I just stop looking at bitcoin price. It hurts me actually, that's why I took this decision. I am holding few of BTC and I will not look at my wallets too for 2 months. I hope after 2 months when I will go to see bitcoin price, maybe I will scream happily. What about you guys?  ;D

For the moment I am very happy to see bitcoin prices and keep tabs on bitcoin prices, as this is an opportunity for me to buy and invest in bitcoin, I would be glad when bitcoin goes down.

why be afraid to see bitcoin with falling prices, why just look at bitcoin when the price is high, I think before you invest you must have understood with all the risks and this one of them

maybe it's the best decision for now to see bitcoin prices coming back down considerably. I also prefer not to see haega bitcoin because if you look, it will automatically be moved to sell bitcoin at a price that worsens. hopefully in the future after I look back bitcoin prices have improved and raced away to the moon.

Yes not looking at the chart is a good practice for a long term hold this will prevent you to panic sell and this also prevent you from stressed and thinking much about the value.

I'm not too confused with the current bitcoin price even though I also have some bitcoin, I see more chances of pinching the current bitcoin price by buying bitcoin again with a greater chance of profit.

Not looking at BTC price seems a wise decision especially right now that it's price is still not bouncing back, less stress and it will not lead you to make bad decision if we always looking at the price in my point of view are patience is gettinh shorter and shorter. Maybe i'll do that to not looking at btc price.

probably that would be thr best thing to do with the currenct situation right now about bitcoin market price drop. This is the second lowest btc market price in the year 2018 wherein it fallls to 7k usd per btc market price. The other last few months the btc market prices fall down also to 6k usd per btc market price. So i guess this is all about the nature of bitcoin fluctuation. This is not the first time to happen if you will research about bitcoin market price. The only good thing here is that btc will recover its price in the next few months or it could be until december of the year 2018. and expect higher btc price for that month.

If that's what you do it will be better if you do not remember to sell your bitcoin at cheap price, and better if you increase your investment by buying bitcoin with cheap price as it is today.

Me too im not looking btc price because make me stress right but i known someday getting higher again just hold and dont panic im believe in bitcoin that value back again.this is to the new investor to buy more btc because the price of bitcoin is low.

This is true that we should stop looking for bitcoin price to avoid stressed and stop shaking because anytime the price will go up.

As for me as i first see the bitcoin price i was so amazed and how joyfull by seing it. So that i stop seeing also a price just naot make me more desirable to buy more or sell it because i dont had any idea on what im going to do so .so that i preffer to not see its price this monts because i want to used my bitcoin for the future of my family.

Actually, I thought about doing the same. I wish I could just forget about Bitcoin and happily live my life without needlessly worrying about current BTC price.
I am still angry at myself for not selling at ATH, but again, at that time I didn't really know that 20k would be the absolute limit for BTC :(
All I wish in my life is to have the luxury of not worrying about money anymore - it just makes me stressed out all the time.

In fact, I think the price of bitcoin is a good observation. As long as we have a strong heart, we will not be alarmed by the price drop. It's good to watch the price, as long as the price of bitcoin drops to $6,000, you can buy some.

If you hold some btc i think its normal to feel frustrated because your btc keeps on declining. But for those people who to buy bitcoin. This is the time that they are waiting for. They can buy bitcoin at low price.

I still check it once a day but I don't read or watch anything related to crypto because it's all FUD left and right. The price doesn't really affect me at all and it's the articles that causing FUD make me depressed and those that I stopped looking at.

That's good idea :) At present the best way is hold criptocurrency. So if you do not feel good monitoring BTC price just stop watching it :)

Hey there ! I understand you, its not easy for now as were in a red phase but please be patient and see how you will be saying the opposite when the price moons !

I already did this few months ago and when I see now the price. I realized now that it's more lower. It really disappointed me, And now already intall my blockfolio to monitor again my asset. We need to face the fact and accept it.

As a holder, I think I also have the same problem of not being able to do without keeping tabs on the price of bitcoin.
However, I believe your decision is a very good one as it will eliminate the pain and disappointment one gets every time one checks the price of bitcoin and see and it is still below expectation.
I think I'll have to make use of your method in order to save myself from this everyday disappointment.

I don't see this as a disappointment (when bitcoin hits all time low). Let's just think of it as an opportunity to buy and stack more coins when the price rise up again. If you're in trading, you'll see this as a chance to get more profit rather than a loss.

