If you will be storing billion dollars in a bank then you should make sure that your funds came from legal sources because if banks conducted an investigation about your sources then you will be alright. You should also build a good relationship between yourself and also the bank so if something goes wrong then you will have no problem to recover your losses.

No one is going to save illegally obtained money into banks so yes this is only for the people who have source of money in legal way.Still we have problems in terms of security to our funds.Even if banks met with an theft banks may not be responsible to refund all the money back to you so this is the risk what I am talking about.

The problem here is that if the number of free-loaders increase above a certain threshold, then the entire system becomes nonviable. The government will end up with more and more fiscal deficit with every passing year and at some point an economic meltdown will occur.

That's the bigger picture that I'm also seeing instead of people frowning about how corrupt their government was and that it's better not to pay taxes since it's just going to go to some people's pockets. Let's say that it does, it doesn't change the fact that the government runs through the taxes that people pay. Some governments are just more efficient in handling their people's money and some are simply more corrupted. It's going to be hard getting rich when your government is breathing down your neck for tax evasion.

What's fun with this  ? Avoiding necessary payments just to get rich doesn't prove one thing. You cannot compare comfortability in any sector of just being rich though. Besides we aren't discharging our money just for the sake of nothing, we pay our designated taxes for the economic growth, and not for selfless means, though there are corrupt officials in the government and we cannot avoid that but the fact we pay means we contribute for the improvement of our own country, we pay in our marriage for the formality and it is been a norm since back then, those who cannot afford to pay with money sometimes at least offer something beneficial to the authorities who are making the program more fine. What life really matters to everyone who agrees with the OP? Isn't fulfilling if we can't have our own family? Just living a life single and mingling around ? Now my question is how?? as far as I have known there are merely two ways to earn money. Either create utility in someone's business and get paid for the job. People talk about taxes as if its something that they can avoid doing. People who refuses to pay tax most times didn't do it because of the fact that they cannot get value for it. No. Most times they don't do it because they don't want to be scrutinized in their activities.
