I wonder if the people who are known to be rich today didn't do any of those things you are mentioning. You talk about not getting married because your wealth can be split for a nasty divorce but you forgot that there is PreNap if you have trust issues. The laws are there to ensure people live together in harmony. Its a simple case of you can't eat your cake and have it. When you get married to someone in your youth, she was the bride at the time and now something happen and you guys decides its not going to work again, then it makes sense for both parties to compensate each other because it is believed that the wealth came when they were together.

Getting married later in life probably wouldn't be a bad idea, and I think the newer generations are doing that anyway.  Past generations used to get married really early instead of establishing a career first--but then again, they also owned homes and did pretty well for themselves in general.  I've got mixed feelings about that point, but avoiding taxes, not working, and not investing?  That's just stupid.

I don't really know what you suggest. Are you implying to just earn cryptocurrency to avoid tax or just avoid tax in general? The major consequence that I can think of is facing legal charges. Tax helps the country in some ways don't you think. The road and other public facilities that you enjoyed using along with security and health are all from the people's purses.
I find this funny.
With the presence of cryptocurrency then it is possible but not totally. I use bank because of necessity but if not then I would appreciate my funds in cryptocurrency.

Well most of the suggestions aren't really appliccable. Don't get a job. Even if you don't and you run your own business, you would still be paying taxes. Professionals pay taxes, businessmen pay taxes, sportsmen pay taxes. Not all people can afford to have families to fund their living. I'm pretty sure there's going to be some tax on crypto in the near future. The government won't  let you escape as long as you're making money.

Well basically, even we don't pay our own taxes we still pay some tax from what we bought like in grocery, dining at restaurants and other thing that you need to purchase. And as a freelancer, I don't want to pay my taxes, it may sound crazy but yeah especially I knew where my taxes go. I'd just rather to donate it to a homeless guy.

Don’t pay taxes: Not practical. If we don't pay the taxes, then we'll get jailed. So I would rather use loopholes to reduce my tax bill, but would pay them on time.

Don’t get married: Here in India, unmarried couples are frowned upon. So I didn't had any other choice. However, for now I am facing no issues in my family life.

Don’t use bank: Well... I don't use banks to store my wealth. I receive my salary in my bank account and I use that money to invest elsewhere. I never keep large amounts in banks.

Don’t invest: Right now, most of my portfolio is composed of Bitcoin. So I guess it is OK.

It is a matter of discipline and determination if we want to get rich. The above mention of not paying tax is not good, all of us must follow the legislation in our country. Agree educate ourselves for the possibilities may come as their is always a risks ahead in our journey to become successful.

What you are saying is that we go against the law of the government and the law of human nature. In terms of taxes, avoiding its payment would definitely lead you to jail after a few months of missing out. Just hope for the best that your taxes are going to where it should be. Not type of history I have read over and over but most of the kings, they marry and get to have a kid to every daughter of a high rank official of every tribe they conquer in order to make a pact to both parties and have peace between them. All over the countries they gets to have kids. Today genes of the kings can still be trace to their people. I'm married and, believe it or not, I didn't buy her an engagement ring. She told me not to buy it because she wouldn't wear it anyway just keep it in her jewelry box with all the rest and it would only be a waste of money. My wife is a practical nerd, so at that time the money went into some upgrades for her car.

In my case we were both rather poor. I had my own place, she moved to live with me, I was working part time and studying, she was studying full time. That won't actually make people become rich. What you have said are just some things to avoid expenses. But that won't make every people rich. If you want to be rich, work harder to achieve your goals and save money. But that doesn't include, not to enjoy your life. Work for your dreams. Though I see the sense in your opinion, some of them are unachievable. For example it's not easy not to pay taxes, especially for those in more advanced economies, they can just arrest you and make you suffer. Most people would also have to work first to at least have money for expenses while trying to get a business running.

The others are manageable. I see that the MGTOW movement is growing in the West due to divorce and child support laws heavily biased towards women. Banks are a necessary evil, don't keep all your money in them, just put enough for regular expenses. You need to get married in order to continue your family. As for getting rich, you need to try and make yourself rich yourself. No one will help and will not tell you then.

