Hi guys, Is it too late now to buy BNB? Or can we expect huge price drop in this year?

No one can suggest you should buy now or not, is 100% up to you. Because market always moves unpredictable. Is it late or not? IMO, it's never too late, when BTC is priced at $6000, many people are feeling it's too late, but BTC can go to $60K. BNB is currently also below the ATH price, the potential is there.

Will the price drop? Anything can happen, but if you look at the current market pattern, the price movement of cryptocurrencies is in a bullish direction, but remember, global sentiment can affect price movements at any time. So prepare yourself with research, judgment, faith and a readiness to lose. because we will often see asset values drop dramatically, when crypto prices decrease.

Binance is potential coins I think and worth for long term investment, but keep depending with Bitcoin price stable or not because when your try buy right now around $310 have potential break out above $400 or back dump under $280 if Bitcoin drop. Current market condition still not stable with Bitcoin up and down and I don't sure right time for investing in BNB.

Have nice trick when investing in some coins, you can buy Binance coins with two price kinds between $280 until $300, we can't guarantee with Binance coins keep stable on higher price because any potential if Bitcoin down I sure another altcoin will back to lower price.

Buying BNB while CZ is the hot target of US government to hunt down like buying a time bomb. Also BNB grown a lot and the highest profit that you can get assuming that it will beat its peak price was only around x3 of your investment in comparison with other project that down more than x3 in value from their peak.

I knew CZ is tough but he can’t do anything once huge player gang up on him and set him up with a massive trap. I highly suggest to stop investing on BNB and focus on other promising project like TON.

All decisions are in your hands and you will also experience risks, because no one can predict whether or not it is right or not to buy BNB at this time, of course whenever you want to buy it is your right, because everyone knows that all prices on the market is on an uptrend, so there's nothing wrong and it's never too late to buy BNB at this point, even if it could work in your favor in the future.

It should and shouldn't come back to you because you have that right, from my own point of view BNB itself has a fairly large market capitalization and includes the top 10 marketcap, so far there are many platforms that exist on the Binance network, of course the BNB ecosystem is also very large and has excellent opportunities for the future. We cannot determine if it is too late or too early to invest in cryptocurrencies under the current investment strategy. Since BNB is a native coin of the Binance exchange, there is no question that it has potential. If the entire cryptocurrency market doesn't crash, they won't let it down in the least. Neither, even if the price dropped at most we will see a price of 200 dollars for each BNB which is just a 33% drop, which in my mind is not a huge drop, also I do not think it is late to buy BNB at all, if this is a coin that you like then you still have the opportunity to buy it for half the price its previous all time high, so you still have a good opportunity to make some good money as long as you are willing to hold your coins for a long time.

I didn't buy BNB, I know that this coin belongs to the Binance and CZ exchanges as the founders we know, but behind all that, many people actually believe in coins and even hold them and make sure you have your own research to determine your investment.

A huge price drop is expected when it just came from a huge pump. I think we're done and pass that moment so, it's now time for it to see some pump in the next months to come when we go near to the halving. That really depends on how much can you afford to hold and to lose because certainly, nobody here in this forum can answer that question for you with a certainty as even the supposed experts of cryptocurrency doesn't even know the answer about it. If you will ask why, it is because nobody here in God's green Earth can predict the future or what will happen in a given time.
But one thing is for sure, it's not too late to buy BNB. It's much better for you to start now rather than regretting about it later for not taking the risk.

BNB is a good coin but with regards to the possible drop, I guess no one can answer this because no knows what will happen in the coming months. Its possible to pump, and its also possible for the drop so if you are going to invest make sure you do your own analysis and know when to exit. Personally if I have the extra money I will choose DCA method with BNB while waiting for the next bull run.

It has the potential, but we don't know how big the price in the future or will still be dropping this year so that we can continue to accumulate. Although technically we are still in the bear market, so if you really wanted to invest on BNB then why not?

DCA is the best thing to do, we still have a year before the bitcoin halving (an event that triggers bull run), so maybe in that span of 12 months, you can accumulate and be ready for the next bull run and new all time high. So best of luck!!.

