining (stratum) and SSH access). i.e. generally strengthened site security while also increasing performance as it gave me an opportunity to make some big changes that would've been much harder with the pool running.

Hopefully now we can just get on with the business of mining :)

Might you consider adding MINT to your scrypt coins?  It seems quite interesting, and I think it'll go the distance.

Thanks!  Just joined the pool and like it a lot.

One thing - both of the TomCoin pools seem to throw a lot of rejects (duplicates), and I consistently get ~70% accept rate no matter the settings or device.  If I go directly to either your multipool or my custom multipool, I go back to 90-99% (depending upon device, OC'd furies run ~92%).

This is usually a vardiff problem, let me know your btc address and what diff you want for your workers and I'll set it for you. You'll need to switch to a different port afterwards, port 3329 for manual sha256 diff.

Thanks, Tom, but my diffs are way too disparate for my workers (from 1 to 256 and lots of places in between since I have USB erupters for SHA and CPUs for scrypt, all the way to antminer s1s for SHA and 6950 GPUs for scrypt) and that'd be quite a lot to set up for you.  I could try again when you have the password set to something like the difficulty number or d-diff or some such.  That way I could set it up differently for each worker.

I'm thinking of mining here for a bit, to check it out, as soon as I get my next payout at
Eligius. I haven't read the whole thread, so if this has been covered don't kick me too hard :D

What kind of performance vs. bitcoin has the pool done with SHA-256? I see you consistently beating up on litecoin with scrypt, but that is currently irrelevant to me as I have an AMT/Technobit 80 gh/s ASIC device.

I'm gonna try it anyway, I just wanted to know what the performance has been.

Ok, I've never used a switching pool like this before, so if this is an ignorant question, so be it.

I'm mining at the pool right now, and it took forever to show me above about 50 GH/s, it's now showing about 72. I'm putting out 79-84 according to CGminer. From reading the thread, I know there's a fair amount of rejects, and CG is showing that as well. Not ridiculous, just a lot higher than I was used to at Eligius. Is the high rejects why my hashrate displays so much lower than at Eligius?

Also, when mining via the "tomcoins" option, is there a direct stats page for my address, or is it just the main page there?

I like this concept, but I'm feeling a little naked here :D

I'd say so, vardiff seems to cause these issues on quite a few miners from what I've seen. If you post your btc address I'll set your diff to 64 (most likely the best for your device), you'll just need to switch to port 3329 afterwards.

At the moment its just the one page with all the btc addresses and current hashrate but I'll be adding more in the near future.

Thanks, I'll try that. It's gotta be a bear to keep the stats straight with that many coins. I ain't complaining, just curious.

Here's the addy. The miner is two Technobit HEX16B's, if that gives you any guidance. I'm not a complete noob, but fairly close to it. I guess that makes me an incomplete noob :D On Eligius it is usually at 64.

Oops. Did that about an hour ago. It's definitely getting fewer rejects. It is now at diff 64, will see how it looks in a bit. Still showing lower hashrate by about 10-12 GH/S than what CGminer is showing, but much more stable than it was... and that was at diff 16.

Thanks!

Oh, is there a page that shows estimated payout, or is that a "wait and see" thing? Sorry to pester you. Just learning the pool.

EDIT: Now seems to show much closer to what I show in CGminer.

However, and I don't know if this is universal or just my rig, when it switches coins it appears on the stats at like 1/2 the hashrate for a couple of refreshes. Then it's back up to where it should be. I'm guessing it's just the nature of the switching feature, as I don't see the fluctuation in CGminer other than a series of four or five rejects. Then it stabilizes very quickly.

Pretty damn cool! :D

Yep that's on the 'wait and see' list for the near future, lots of room for improvement when it comes to stats.

