Correct. For now we'll have to watch it and see how it develops regarding the lawsuits filed by the SEC against Binance US and CZ. Because the rise in BNB will also depend on the outcome of the SEC vs CZ & Binance lawsuit.

If CZ & Binance has a positive development on the lawsuit they received then certainly BNB will likely experience a stronger and faster spike high. I think we should learn from what happened to Ripple when it was sued by the SEC.

Yes the project seems much more reliable but everycoin have behind them a blockchain man, i think you want to say a blockchain with a whole ecosystem. But that doesnt change so much the things, when the USA goverment its chasing you.

Yes, binance is under attack. That means sec will be in litigation over BNB and all the tokens for a long time to come. This is probably the most negative scenario for BNB. Look at how long the price of Ripple is standing still because of the same SEC proceedings. I think binance will have a long time to deal with sec too.

Sec is not a big deal and in the end dramas like this always end well, but sadly those who panic throw away the cheap they gave it to the hands of the pope, I just laugh a little when people don't understand this kind of drama that always happens in the middle of the year between may until august, remember next year there will be halving, no matter what news, look at the advantages of buying cheap BNB now

What you said contradicts itself as the whole point of it is that you have no control if your investment is safe. Or if by "keeping it safe" you meant that if binance disables withrawals it would be safer to keep BNB in self custody in your own wallet. That doesn't check out either as bnb won't be having value if binance goes down.

I am not sure what you meant by being trouble last time with sec. There can be several more charges, i see this as a start. But Binance has funds to fight this for years so this is not going to solve in a day and binance isn't shutting down suddenly.

I think now would be a poor time to invest in BNB. Sure, they say to buy when there’s blood in the streets and Binance has definitely been dragged lately. I think the likelihood of any big move in the price of BNB is toward the downside though. After Luna and FTT you really can’t be too careful. I would avoid.
