Title: Investment plan
Post by: jademaxsuy on July 30, 2020, 01:10:40 PM
Some are coming back to join and invest again in cryptocurrency. The indicators were the growing market of  cryptocurrency may it be bitcoin or altcoins. Bitcoin and other altcoins had positively recover after some time when bitcoin was halving way back feb of 2019. I thought that bitcoin that time will be dead. However I was wrong and seeing now cryptocurrency still alive and kicking made me feel happy again.

I had now coming to a search again on which crypto could be good for investment and lead me to yahoo finance site on their listing of top 5 best crypto to invest with.

yahoo finance noted on the top 5 best crypto for investment. This is their list as follows:

1. bitcoin
2. ethereum
3. neo
4. eos
5. ripple

The basis were market capitalization and liquidity.
More of the stories here is the link

Basically the choices were good and I guess many could agree with their list. Bitcoin is always good for the newbie in investing crypto so this would be the best choice. With regards to ethereum, I can't say anything about it but ethereum platform is next to bitcoin because its platform has been paired to new projects like ICO projects but most of ICO are scam. Neo is also good but in my case it is not available in exchanges or app that I am using same as neo. Ripple is available and one of the volatile crypto good for starters in trading crypto same as BCH.

Since I only used exchange to which being approved and given licensed from the government to operate and it influence my choice of crypto and come up with a different top list of good crypto to invest with. Here is my choice,

1. bitcoin 40%
2. ripple 30%
3. bch 30%
4. ethereum 10%

What do you think of this list?

Yes bitcoin is really good especially in long term investment. This is why I need to confirm with other ideas from other users here basing on their experience on investments with the same crypto being mention above. Well, whatever reason that ripple, eos, bch and neo you had still I consider your thoughts about this. Might check as well the other replies of the other users later. I can expect more users will give their insights regarding the list.

TBH, I dont like to invest XRP and BCH. If I had no choice between XRP, BCH, and EOS, I will prefer to choose EOS but I will not expect too much with this and not intended for long term investment. Since when I heard XRP was begun centralized network, I never have this coin, and yet, a short term might possible but you cant trust them holding for the long term because I had a strong feeling that they are now in the hype.

When Ethereum announced that they had a volume 2 upgrade coming, I started accumulating with this coin and I believed they are worth it when the right time comes. Though I didn't have much savings as of now in Bitcoin, I highly recommend that this is a safe haven among all cryptocurrency. Putting a large amount of your investment is worth it.

Why not just try to focus on investing in Bitcoin?

IMO coming back to join and invest in cryptocurrency after see Bitcoin or altcoins were in bullish is not good idea, because most of case will make you in loss/deficit since you're buy in high price. You need to analysis yourself and think how long you will invest before buy it. I never think bitcoin will be dead, because till now... there are no better technology can replace bitcoin itself.

Personally, I don't like both XRP aka fidget spinner and BCH is a fork of BTC. I only trust Bitcoin and Ethereum for long term investments. From TA both Neo and Eos are in bearish, there's only huge pump on 2017-2018 when altcoin season. It's good for short-mid term investment.

I'll give a bit more information, ripple is the shittiest of a shitcoin, might as well be a giftcard via blockchain. Completely centralized and they magically create more when they want. For some reason they have gotten tons of shills but it's literally the worst.

Bch is a lame fork that can't even keep it's own fanatics interested, they fight and fight and fork, it's all based around large blocks and low fees but no one is using the damn thing and it is more about control.

Eos is far too centralized and losing the dapps battle to ethereum and has far too much interest from China.

Neo has the same issue as Eos. High eng Dapps aren't going to be built on them when a more secured and widely used alternative is available.
Do you have crypto to suggest? I might be happy as well to get good ideas from you in regards to crypto investment. It seems that you had much brighter ideas on it.

Ok so now I wil try to change the percentage of investment in my case. Ethereum would probably in the next of the list to bitcoin. It seems like XRP, EOS, NEO and BCH were having some issues and this is why I think I need to reconsider it before putting some of my money in this crypto.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the only coin i feel safe to invest in. The others one haven't prove their value to be as worth as much as bitcoin and ethereum. It's better to be safe than sorry, I'm still adding to my portfolio and hopefully i will be able to accumulate enough to maintain some passive income. With Ethereum's testnet being successful and v 2.0 upgrade coming soon and bitcoin chart looking like a bullrun.

For a long term investment, bitcoin will be the best coins. Ethereum can be a middle term investment, while ripple, eos, neo, and bch can be short-term investments because I think those coins will get a pump and dump. Ethereum with the update can be the next potential to increase, and bitcoin will have the chance to get a big pump that can make the price increase so high. Perhaps, you should focus on investing in bitcoin as bitcoin still lead the market. But it would be best if you researched more to find what other coins can be your next coin to invest.

Neither do I have such trust on the bitcoin cash, though I have it in my portfolio it is just about 10% ( a just at least I have it statement,  a 'just in case' lol ) the price of it now is looking good to me but not its security. Revenues of the miners is a huge factor of the network security, sadly for bitcoin cash mining, miners only get less than 1% of the revenues from the transaction fees they are confirming unlike in bitcoin probably 5% to 8%. This is the reason why I'm not a huge fan of bitcoin cash aside from it is just a bitcoin for, the security might be worse when miners starts to quit and just join bitcoin even with more competition. I'd still choose XRP over BCH.

When Ethereum announced that they had a volume 2 upgrade coming, I started accumulating with this coin and I believed they are worth it when the right time comes. Ethereum is going to be great in my opinion, when I also heard about the ETH v2.0 I got the feeling that I need to get more eth than what I actually got and so I did, now that the market is looking very good, I'm willing to sell out, just waiting for my price limit before exiting  :D
Why not just try to focus on investing in Bitcoin?
I must say bitcoin and ethereum for 80%, 20% for Defi  8)

You are going to miss a lot if you don't include some inexpensive tokens among the top choices of the investors. There ADA, CRO and BNB that are clearly going up every time. It only needs time so this is for long term investment.

EOS is actually one of the token you have to watch out than some other altcoins out there. Its not just BTC that will give you profit.

Yes, it seems like bitcoin and ethereum is favored by other users and I can tell also why they think of it based on their replies. Well I can managed to change my list depending on the choice of others. Still this is what I also wanted so that I can invest in best crypto in the market. I think there are many in the list but still I preferred on th establish basing on liquidity and market capitalization.

It looks like the bull will end soon after seeing the market go red again. This plan should be arranged early when prices are lower, so you need to check your portfolio because it is very important about the investment plan you are raising.

I always have plans about future investments with bitcoin more than 50% and the rest buy altcoin which I think we will have good potential, Ripple never sees a big pump just a small increase maybe because of too much supply then it is difficult like going up on altcoin its general.

