As a beginner in the world of cryptocurrency I am each confused to invest my money. especially now that all prices are down. so I need advice from all users forum to give suggestions. because your advice really helped me to invest my money. thank you

I have been in the crypto industry for quite some time now, and i would love to give you an advise on some of the altcoins which have long term potential and you might probably consider investing in. I am an investor too and I believe that this coins will make it in the near future and make you massive profits.

Consider investing in NEM(XEM)(it's a platform and currently too many coins are building on their blockchain, this might increase the demand in the near future. Further consider investing in DIMCOIN(it's an ecosystem which includes Hybrid Stock Exchange aiming to change the way stock market works, and its been integrated into the blockchain, Wise Xchange, DIMPAY(which is the global payment system world wide). Consider investing in NXT( also a platform and few coins already are built on it).  Consider investing in Ether( also a platform and lots of coin already built on it) and finally buy some bitcoin.

Best choise is the USDT for right now

USDT is great for day trading, not for holding.

In my opinion NANO become massive potential and could be in  top 10 ranking of Coinmarketcap  in a few month. This coin has more feature and give more benefits than Bitcoin like no fee transaction and fast transaction.  In my opinion now its time to get in and hold a few month so could be promising some good profit later.

I would have a look at ASTRO it is relatively new, they are coming up to their second payout to holders and are managing a pretty decent portfolio, those that hold tokens at the end of each quarter will get a payout.

BLOCK is one to watch also, they are releasing their BETA DEX soon, I agree also with DIM it will take time before they find their feet so now could be a good entry into DIM.

COVAL also is worth a mention.

I think you should invest in BTC at present, because BTC is still the best investment mode at present.
And now in a bear market, when the bull market comes, there will be a big rise in BTC.

Yes all major cryptocurrency going down their fiat price, if you can able to take risk then you can buy some of cryptocurrency like bitcoin ethereum bch then you can hold it and waiting for rising value.

The only coin worth investing in from all the coins mentioned in this thread. The potential for Nano is moon and there isn't any thing that is going to stop it from going there.

You can invest in popular currencies of which everyone is talking, and these currencies will inevitably grow, perhaps even by the end of this year, and you can invest in little-known currencies that are very low, but have the potential to grow many times over

In the current market, I would advise you not to invest in one coin, but 5-10 coins. I would advise you to invest in the top 10 coinmarketcap, I would choose eos, status, ada, sc and, of course, ethereum and bitcoin. We need diversification to reduce risks, especially in such a bear market.

Nano - the best DAG project
Neblio - My favourite platform coin this year, great project, very rapid development and offers easier smart contract deployment over anything else
Oyster - In my eyes the best looking storage concept so far, dynamic peg in relation to storage cost, great roadmap and targets being hit
Blockport - Has the potential to compete with coinbase, bank partnership for fiat to crypto purchases, decentralised wallet, very noob friendly with social trading
NEO - Currently has a functioning platform product, great language support, faster and better scaling than Eth and very friendly in China, seeing a lot more ICOs jump on this one which should drive it's growth.

Could list a few more but those are my top 5 holdings, Blockport being the most risky but also has huge growth potential at it's current price, my favourite if I had to pick 1 on that list would be very tough, but I would probably go with Neblio, I feel it's end product will be the best platform coin on the market and I'm bias towards platform coins :)

We're in a bear market now though, so I wouldn't expect anything too exciting for awhile, focus more on getting the absolute best price for a coin rather than buying out of FOMO.

Being a beginner I did some research and to have knowledge in this technology before I start to invest. I choose a bitcoin and ethereum, then I bought a few during the dip which I think I did a good decision since those coins had proven to bounce back to their peak price in due time. I think you need to consider those 2 coins which has proven market value.

Btc and nano look good, but then everyone will give such a huge graph of suggestions, that it would be best to invest in something that suits your personal research and requirement.

If you have long wanted to ask you about the ark, how you like this coin and what perspective you see in it, and the stellar will be a little better than NEM, but this is my personal opinion.

Since i jump in to cryptocurrency market 1 years ago my favourite crypto is ETH, LTC and DASH and until now i still like it and still hold and trade it. And in my opinion these all crypto will be bigger in every coming years because has many benefits to the community.

as the price goes down, of course the best way now would be to buy the currency now and then just hold it a little bit because the prices in late spring will rise

I think everybody has to come to terms by themselves by analyzing various information. But for me it's an Ethereum and Bitcoin.

It is good to invest now in bictoin and ethereum for me. I know the price is getting lower but soon it will be recover and it will be at peak again this year. Also it is good to invest in some ICOs that have a good project for the future.