The hashrate should be pretty consistent after 10 minutes, you might see a brief drop on a coin switch but it should only be very minor, if at all.

curios about merged mining namecoin, as in 'other' bitcoin mining pools that also merge mine namecoins, is this true of your pool?
they have a separate namecoin payout address as part of each's account.

or

are you already merge mining and calculating those proceeds into our daily payouts?

thx

I've just started to mine here Tomcoin sha256 with bfgminer, I've never seen more than 1% rejects on other places, but here I get 25% rejects (duplicate share).  Do I have to do something I dont know to fix that?  I have 10 Gh/sec. My address is  1M1RgK3HjNBzzdrR5L8E1WWVtYgegfDMnp

EDIT.  After trying many things I've changed to 3329 port, and now no duplicate shares at all.

Vardiff seems to cause problems for some miners, port 3329 is manual diff and defaulted to 16 which is probably a good figure for your miner.

Have to say I don't know much about merged mining and I haven't found and guides about setting it up.

in a nutshell, you can mine more than 1 coin at the same time, namecoin for example can be mined from the same bitcoin mining process.
(btcguild) does this, if you have an account therel this is from their help section:

------------------
Q:   What is a Merged Mining/What is Namecoin?
A:    Merged Mining is a process where other coins can be mined simultaneously with Bitcoin, without losing any speed/efficiency. BTC Guild participates in merged mining with Namecoins. Namecoins were the original "alternate coin"/"altcoin", where the Bitcoin technology was adapted to a system with a purpose. Today, Namecoin is used as a decentralized DNS system for registering domains with the '.bit' suffix. These can only be accessed by users who use a DNS server which will resolve .bit domains.

All miners on the PPLNS method are awarded Namecoins. PPS workers do not receive Namecoins. You can ignore them, use them yourself, or use a Namecoin exchange to trade them for other cryptocurrencies/Bitcoin.

There are only a few other coins capable of being merged mined. These coins have near-0 value, and offer nothing "unique" like Namecoin does. As a result, BTC Guild does not merged mine the other coins which have the capability (Devoin/IXcoin).
-----------------

Vardiff seems to cause problems for some miners, port 3329 is manual diff and defaulted to 16 which is probably a good figure for your miner.

Have to say I don't know much about merged mining and I haven't found and guides about setting it up.

Well, that was a failed experiment. Nearly a full day mining to get .006 BTC, where I would have gotten around .012 on Eligius. Back I go.

Biomech - sorry it didn't work out for you, what address did you mine under? Were you seeing lots of invalid shares or rejects?

cad_cdn - I'll look into merged mining at some stage, but I have to say I have no idea how to set it up.

Added the ability to change your TomCoin manual diff settings through the site, please see http://tomcoin.org/tomcoinsha.jsp and http://tomcoin.org/tomcoinscrypt.jsp for further details.

There were more rejects than I ever get at Eligius, but not anywhere near 50 percent.

Also, even after switching over to the "set" 64 diff, the website continually showed 10-40 GH/s lower than what I was getting from CGminer. I'm used to about 2-3 percent variance, and it's on both sides of 80.

At least at present, it appears that your service is incompatible with the Technobit HEX16B module.

I switched back to Eligius for the time being. You had set it to diff 64, and as near as I could tell it made little difference. I'll try again once I get my Antminers. Then I can afford to lose a bit playing around.

Aah ok, I was wondering if that was the case, seems like something that would be more widely publicised if stratum natively supported it. I found a guide for setting up merged mining using poolserverj, but its a complete change of architecture compared to my current pool setup. Not to mention merged mining seems to consist of a Bitcoin/Namecoin combination, both of which have very high difficulty, far too high for TomPool.

yup. hopefully one of us can get the job done but I don't know when since its possible i'll be moving away from stratum to a custom pool server (fork of coinium (WIP that im contributing to and may be able to add Merged Mining to there)) so far the only merge mineable coins are:

namecoin(high diff)
devcoin (high diff)
i0coin (high diff)
ixcoin (high diff)
groupcoin(high diff?)
coiledcoin (killed in 51% attack)

Unfortunately I still don't understand much about how stratum works, I'd like to build my own Java based stratum server but my knowledge of block submissions/etc is very limited, I'd probably just confuse myself! My python is limited to assuming what different commands do.

Do you know if this coinium fork will support MPOS?