Etherem is one of the highly recommended coins because it has high volatility and with DeFi and 2.0 it creates a higher increase.

Those random shitcoins are fine to have a tiny amount in but not the percentages he was suggesting. They aren't long term holders either, you flush those turds when there's a spike pronto and buy your original amount on a dip or another token/coin.
Yes, usually investment in altcoins are no good for long term hold. It is still better be in a short term to avoid losses in the future especially when most of the whales dump. This is one of the risk in altcoins because many whales can pump and dump the said coins and it can influence you in your investment plan. So might consider other users ideas in regards to altcoins. But when it comes to bitcoin then there is really no problem with that.

If I have a chance to invest, I would choose BTC and ETH to be part of my major portfolio and aside from that, I would consider doing some research with under the radar projects, mostly low cap, that had been in active development for some time and had shown significant progress and are very promising.

To be fair, I would rather decline to mention any of those projects involved since I believe that with due diligence, anyone should discover those hidden crypto gems. Imho.

First things first the amount of % sums upto 110%  ;D ;D

Those are among the top coins in cryptocurrencies and obviously it would be a good choice to invest in the coins to have a diversified portfolio.
Though these are some good coins, I would personally not invest in XRP since I don't like it for my own reasons.
Also, I would invest the majority into bitcoin and ethereum and I am already doing that.
I am planning on to hold it for a long term and I hope it would benefit me for good.

Couple of coins from that list even I love to acquire during the dips and continue holding it for the time I do not meet my goals. So for short term if I get some profits I can book it, on the longer term I am more optimistic with the prices of those coins in future to be manifolds then the current price so will invest more during the dips.

I'll remove BCH and Ripple on the list. And with our experience during the Feb. 2019 as you have mentioned, you thought that it's about to be dead. You probably have learned that bitcoin is truly volatile and you will never know how low and how high it can go.

Increasing the capacity of your emotional take once bitcoin goes sideways again is a must. If you don't, you'll probably thinking again that bitcoin is supposedly to be dead like what you have thought before. Needless to say, we're all happy to see that bitcoin's showing itself as the king of this crypto market.

Just stop looking or even reading the top 10 crypto investments or whatever. Just hodl Bitcoin and you wouldn't even need to read said articles. Ofc, if you're going to daily trade, that requires a bit more skill, but if you're just holding for the long term, I see no need to know much about other coins. Eth is erm, well just saying, it's a lot better than ripple or bch. Might as well switch up the numbers and if you really want to invest in those two, just invest 10% and put the leftovers to Bitcoin and ETH. ETH at least has the news of version 2 coming up, which might help in increasing in price, the rest? Nah.

Also, you might want to move this to Trading Discussion instead or something, the topic is a lot more suitable there than here.

LOL, it seems like bch having a good market capitalization in the coinmarketcap.com. The good thing is that many do not like this crypto due to the fact that it was been fork to bitcoin and splited another crypto which is the bsv seems like volatile at the moment. Basically, BCH and the likes of this crypto is good for trading. There is a high chances to earn in this crypto.

Go big on bitcoin and ETH, they are the future, Bitcoin will lead the market while ETH will lead the atlcoins. Putting 50% on bitcoin, 30% on ETH, and the remaining 20% is for the coins you love, that's my advise, but always check the liquidity as that matters in the long run.

Just go with Bitcoin Core and Ethereum.I would choose 60% Bitcoin and 40% Ethereum for my investment plan.I'm not a huge ETH fan,but there's some upgrade going on in ETH that will build hype and will pump the ethereum price in the short term.

I think Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best currencies to invest in after all you need to plan for work without planning often fails there are many who do not value research when it comes to investing. They invest so they invest or invest in the market at the behest of others investors should therefore always give importance to research it carries less risk and we can make more profit with long term investment in Bitcoin.

BTC and ETH needs to be there with everyone or say most of them would already have it. Only thing percentage of this both might differ from every person. Some of them are aggressive investor so might invest in the some of the low-priced altcoins or at very early stage in order to make maximum gains possible. But bitcoin and ETH should have a maximum % weightage in a portfolio as in the end they lead the graphs.

How can just market capitalisation and liquidity determine the best coins to invest in? These two things can only ensure lower amount of volatility and nothing else. I think if you actually want to make a magnitude of wealth in cryptocurrencies you have to buy some alts. It should be like 50% of your portfolio should always be bitcoin while 20% should comprise of these top coins and the remaining 20% should go for lower market cap alts which you can consider have rank of 5-25 on coinmarketcap and 10% or maybe even less for some people should be some coins of even lower market cap which you believe in. So all on all it's best if you keep combination of risky as well safe assets in your portfolio to make sure you are in win-win situation.

Better go with the top crypto in the market. Btc and eth is showing a good progress compared to other crypto in the market. If you are after with a better profit you can divide your investment only in these two, but if you think that your portfolio is good enough, then that's it, you just have to wait for the right time where they will show you how high they will increase.

Bitcoin and ETH are always part of the crypto investment plan all of them are part of the top list crypto so I don't see any problem on it other than how you want to invest on each crypto,
I think you should invest more in BTC and ETH because they are the one's who are dominating the market for so long they have always been on the top 5.
And if you would just hold them then get some crypto that could be staked so you could also earn more.

Do not expect a good hype with any of the crypto. We should not expect something so that it will not be that dissapointed when everything will not going to happen. Yes, I do agree that bitcoin is the core of all altcoins but altcoins too could be profitable and that is when one will be using this crypto just to trade. As I have mention above that the altcoins are volatile and this is why it is good to invest in them and then do the trade.

Investment is one of the riskiest things you could to because there is money involved if you just made a mistake there are a lot of changes and loss to your income if I were you it is better to make an investment to safe coins like the bitcoin I don't really trust the altcoins but I have some.

If you want to make investment better you go for the bitcoin and just to the basic strategy that most of the people doing which is buying bulk or a lot of bitcoin then sell when the market price reaches its highest market peak.

But if you want to continue for the altcoins go ahead but it takes a lot of journeys before you make a lot of good profit with the use of this. Right now I have a ripple and I hold this for almost a half of a year and waiting to get back into 0.31 it's your choice to earn. Invest at your own risk.

Well there is no problem with that because this is how investment work. It actually risky but we I know that one of these days my money could earn or gain or nothing all or will just made losses. However I am determine that I could be able to gain this time since I have also been investing before the bitcoin crashdown or halving way back feb. of 2018.

Yes, I do prefer bitcoin because this is the core of all coins or the altcoins. Everything will follow on bitcoin market. But altcoins could also be put to good use especially in trading because altcoins are more volatile than bitcoin.