We all get married in order to start family but there are certain exceptions where people get married just to get rich and that are why they are termed as gold diggers. These people are using shortcuts for getting married but again they can lose all within seconds because of divorces. The only money that stays with you always is the one which you have earned through hard work not through shortcuts.

In my own opinion, it is possible for you to get rich ,even you get married, pay taxes, use banks. The money that goes to the government are used to provide roads, better education, enabling environment for business to thrive and so on.

Actually those 90% earns something. I don't know what countries you're using as examples but in general you earn x amount of money per month.
The inflation rates are usually smaller than 5% and income taxes are usually 20%. Even in countries where you have VAT it's an additional 20% so in worst case you are still left with 55% of your salary. If you have to pay council tax + health insurance it will deduct another 15 to 20% leaving you with 35% net income.

I find it really hard to accept all the points OP made here, it seems that he is putting down the trust and reputation of these bodies of regulation and is quite unfair to hear especially if you can still see and experience a good governance with fair banking system, and with our taxes being converted into productive outcomes. Though, I love the concept of cryptocurrency, I cannot just condemn the government that is in the first place help me to have a country good enough with harmony and proper regulation.

 I am no expert on taxes part because I am sure there must be some legal troubles if you are not careful enough and most of the time paying taxes is a good idea since if you don't than some other poor person will (no rich will take your place to pay your share). I can support not using banks for a while until cash doesn't really work in some cases like for example buying PSN plus for your online gaming, sure there must be some work arounds but working with banks help out a lot, thats why I stopped using traditional banking and moved to a digital bank which is lesser of two evils.

 However I have been married for 6 years now and I can talk about how "do not get married" part is actually true :D Sure you can decide to live with the love of your life over having money, thats a better option and I would pick my wife over billions of dollars every single day without a second of thought. And about tax payment i would say that in a better society tax play a very important role.

LOL, most of these you listed are hard to dodge, if even. They can put you to jail for evading taxes, you might not be able to adopt if you are single, keeping your money at home makes it prone to theft and not investing mean you're not really earning much to fight inflation.

What we can do is try to make better decisions. Find ways to legally reduce taxes. Save up for a sperm implant or surrogacy if you're fine being a single parent and get a tax deduction coz of the kid. the first point, we live in a country, which the country needs people to develop and advance. tax is one thing that is required for someone who has income / workers / wealthy people. I have not been rich myself so I cannot tell for sure how the rich people think and feel about their money. But in the news I have always read about millionaires and billionaires worrying because their net income is falling too low from their target. I have read how the business is moving slowly because of new players in the market. I have read how they would oppose a bill that would require them salary increases to their employees because that would reduce their income significantly or even bankrupt them. These are all money matters and I guess they are still losing some sleep because of it.

I would probably be on OP's side when he's point is quite pointing towards common good that I think. In some sense, an economy would grow if there is people comprising it, not getting married will be selfish and will not allot future generation to happen. Plus, hating government and banks, basically avoiding taxes for me is quite not ethical as we also rely some of our needs with the projects of the governments. With this, let's focus on building harmony with cryptocurrency and government to have a better place to live.

Not paying taxes to the government is an illegal action because as a citizen, you need to have a share of responsibility in your country. Do not put generalization that government is making use of our taxes for their own sake because taxes serves as back up fund in terms of calamity just like what we are facing right now. Don't get married is a choice. If you do not want to have family then it is just fine but it does not mean that when you are not married you can already get rich. It is your choice if you will use banks or not. But it will be safe to use it if you have lots of money or even a handful so that it will be keep safe and have an interest rate. I haven't paid any income tax since 1997, and I'm using banks all the time. You just need to avoid living in countries with high income tax. Or just visit them as a tourist if you enjoy those places. Paying taxes is required in our country and it's mandatory for us to pay it because it's a government funds that can be used on building schools, maintaining road, salaries for government employees and it can be useful if disaster or calamities occurs. I still remember one of the threads that appeared here, around the time when I first joined this forum (in 2012). The thread was posted by an user, who had converted most of his wealth to Bitcoin. He was married, and found out that his wife is having an affair with a person of another race. He silently converted his savings to BTC, and then filed for divorce. His wife got suspicious and claimed that he was not being truthful with his assets. A few of the media outlets picked up this story and published articles about it. Anyway.. I don't know what happened in the end.