I've been working a lot of the TomPool interface recently, getting close to how I want it to look. In the meantime I've also added a couple of Keccak coins, note these are SHA3 based so you'll need to make sure you're using the correct software:

Helixcoin (HXC)
Maxcoin (MAX)

Hello.
While mining NET coin in cgminer I saw that worker found a block. The time was around 13/03 07:45 server time. But there is no NET coin block at that time in statistic.
Is it a bug?
PS At 13/03 08:08 server time found block too but nothing in stats.

Aha! Bingo! Thanks uzgen, I took a look and found some block submission errors in the stratum logs, realised I didn't have transaction messaging on NET so some found blocks weren't making it through to the wallet. Fixed now :)

A small announcement, I've created a Keccak multipool with HXC and MAX, tested and working! Seems to be quite effective as the two coins move around in difficulty quite a bit but usually there's a solid couple of hours mining between switches. Would be great to have some more hashing towards the Keccak multipool to take the MAX block time down.

Noob question.  Mining in toms multipool will earn you different coins, I understand this.  I have a bitcoin wallet set up. easy so far! question is do i need different wallets set up for different coins, or all payouts made to my one bitcoin wallet in bitcoins? Im a little hazy on this and cant seem to find an answer on line.  Any help is appreciated.

If you're using TomCoin you'll be mining alt coins but the payouts are in BTC, if you're mining standard TomPool the payouts are in whatever currency you've been mining. Typically users setup an account with an exchange such as Cryptsy or CoinEx where you can generate an address for each coin without needing a wallet, then just send your mined coins to this address and exchange them, hold them, whatever you want to do.

I'd like to and I'm trying to come up with a solution but haven't gotten far on it yet, the main problem is the pool doesn't have anywhere near enough hashing power to find a BTC block. It'd be months between blocks, I'm trying to see if I can somehow redirect to a BTC pool when its more profitable.

I've been looking at 365 coin but haven't found any exchanges yet, where is it listed? The exchange needs to have an API so I can get the latest trade data.

Looks like the CoinEx wallets were hacked so all funds are gone, for what its worth I know exactly what they're going through, it isn't a great feeling logging in and seeing everything gone!

At this stage with only two coins in the Keccak multipool I won't be adding a Keccak TomCoin just yet. I'd like the coins to all be available on major exchanges before making the move as TomCoin makes use of the Cryptsy API for trading, at the moment only MAX is on Cryptsy.

Any update on applying the Dev Team's new GLX wallet, including using their instructions? Other pools and Cryptsy have cut over already. May not be optimal for auto-switching, but works for dedicated miners so far it seems.

2014-03-20   :  0.0029614367934227763

SHA256 BTC/ghs:

2014-03-15   :  0.0000811691983995187
2014-03-16   :  0.00007649071528741405
2014-03-17   :  0.0000902957277777822

2014-03-20   :  0.00011982566070378839

I've added some new coins to SHA256 recently which might be the cause for the higher payouts in the last round, I might need to add some more Scrypt coins, Scrypt seems to be suffering lately.

I'll see what I can do but I'll need to find the time in between everything else to see what can be done, it might be possible to redirect your miner to a chosen BTC pool where you register with the same details as with TomPool. I.e. if your username on TomPool is abc and you have worker 123 you'd sign up to a BTC pool with username abc and worker 123 so when BTC is more profitable your TomPool personal pool port is redirected to the BTC pool. Will need to look closer at this concept.

Am I right in saying this pools a bunch of workers with different usernames/worker names under the one username/worker? i.e. lets say there workers are connected:

abc.123
def.456
ghi.789

It could redirect them all to worker tompool.1 at slushs pool, for instance? Does it have a way to keep a tally of shares submitted by workers at my end?

Hi there. I noticed the payout threshold for Tomcoin SHA256 is 0.01. Because I only have a couple ghash, it will take a long time to reach this. Could you implement weekly payouts for 0.001, just like on middlecoin and clevermining and other pools?

Yep I've been looking at doing that, I'll add it when I get a chance.

Any update on applying the Dev Team's new GLX wallet, including using their instructions? Other pools and Cryptsy have cut over already. May not be optimal for auto-switching, but works for dedicated miners so far it seems.

Trying to but the wallet keeps getting stuck on block 18924.

