I missed the last dip and am wondering if I should hold out for another oucoming dip or if the current price for Bitcoin are still decent.

Nobody can tell you exactly when to buy. In comparison to the last few months the price is relatively low , you can buy some now and just keep adding to that stack every month. This way you can average the price you bought for.

It would be all up to you, on whether you plan to stay for long and when do you intend to cash out, if ever. It's currently at $8,800, some hundreds higher than yesterday. You might say that that is already expensive but if you compare it to the ath at $20k, it's still quite a steal.

Well according to a CNBC video I watched earlier the average cost of producing a Bitcoin is around 8k right now. Meaning the price is pretty good, you could try getting closer to 8k although that moment may not come ever again. I really wonder why a lot of people wait for a dip and they end up missing the dip eventually. Well said. Honestly, it is really crazy to see how people think. Market was $19800, people will ask whether to buy. Now market is hovering around $7k to $9k and then some will still keep asking you whether to buy. I feel it is either they have no understanding of what they want to buy and they are looking for quick profit, or they just do not get it.

It makes you too dependent on one specific outcome, which is the price to go down. Best way to move forward is to use a smaller percentage of your initial capital to buy at current levels, and then you can wait with the other part of your fiat capital to see what's going to happen. If the price goes up, you'll benefit since you bought yourself some coins already, and when the price is going down, you'll benefit as well because you can buy more at lower levels, and thus get your average buying price to decrease. Forget the death cross FUD, we are doing fine so far, as long as we stay above $8000 we are good. Ideally you want to see $8500 as the new flat zone. The price could sustain a $8500 flat zone until june 26th ish, which is where it could hit the resistance line that comes from as far as $1800, if that is broken then we would go lower, it would be pretty bad, but we have many reasons to keep going higher until then. I think we are going to rebound against the resistance line on that date if we stay flat, coinciding with some good news, and FOMO will kick in. With floor being $8500, I see $30,000 pretty easily before 2019.

There is better time to invest in Bitcoin than now that its value is still below  $9,000 though one cannot tell when the dip or downward trend Will start and where will be the bottom that one should buy . I think only time shall tell.

Nobody will apparently, because no one absolutely understands or know what can happen next. However, if he keeps up with that mindset, he may never even get the chance to buy at this value ever again if he is busy waiting for a dip. This is market and no one knows the future and if he understands and believe in what he is holding, I see no reason why he should be waiting when the market is low already.

The reason why so many people have missed a good chance is because they keep waiting for something that may never come. Why are you buying ? For short term profit or for long term. Quite good I would say, considering its all-time high was $19K and the most recent dip only goes to $7K. I think $8K is going to be the lowest from now on so better invest now before it goes higher. If we had to believe the experts you are referring to, Bitcoin wouldn't even have made it past the $100 level back in the days. If you see someone is being referred to as an expert, or claiming to be one, then just know that they are either biased, or just blindly guessing based on their view of the market. I think it's safe to say that the terms expert and analyst have been abused to the absolute maximum in articles, just as much as spammers here abuse the Sirr term. People who doubt whether or not to invest should just stay away. If people actually understood the technical side of Bitcoin, it would be an instant investment, and one for the long term.

I think it depends to the investor's if they want to invest now or need thinking about it the results of your investment in the bitcoin will get for you some profit. But we knows buying bitcoin it was better ways to get some profit if we want to or willing to invest.

No need to buy btc now if you wont go for a daytraing. Just wait 2 months for short therm or 2 years in long term for a great time to enter. I'm confused now, some thread says that it can be delayed up to February by next year so that's why I don't fully rely on it anymore. Although, there will be a good run after that approval, I'm not discouraging that don't buy when its approved but its a wrong timing.

So, I know it won't drop as much as that again from this price I am sure of it but I think if you are going to buy it would be reasonable to buy with %40 of your bankroll, after that if you feel like it dropped couple percent and not looking like going down again you can buy another %20 or so. Keep doing this if it drops, if it goes up sell all of them and wait for it to drop again and keep doing this in a repeat cycle.