Well yes, base on the observation altcoins do not really do good in long term hold. As I have read the other replies it seems that most of it is in favor of bitcoin.

But BCH? Be sure to think about it.

I think having bch as part of his portfolio is fine,

But it should be lower percentage of his investment. He only needs to decrease it the same as the other crypto then add it on the big two crypto which is bitcoin and ethereum. Having bitcoin and ethereum as his main investment is the best option here.

Very well said, if I'm not mistaken, ripple is centralized, though it has a significant low fees, who want's to give their privacy away? Bitcoin and ethereum are the most profitable cryptocurrency investment but comparing these two, I cannot see if ethereum will be good for long term as it miss one charactertic which bitcoin has, and that is the scarcity. Ethereum's volume is unlimited, thus, we cannot expect too much price increase just because of demands.

4. ethereum 10%

What do you think of this list?

Don't invest on Ripple if you plan to make it on long term. It is centralized and soon it can be dumped but I do also trust it. But then again, 30% of someone's holdings just for XRP is too much. Better invest more on ethereum than ripple. And BCH? Really? It had so many issues especially it was separated in two back then, hence investing on it wasn't the brightest idea. Bitcoin and Ethereum with 50/50 investment is enough and can make you huge profit. Or better consider investing on stocks as well so that you wouldn't have that much loss if ever but you could have bigger profits if you are on long term investment.

1. bitcoin 40%
2. ripple 30%
3. bch 30%
4. ethereum 10%

What do you think of this list?

If you believe that BCH has some purpose in the crypto world, or that Ripple has the same then it is quite legitimate to invest in them. Allocating funds to different projects is not a bad idea, but the question in this case is what it can really bring you in the short or long term?

If you look realistically at the application of these coins, ask yourself what and where they all apply in real life. Realistically only one cryptocurrency has a chance to achieve something in the long run, and has already broken through some seemingly insurmountable barriers. Don’t be fooled by the small prices and large numbers that result from that ratio. If you have $11 000 and invest all in BTC, it is only 1 BTC, but in same time you can get 32 ETH for same amount, or 45 800 XRP.

Yes, I am probably going to buy 1 btc at the moment and then the rest of it will be allocated to ethereum. I can also buy just small amount of BCH AND XRP just to do a trading practice.  If I can be successful then I can add more. However, with the replies in the post I made it means that having the BCH AND XRP is not a good choice. So I can go for holding it in a short period if time. And if there is a sudden drop then I can hold it until such time it will going to recover.

From my observations for the past few weeks, Bitcoin and Ethereum are having one of the biggest market value uprise, which are also quite consistent, making these two, more worthy to give it a shot investing at this moment. But quite making a disclaimer for those who are still new in this investment "game", it would be better to still have expectations that there are still chances for dumps to occur in a sudden, in order to not be too overwhelmed of the situation.

Also it would be a good thing to also keep an eye with other coins such. But in my opinion, BTC and ETH are more reliable to invest right now.

Ripple I think, as well as BCH , might be better for short term holding (due to the uprise at this moment, other coins could also experience the pump).

Some are coming back to join and invest again in cryptocurrency.
Thats because most people that claim to be crypto enthusiast are only into crypto for the profit involved.

I thought that bitcoin that time will be dead. However I was wrong and seeing now cryptocurrency still alive and kicking made me feel happy again.
This is where youll understand that profit is what keep most crypto traders and investors in this crypto scheme because the downtrend of the market doesnt prove bitcoin and altcoins to be dead.

I had now coming to a search again on which crypto could be good for investment and lead me to yahoo finance site on their listing of top 5 best crypto to invest with.

yahoo finance noted on the top 5 best crypto for investment. This is their list as follows:

1. bitcoin
2. ethereum
3. neo
4. eos
5. ripple

1. bitcoin 40%
2. ripple 30%
3. bch 30%
4. ethereum 10%

What do you think of this list?

Dont rely most in the information get from those kind of site because they still there best crypto for investment base on tps and centralization and only BTC and ETH are the best crypto out of the list.

1. bitcoin 40%
2. ripple 30%
3. bch 30%
4. ethereum 10%

What do you think of this list?
If I will be investing also with the 4 coins listed above, maybe I will invest on BCH and XRP only for short to mid term and BTC and ETH for long term. I don't really like those 2 for some reasons :D.

I'm not invested in XRP and BCH right now for some reasons and I know that some really hates BCH here because of the shillings of Ver towards BTC. In the end it will be your money and your decision to choose into which coin should your invest your money with. Maybe you can find another altcoins too that are better than XRP and BCH or at least lessen your allocation towards them and invest some of your money towards other altcoins. That could help you too.

Yes, I am probably going to buy 1 btc at the moment and then the rest of it will be allocated to ethereum.

Advice is still just advice, the decision still has to be yours because after all, the money belongs to you. However, before investing, it is necessary to find a way to store your crypto - and given the value, it should not be any online wallet or crypto exchange, nor is it wise to keep such an amount in a mobile wallet. You are left with the choice of desktop or hardware wallet, and I think the choice should not be too difficult.

The only thing you could have done better was an investment at a lower cost, and it’s not that there wasn’t an opportunity to do so. I know many people think that a new big bull run has started, but the chances of going back are very realistic - but whichever way you turn, the chances of winning/losing always exist. Buy now and price can drop under $10k, wait more time and in few days we can jump to $12k. However, if you are going for a long-term investment, it is very likely that it will pay off in the coming years.

It is a good list, but you should increase the distribution percentage for ethereum, decrease the percentage for ripple to 10% and bch to 10%. You can either distribute the decreased percentage to bitcoin and ethereum or put it directly on ethereum.

Then your 1 BTC will be added to those $ 67 Billion worth of Bitcoins purchased this year (https://cryptoslate.com/heres-who-bought-67-billion-worth-of-bitcoin-crypto-in-america-in-2020/). Interesting to notice that on the top of cryptocuurencies holders are Turks while US citizens  are somewhere in the middle of top 10.  Until now,  me would   give priority  to Chinese.

This isn't permanent, it could change from time to time, just like the price of bitcoin where it will pump or dump and when there are significant movement of price, that's where whales also made their own decision.

some important information from the article you posted.

Quote
New investors, on average, obtained over $67 billion worth of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in 2020, an average of $4,000 per person. However, the figure is still lesser than last year’s $111 billion, or $7,000 per person.

The U.S. also leads in crypto adoption. The survey said that among the top-ten countries, America had a 15 percent penetration of digital asset investment and awareness as of 2019 (the figures may have changed since).

We have a different perspective on investment but still, everything must be organized and planned what coins you are going invest in because it may have some trouble to your future funds but for me still one of the best things to make an investment is on bitcoin because this is decentralized and also there are a lot of people right now supporting this coin which is a good thing the market price is rapidly increasing still be careful because the market is volatile we cannot make sure what will happen next.