Perhaps becoming a proxypool? somethig like this would help you although would require some mods
https://github.com/dogestreet/proxypool

Am I right in saying this pools a bunch of workers with different usernames/worker names under the one username/worker? i.e. lets say there workers are connected:

abc.123
def.456
ghi.789

It could redirect them all to worker tompool.1 at slushs pool, for instance? Does it have a way to keep a tally of shares submitted by workers at my end?
correct. it should have a way of tallying shares although im not 100% sure (thats why i said it might need mod's :P)

quick question, mining tomcoins.  I entered the mining address used my bitcoin wallet number as login followed by .1 and password x.  I am using minepeon.  My wallet number never came up in the hashing list, even after a few hours and was wondering if i got the format for user/pw correct.  Am offline at the moment pending any corrections from anyone.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers

Yes, it will be great to redirect pool to ghash.io (0% fee) when BTC is more profitable.

If you do it, i will try mining with your pool.

I have 10 AntMiner S1 = 1,9 Th/s (SHA 256)

Please post if you can do it.

Regards,

I'll see what I can do but I'll need to find the time in between everything else to see what can be done, it might be possible to redirect your miner to a chosen BTC pool where you register with the same details as with TomPool. I.e. if your username on TomPool is abc and you have worker 123 you'd sign up to a BTC pool with username abc and worker 123 so when BTC is more profitable your TomPool personal pool port is redirected to the BTC pool. Will need to look closer at this concept.

Good concept.
Tell me when you done it, i will try.
Thank you

I don't recall which pool it is, but at least one of the multipools switches to Eligius when they are mining bitcoin. So I know it's doable. I'll try to find out who and let you know. I'm gonna try you again here, and see how it goes. Last time not so well, but if I can get it to hash stable, it looks like more fun than just BTC mining :D

EDIT: It's www.multipool.us (http://www.multipool.us)

 Here's their Eligius stats. (http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1PYH7AxtN7TKwVz42ZTw9YtQZdEYxoSTAq)

Been on for about an hour now... Rejects higher than eligius, but not outrageous. Hashrate at the pool (stats) is still at a variance to cgminer, but not that significant. Probably due to switching.

All in all, performing well! It appears you got the kinks out. Last time didn't work so good for me :D Thanks for continuing to improve the pool.

Kevin.

Edit: after a couple hours, I'm seeing similar hashrate in stats as cgminer. Definitely fixed the issues! Outstanding!

Are you on vardiff or fixed diff? Some miner have had problems with vardiff causing massive rejects (i.e. 50%...!!!) so if you aren't already using manual diff maybe give that a shot to take them down further :)

already using fixed diff @64. You had set this up for me last time, and it made no difference. For whatever reason, my machine and your pool just didn't get along :P

This time around, it's just about flawless. The only real variation I'm getting is when it switches coins, and that seems to me like it's probably inevitable. A month made a lot of difference :D I haven't tried with vardiff, and since I"m getting good results see no real reason to do so. But if you'd like me to for testing or whatever, let me know.

Im mining with 2 Antminer S1s at your Tomcoin pool. It should be reporting 180GH/s each.  But I am getting 30 GH/s reported most of the time.  And there are only 2000 rejects and 100,000 accepted shares (2% reject is normal)...  So rejects isn't the issue here.  Your pool is not reporting my accepted shares or maybe something else is happening.  Can you please help?  I have tried variable difficulty and also manual difficulty, and the results are exactly the same after mining for 24 hours.

Compared with several other people listed on your hashrate chart, I can see there are other people using 2 Antminers and getting about 10x more payout than I am:
1K21EyZoRcH8KLdWW5X39HVzcXonEdXVbK.ant1
1K21EyZoRcH8KLdWW5X39HVzcXonEdXVbK.ant2
This person is using 2 antminers just like I am, but they are getting a payout of 0.1 BTC daily.  Whereas I am getting 0.01.  Why is this person getting more payout than me? Is the payout going to increase to this over time?  How can I make my 2 Antminers report correct hashrate on your pool like this person?