If your interest is in the long term, as it should be, then this is the better tactic to take. Look every now and then, not every day or every hour. If you're planning on buying more, then of course you would need to look more often. But as is the case with a number of people, you're looking for the long term. And it sounds like you have a sizable amount, so I'd hold off on looking for a while for sure.

I just think its the best thing for you to do than to keep looking at the coinmarket capitalization of the falling prices of bitcoin.Some weak hands caused panic thats why its best or prefer to ignore the price than it causes stressed to you.One greatest enemy in investing aside from risk that is being involved with it is ourself,sometimes we make decisions that can make us imperturbable but in the end we will regret in our decisions due to panic.To keep safe from anxiety i think that you should stop monitoring bitcoins price.Our  future lies in our hands if we made wrong decisions today probably we will be unsuccessful for our tomorrow.

I have completely stopped looking at prices. I only think of my crypto as funds stored at bank. I wouldn't touch them for years anyway so who cares if there are short term price fluctuations? Longterm the prices will be higher for sure cause of the disruptive technology.

there's no assurance in two months investing in btc but there always a chance like it possible that you can earn by that

another thing you need to understand that we need to save some btc here to earn and think positive in that then don't cry if you lose it because vice versa that's the way to earn here also

i think no need to think day trading,weekly trading,a month or a long term sell your btc if it's already go 25% high that's all

Many would say that it's a better not to look because of all the stress it causes. But that really would depend on what you are actually doing with it. If you are constantly paying with coin does the general instability of the value comes into play and affect the price.  Don’t most of us still base the product or service upon its value in USD still? If your whole plan was to hold on to your BTC in the first place, why would you constantly stress yourself by looking at it anyway. Of course it's going to fluctuate but you had faith in it at some point in time if that was your plan.

That may be a good idea. But, I guess you'll still hear about bitcoin's price even if you don't check it. It may not be the right or exact price but you'll still be informed if it appreciated or depreciated even more.

Yes same here i am also doing this . when i see that i am felling so bad because my total fund 30% in down but i am not panic . still i am positive i know it price will be recover . its also great time to buy btc in a short term way any time price will be up.

I can fully understand that. For people who were not invested in Bitcoin so far, this is a great opportunity. For others who wish to have more BTC this is a great time s well. So take advantage of it!
And that is how many people should see the actual "crypto winter". As an opportunity! Markets can not just go up. Corrections and clean outs are needed for a long term growth. Otherwise the whole space overheats completely and disappears as fast as it has grown so far.

The price of BTC has been falling, and I no longer pay attention to the price of BTC. When many people discuss the price of BTC, I will study the price of BTC.

Today the price of bitcoin is rising and maybe tommorow or the other it may fall. For me I need to be aware about what's happening to bitcoin, because this only way which I makes my bitcoin safe and also to be updated if the value of it is increasing nor decrasing. Isn't it good time to rethink on our decisions? In Dec17 BTC was all time high and its just few months back, now the current price is around $7k. Lets just suppose how far it will going to fall may be more 1-2k not more than that. I am new in this forum, but still I used to saw bitcoin rise since last winter.
What i think is, its the best time to invest coz every day there is some new news related  to crypto world. Every now and then there are some positive news from some well known and high ranking people. This i think is sufficient enough to prove in nearby future BTC price is going to rise once again.

I am doing the same thing, ever since the price started going down every time i look at it it makes me sad and ruins my whole day thinking about how much money i have lost, so the best thing to do is not look at it for a while and just forget about it for a month and tow maybe goon vacation and by that time probably the price will start going up again, there is no point in stressing out about the price because we have no control over how it changes we just gotta accept it.

This is a very right decision. Continuous monitoring of the market usually leads to bad decisions and panic. So if you have invested in the long term, it is best to forget about the market for a few months.  :) :)

I wanted to do this tactic as it is very stressful to look at the price everyday and be dissapointed with it, but I have no other choice as I trade the alts and my investment are there so I need to cut my loses  :-\

I am also a hodler of BTC and right now, my BTC in my wallet seems to be in its lowest price. I am newly in investing. In fact, this is the first time I have invest in BTC  and I don't want to be discourage by this crash. 50% was already lose to my investment and I need to hold.

This is also good for the meantime when price is down to stop looking in the market value. This may release stress to stop checking time to time. If their is already good news to explode the market value you can recheck again the price.

