I didn't totally understand how can we get benefits from this ICO. Because I didn't get what is the real concept of Uchit and I really find hard to understand the project.

Is it a decentralized exchange?

You say that LBA is a decentralized cross-chain exchange which will allow users to exchange ERC20 tokens, but all the ERC20 tokens are based on the same Ethereum platform and they all use the same Ethereum blockchain. They all don't have their own blockchains so ERC20 tokens exchange transactions can't be cross-chain transactions. They are transactions committed between different smart contracts on the same blockchain, aren't they?

What's the applicability of LBA token? Will it be somehow integrated into the exchange or it'll be used only like a fundraising tool during the ICO? What can I do with LBA tokens if I buy some?

  Hello. Sorry we got you confused. By that we meant you can exchange all ERC20 tokens and also any other cryptocurrencies which support Atomic Swap and Lightning Network (including all ERC20 tokens). For example, BTC to LTC or LTC to TRX. This will be a cross-chain transaction.

 The applicability of LBA tokens is fully described in the white paper and also in "What to do with LBA tokens" on our website. 
  1. Membership: To gain premier access to the platform, a member must have a minimum LBA balance. Higher balances will give access to premium levels of service
  2. Fee payment: Trading fees can be paid with LBA, at a discount to normal rates.
  3. Execution priority: The size of a member's LBA holdings will impact their execution priority, resulting in faster execution and lower liquidity costs.
  4. Discounted trading: Large LBA balances provide further discounts to trading fees.
  5. Tokens will be listed in LightBitAtom Exchange and we also planning list LBA tokens on major platforms.

Compared to other projects that raised hundreds of million dollars our hard cap is more than reasonable. We can make final product for much less money. But to make it popular we need really good promotion. Cryptocurrency advertising market is overheated and we need a solid budget to bring our exchange to the top level.

 Hi! Exchanges do it for a reason. They do not do multiple pairs because it wouldn't be trading volume there. But we consider to make a page  where users could make pairs which ever they like, for trade. But it is not decided yet.

how about the price

There are a lot of complicated specifications to be met in order for your exchange to be truly decentralized. Just because there is the word in the title doesn't mean it is fully decentralized. Do you research and make sure you are not falling for a semi-professional solution.

  According to Coindesk community decentralized exchanges are the most high-demand field of Blockchain development. Why?

  First of all, it is safe. Everyone knows about lost of funds from Exchange accounts. Mt. Gox, BitFinex, CoinCheck, Bitstamp, Bitgrail, MintPal is just a partial list of hacked Exchanges. Decentralized Exchanges use peer-to-peer transactions, i.e. funds are moving directly from a buyer to a seller without getting to the Exchange wallets. Therefore, even if the Exchange gets hacked your funds will remain in your wallet.

EtherDelata Exchange is truly decentralized. Metamask browser wallet is used to store your crypto assets, all private keys are stored locally in your computer. The trading logics implemented in smart contract launched in Ethereum virtual machine. BUT you can trade only those tokens created in the same contract, i.e. almost all ERC20 tokens and Ether. Hi! Just in previous message i explained how we differ. About OAX they have open code and etc. But where They keep your money??? They are just claiming if they be hacked everybody will know why. Would it help people who lost their assets? And we don't keep it on our exchange, they are on your wallet. So whom you would call decentralized? If somebody some how and for some reason hack our platform they will get nothing.

I'm not saying your idea is not good, and probably i'm not tech enough to be able evaluate that deeply... just trying to learn and discuss

As far as I know there is still no decentralized exchange that works easily with atomic swaps. It is all still very complicated to use that is what I heard.

how does it compare with bancor.network or idex? I used both they are very convinient because I hold the PV key not the exchanger. Traditional exchangers always have problem when withdrawing fund but decentralized is more secure.