My settings:
URL: stratum+tcp://usa.tompool.org:3329

Worker Password: x
I have set difficulty to 64 like the person above me.. Still seems to be reporting under 50GH/s most of the time when I look.  Sometimes it reports normally, but my payout is really the biggest difference, since I have the exact same 2 antminers as many other people on that chart, and they are getting a LOT more payout than me :(

I've taken a look at your miner and it isn't reporting any invalid shares or rejects, although you should be on at least 128 diff with S1's not 64. Comparing you to the other BTC address your payout for the most recent round (which I processed an hour ago) is roughly the same, your payout over the past 24 hours was 0.0366 BTC, not sure where you came up with 0.1 BTC? You've only had one other payout which I'm guessing wasn't a full 24 hours mining as its much less than today's payout. All looks ok to me, I haven't seen your hashrate reported below 160gh/s.

Its a 1% pool fee if you're mining standard TomPool, i.e. get the coin type you've mined not converted to BTC. If you're mining TomCoin (alt coin mining with BTC payout) the total fee is 3%.

1. 0.1 BTC is how much this OTHER guy is making with his 2 antminers.  1K21EyZoRcH8KLdWW5X39HVzcXonEdXVbK this guy has 2 antminer S1's which is the same as me.
2. This same guy got 0.14031 BTC payout today
3. I got 0.05429 payout today (not 0.0366 as you said)
4. If my hashrate is not falling below 160 ghs, why is this guy getting a whole 0.1 BTC more than me when I have the same 2 antminers as him?
5. If it helps any, I know for a fact I have been mining for at least 1d 3h 26m 5s, as that is what my antminer status reports, and that counter gets reset anytime I switch pools.  I may have switched sometime yesterday but I have been mining >24 hours now with 100% certainty.

Looks like you're getting a bit confused, unpaid balance is your account balance that hasn't been paid out yet, paid balance is the total BTC paid out to that address over the full mining history.

I can guarantee your payout today was 0.0366 BTC and the other BTC address did not receive 0.1 BTC today.

Where are you based? Given ghash.io gives you a lower ping I'm guessing you aren't in Australia, you might want to give usa.tompool.org a go instead as you'll get a Mich better ping. You'll need to setup your worker with 128 diff on usa.tompool.org before mining on it.

Please add BTC and LTC too. Sometimes it is better to mine them directly. And all other SHA256 coins from Coinwarz like FRC and PPC.

Right now its back up but it was just down.  It goes down about twice a day, at least.  I know because my antminer will start beeping when the 1st priority pool goes down.

I cropped off the other priority pools (2 and 3) but they were alive and well at the time of this screenshot, so it wasn't a network problem on my end.

When USA is dead, my S1 zap on ghash.io

Australia seem to be more online but ping response from France is very low (check my post before)

We need a server in Europe ...  ::)

Oh OK I see what you mean now!

I think we're on the same page now :)

Your usa server keeps going dead :/

It's working fine for me.

Right now its back up but it was just down.  It goes down about twice a day, at least.  I know because my antminer will start beeping when the 1st priority pool goes down.
https://i.imgur.com/hkLhXZM.png

I cropped off the other priority pools (2 and 3) but they were alive and well at the time of this screenshot, so it wasn't a network problem on my end.

Odd. At the time you posted, I wasn't having any problems. Now I am. Same deal, it cuts in and out. Dropping my hash at the pool significantly, but not enough to go to my failover pool.

Please add BTC and LTC too. Sometimes it is better to mine them directly. And all other SHA256 coins from Coinwarz like FRC and PPC.

Thx

As mentioned many many many times the pool doesn't have enough hashing power to mine BTC, LTC or PPC, I'm looking at ways to perhaps redirect to another pool if these coins are more profitable but for the time being they aren't available. I won't be adding FRC, I don't like the coin or its demurrage properties.

Work well with manual diff 128 on australia pool since 10 hours :

But not enough bitcoins generated, why ?
http://s29.postimg.org/xbnidtrzb/payment.jpg

Normally, with my hash power, Tomcoin must generate more than 0.1 BTC/24h = 0.041 BTC/10h not 0.00035 BTC/10h   :'(

What wrong ?