Also right now I have some eth, bch, and ripple because those are common at the top but I have some not familiar too like waves, lisa and dodge coins.

for beginners or those who return to this industry they must take a not too high risk if they want to invest, and choose the top two crypto types such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. in the sense of investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum does not mean it does not have a high risk, but at least Bitcoin and Ethereum already have a high trading volume so it will not be easy if it loses its value.

In terms of "investing", which it's important to remember that bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are not investments, I think they got the list mostly right.  I don't think it's a good list if we're talking "best" cryptocurrency coins as I think Litecoin and Monero belong there, but not a bad list.

How if you change the percentage like below:
1. bitcoin 50%
2. ethereum 30%
3. bch 15%
4. ripple 15%

BCH and Ripple are one potential coin at the market, but I think both coin BCH and Ripple can get a pump and dump, which can happen in the market. But if you have bitcoin and ethereum, that will be a solid coin that can give you a big profit in the bull run. Even if you don't know when the bull run will come, you can trade, buy, and sell bitcoin and ethereum, so you have more chances to make money.

If you believe that BCH has some purpose in the crypto world, or that Ripple has the same then it is quite legitimate to invest in them. Allocating funds to different projects is not a bad idea, but the question in this case is what it can really bring you in the short or long term?
For bch and xrp, I guess it is more profitable in short term invest but with limited time just like now, as the price of bitcoin surges these top altcoins is riding the wave, I think this time is the best to buy these alts and sell soon not to hold for much longer than bitcoin and ethereum.

There's no question for ripple as they are adopted widely across the globe with over 200+ banks in almost every country, this includes the MoneyGram, an american based money transfer giant. Although the price of it seems unbreakable for the past few months, ripple had a massive growth that most of us overlooked. And bch? there's just no future to it, just for me  ::)

The changes are so clear so that make certain people to be happy or not. ETH itself is awlays considered as the best altcoin. I do believe in it moreover when the coins can pass the downtrend chart in only few period as what happen now. About the other coins you like, I think I will not choose on it.

Exactly right, these two coins I started accumulating last year and I held it in my portfolio for how many months just hoping that there will be always a new ATH coming that will become the changes of the crypto market price. But now I have seen potential of this Ethereum because I read that they are going to upgrade and I guess this is the great opportunity to full your bag while the price didn't skyrocketing yet.

However, I spent a small budget on those promosing defi project since they are very known at this time, maybe just 10% of my entire saving will be allocated to that project.

Bitcoin and ethereum is my top choice and currently it's the coins I hold and invest. You could increase the percentage of ethereum as also the current price to this coin is increasing and good to invest. There are many who support and believe in BTC and eth through these days so there's a possibility price could continue to increase.

Yes, I have too notice it when bitcoin is halving. Ripple had never recover just like wha happen to bitcoin. For now the best crypto in market is bitcoin. This is the most justifiable crypto in the market. Next is ethereum, I do not know really about this crypto but only that it has been paired major ICO projects and it made some.upgrades so this is why many are having some interest in it. Well, in this case it made me.interest in ethereum too. So best choice now is bitcoin and ethereum.

I'd never seen that these top 10 coins in the market are not worthy of investment but just have to stand that I was only buying Bitcoin and Ethereum. Nothing to change my mind since from the time when I started in crypto. I know they are potential coins but I don't see that they are more profitable than my first and 2nd choice.

@OP, maybe you have to take a look into XRP and BCH because there are other coins that might more potential than these two. I know that is your choice but you need also to picture put about their market trend not just by seeing it as one of the top 10 but looking more how they can give you more in return.

I can say that is well diversified after all, a lot of investors are losing huge amount of monkey because they do not know how to diversify their funds properly. I'm trading Bitcoin, ETH and XRP and I have high winning rate there because of my good risk management. I think it is better if we will not over allocate in a certain coin, if we have 4 coins that we will buy;  25% every coin is the ideal diversification.

With regards to ethereum, I can't say anything about it but ethereum platform is next to bitcoin because its platform has been paired to new projects like ICO projects but most of ICO are scam. Neo is also good but in my case it is not available in exchanges or app that I am using same as neo. If I were you, I would take a few more less popular, but promising coins. As practice and long-term experience shows, coins that are in the top 50 do not make a large profit, a maximum of 3-5 times, and some new progressive company can grow by 20 or even 30 times and make you a huge profit with minimal investment.

This isn't making it much better. OP is doing so many things wrong that I don't even know where to start and some of the posters in this thread (including you) are trying to make a bad decision a little less bad, instead of making it good. OP, I'll give you 2 pieces of advice:
Don't let some journalist tell you what to do with your money.
Don't ask random people in the Internet what you should buy or sell.

Cryptocurrencies aren't like stocks. They look similar, but buying a piece of XRP and BTC isn't like buying a piece of Amazon and and Apple. While BTC is a good investment, all centralized coins like XRP can disappear in an instant.

I'd go with 100% Bitcoin and be done with it.

For me, Bitcoin and Ethereum are my best and safest choice for investment ever since I have got into this industry. It is undeniable why people would prefer putting a big percentage of their money for investment on Bitcoin because it is the most popular and trusted cryptocurrency of all time and many people would surely prefer investing all of their money on Bitcoin if they have no choice on which coin they would invest on the part of Altcoins.

I do still prefer Ethereum despite of the circumstances that it have been struggling to raise its price because I believe on its capacity and capability to improve and I am pretty sure that it is all worth it investing with Ethereum.

If I would be parting my money for investment with crypto, I will put the largest percentage of about 70-80 percent into Bitcoin and the remaining would go to Ethereum. That was just on my part but if you would be choosing your own, then of course it would be best to decide on your own and not because of many people do prefer or want that crypto for investment. At the first place, it is your money. You decide if you are going to follow suggestions or make it into your own choice and decision.

Are you not wrong with ethereum which only gets 10% of the investment you make. Ethereum is the most valuable coin after bitcoin and at this time ethereum has even experienced a significant increase following the price of bitcoin breaking through the $ 11k figure. Ethereum is currently priced at $ 396.65 (as I write this post). Ethereum in my opinion should get the second priority after Bitcoin.

It is not surprising to see Bitcoin stays at the first position. Furthermore Bitcoin has more wave of pumps and dumps than other coins. It is a king. If I would be the one to choose, I would put the biggest part of my investment into Bitcoin primarily because it has the greater value and the potential to grow even more as time passes by. It is the most trusted and proven to be worthy for a investment which makes people choose it over other existing cryptocurrencies in the market which are already part of the Altcoins section.