He speaks the truth if we closely look after this in real life situation. The divorce thing, man I have seen it closely with one of my best friend whose marriage broke. The retarded court justiced the divorce by telling him to pay her expenses on monthly basis until she gets married and on top of this had to give out half of it's property. It was crazy shit, considering he has to pay EMI's for car and home loans.

Don’t get married is a valid point. But we all learn on our mistakes.

It made me realize a lot of things here. Maybe, if I am still single I am already rich now. But, this things are being so ridiculous and impossible to us. Think back of the saying that goes "No man is an Island", which means that we cannot live alone, nor die all alone. Everyone is intended to marry, to settle down, to have our own family and multiply in this world.
As for the taxes, it is the law in every country that we need to abide. Most Chinese business men here in our country are not paying an accurate tax, trying to hide the real # of employees/ in denial in every data about the company just to pay less and some really evade taxes, that is why Chinese businessmen are much richer. Because they are so wise and really don't like to settle down if they will not be able to marry a rich person like them. Perhaps this statement are pertaining to them, I've known a  lot about Chinese people because I worked in a Chinese company for over 10years. That is why, when I first read it, they suddenly came up to my mind. Though few are trying to be good following all the rules/law in the country but mostly are really like this. They were just so practical i think.

I think getting married is not a hindrance for us to become rich. Maybe the good thing to say is, getting married even though we are not ready will for sure bring us down and end up to a separation. Not getting married and don't have kids light make you better off financial in the short term, but in the long term I am not sure. Having a family provides you with a emotional sourrounding that will help you cope with many things in life. Just being on your own will get hard once you become old. I would not recommend it.

Not paying taxes is not a good idea. Because if you pay taxes it means you actually make money to pay them. If you would not pay them and the government finds out you are in big trouble. Tax evasion is illegal in most countries and not only results in fine but also prison time. What does it matter if you are rich but sit in prison?

Not getting married is never solution to become rich. By supressing the natural instinct one will harm himself/herself psychologically, whereas he need to be always alert about the market situation and take smart moves.

Not getting married for the sake of being rich is stupid advice. Ignoring the whole emotional and mental aspect of it and focusing solely economics, there are far more benefits to having two incomes than one.  There are synergies and savings to cohabiting that will leave a couple with more savings than two people making the same amount apart and living apart- one house, less utilities in one house than two, etc. 

Its useless to live when you don't want to be married just to become millionaire. It is not necessary need to escape the marriage life just to fulfill your dreams. Well Marriage can wait but being a Millionaire is a once in a lifetime chance mate,you can find a girl to marry you when you become  million dollar man .But it is hard to become a millionaire once you married and have kids because your priority are family and limited time to get richer.But of course there are some lucky people that still manage to earn high while having a family to fed but of course majority fails once they have more obligation than themselves.

I always telling a lot of people to make investment for them to achieve financial freedom,  more than 50% of people in my country doesn't have investments and it is the reason why the poverty rate in my country are so high. A lot of people are also want to save their money in banks than to invest it. Actually before, the annual bank interest in my country is 0.25% but now it become more smaller because the current annual bank interest is now 0.125%. Imagine that kind of interest. It is like the bank is making more gains in the money that you deposited to them.

The average gain of the index in my country is more than 40%. Look how big is the difference of the interest rate that the banks are giving to their customers. Investing while having good education can help our lives to get better.

I think there is misconception in real estate, you will only become profitable in your investment if you have basic knowledge and foundation on specific asset or the type of investment that you will make like for example real estate. People think that the value of land and houses are continuing to increase but it is not true because there are some properties that are depreciating where it losses its value over period of time. Most of the houses and land that are prone to flood and some natural disaster are the assets that are most likely to depreciate because of its geographical location. Actually I plan to enter in real estate market in the next few years but I admitted that my knowledge and my experiences are still not enough and it is the reason why I need to invest in my knowledge first. In terms of profitable investment, just choose what assets that fitted to your skills and characteristics. For example if you are good with technical analysis then focus on trading securities, stocks and cryptocurrencies.