Payouts are calculated daily not on a realtime basis, as mentioned in the getting started guide:

Its worth a read as 90% of the questions here are all documented on the site, saves me time answering the same questions over and over again when I could be spending time improving/fixing bits and pieces.

Ok a rather simple problem, the TomCoin shares table in the database was getting rather huge, I'll need to add a process to remove old shares that so longer serve a purpose. Essentially the table was getting to large it was starting to have a dramatic effect on database inserts so as far as your miners were concerned it looked like the servers connection was lost. I'm clearing out the table in stages so performance should improve over the coming hours.

Hello Tommo-Aus

It's now clear for me, thank you.

You should probably explain a little bit more about payouts on http://www.tompool.org/tomcoinsha.jsp.
At first i understand "Unpaid" is before payout and "Paid is after payout", but in fact, "Unpaid" are only too small payout ...

All others miningpool show real time BTC income, so it's difficult to understand your system.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Four of my AntMiner S1 works on ghash.io yet and four of my AntMiner S1 works on australia.tompool.org 3329 Difficulty 128 yet.

I will post stats tomorrow for others users.

After that, everybody will easy learn if it's better to mine with ghash.io or with tompool.org

I think, it's the first question everyone asks. ;D

Hey I'm sure you get a ton of these, but could you please consider adding storycoin(STY) it's relatively new and growing quite fast. It is on a few exchanges it is being voted for on mintpal and is near the top. Cryptsy has not put it to vote but there is a strong thread for it on there forums. I like the coin I think It shows promise. If you could just look into it that's be great. Okay now my issue. I was mining strictly CTM on my multipool yesterday for about 55 minutes, usually after about twenty minutes I can look and see how many I have mined. I let it sit over night and still says nothing. I would assume that it hadn't hit a block but it's never gone that long without hitting one. Could that be it or could it be an issue with my account balances page

Looking at the CTM block history one hasn't been found for 15 hours, a block needs to be found in order to pay you. What username are you mining under?

I'll take a look into STY but in order to add a coin it needs to be listed on an exchange with an API so I can access the latest trade data. I can see it on Crypto Rush which is a good sign, I'll work out how profitable it is and add it soon.

I thought I responded earlier but I guess it never went through cause it isn't here. So I figured it must've been just lack of blocks being found. I'm mining under cjl1313.1 for my worker my account is cjl1313. Thanks for looking at STY it looks like they'll hit cryptsy soon which has API, not sure about mintpal, i just got an account there. It's under vote and it is on cryptorush so it is gaining popularity.

4 AntMiner S1 overclocked at 190 Gh/s on TomCoin Australia manual diff 128 during 24 hours give 0.06255575 BTC  :'(

For me who have lost some BTC in altcoin exchanges recently and mission with mining various scrypt
coins in GPU's I do appreciate Tompool and his Tomcoin method of mining scrypt.

I don't really want to spend my days sitting on coin exchanges trading altcoins for best BTC bid.

Might not be the most ultra profitable way to mine scrypt coins but
it's convenient - now I have more time to read forums like this  ;)

Oh, the share acceptance on mining Tomcoin scrypt pool on my Nvidia's 100%

Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you PhilippeD, alt coins are less predictable than BTC so some days are excellent and some are not so great. In my rebuttal I'd like to point out the last few days of SHA256 BTC profitability per GH/s:

2014-03-21: 0.00014007210430281528
2014-03-22: 0.00013081011852404009

2014-03-24: 0.00009084386788326213

As you can see there is a large variance between days, but in the end profitability all depends on how the alt coin markets are doing, and recently they haven't been doing too well.

Your stats show that your pool is never more profitable than ghash.io

But difficulty of BTC will never stop growing, i'm sure that in a few week, your pool will be more profitable than ghash.io

I will come back to your pool in a few week. I think a lot of miners will come back to your pool in a few week

Your work is great, you just have to wait a little bit, you will have more and more users on your pool

See you in a few week (for testing on a new European server  ;) )

Bye

I think the main problem would be communicating the current "N-Factor" to the client.
There is no way to do that...yet.