With regards on Altcoin investment, I would still go for Ethereum for I do believe that it can still get into improvement although there is a struggle on rising its price, still it have the potential for me. Ethereum have been known to be the next crypto after Bitcoin when it comes to popularity and demand based on market capitalisation which makes me stick into it.

I would put 70 to 80 percent of my total funds on investment into Bitcoin most likely and the remaining into Ethereum already if I would be choosing for my investment plan.

for investment, replace your BCH with LTC much more profitable. For the percentage of capital distribution in my opinion Bitcoin 50%,
Ethereum 20%,Litecoin 20% and Ripple 10%. With this percentage distribution, it is expected that the profit generated can be maximized.

Before we invest into something we should take the precautionary measures in order for us to avoid scams because now a days scammers are everywhere most especially in this time of pandemic, they are taking this moment as an opportunity to take advantage to others so before you invest you should check the legitimacy of a campaign or business.

Bitcoin and Ether are the cryptos of my preference to invest. I also think that they are the most popular for everyone. If anyone wants to learn about the crypto space these are the first currencies they should know first. I started with these two coins, I have a token based on EOS that I only hold waiting for its maturity.
Despite Bitcoin and Ethereum be the most genuinely welcomed cryptocurrency in the cryptospace, they have been tested and trusted among millions of crypto enthusiasts. Bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency coin to hold as a newborn to the industry and if there is another is ethereum: which had equally proved itself worthy among others. Many other cryptocurrency coins are just for dumping groups which can actually lead to waste of investment if mistakenly enter into. IMO, investment into Bitcoin and Ethereum is the best among all other options in the cryptospace.

Ripple and Bch are both shit, so is neo and eos, don't take your investment advice from some dweeb who writes for Yahoo.

I would only long-term hold Bitcoin and ethereum right now and the I would never touch ripple.
Last years dump was annoying and some regular news of the atrocities of the team was disgraceful, sadly they never denied all the allegations and even went on to some partnerships and use cases. I was expecting more from them since they replaced ethereum on the second position on the coinmarketcap last year. I wont advice anyone not to buy but hate that some media advocating the purchase. I believe the team is holding more bitcoin with dump last year, which shows what coin should take priority in holding.

From this list I prefer bitcoin and ethereum

Those are the by default choice for me as well considering the current time as well we have seen how bitcoin has grown in last 6 months and today it has also crossed 12k levels mark. If it can stay stable above 12k levels for few days then we might move towards 13k as well. So keep investing and make profits.

Nope, I think based on the replies of other here talking aout xrp as shit because it is centralized but we know that xrp are having good community especially whales involved in it with their pump and dump scheme. If you can get along with their strategy then pretty sure you can earn in trading. short term hold will do in xrp but not in long term hold. Try to invest a little amount and check whether you can earn in trading it and observe pump and dump scheme.

More of the stories here is the link

https://finance.yahoo.com/ (https://finance.yahoo.com/)

In terms of investing in a particular crypto coin or coins, you first need to understand the patterns at which the prices of the coin or coins changes in  the crypto market within a period of time. In crypto investment, the opinion of others shouldn't be the baseline for your investment or your investment plan. Its always best to identify your personal pattern in the crypto market.  I will advise you to first get your personal pattern of the crypto market of the coins listed above before you invest in them.

First and foremost, Ripple (XRP) is not really worth hodling for a long time as a long term investment crypto coin. For the past 52 weeks, the market value of ripple (xrp) has been between $0.34 and $0.11. Considering this range of market value of ripple, investing in xrp for a long term will not be very profitable based on this stat. It will be better to invest in a masternode coin rather than xrp.

it is the right choice if you invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum because with the current market conditions that's both coins can make a profit. with the current increase in the price of Bitcoin, it doesn't matter if you spend all your funds to invest in BTC or ETH maybe besides that you can invest in LTC or XRP to get extra income. It's is an exciting day to invest in crypto.

Hello to all. I completely agree with those who advise to keep investments only in ETH and BTC, the cryptocurrency market is very unstable, and if you want not only to leave your money intact, but also to make money, you will not find anything better than these coins. There is a huge number of opinions on investments in cryptocoins on YouTube, as well as a huge number of cryptocoins themselves - you don't need to load your brain with various junk. Better spend more time to earn extra ETH and BTC.

Absolutely right.
I am completely agree with your thoughts.
We are relying upon predictions and tbh predictions can also be wrong.
And it's really hard to predict the growth of coins.
So it's better to invest at our own predictions and own risk.

Though the coins listed in the OP are good options to invest.
But still we should have a watch on our own profit or loss.
As at last if we face loss, then we can't blame anyone for it.

Though these coins are reputable in the market, what the others worry about is that they are popular that means it has a higher chance of a pump or dump, highest volatility rate for short. While the other people wants to invest in a coin that has a potential, a coin that costs less than a dollar and expected to be doubling, tripling or 1000x higher the next months, bitcoin and ethereum shows a monthly spike where the other people find too risky. This ain't a problem for the experienced trader and investor, they know what they need to do with these two, HODL!

Imho.

What you said is right because btc and eth is most popular coin somebody can invest into due to profit.
I can't advice anyone in this community to adventure into any other cryptoccurrency  for investment.
Now except btc and eth.

The OP said that ethereum for him should only occupy 10% of the total investment in which I think he will change his mind when he see the price of ethereum right now. Sit tight and watch bitcoin and ethereum dominating the market this year, ohh I mean every year  ;D

You have chosen a good currency to invest in all of which are top list currencies and you can also pay more attention to eth because it is always the best currency. In fact, we are always waiting for the best time to invest where we can buy at a low price, but I think eth is in the right place. Because they are upgrading to 2.0 and we can get it at any time, then one more price of eth will come up.

The risks can be lessen through proper diversification, I tried to do all in before and I experienced to lose huge money because I do all in where my capital focus on 1 coin. If I'm not mistaken, I incurred -30% loss and for me it is very big. That moment lead me to master diversification and allocation. My maximum allocation in one coin is just 40% of my capital. All in or focusing in one project or coin is not bad always, if you have proper trading system and risk management then you can do it because there is advantage of it and it is the reward that is high than doing diversification.

Now, regards with your list, I think it is not bad idea because those coins are considerable profitable however, I would rather to have ethereum right behind of Bitcoin the fact that this coin has more potential to give profit compared to BCH and Ripple. There is no doubt that Bitcoin and Etherium are the best currencies to invest in. They are not able to invest despite the wishes of small investors as their current value is much higher. Because there is no profit in buying a small amount of BTC, ETH. So they want to invest in low denomination currency so that they can buy more and get more profit with less growth. In this case I think BNB, CUR, DRG, XLM, TRX can be preferred.