Not exactly that we are late for investing BNB since we are still in the correction phase. You can actually buy them if you want, that was your decision because I tell you that, I was also buying too. I did what seems best for me because I have the trust that BNB will be moving high when the bull season comes, so before it happens, I already fill my bag with potential coins to make everything ready. While it was still cheap, we never had to miss the chance. Might the price will dump but it doesn't matter as long as we are holding and waiting for the bull season.

Its not too late yet as the price is still down, and its also possible to have corrections before it pump again. I don’t usually suggest to buy but right now is a good opportunity to increase your holdings in preparation for the next bull market that can happen later this year or even next year. Buy and hold if you are not a trader and just set your target price, BNB will grow more and I love how they manage to rise again despite of some issues with them.

Buying BNB means that you trust the future of binance/CZ and that his management will have good plans in the long term, and therefore the price will increase according to the increase in demand for the currency.
Unfortunately, I do not think that the platforms maintain their position after five years, meaning that the period of golden days for binance has become numbered, and therefore it is not an appropriate investment in the long term.

Also, that currency is not for investment because the supply is unlimited and it was not designed to be an investment.

accumulating at bearish always good idea even though right now market has been recovery quite a bit but it's still well below it's former value.
if you think you could accumulate right now there's nothng wrong with it, the value could still goes up quite high once real bullish comes in not just temporary value hike but real bullish where there's massive rally one after the other. quite frankly, i'd say invest in some newer coins like matic and aptos maybe optimism might seem could give better return but BNB also good enough that it still have really good ecosystem and is fully supported by binance.

But looking over at the BNB price currently,  I will personally believe that it is a good entry point, but this is according to my observation and it may be wrong since no one can predict what happens in the price of any coin.

Even though the binance chain and BUSD suffered some losses a few days back, I still believe in the capacity of binance to stick around for a while and make positive gains in the future.

I don't think it's too late to buy any solid coins like BnB or BTC or ETH. I'm talking about experience here, Like BTC for example, I continue to accumulate even if we enter the bull run, or right after the halving. So I just buy whenever I can, whether thru DCA or any other method that fits my strategy. And obviously it hit a all time high in 2021. So still a period for me to make profits even if the price keeps climbing up that time.

So yes, not to late, just continue to accumulate and never worry about the price drop, you can still buy more though if the price goes down hard. But I wouldn't wait for it.

It's too late now. What didn't you buy that in the previous months once the price of BNB was still at the bottom? you were a bit too late joining at the party and buying BNB now is much more riskier than before consider you can lose your money anytime. Think about that. It's better to buy some tokens which are still trading at the bottom.

We can expect a huge price drop anytime. Bitcoin's movement is still unpredictable. Any bad news can also dump bitcoin at this moment. Just hope that if bitcoin will stay at the current level for a few months before another rally to happen.
Buying BNB looks good enough but the risk is quite big right now consider about how volatile the market is.

Maybe answer why BNB first? Why not ETH or BTC, what fundamental changes are you waiting to happen with BNB? Don't you think that it might be dangerous after regulators attacked BUSD and CZ talking about dedollarization (that would bring most CExes down)?

What comes to price, i don't have any idea what's going to happen, but i recon everyone who does have any idea don't know what they are talking about.

I think that the FUD about Binance's stablecoin BUSD was the chance to buy a cheap Binance Coin (BNB). Since for me, it was complete FUD, and BNB price really dumped due to that.
After all, Binance is still here, FUD is FUD, and we already have a lot of experience with FUD on stablecoins just like Tether before.

Perhaps, BNB is one of the most promising projects in the crypto market. I won't say it won't dump but if we think it never rises after the fall, that is impossible. It is normal but the good thing about BNB is there is Binance that supports it. If I were you, make your time buying BNB now while it was still cheap, don't wait until it will pump just to make assurance because BNB can be trusted. It will fall only when the Binance exchange fall as well, but that seems impossible unless it was not managed.