Perhaps in the future, but in the meantime I'm concentrating on expanding the scrypt coin options and working out how to add BTC in TomCoin/TomPool. Added the following scrypt coins:

Digibyte (DGB)
Earthcoin (EAC)
Klondikecoin (KDC)
Neocoin (NEC)
RonPaulcoin (RPC)
Zeitcoin (ZEIT)

Hey Tommo, I dunno how feasible this is, but perhaps you could reach out to doublec, the op over at mmpool.bitparking.com (http://mmpool.bitparking.com). The difficulty increases are leaving that terrific btc DGM pool behind. If there was someway you could share hashing power when alts are down it may benefit both your pools.

Lets say I had a work submission string such as:

Is there a way I can work out if its a valid BTC share and the share difficulty from this string? I really don't know about this side of things. My idea is redirecting the worker to a BTC pool then somehow keeping a tally of valid shares submitted by each worker and the difficulty of the share.

If your pool was mining BTC 80% of the time and hoping to other coins at other times.  You would probably see 120% daily.  But since BTC isn't one of the coins your using it will never be more profitable to use your pool.  Even when BTC diff is in trillions these other coins will still be less profitable 80% of the time.

Announcement!

I've added outsourced BTC mining to personal pools on TomPool. If you check your personal pool page you can now select BTC and choose between:

stratum.bitcoin.cz
us1.ghash.io

Please make sure you read the information linked to by the personal pool page as you need to create an account at the BTC pool for this to work.

This means you can now mine BTC along with 19 other SHA256 alt coins at TomPool. If one of the 19 alt coins is more profitable than BTC then you'll be mining at TomPool, otherwise you'll be mining BTC at your selected BTC pool.

No ETA on adding BTC to TomCoin SHA256 mining, I haven't managed to get this working yet.

Enjoy!

Migrated the SHA256 databases to a new database server today, it's turning into a server farm! For some reason the SHA256 pools are reporting double the hashrate on the new database, I'm hoping this problem will fix itself otherwise I'll need to do some further investigation! Nothing to worry about just divide your SHA256 hashrate by 2 if you're on one of the standard SHA256 pools.

Happy mining :)

Fixed the incorrect hashrate reporting on SHA256, the new servers time was out a little bit so the hashrate calculations were wrong. I've set the clock to auto sync on the server so won't have these problems again :)

I think it's time to switch over to tompool.

There hasn't been a better time to mine at TomPool! A wide range of alt coins and SHA256 BTC mining delegated to ghash, BitcoinCZ or Multipool.us when BTC mining is more profitable than the SHA256 alts.

Please drop in to http://tompool.org and give the friendly TomPool community a greeting and my powerful servers a taste of your hashing power :) I'd be great to see you here.

you need better stats, finding out how much you mined the next day doesn't tell you much.  If you do have better stats tracking lmk where, as I couldn't find them when I mined here for brief stint...no stats turned me off.

tompool.org (scrypt), the S1's are still making decent returns mining bitcoin.  I want to see the current coin balances of that day (in bitcoin)...much like you see on the other multipools. You only post ones mining day total the next day, "Please note payouts are updated daily at 15:30 PST so won't include earnings from the current TomCoin day.".

samples from other sites:
Bitcoins earned (not yet sent): BTC
Bitcoins unconverted (approximate): BTC
Bitcoins expected (earned + unconverted): BTC

Immature:  BTC
Unexchanged: BTC

Workers: 1L6NCeX3BDYcVXzi2uF7J6rJqacXjvYgpj.1  and  1L6NCeX3BDYcVXzi2uF7J6rJqacXjvYgpj.2
Worker Password: x
I have set difficulty to 64 like the person above me.. Still seems to be reporting under 50GH/s most of the time when I look.  Sometimes it reports normally, but my payout is really the biggest difference, since I have the exact same 2 antminers as many other people on that chart, and they are getting a LOT more payout than me

Added a few handy bits and pieces to the site recently, you can now add your Ghash/Slush API key to view your account balance and hashrate if you're using either of these pools for your outsourced BTC mining. Your hashrate also displays in the sites sidebar :)

Added a single page where you can view your last 100 payouts for all of your coins.