You need money to be rich no one can make money without hard work. Getting married using the bank paying taxes to the government these are the things that need money later. The OP seems to be only giving the advice to get rich not to be successful. Being a female, I would agree with some of the posts here. The divorce laws can be quite biased against the husband. But the merit varies from case to case. I know one case, where the wife landed with a huge alimony, even after she was caught cheating. And I know another case, in which the alimony amount was very negligible, although the husband had dumped the family. Have to agree here. In most of the countries, the tax rate is 20% to 35% and the effective rate can be much lower given all the loopholes. If you don't want to pay taxes, then use these loopholes rather than doing tax evasion. Why do you need to go for the illegal route, when the same can be done 100% legally? No one likes to pay taxes. But there is no other option and you need to give them whatever due, after making use of the loopholes.

Getting a good life partner is always a lucky shot and no one will jump into a disaster willingly  ;). You can do all these activities but if you want to stay away from giving out hefty taxes you can move away to countries that are tax free and save a lot of money. I was working in the middle east a decade ago and there were no taxes levied and then back home there were no taxes for Non residence.

That is right, because to be rich is not by being stingy because to be rich is through knowledge. Therefore, education and extensive experience will really help you to get rich, look at them rich people, at least they all have good knowledge and skills that can continue to be used to advance a business and / or anything that is basically for a profit from time to time.

There is a special clause called "rape under the promise of marriage". That means that any women, with whom you had consensual sex can file a rape complaint against you, claiming that she had sex with you after you promised to marry her later. At least in my country the live-in partners doesn't have the same rights as that of married couples. So in case the two breakup, the male partner doesn't need to provide alimony or maintenance (as long as there are no children resulting from this relationship). i want to get rich, but i don't agree on not getting married. Since my future wife her dad had a chain of car sales, and i wouldn't be poor if i marry her. Exactly, the rich own a large corporation, the vast amount of wealth does not allow them to openly evade taxes but as you say, they are rich, they know they pay hefty taxes every year, especially in developed countries, this amount is bigger than ever and forces them to have limited solutions such as taking advantage of legal gaps, the lawyers they hire are probably very good at this problem. The government also has no shortage of tacit relationships with them, so they can get rich and evade taxes fairly quietly while if we do as this topic says, we'll be in jail soon when we do not understand the law

That is true, I also know some rich people that is constantly staying rich by being a law abiding citizen. They are just good at handling money and prioritizes gaining money instead of spending them. Being alone or trying to be an outlier in our world today is not as effective as before because everybody needs help to improve their life. Getting married can change somebody's life but that is a choice. Some rich people gets their inspiration from their family and its not fair to say that marriage is something that can hinder having a better life.

Don't get married = fine, but if you intend to live with someone or have kids you still have financial responsibilities
Don't use banks = That's fine, but you cannot yet buy everything with bitcoin and your fiat under the chimney is at risk of being stolen.

What is the reason you say not married we will be rich? lol its useless when we have a lot of money but can't enjoy being with someone. will you be satisfied with the results you get and enjoy it yourself? surely there will be a sense of disappointment with the decision. It is simple that people take it too seriously, and they just consider it the happiness of their best friend, i wouldn't be happy if I had a lot of money and couldn't be with the person i loved. On my own mind, many people say i'm crazy, but the truth is, what do we make money for? And then ask yourself questions every day and everyone will have different ways of enjoying wealth.

A crypto portfolio can always grow, but is it actually worth it? I think everybody has to decide for himself what is enough. And how much do we need to say we are rich. Cryptocurrency is taxed in all the countries where there is income tax. There is not a single country where profits from cryptocurrency is tax-free (unless you are talking about countries where there is no income tax, such as the United Arab Emirates or Bahamas). And live-in relationships are also being targeted by lawyers now. In some countries now live-in relationships are being treated as equivalent to marital relationships.

Well whether it’s going to be a doom for central banks or not is what I don’t know, but what I know for sure is that banks can’t stop cryptocurrency. Just take a look at what happened in Nigeria as an example, how their Central bank banned Bitcoin and tried to stop people from trading Bitcoin by blocking accounts that are traced to crypto activities. Well, did that put an end to the trading of cryptocurrency? Nah, that never happened, instead it got stronger, people are now making use of decentralized exchanges and the government are the ones that lost.

This way I expect people to ignore central banks of their countries regardless of stand of their government against cryptocurrencies. It means people will stop depending on banks and may start living a cashless life just because of cryptos.