Don't go for investment of XRP and BCH because their potentiality like very low to me. XRP are long days in market but its price? totally unacceptable on the other hand bch is also same. So be active in those coins that has bright future like BTC and ETH. You can go for short and long with this two coin. There are also some new coins in market that may come with bright future like-CUR (only 2 million supply), CTSI, BNB, LSK, Chainlink,,etc.

So my suggestion is look forwarded to new market and best coins that will give you a beautiful investment life.

Don't delay investing because the price of crypto currencies such as bitcoin and ETH has increased in price, if we delay investing then we will buy cryptocurrencies at an already high price.
hurry to invest in cryptocurrencies because the source of wealth is there.
I think they can grow more so some investment is needed btc and eth also everyone i know is the best two currencies in the crypto market. However, despite the desire of small investors will not want to invest at the moment because the value of eth and btc has risen long ago, and they always want to purchase at very low prices. I think btc and eth are best for being more profitable by buying at a lower price so i urge all small investors to grow their business with this currency.

I don't agree with this. "Don't put you eggs in one basket" doesn't work within one and the same market. What diversification is all about is mitigating the risk by investing in many different industries, assets, commodities and so on. It's not about buying 3 different buildings in the same area because you're after all still in the real estate business. If anything goes wrong with the market you'll be in trouble. It's the same with crypto market where all altcoins depend on Bitcoin. By buying top 5 you are not diversifying, this is a misconception.

Your diversification is all wrong bro. You amount for bitcoin is good but I think you should consider ethereum at second place with at least 30%.
The rest 30% can be allocated towards other coins in my opinion. Besides that, considering the ETH 2.0 upgrade you should consider putting your stakes on Ethereum.

I think that the Bitcoin train will leave the station and Yahoo Finance will be left holding 60% altcoins that are just there to stop Bitcoin from rising as much as it should. Altcoins are still around just to leech from Bitcoin's success. In my opinion, all of them are currently in a worst state from 2017 and their price rise is just a speculative altcoin bubble.
Can you gamble with altcoins and profit? Great for you. This doesn't mean they are not useless.

Some of you are quite funny. Any small event that takes place you will always think that Bitcoin is going to be over, like seriously?
You never even thought of that when the price of Bitcoin was very low and it was still new and facing lots of challenges. Is it now that it has reached a very high amount and a huge market cap that it is going to die? Nah, that cannot happen man.

Bitcoin has already passed that level where you will be saying that it’s going to come to an end, it’s too strong this time around and is now widely recognized. Lots of institutions and big investors are interested in it this time around, and it’s still growing every day. So it’s not going to die man.

Those two has been what’s working for me for a long time now. And I don’t get why you have decided to put Ethereum as least, when it’s clear that Ethereum is far more better than the other two you have placed as second and third choice. And you have said that lots of ICOs are scam, that has nothing to do with Ethereum, ETH itself is legit and is not a scam.

I am sure most people when making an investment plan, will choose Bitcoin as the first choice and in the largest percentage.
In fact, not a few choose Bitcoin as the only cryptocurrency option to invest in. Because indeed investing in Bitcoin is profitable
and safe, so it's great for newbies who are just starting out investing in the crypto world. Regarding your investment plan, it is

People had already a choice when investing in crypto. They have an investment plan which their first choice is bitcoin and ethereum as a safe haven investment. Why not invest more in bitcoin? When you look in the price of ethereum and bitcoin there's a chance to soar high again in the market. And in the list I would not consider bch as we could not take profit in the long run.

Yeah, and I don't think we need to push them and solely invest Bitcoin. People have also different market approaches and as well as market understanding. Some never been contented for just a single coin that is why they also invest for more coins. Well, I'm not saying this as a bad idea but the risk of losing is also high. Because even for me, I hold at least 3-5 different coins and it is manageable enough.

I think we should pay attention to the long-term low cap altcoins like Waves, Qtum. I think they will increase rapidly compared to the top 10 altcoins. The risk of owning these cryptocurrencies is being able to slide in price quickly. Or be careful with owning any altcoin. If your goals are met, consider selling them.

some of the great investment options are not mentioned, such as exchanges! I find them to be safer and a great way to gain other than bitcoin. for instance, my preferred exchange is doing great! ProBit has been launching its exclusive programs for a while and the most recent one was with ARK which ends in a few hours. Also, the one before that was with MATIC, offering 50% discounts. Most importantly, since the program requires staking PROB token to participate their token has been mooning. I'd advise you to look into it if you're looking for a new way to invest crypto.

In my opinion all crypto currencies are to some extent positively correlated to Bitcoin. So, my general question is if there is a point to make diversification of altcoins. Instead, I am targeting one altcoin which could have the most potential for rise in price when BTC goes up.
Yes there is because some altcoins may be correlated to bitcoin but it could go easy when it comes to sudden increase in terms of its market price. It means that altcoins could go ath even if bitcoin is not but if bitcoin falls down so as the this altcoins. The risk in investing altcoins is high more than the bitcoin but the possible profit to get with these altcoins is also high compared to bitcoin. This is why I have chosen some altcoins with pump and dump pattern like bch and xrp but not for long hold.

In the list above I recommend removing NEO from the investment list and reducing the billion to ETH. Project operators ETH and NEO have sold out all of these cryptocurrencies they have. If you invest the most I advise you to invest in Bitcoin and the latest DEFI cryptocurrencies are being held an ICO, IEO.

In your portfolio, I recommend that you remove NEO and Ripple and add Tezos, XLM. NEO's technology is no better than tezos and XLM, NEO's moderators have sold out all of the NEO they have and their dev team doesn't update the project's source code regularly. Ripple has a large number of coins and it is difficult to increase in value, Ripple's executives have no intention of stopping selling XRP to the market to dilute them.

We have different criteria and investment plan. Also we have different choices to invest. You can choose what you want but for me ,i will choose bitcoin, etehreum, and xrp,the rest will other altcoins which i think has a potential to grow in a near future. Bitcoin and ethereum now has a good movement and hoping that it will continue to increase and reach another ATH.

yes I did not expect ethereum that could go bosst this far and slowly recovered. It takes me back to the eth market price before where I invested. I do hope that ethereum will reach to the 700 USD over a period of time. I am not hurrying but since I change my investment plan and change a little bit higher percentage on eth then this is what I have been wanting to see that ETH will reach the 700 USD market price like it did before. I am positive with the upgrade that it could happen or whatever will going to happen with ETH, I am still will going to wait and hold for I know that market will going to experience crashing but this time it will not going to worry me for I know that cryptocurrency will still have more time before it will end and I think I still can make it though I am not did not make huge investment but still will be happy if it will be a successful.