That's how you sometimes need to relax do not look at the market so you can not stress. It's a big thing to always look at the market sometimes you do not have to look so you do not get irritated ahahah.

Although you have a point, but there's also a negative effect when you're not updated in bitcoin price. We all know that bitcoin price is volatile and keeps on fluctuating from time to time. Bitcoin price changes every seconds, what if it's price will increase maybe up to $16,000 at that time, and you're not aware that it increase, and the when you look at its price again, it drops up to $5,000. Wouldn't you feel regret in that situation? It's a huge loss for you if that will happen. Anyway, if you feel stress with its price and the only way to get over your stress is by not updating in the market, then so be it! But don't take it for long. Maybe you can do it for just a week.

I am used to the price fluctuation of Bitcoin and the big jumps or crashes don't faze me any more. As long as I am in the green I am happy. I check the price briefly in the afternoon after work and that's it. Just don't be a weak hand and sell off prematurely  ;)

The closest thing I can say I have done to compare to your will power is that I uninstalled some apps on my phone that would enable me to check the prices, even when I was driving!

Yes, those people who are emotional and can't see their portfolio in Red, this is the best thing they can do is to avoid looking at their portfolio. If you see it on daily basis, it will eventually make you sad and in emotion you can take a wrong decision of selling your coins at loss so its better if you see the price once a week.

Long term investors should not check bitcoin prices frequently because:

1) Seeing drops in prices may raise doubt in mind. Some people may finally sell in loss thus losing money instead of making profit with bitcoins.

2) A lot of time is wasted in the process as well. If you have already decided to hold for 2-3 years, what is the point in checking the bitcoin prices every day or hour. A lot of time is wasted in this. Better use that time to learn about promising alt coins and ICO projects and then invest some money there.

If you have to force yourself to not look at the price just because it 'hurts' or you can't handle this brutal market, then that's a clear sign that you shouldn't invest in Bitcoin at all. Regardless of how much people try to not look at the Bitcoin price, it will not work because it will keep burning inside you, and when you can't hold it any longer, you'll look anyway. Nothing in the world will be able to distract you from the fear that your investment might lose even more value. It's mentally devastating and completely unnecessary to go through this. Never put any faith in the short term price of this market, never.

Yes, I am the same, I just see from the crypto telegram channel and never opened the wallet from last February, I was stuck also by some altcoin and my estimation decreased.
I hope this April Bitcoin will go up, but the fact is so much Fud this time.

This is the good decision. Constant checking the price gives you extra pressure that you don't need. At the end price doesn't look so bad at the moment and there are some signs that it might recover.
Remember if you don't have enough patience and can't control your emotions Bitcoin is not for you.

There are two different sides in addressing the current situation where the price of Bitcoin is falling. Thats good, Because looking daily on btc price will increase your b.p . It should be kept as a long term investment not short term.

It doesn't really bother me much about all these ruckus and I chose to continue hold them in a much longer run. The problem is those who brought bitcoins at its peak which would really hurt them since it falls more than half of its price which could be really astounding which means the greater you brought at that price then the greater your losses. Anyway, the future holds a lot of breakthrough to its price though the time frame is quiet uncertain.

Before investing, you should've completely understood what is the pros and cons of investing in bitcoin. Although yes, that's a great idea but you must always watch out for the price of bitcoin. It is not always low neither high. It's price is changing most of the time so better keep track.

It'll be totally the opposite for me ! I'll be looking for those charts to know when to buy more ! A lot of people are believing all the FUD and they panic each single time bitcoin goes into a dip , forgetting that each time it happens bitcoin goes into a bull run right after and have series of all time highs , it happened before and it'll certainly happen again !
In order for some to become rich from cryptos , others have to act dumb enough to sell their assets at such low values (which ain't that low by the way because bitcoin was a little bit over 1k dollars at this time last year at whatever lowest point now we'll still be making profit ! ) .
As for those who can't invest and don't need the money for now , they can stop watching since the overall value have been severely shrinking and these could be depressing to watch for whoever depends on bitcoin ..

HAHAHA good luck about your decision. Looking daily is make you uncomfortable? I look in bitcoin price weekly and getting update by my friends when I'm in the mood to ask the price. But it's also a good decision that you make, in checking every day or every hour make us pressure also i admit it. I'm also holding bitcoin so i can understand you.