Hi there,

As mentioned here (http://tompool.org/tomcoin.jsp) TomCoin doesn't pay out until your balance reaches 0.01 BTC.

please clarify, http://www.tompool.org/tomcoin.jsp says 3% fee:
BTC payouts are only made when your balance reaches 0.01 BTC, a 3% fee is charged for this service.
whereas this Thread and Tom's signature says 1%.

Which is true and can the wrong info be corrected?  Thank  you.

[Thank you Tom for clarification! (next post)]

There is nothing to correct as nothing is wrong. Its 1% for the standard pools and 3% for TomCoin.

Hi Tommo - looks like the SHA TomCoin ports on 3329 are dead, at least for me.  Do they no longer work in general, or is this just temporary?  (I keep missing you on chat, so I'm writing here in case I'm not the only one).

Thanks,

Hi beefie,

At this stage the TomPool servers are USA based, in the grand plan I'll have Aus servers in about a years time but at this stage the hosting costs would be out of this world. In general it isn't a big deal if you're mining to a local or USA based server.

One of the drives in one of the servers has failed, my web host is attending to it but I won't know the status until they update me. Annoyingly the failed drive is in the stratum/website server so pretty much everything is down.

The faulty drive was replaced but that wasn't the end of the problems. While at a point it looked like all hope was lost and I'd need to do a full rebuild of the server, using some ninja moves and non-existent skills I've restored the RAID array and we're back online!

Does TomPool have an API which shows current by algo profitability?  Doing a quick glance, it appears that TomPool may meet most if not all of the criteria I have for adding it to Miner Control (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=769239).

Here are the things I usually look for:

  • Supports multiple mining algorithms
  • Each algorithm can be accessed on a single auto-switching port
  • Autoconversion to BTC
  • API to report current expected earning per algorithm and optionally wallet balance

Tommo, is it possible to add merge-mining Doge with Scrypt coins? At multipool.us you are simultaneously mining Doge with each scrypt coin you mine (not only LTC). Would be awesome if possible at your pool.

My pools are based off node stratum so when support is officially added I'll be able to add merge-mining. At this time it isn't officially supported.

TomPool has many APIs, just that most of them I haven't documented :P I'll try and fish out the ones you'll need however I'm very busy at the moment so don't know when I'll be able to report back.

Thanks, Tommo - looks like all is well again.   BTW, I come here because chat keeps not working between my workplace filters and likely my addons/extensions at home.  Hope here is OK.

Hi Tom
Appears the payout for Pay-Pro (PRO) is wrong, should be 500pro. Could this be the cause of all the orphans ?

The Pay-Pro block chain has forked and unfortunately it looks like the dev has abandoned the coin, not really anywhere to go on this one.

Recently the stratum nodes have unfortunately been having problems with a memory leak, I believe I've solved this issue so you should see this error in the future.

At this stage there isn't, please sign up to the forums http://forum.tompool.org and PM me. Alternatively PM me your user and email through bitcointalk.

DRS was removed as it isn't listed on any of the exchanges TomPool interfaces with and is being delisted from remaining exchanges.

I registered and have an account but after login, I try to set up may wallet
addresses and select coins and account but can't.
Says I need to log in. When I try to log in again - says I'm already logged in.
Going in a circle.

Same here, can't get to web interface and no payouts for a few hours now. Miners appear to be hashing along.

I was wondering if you could post a simple example of how to use api commands for your website like how to get a balance or something like that.
Thanks for the help

Doesn't look like Tompool provides any option to convert your coins.

I understand pool has api page but fail to explain how to properly include api key on link!

I already know my api key.

Can someone provide an example of that?
I am using a pool monitor software to check my account balance regardless which coins.

Hey Tommo,
Is the pool gone for good now, or was there just some major catastrophe with hw/sw? I see the burst pool addy still has funds in it, etc. If you hadn't seen, someone forked uray's pool code and made it avail publicly also. https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/2643/lex-pool-a-rewritten-pool-based-on-uray-source

Tom,   Whats going on.   I had 30,000 burst invested in you're asset program via the website.    I invested and trusted in you now my coins are gone?   I don't even get my payout?
