I hate to say this, but for my 1 year in this crypto world, ive been hacked, I dont know how he get my credentials, but i think its my mistake cause i forgot to enabled the 2fa, I guess i just learned from my mistakes. But I really dont know how he get my credentials, my password was too complicated and long. Can anyone advice me whats best to avoid those scammers ?

if you want to avoid being scammed, you can do only one thing and that would be enough my friend. study as much as you can. the more you research about cryptocurrency, more you have the chances of becoming successful.

You probably was a victim of phishing site,or else some malwares or virus that affects your computer that is why he got your private keys that might be the reason why did he steal your investments,do not forget to use metamask extension to prevent these phishing attacks,never use your main email addresses when you are join something.

Main rule not to get scammed,do a lot of research to protect yourself from these attacks,buy hardwallet and do not let anyone to get inyo your computer because you might have some backup of your keys in your computer and if someone has get into your unit got those keys you wont have chance to recover those investments in your wallet.

hackers don't sleep. Without overprotection, you can lose all your crypto assets at any time. It doesn't matter - phishing site is or you store passwords on your computer desktop, this is just couple examples. I write all the passwords on a sheet and keep in the safe, i try not to store in electronic form. Buy Trezor or Ledger and sleep well)

We shouldnt take any chances,do get some hardwallets from the official website of ledger or in trezor,so that you will be safe from the units that are being sold by someone who has inject some program to the hardwallet,because these thieves are repacking these hardwallets and you will be surprised when all of your coins from hardwallet is gone forever.

So before the negotiations you must research on your buyer/seller. Make survey if that thing/people/company is legit because doing research have a big advantage in yhe negotiations

For me a person to avoid  to get scammed is to do efforts  to research.  In our generation now is very easy to get information about our research.  We have google,  just type and click and the answer will display.  We must only do is to make efforts,  invest time to educate ourselves  .

it could be true because, in the exchange, we need to secure our account from the attackers or other people that try to use our account. and like you said, by enabling 2FA and combine our password with words, number, special characters, it could prevent from the attackers and besides that, we can enable email verification for withdrawal besides of enabling 2FA so it will more secure. changing the password periodically is another good option to make sure that our account will be safe and we can do this for once a month or once in three months.

Not totally all the time that we can escape scammers, only we can noticed that it is a scam when they don't pay us or they even disappear without proper information. But we can avoid scammers by looking forward the very known person or profile of the certain accounts. But my case is different I mistakenly inputted my private key on airdrop sheet and been hack for that carelessness and now I make sure that my PK are been separated to my address so that the same mistake will not occur on my part.

Are you sure there wasn't a phishing site? Me too was in such a situation (with Etherdelta). In this case... just be attentive and never be in a hurry. And yes, I would suggest purchasing the hard wallet.