Good idea of not looking the price for 2 months. What I do is still I love seeing the price and even it is dropping I'm aware and it's challenging to me on how I'm going to take this feeling. But for 2 months I'm sure that there will be a positive progress and it's not only about going down most of the time. Bitcoin can recover for 2 more months.

Isnt it better if you continuously try to monitor it regulalry and short sell in this market. It will be much better to trade yourself into fiat until the downtrend continues. I mean hodl is a good technique but just holding it blindly is also of no use. while all of.us have lost a lot during this downtrend one of my friend has earned a lot infact doubled his amt. So try and trade.

I am not an crypto addicted guy to check the price all the time, so I do not have any problem with that. I usually check the price like once per two-four days and if I hear some information about huge drop, just like this days, I check the price more often, like once a day.
Two months is a good period to stay away from all this prices and panic around that, to chill a bit, I believe during that time Bitcoin will finally stablilize and we will see new wave of constant raise and maybe even new records.

I think you should check the bitcoin price everyday so that you won't be surprised and you're always informed. There is a possibility that the bitcoin price will go up after 2 months.

Stop lookinh at the price track then keep on holding, in due timw we will be able to see the price growing. I would suggest you to just keep it, yiu wont regret doing this. You might be not trusting the process right now bitcoin will certainly  have a promising future. It has been  proven since the it has begun.

Me i have blockfolio i added there my holdings bitcoin, and also altcoins but i uninstall it because i saw my bfolio its down to 40-60%. So sad to see your holding coins dropping its hard to accept. 😥

As long as i have a spare time i will keep on looking at the price of bitcoin. But if i dont look at the bitcoin prices for two months, maybe i will feel anxiety almost everyday. Its better for me to see the harsh truth than to expect something and in the end will only give me disappointment, i prefer seeing the price if it will increase or decrease each and every day.

Your strategy makes you feel calm and gain you a peace of mind. In doing this you're being out of nervous and panic that cause of the deepest dip of value in the market. And the good thing in doing this is you won't think the idea of panic selling that makes you some losses. For me,  I wanted to buy more coins  because it's in the low price and I hold it for the meantime and waiting for the right time to sell  when the value in the market will rising up again. However, i think that it's better for us to be updated and aware to the flow of the value in the market.  Patience and hope may lead us to the way of success.

You are doing the right thing. Looking at bitcoin prices everyday is just point less. You will just get weird thoughts of selling if the prices drop. Even price rise can be tempting to sell. Thus if you have decided to stay invested, do not keep checking prices frequently.

Although 2 months is still a very short time but it's still a good decision OP. You can relax and focus your attention to something else during this period of time. I am in one of you for hoping for an appreciable value of bitcoin in the coming months.

Realize in short terms the price will go up and down but in the long run it will most likely be a good thing. Also be happy to lose it all and look forward to it in a year. If youre fine with losing it you wont care about the price.

It can be really hard to zoom out on these charts. I find myself also looking at them less and less.

That is a good idea, for me too. when you are HODLing bitcoin at this time it is quite painful looking at the bitcoin price. it is better to focus on other things and forget about bitcoin for now. From now on, I'll be checking the bitcoin price in between 2-4 weeks.

I think I need to check the price once a day...to monitor the best price to buy at dip as I'm planning to add some few amounts to my investment. You need to accept that it a volatile market, this will happen but not always. Relax and wait mode.

I agree with that. buy bitcoin and altcoin now and close the market, and open again next 2-3 months we will enjoy the results.

It does not make any sense to stop looking at the price as if you want to buy more bitcoin you will have to keep an eagle eyes at the market price of bitcoin, but instead of closing your eyes you should train yourself for bitcoin market price rise and fall, bitcoin use to change the price so if you will keep this in mind that it is very temporary and it is just short time dump, it will rise again very high, trust me this way you will develop a lot of patience in your personality and you will make high profit without selling your bitcoin at panic price.

I am already doing this. I  feel like crying when i see the currecnt prices of bitcoins and altcoins and i am at more than 50% loss at this moment. I have stopped login into my poloniex and bittrex account for about a week and i have tried myself to get  myself busy in other activities of life.
I also hope that one day when i reopen my trading sites, i could find myself in good profit but this seems dream for now.

It is really unfortunate to see but your decision might help you because it will not make you worried. It will just cause you panic montioring the market price and seeing how bad it is falling. Just wait and hold until the market price stabilizes and starts to increase. Do not mind the backdrops because those are just normal.