BNB has always been one of the potential coins. I always include BNB in my portfolio. I feel that the potential could be thousands of dollars in the future. Will you take my advice? Will you agree with what I said and decide based on that? Probably not right? Because you're the only one who can decide for you. We can say that you must buy BNB because it has a good future, but are you ready for the risk? I've also heard people here saying to buy LUNA before the glitch happen. I've seen people here telling to buy FTX as well before that fraud happen. Now what happened to those 2? Can we blame those people? You're the one who will decide whether you will buy it or not. It totally depends on you when you buy BNB. BNB is the token of the BSC platform. There are currencies in the cryptocurrency market that go up and down with Bitcoin in price.However, currently the market is slightly lower, so the price of BNB coin is also lower at the moment.Currently the price of this coin is 311.4$. I think you should buy coins at lower prices to invest.

FUD is FUD. If binance/busd down then whole crypto will be dead. So CZ and Binance always will be safe. if anything goes wrong whale will be support CZ. Also specially USA & China goverment will never let anything happen to binance because half of them black money are in binance pools. Specially USA.  :D

We have seen many times before how CZ solved similar problems. Therefore, I expect from him that in the near future another launchpad will be launched on Binance, which will push the price of BNB to the top by 10-15%. And in relation to BTC, it now looks stronger.

No, it's not too late yet. BNB is not a pump and dump coin that once you miss its pump it's now too late anymore to hop in but BNB is like ETH and BTC. Their potential to pump big in the future is still there and this bear market is only their gift to the people to purchase them at cheaps.

Speaking of the bears, we are still at it because the price of the coins didn't continue to rose yet but there are still stability, fluctuations and dips. You can make use of these movements to stocked up more coins. There was a news last time about BUSD and it affected BNB but I know that Binance can take control of the situation so I don't think there will be a huge drop that will happen in BNB this year.

I can't say about the whole year but there's definitely a drop waiting for a bottom of BTC and alts yet to be made before a big bull rally takes place. I believe that the big move towards $250 or even $200 can take place for BNB in the next 2 months (most probably March) and it'll prove to be the bottom for this year if it begins to move up after a bottom is created. BTC tried its best to break 25200 hurdle many times but failed, and after the restrictions to BUSD issuance, it seems BNB will see a big drop before it begins to rise.

I really like BNB, and I am also still accumulating more Bitcoins to prepare for the next bullish era. But I also add some BNB and ETH to my investment because I believe that this altcoin may be bale to make good increases again, at least in the next bullish season.

It's not too late. You can start buying in small quantities and still make substantial profit when the value of the token escalates. The market is in constant Flux and no one can tell what may be the fate of a particular crypto in the near future.

I don't know if it's too late to buy BNB now or if it's not too late for you but right now, the price is on the decline and I thought maybe you could buy some. But if you are hesitant to buy BNB, I suggest you look for other coins with the same increasing chance. The consideration is that BNB prices are already high, although they could go even higher if there is an altcoin season. And if you still intend to buy BNB, make sure you buy at a price below $300 because that was the previous lowest price of BNB.

If you are not sure OP about BNB, I guess you don't need to urge yourselves to think about it. I have been waiting for investing in BNB still pride drop under $250 and right now keep holding until reach to the higher price, many people or investors worry about Binance coins will drop later after Bitcoin have not stable price. I sure when Bitcoin bring back to higher price has potential for BNB back to higher price again.

I am not advising you to buy BNB now but I want to share my expectation on BNB.  So far I believe BNB will be the next big thing in the next bull run.  ETH had already mooned so I think BNB will be the next one to enter $1k+ price.  There are lots of development going on with Binance.  They are ever expanding their global position, they even apply for the license in my country just to make sure that they are doing it right.  If this plan of BNB succeeds, there is no other way for BNB but to go up.  Also, BNB already suffered a crash and is now at the recovery phase.  So I guess it isn't late to buy BNB, if it crashes, just DCA.

What is happening with bnb today is exactly what its competitors (Binance competitors) were seeking, and the US authorities came and presented it to them on a plate of gold.  There is fear and panic sweeping the stablecoin market after Paxos was released from continuing to work for Binance. Any normal event may be interpreted in different ways, and this is not in favor of bnb at all.