2. ripple 30%
3. bch 30%
4. ethereum 10%

What do you think of this list?
bitcoin and ethereum are definitely the must, those are the best for investment. but the other two?

i don't think so, bch is literally dead after hardfork and ripple is a shit coin even though it's a top altcoin one. ripple is a big one but for long run it's not profitable at all. there are another alternatives for altcoin you can choose such as on binance exchange one or some qtum cuz i have seen that coin is looking really good so far

too bad you under estimate eth before and only put 10 percent to it and you prioritize two minor alts next to btc .

you have small regrets but all is not too late.  you believe that eth will go 700 usd , it will in the right time but it would be better if you start invest now , add more percent to your eth and cut down the other 2 minor alts  . lets get rich together this time , alright ?

More of the stories here is the link

https://finance.yahoo.com/ (https://finance.yahoo.com/)

Looking at your list of options is good to invest in, but you have to be absolutely sure about what you are choosing because what you have defined is a very valuable asset for your future. maybe I can only give advice for two good cryptocurrencies at the moment namely Bitcoin and Ethereum, because they both look really good to invest in, but if you have very little capital Bch and Ripple are also good altcoins it all depends on how you choose them.

Already give me a high profit this year so it was a bonus for me to stay using ethereum. Bitcoin for me is just to be used when i need to buy something in online cause at my place ethereum still far away to be used in here so i do use bitcoin to make business transaction only which is too pricey right now. Ripple and Bch are both shit, so is neo and eos, don't take your investment advice from some dweeb who writes for Yahoo.

I would only long-term hold Bitcoin and ethereum right now and the I would never touch ripple.
It depends on how OP treated those coins. If he was driven by hype or he researched about his investment plan. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the best coin to hold because majority of coin movement depends upon them. Ripple is also a good investment today because it has a strong fundamentals but it has a lot of fudders as well. If I am goin to invest in a coin, I make sure that it has utility and future use. Such as ethereum and bnb.
Totally, especially during this pandemic a lot of people became enthusiasts of cryptocurrency, they are investing with Bitcoin and Ethereum since these are the most known coins. I would also choose Bitcoin and Ethereum if I am to hold a coin.

Truly, this pandemic has attracted many people who turned into enthusiasts of cryptocurrencies. Which is also the reason why many investments have bee made this year and resulted to development of the value these coins.

I think investing in bitcoin and ethereum would be a good choice since these two proved their worth and value amidst the pandemic. These two also has a higher value gain when the chart shifts over other cryptocurrency, but its loss is higher as well that’s why it’s somehow risky.

There are also a lot of tokens and altcoins to monitor that will give you a great money aside from bitcoin and ethereum. I suggest you look for these too and study their values as well before you dive into investing.

Of course, you also need a good trading and investing tactics so you could make your money grow. Strategic holding and selling must be possessed in order to gain from cryptocurrency.

What is wrong about their statement is the fact that they only stated some of the known or famous Cryptocurrencies that is already known to most users BUT knowing about their platforms is a better way to promote these Cryptocurrencies since other people will know what they are famous for. We cannot always rely on some news since Cryptocurrencies are unpredictable UNLESS our guts really feels good for some Cryptos. We can always invest our money whenever we have the time since its our own money.

Personally, I only put my chips on bitcoin, I have so much to learn yet. If we talk about long term investment, I do not think that we should consider just holding on to the cryptcurrencies, investing it in crypto businesses is way better in my opinion, it is a big thing considering that we are not spending the crypto we hold so we might as well invest it to something that has a return. Passive cashflow is better than stagnant one. Consider doing spot trading to grow what you are holding, my friends gave me these tips and I am currently saving to have a fund for trading.

For me, investing in Bitcoin remains in the first place because it leads other cryptocurrencies, and I place Ethereum in second place because it is a strong network and many successful currencies were built on it, and in third place to put the Litecoin currency, it is today a new player and one of the cryptocurrencies that astonished the global economy with its capabilities And features.

But it would be best if you researched more to find what other coins can be your next coin to invest.
sometimes with the existence of several other types of coins it can make a variety of good choices, because now if we can see investors trying to combine bitcoin with other coins that have low prices and have good potential. this can be used as an option to get to a better profit

You need to understand that this is an exceptionally long-term investment. You can't make fast money on altcoins right now. This can be done with a high probability on new startups and just entering the market coins. Monsters of the market work more often in long-term, and newcomers more often in quick profit.

XRP is a centralize crypto, its trading volume consistently fallen below and $0.28 right now, that's more than 100time lower than all time high. Don't expect a good profit from it even after long term hold. Even XRP refuse to shared how they calculate their trading volume.

I see nowadays the projects related to the Polkadot ecosystem are growing well. You can invest in low-cap projects with a small amount of money, I think they will grow quickly.
In your list above I suggest you remove Ripple and NEO from your portfolio. NEO's DEV team has not enthusiastically helped projects on their platform convert tokens on the NEO blockchain to another. The NEO CEO has sold off all of his NEO. The project appears to be developing more slowly than similar projects like EOS and Tezos.
XRP's coin count is large and recently they have not had a lot of breakthroughs in their technology development. I think they have saturated capitalization.

Well I am more fan in bitcoin. If only OP knows what crypto should be invest then clearly it is bitcoin. Why do another kind of crypto whe he can earn on bitcoin alone. For now, buying bitcoin for me is not really that good because of the current market price which is high. Others are speculating that there could be a bull run but I think I should not believe in that because many now had been lossing because of buying high then when market crashing selling it low. I think the best Cryptocurrency to Invest in 2020/2021 is Ethereum.
By the end of last year, the price of Ethereum was just above $720 with a total market capitalization of about $70 billion. In early 2018, Ethereum rose and reached a maximum price of $ 1,423 in January. At this time, the total market price of Ethereum was 138 billion dollars.
In 2017, Ethereum grew by about 3000% and became the second largest crypto currency exchange, behind Bitcoin.
Unlike Bitcoin, Ethereum is not just a digital currency. This is a more advanced blockchain project. This is because Ethereum offers something special - using the Ethereum platform, developers can create their own cryptocurrencies.
Also, I would like to recommend a good partner for investment project - Roust Semy. He has his website and social media where you can learn more about him.

I agree with you Kerjakuat, people shouldn't limit themselves, the crypto-market is huge and there are many good and
undervalued projects. It's happened before, and we will see changes in top 20 again in the future, more than once I believe.
Therefore, we should pay attention on projects that have potential to make progress and get better rank in the future.
Spread your research and try to pay attention on more projects, you will have more chances to find some hidden gem.

Not to agree with this because undervalued coin have low chances that it will going to bounce back because the usual is that most of these coins have dead project.

I think I will only settle for establish coins or just with bitcoin. This is enough already to make a good profit but it will also depend on how do the investment and the volatility of the cryptocurrency market. If the trend goes up like having bull run pretty sure most of bitcoin holders will earn.