Even how much i want not to peek in my bitcoin wallet I still have the guts to do so , I am little disappointed when it continue to drop but the least I can do now or most probably for everybody is to hold and wait.

It's really amazing how it has fallen this far and when irritates me is that whenever there is a small hint that the value is going to rise up again, then the whole scenario starts all over again. Looking at the value sometimes makes me very depressed about the whole thing.

I still see the bitcoin price movement because I think it is the best time to buy bitcoin at a low price, so it can cover the losses, I also expect bitcoin prices to go up as I also hold the bitcoin I bought at a fairly expensive price.

why are you so sure that bitcoin will regain value? it might completely collapse in the future and loose all attention to altcoins.

I agree with you.Checking BITCOIN price frequently ,even though you have decided to hold your BITCOIN, is a waste of time.Also if you start doubting you will gradually loose interest and also if you have double thoughts at a time you would not be able to gain much profit.

a good way to avoid panic sales, but if you stop seeing bitcoin, how will you know bitcoin prices? many people predict that bitcoin will recover in June, and 2 months again go to June.

but how if bitcoin only recovers in May and June, and after you check again market, bitcoin prices back down. and that can happen in the crypto world. will you still happy ?

haha. I stopped watching the price of bitcoin since February 2018. Very low price makes me sad every time I watch. I recommend relaxing and waiting three or four months to see the price of bitcoin. Maybe you will be happy ;D ;D

Yeah I have doing the same thing at the moment, while all crypto prices are down I do not check my portfolio as much. I think it allows you to focus on what work you can do to support the ecosystem and to stop thinking about short term price movements.

Yeah it's really depressing to know bitcoin price these days. There has not been a good signal for the price to go high. However I guess it's  better to keep watching the price although we don’t like it. At least by keep updating the bitcoin price, we won't miss anything.

The best way not to feel bad during this kind of market situation is just to stop looking or monitoring the price. Uninstall your block folio, stop looking at the coin market cap. Just be patient because everything will recover soon.  Patience always pays off, just keep buying the dip.

yes it also happened to me, i have some bitcoin and eth, and i decided not to see the market price about 3-4 months. and there are only two possibilities that occur, first I am happy because the price rose, or even cry because the price is falling deeper

Yes,I agree with you mate,stop monotoring the price and just keep your bitcoin in your wallet and come back after two months because there are lot of predictions that by june bitcoin price will  be going up.

If you already have Bitcoin then that is the right thing for long term investment.
Bitcoin prices are currently experiencing a fairly deep decline. Hopefully this is not last long and hope Bitcoin prices will increase again.

Good decision bruh, I really think that that is the best thing that any crypto or bitcoin holder can do at times like these when all the crypto currencies are on a sea of red or as what people often call it -a bearish market. Doing this would really help you control your emotions and prevent you from panic selling due to the big losses you may see every time you look at your portfolios or all crypto investments. Clearly, you know that the prices are bound to rise sooner or later but looking at your investments you will always be tempted to cut losses so great job on being man enough to make the decision.

When I was starting in Bitcoin, I have always been obsessing about the price until such time I grew too engrossed with it that the slightest change can make or break my day. Then I realized it is already unhealthy. When you really think about it, there is nothing much you can do about the price decline or surge. Hence, why keep bugging yourself about it? To ensure you are not left zero? Yes, it makes sense. But you should realign yourself with the fact that you entered a highly volatile market. You signed up for this. Hence, you are expected to make peace with it rather than add it to your already-stressful life. Now, since you have no power to alter the market, change your mindset! That is the only thing you can control anyway. Get busy working onto other projects to earn more rather than merely focusing on one source of income.

Even HODLING can be classified into short and long-term so 2 Months doesn't sound like such a bad idea. I actually rarely see bitcoin price unless I see people talking about it. Well looking at price just make us affraid of losing our bitcoin. It is good idea to stop looking at it. Or we can hold and forget then come back next year  ;D

Typical holding strategy, it's good and a safe investment technique and commonly practiced by a lot of people. Some just want to put their money into Btc and forget about it and get back after a year or two hoping to get 200% - 500% of profit. Oh how I wish life could be that easy. But, I think I should handle my investment actively rather than just waiting,  It might hasten my goal to become rich as hell lol.

Some mate around me just like you, they hold more BTC than me, and recently they all anxiety day and night, cant sleep even midnight, i told them sholud be harmonious, what ever price low or up, your health is most important.