It might not be that expensive for some, but for others, BNB is now $300 and people might think it's better to invest in a cheaper coin. Yes, at least they can analyze themselves to find out whether they need to have BNB as their investment or choose another coin as their next investment. But as long as BNB still provides profit opportunities, I will still use it as a short and medium term investment. And when the price can reach under $300, that will be a good time to buy BNB.

BNB is one of the promising crypto project which is means that investing this will certainly give you a profit in the future. Of course, we can't just think about quick returns, holding seems needed in order to make it possible. Might it drop this year, nobody knows exactly but as long as you are holding until the next Bull season then there is no problem with that.

it is not only about the increase on its price, but it is the dev team behind BNB that makes it out stand than most alts. so for me, if you think this has better future, buy some right now. it is better than most alts. and the foundation is rock solid with backing of top exchange and known founder, CZ. i don't think he will ruin his reputation by abandoning his platform without prior notice to its customers.

No time is ever too late to buy any crypto; it is just your decision to make, not minding what the Fed or any government is saying or what its target is against that crypto; if your analysis proves otherwise, then I advise you to buy it. 

Are you typically saying that Binance's BND is what's holding the entire crypto market? 
Binance is a big exchange, and even if anything were to happen to Binance BUSD or BNB, it would only affect the crypto market for a while, just like what happened in the FTX incident in the past, but that wouldn't mean it was the end of crypto. We have already recovered from that, and we can also recover from whatever might come our way. Crypto enthusiasts are way wiser now. 

BNB is a good coin and it is way ahead most altcoins for sure, but just as we have seen with the FTX exchange those kind of tokens can collapse in days, and while I do not expect this to happen to BNB any time soon the possibility is always there and we must never let our guard down, if you can do that and you can keep track of BNB and the news surrounding the exchange then this is a very profitable coin in which you can invest, and you should do so before its price gets even more expensive during the next months.

If aiming for long-term investment with a wide support from the community, we can secure that BNB is one of the best asset to invest

I certainly agree with it. Rather than risking in other non potential coins especially nee projects, better stick to BNB which has proven us a lot. We can't question why it has a big community simply because lots of investors trust it.
We can't also deny the fact that it could boom during the bullish season so it will be a perfect choice when it comes to long term holding. BNB is one of the best coins that has provided me promising profit all through out the years.

if you're not constrained with BNB ecosystem then I'd say investing in aptos and other similar newer coins might be significantly more beneficial for you for the long term since they are the ones that gonna get massive increase in value. I think BNB will just stuck nowadays, many project are actually using the newer blockchain because these newer blockchain are the trend, but maybe eventually BNB will also rise.

BNB has a fairly high risk because its price movement depends on the development of the exchange. When compared to some new projects based on BNB smart chains that are not making good progress, BNB is an altcoin that has managed to maintain a high price due to the support of a large amount of demand from the Binance exchange. If there are no good events, it will be difficult for BNB to increase prices.

I think BNB is only good for getting rewards from holding it, nothing more, there was no big good events coming from binance nowadays that could drive the increase in its value. instead even their staking rewards also isn't that good anymore. if that is the case investing in ethereum and bitcoin might be a lot better because they are starting to get bullish nowadays.
investing in BNB seems like wasting of money because as history have shown us, this BNB coin isn't rising even in bullish market, I doubt it's gonna have bright future but the fact that this BNB getting backed up by binance is such massive helps for this coin in retaining its value, if not for the fact that this coin is owned by binance I doubt it could even have half of its value, meanwhile bitcoin and ethereum continues to strive.

Beginners or even those who have been in the crypto world for a long time or people who don't have much capital will look at the prices of the coins first. And if they think it's expensive, they will look for other coins, even though they can buy those expensive coins with a limited amount of money. Day trading doesn't really work for me because beside from the fact that I got a day job, day trading consumes a little extra time for me rather than taking some time to rest for a long tiring day at work. But for the others, it works really fine for them as long as they can manage their time perfectly and it is not just BNB, there's actually a lot of worthy coins to trade and especially if you're trying to hold for a long-term.