Bitcoin coin investment is a good investment I have ever seen, which you need to know and analysis the market to know when to buy, and also know time to sell, because bitcoin is a movement assets that can not get actually predicted price. The best way to take your investment plan is to follow the market,

BTC is evergreen and I also like it and always it should be held with us. During the fall of price, it is best time to buy it rather than seeing some of them selling it and vice versa. Buying during high is not as effective as buying during the fall because when we see the btc bull run it can jump very quickly and yield us good profits.

I wanted to say that it was Roust Semy who helped me build my personal business related to cryptocurrency. Thank you to him for his support and reliability.
I will share a little of my experience, perhaps it will be useful for someone. I have chosen Ripple (XRP). As I can remember, it was the best cryptocurrency in 2017 with insane growth. This is more like an option for someone how is not looking for speedy, but the stable growth of income. Even though the price of XRP is a lot slower than the price of Bitcoin, XRP is still at the top of cryptocurrency in the market.

I think that the strong side of the XRP is that it is also a payment system. Another bonus is that Ripple technology is currently using by banks from different countries. That, I think, can bring more stability to it.

I don't think that market CAP and liquidity are two (or the only two) factors to be taken in account when choosing an investment plan.
Balances are chancing very fast in this industry and we have see in the past how ICO or DeFi can't move or change the balances of a lot of tokens and coins.
They selection it's just focused only in the most famous coin. Probably in that way they are excluding some others that are driving innovation/store of vault (like eth or bitcoin), overestimating coins already on the market, (like centralized technology --> XRP).

Having a simple plan like this can not be good for investing. First you should look deep into yourself and consider how much risk you can take and long-term you can hold your funds. Also, since we are talking we talking about cryptocurrencies and this market is really depended on fundamental news and events, you can check the incoming events of the cryptocurrency you are gonna buy. I would firstly go for Bitcoin and then tron because the tronnetwork is much more powerful than ethereum. Also, since the tron price is on a good situation for buying I would go for tron instead of ethereum.

Should remove neo, eos, ripple respectively from that list. XRP is centralized network & so not good for investment, so for eos and neo. Tron might be good coin, that fit in that list. Besides Ripple & bch shoud be removed from your choice. Those are not able to bring you good profit. Bitcoin and ethereum is the best choice. Increase the investment percentage for ethereum

Ripple or XRP has less volatility than the other cryptocurrencies that has been mentioned. However, it does not mean that ripple cannot give an investor a profit overtime if he will choose to hold it. There are pretty good changes within the days to get some small profits. In the case of months of holdings, quite good profit will get if XRP has been bought on it's lowest value and sold it on a higher price, giving some nice profit to the hodler. However, it's not always guaranteed to happen, things might change overtime depending on different factors.

ripple, neo as well as eos, those three are worst cryptocurrency, is noted by yahoo finance.if we focus their price chart, almost full of them drop so badly from their highest peak and stucking with the low price till now. they make partenship with many world largest project, promoting them as a best currency to people but their steps proves useless and unable to impact the price. So get away from those & Btc+Eth are the best investment list of mine

Along the same lines as stated before, the only two major crypto investments for long-term HODLing are BTC and ETH.

These are the top2 dominant coins on the crypto market right now and it is almost guaranteed (not 100% though) that these in the long run will lead to profit.

Even in the worst case scenario where the market will suffer a downtrend you can still get some form of return via compounding and or other forms of lending or even staking. BTC and ETH staking as well as the other options are available nearly on all major exchanges so you could still make some extra on the side until the market upturns into the growth phase again.

This is my opinion and this is what I'd do in your situation but feel free to pick and choose the bits that suit you best  :D

a pretty good choice in my opinion, but for now I am more focused on investing in BTC and ETH, because these two coins are a benchmark for the ups and downs of the cryptocurrency market
Try other Altcoins like Polkadot, Bitcoin Cash, Binance Coin, Tether, and other tops 15 altcoins. Take a look at the chart, it's a lot of fun.

My opinion is about the investment in any project, not invest & hold for to get good profits. Wait and watch policy we can apply. I think we should be invest in different  types of project in large numbers platform instead of only one project. If we get bad result of earnings, then other project covered our earnings. I think so.

Bitcoin and Ethereum is the most potential and good coin. You can invest your money in Bitcoin and Ethereum for making good profit. But don't invest in ripple and bch. In 2018 i buy some ripple and i fully loss my money.

I have the same idea about the potential coin, I am trading Bitcoin and Ethereum for years now and the potential I am seeing before I start trading it is still there after many years of trading it. There are many people who lose money on investing in bitcoin and Ethereum, It is the same in other cryptos like ripple and BCH. It is how you manage your investment for you to keep your profit, You can't just throw money at it and wait for it to grow profits. In Investing there are winners and losers, Just be wise in investing in other cryptos, There are many coins now that is just derived by hyped and can't sustain its value for long term.

I think every coin has its best time of investment. If you check ripple history, you can find that it has also done very well and reach to $2+ . So maybe you bought a time the price was ready to go down. All coins don't move in same direction at same time, this you need some understanding about.

Bitcoin is best as a long term investment. I am sharing this issue with everyone. Whatever your reason for buying Ripple, EOS, BC and Neo, I welcome your thoughts on this. You can check other users' answers. I hope you find out more about this. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the only currencies I feel most secure in investing. No other coin has proved to be as valuable as Bitcoin and Etherium. One thing I believe is better to be safe than sad .

I wouldn't say that investors have to restrict themselves with just Bitcoin and ethereum..they need to do diversify their investments as well. Apart from diversification they also need to take calculated risks to get higher returns and investing in well researched altcoins gives them a chance.

Why don't they choose to invest in asset management such as the ones on BitOffer, Huobi Global, and Binane?
Like, BitOffer Quantitative Fund guarantees the original investment and interest. Trading is not the necessary stuff in the investment plan.
Now, as Bitcoin has been wider accepted, its finance ecosystem is developed. It is kind of like asset custody.
Investing in Quantitative fund to get fixed returns is also a good choice to make.

I wont disagree into this input where majority is been telling out locking up their investment with Bitcoin and ETH only without even trying to look on what other
alts is capable of when it comes to profit making but of course it will really be tying up significant risk on it but there are people who are really willing to take that
risk just for them to have chance on making out some good profits in a short span of time.Steps to be taken will really vary on each person because not all
would really have the same level of risk management and financial capability. If you do have tons of fiat then diversifying is really a good idea rather than
focusing on a single point.

Investing with good research always paid well, investors needs to realized that there are so many available coins around this market.

You have to do your thorough research before investing as it will gives you much higher confidence either you choose to go long or short term investment.

It's always good to have well established coins plus newcomer which have great potential success.