It's same for me, i stop looking in the price of the bitcoin. Because when i decide to look the price of the bitcoin in the counmarketcap, I'm just giving myself an stress and depression. It's only waste of time. I eait for the returning price of the bitcoin, i believe in the bitcoin. Maybe next 2 months i look the pric again.

I think there is an equilibrium of sorts. Run of the mill bulls and bears tussle at the current equilibrium, then a large short is covered, and the equilibrium is upset, but eventually returns.

How many coins have the exchanges lent to short sellers? How many have been returned (shorts covered)? How fast is the ratio between the two changing, etc. You need to know that if you are going to succeed as a small investor in a big pond with big (shorting) fish.

You don't know because crypto exchanges are not required to report it. The SEC figured out a long time ago that not reporting short sales was disadvantageous to the small investor, and they regulated it.

I have now formed a new opinion, BTCUSDSHORT on bitfinex (the exchange that recently stepped in major dog doo, another thread), is an attempt to divert attention away from their short lending practices. If a noob somehow stumbles across the concept of shorting and asks, bitfinex has an answer , "short interest, ah, here's this index we cooked up, it has the word short in it, this IS the droid you are looking for!". It is not.

So , there is really no way to predict where things might go, everyone is flying blind. Also keep in mind, TA evolved 100% in the age of short sale disclosure requirements. Applying TA to a market that is not transparent regarding short sales is probably not going to work, IMHO.

Just yearstarday i looked at that and was very happy that is finally starting to rise again to 7100+ price and after some hours somebody dumped it very hard just for 15 min it goes to 6700 , again they make me sad :(

No, don't stop looking at bitcoin price. You may miss some of the changes that it can take. But, how frequent do you look for the charts and prices? Maybe too frequent? Like almost many times a day? If that's the case, then you should probably just lessen it. Once every two to three days, I think is enough? Always looking at Bitcoin price will just make you stressed. Since you will be afraid of what would happen to your investments. But, that is reasonable. But also will inflict negative impacts to your mental health. And that is not acceptable. Just look once in a while and hold for a moment and see the results of your holding.

i guess its every five minutes lol..checking prices from time to time leads us to panic specially when this kind of trends happening,how could you tolerate seeing your folios continuously falling as if your letting the coins die everyday and you cant do anything but watching?thats what most of. Well you have to find something that works fornyou in this kind og market and it gives you some kind of assurance when you're not seeing the price, then good for you. I said before that the price fluctuates too quickly to make it a convincing bet, which is why I am more confident in waiting 7 days to see the result. It may be 7100 now and it may even reach 7500 very soon but I think that this is only temporary and the price will continue to decline in the coming days since it's been like this for months. The price drops more than half of the price that can be very surprising which means the bigger you bring on that price the greater your losses. Actually this is also what I do now, not always checking on bitcoin’s price on daily basis. It somehow relieves the feeling of being stress and avoid hassle. Maybe for the daily traders this is not applicable since they do it regularly but for hodlers it is useful.

Well if you invested alot in bitcoin much better to stop looking on its price right now because it will really hurt you because it drops down but all you need to do is to be patient and keep on holding your bitcoin even if it will take a couple of months or year to rise again so that you can be able to earn big.

Don't worry, if you feel your bitcoin goes down in value, my portfolio goes down too. And I still look at the price looking for whatever good altcoins out there to buy more. Since I didn't put all my money in crypto back in January. We will only loss the trading battle if we sell it back to local currency. We all know that our own local currency weakens their purchasing power every year. I don't think your bitcoin will lose purchasing power by next year. When I was a kid a kilo of raw chicken was $1 (Php 50), now its $4 ( Php 200). Hilarious decline. I was just 19 when bitcoin starts. And a bitcoin back then can purchase 2 kilos of chicken $4. Now with your one bitcoin ($7000), you can have 2 kilos of chicken a day for the next 5 years. I hope I have made your hands stronger now with my chicken scenario.

I stop looking in bitcoin price from time to time but i need to check it atleast everyday to get some updates with btc price. And right now has a good update,  btc price id increasing and i hope that this is just a start and continue to pump.

I did the same thing and I am trying my best not to read articles about crypto because I don’t want to get tempted to checl my portfolio. I had a habit before that i always see the price of my investment whenever i had my phone. Sometimes i do it every minute because i'm get too excited if the price goes up but when the bear markets appear. I get tired watching the price every hour because it's not moving at all.
