i have 3 eth is there are any ico which will give me even 3X return on my investment. or is there are any hyped ico i should go for or any undervalued altcoin

This is a fairly small amount, I think the risk is not so great. But still times are very unstable, especially for violas. I would recommend investing to top 10 coins. Select multiple and divide this amount between them.

At this moment ICO's are very risky with the market condition. My opinion is to keep 1 ETH on your wallet and spend other 2 with top coins on coinmarketcap. You can check future updates on each coin before you buy. Please try to do your own research.

For low risk investment, I would just invest in CMC (CoinMarketCap) top 10 coins (ETH being one of them)
In the current scenario (that looks bearish for ETH in the short term), I would tether my ETH holdings (convert ETH to USDT) and untether when ETH goes down (convert USDT back to ETH)

Alright, major coins should become the best choice for OP and it looks like OP is a newbie. About pump speculation and that depends on the development progress. The hype should give a lot of impact to the price to create another FOMO but it's just temporary. Majority of major coins have very strong fundamental.

I don't think it's very good idea to invest in ICO's now , when most of them dumped hard after listing on exchanges . You also need to take into account that Ethereum's price is very low now and therefore has a good potential for rebound and rapid growth when the market becomes more healthy , so I would have left those 3 ETH to myself and waited for a healthy growth, and only then I sold and reinvested in something else.

I advise you to invest in tokens that have already been added to the listing of crypto-exchange exchanges.

Well, if you are rally willing to put those all ETH coins into altcoins, I myself will divide it into some coins. If I was you, I would hold those 3 ETH and wait until the market recovers. Because ETH is really safety for holding and its price just around $200 now. It's not too hard for ETH to increase 3 times.

I would advice you to exchange your ETH back to USDT because the market is going down and your funds may decrease in USD value. If you don't want to go back in fiat, you could invest in masternodes - this may be the best option in the falling market.

3 eth can be done with the most logical investment I think, ico projects to collect the bottom from the bottom. In the last period, really good projects were produced. If you really want to be successful on such a small amount, I think it will be best to hodl ethereum because it can go up to x4 when the market recovers. why ico? if you want to get more than 3x profit. you can trade, buy altcoins that are newly listed on the market. look for projects that have successful ico results. if you're lucky maybe you can get more profit than that.

Out of all the projects mentioned I studied BTC and EOS the most. I believe all cryptocurrencies will with time apply DPOS model that EOS has. It is only logical development of cryptocurrencies to me. The transactions can be most efficiently processed only if small number of specialized computers are used (block producers).