What you said contradicts itself as the whole point of it is that you have no control if your investment is safe. Or if by "keeping it safe" you meant that if binance disables withrawals it would be safer to keep BNB in self custody in your own wallet. BNB is fluctuating around 250 at the moment which I believe is a good price to accumulate. When things gets sorted and the bull approaches, BNB would rise to $500. ETH with it's network can't support dapps and dex and the immediate largest alternative is BSC and 500 would still be a good price to pay for BNB gas. Solana would be another alternative but they are not directly compatible to Ethereum dapps while polygon is already a failed project.

500$ is not big target for token like bnb but the real problem with bnb is so many cases against Binance, CEO leaving his seat and some security issues with bnb token also which stop whales to hold in large volume. FTX create lot of fear in Crypto industry among the invistors and no one can invest freely. Binance has announced recently web3 wallet and also doing some more activity which probably work and free the arm of investors. In short term bnb is not looking profitable and I think investing in other coins is more worthy.

well finding a good price for investment is also one thing that might be highly beneficial for us later on, just randomly investing at peak price will just incur losses if i were OP then i'd just wait until correction occurs doesn't matter if the price keep spiking anyway we will find another coin or another opportunity investing at peak is simply too much of a risk for me, morever there are plenty of other altcoin that is just as good if not better.
the thing with BNB is that right now its kinda stagnating even getting over taken by solana, maybe because CZ wasn't in charge of the business anymore so people consider binance to be a coin that somewhat undeserving of an investment and really choose to ditch it in the favour of solana.

I thought it was a good idea to open short position on futures against BNB coin because CZ might end up in Jail and Binance has to pay billions because of its involvement in money laundering. BNB is a very good altcoin to invest in. It's my second choice altcoin after ETH. Although the price is a bit high recently, but one can still buy and hold till the next bullrun for good profit. It will be good to buy using DCA so as to take advantage of any slight fall in price that may happen anytime.

OP asked around February 2023 and at that time based on CMC data the price of BNB was around $300 and currently the price is also around $300 and heading towards $400. The lowest price of the year is around October at around $200. So I think if at that time the OP chose to buy it then he would have made a profit, even if it was a little. The coin tried to overcome the news but the effect was too powerful for it and moved lower to about $202 on the Binance platform. Not sure about how Binance is performing but the BSC chain is doing spectacular. Binance had made the BSC network to be decentralized and it being able to survive even though Binance cease to exist. Of course binance news would have effect on BNB price but it won't be the only deciding factor.

I can't really predict BNB what is going to be the out come in this bull market,  but since the coin started increasing I haven't see good value in it and I don't know how the value will be by the end of the bull market.  I will prefer to invest in bitcoin instead of BNB,  no good increase in BNB as bitcoin is increasing.  Since am not sure about BNB,  I won't go for it,  instead I will rather go for bitcoin that can be bring more profit in the bull run.

Well now the the price of 1 BNB token is now $590. If you do hodl this token I think we are going to see some big profits when BTC halving does happen.

There has been alot of growth in the Binance ecosystem. There is some 'bullish' signs we will see $700.

BNB is a very good coin, it proves it in the last bull runs and proves it again, and truly, in the next few months, it could hit the ATH again. The only regret I have about this coin is that I did not follow my mind and plan about it, it would have been nicer for me if I had kept the future trading's buy position I initiated around $200 when Binance was having the SEC issues. I knew the negative effect on the coin would be temporary, but the plan was not actualised well. >:(

I would have been in big money now, but for some kind of fear and avoidable of greed, I closed it and never bought it again. Mind you, a lot of reasons are making BNB to rise, and one of them is the speculation of big investors, which I believe some of them will be within the circle of Binance and its associates apart from the BSC system. You can see how dangerously the coin moved within a month, it was so scary, to say the least.

BnB is one of the reputable AltCoins that has the potentials for long term holding so if you're interested in investing in the coin then you can always buy and holding whenever it's convenient for you.

Well now BNB is up 10 percent in the last 7 days. 1 BNB token is now $608, I think we are going to still see more 'bullish' profits out of this token.
And this week the BNB Chain traded more voluem then Eth and Solana. It was more then $2 Billion in trading just for the 1 day.