Invest on NEO it has a low value right now, a Chinese coin and has low circulating supply maybe it will be next to NEO, Litecoin or Dash in terms of its price in the coming years. And aside from the other compliments, there blockchain becomes popular too, the NEP5 that's somehow a competitive one to use on ICO's too, it is compared to be the competent rival of ERC20.

As a newbie I suggest that you take your time studying the market first as you'll learn along the way. If you really want to invest on a certain coin I suggest you buy BTC as you can also use it to buy other crypto currencies if you happen to want to buy altcoins later. Now is a good time to own as the market is still in a bearish trend so all prices are affordable. You can buy a fraction as long as you can afford it.

Later on if you know about the things about crypto and happen to get your interest in joining ICOs, you might want to keep CVproof under your radar as in my personal opinion this project is a good investment because it is usable by many as it focuses on credential validations.

I would advise a majority of your holdings in BTC and ETH (like 60%), 30% in other high market cap coins (like XMR,XLM,IOTA,LTC, etc..) and 10% in low caps coins or ICOs...

I will advice you to invest your capital with diveded part and all capital in one coin. As you should invest your 50% capital in Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the king of all currency and it the mother currency of all crypto currencies and now Bitcoin is available at very cheap price of 8200$ level. Others 25% capital you can invest in Ether because Ether very popular platform as all ico coming and using ether platform so ether demand will increase. The other 25% capital you can invest in good altcoins like cardano, steller and Neo.

Go for ethereum its quite cheap now you can see the progress last year it grows much. If I only had the money to buy Ill buy more ETH. I only buy BTC when there is upcomming forks I can assure that my investments will grow in that way. But there is some good new coins like the POLY that has a potential to invest too, its still also cheap now you can do your own investigation to know their platform I think you would like it.

Define your best. To get the safe return, I suggest Litecoin, Neo and ETH. But getting many x profits requires so much risk and steel balls of a hodler. My choice here is Nexus (NXS), which is a solid and innovative project. It is more advanced than 90% of today's altcoins. I also placed bets on ZCL, as it was 230$ one day and now people turned away from it (dumped). But it is strong project overall and surely will be pumped again. And only 3-4 mln coins in circulation! Walton chain (WTC) looks like a winner, as it signed a deal with Alibaba Group, the largest China software giant.  And it cost the only fraction of ATH, and what cheap can be skyrocketed in favorable times.

Start with the big market cap coins like bitcoin, litecoin, ether because it has less risk than the low market cap coins. Learn how to read charts so you'll have the idea when is the best time to buy.

My personal preference is VLB token undoubtedly. You might say it biased opinion but I am in love with VLB token already. Their outstanding project first of all is necessary in itself to provide you some great returns in future. Apart from it their credibility shows from the fact that they returned the money of investors when the ICO failed to reach softcap. So my vote goes to VLB for sure.

Right now the best advice will be too interest in the cryto currency which is on the top 10 lost of the coin market websie. Coins such as ripple are doing good and have a great potential . Along with that make sure that you only invest in the coins whose value is expected to rise . The coins which got their highest value and are getting dumped are highly unsafe for investments.

Choosing top 10 would be the bright choice. I would recommend investing in Monero, Etherium, Ardor. I believe they have great growth potential at the moment.

Find solid projects especially those that have been around for quite some time.
If you are going to invest, only invest in projects you understand with money you can afford to lose.

Besides Bitcoin, Ethereum is the best choice. It is the second highest priced crypto after Bitcoin. Ethereum also have some technical advantages over Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. It has the Smart contract and proof of work to name a few.

The Ethereum blockchain is also widely use in most ICOs and other start ups. Most financial institutions also recognizes Ethereum to be exchange to fiat, just like Bitcoin.

I agree with that because Bitcoin get down in the price last year a couple of times. But in one or two weeks it progressed again. Like it was 7000, than it go down to 3 000, than it got to 9000$.You should understand that is the new word in the investment world.

Hey Sandi, I would suggest diversifying into currencies that have traction as a beginner. Bitcoin, Eth are a must hold. Rest add according to what looks good to you by doing some reseach. I believe that as before the most attractive for long-term investment are currencies from the top five coinmarketcap.

You need to learn the basics first,im sure you arent familiar with the definitions of the abbreviations you have seen here,google it first so you would know the terms we are using here,learn the basic principles of an altcoin,learn how to spot good coins to those bunch of shitcoins out there,learn the basic technical analysis so you would know when to get in and out in every trades you made,do not rush things and most importantly do not stop learning..

I would like to suggest for you to invest in altcoins sections like ethereum because this kind of coins is for long term holding just dont panic if the prices decreased just be patient to hold it so that you earn a lot of profit.
