Do old wallets work with importing into new wallet (1.0.0b)?
Tried my old Remote GUI Wallet .keys file, mnemonic seed, and view/spend key... But no success with any. Seed and view/spend wouldn't allow clicking next arrow to validate or whatever, while the .keys file import worked in allowing me to enter my wallet password but made the wallet always error out right afterwards.

Haven't checked anything out extension-wise, just saw the market action... Does price tumbling mean the extension is a flop in some people's mind? Not huge amount of money fleeing on TradeOgre, but definitely more than lately as some people hit the exits for whatever price they can now that there's at least some form of product on display. And also, I found myself trying to see if Lethean.com is up and running now that the re-brand took place few weeks back... And I find myself surprised to see that the domain is currently parked for a company that specializes in the management of patients who get cameras put up their butt and down their throat... So yeah:Is the dev team about to be buying ownership of the domain from them?Is there another domain TLD that's going to be used?Is this re-branding effort done while somehow thinking that keeping the old domain name of intensecoin.com makes sense? Is the marketing agency you used incompetent to have not thought about this issue, or to not have steered you in the direction of choosing a name with an available domain? The only people that say a .com doesn't matter are the people that couldn't get the .com for their domain
My last post month + ago asking for some roadmap clarifications got no response by anyone connected to the team, so this would be solid to hear which bullet-point above is the correct answer. I already thought it kind of odd that an agency was required to help with a 6 month + re-branding effort when you guys only had a blip of a footprint to begin with, so without the clarification seeing the domain parked by someone else after all this time is quite sad to see if we're being honest. And disregard all that I guess, apparently it's lethean.io

Rather than asking strangers, it would be better for him to get right to the source to see and decide for himself if Intense is a good investment or not. He must read the Intense news updates, check the discussions in the Intense Discord and check the Intense Github if code is really being developed. No investment is foolproof, especially in crypto. For outsiders like us, I think it is more of speculation that something will come out of this project. We all know software development progress can be unpredictable at times. Only when a product is out that we can see and test if it is any good.
Except I'm not asking strangers, I'm asking a dev or one of the hundred officers to reply... As I said, I've been here since the beginning, so what is looking through news updates going to answer that I don't already know? And as for Discord, some of us have busy lives and don't seek online friends to trade memes with and send praise to a coin. I already secured my lotto ticket payday from ITNS when it rose on hype last year, just haven't seen any reason to throw money back into it since then. And of course it's all speculation, crypto world is nothing more than the penny stock market. 99% will leave you broke if you hold long-term instead of selling on hype, while 1% has a shot to actually turn into something down the line. And yes, software development can be unpredictable, but I figured my post pointed out that after accounting for the high priority issues that popped up... It's still well beyond the original time-frame. My thoughts for the coin soured back when the Bytecoin to Monero switch took place, as I took it to show ineptness by the team... So sure, a beta release of stuff recently helps, but I'd like to see an actual v1.0 to give me decent thoughts about the coin once again.

How's the outlook for the re-branding and browser extension still releasing in August? Used to check this forum daily, but months back I finally realized that was a pointless time waster, so now I just do monthly check-ins to arrive at the same conclusions of "nothing new". And with that said, not trying to be a dick with the following question, just genuinely curious... What made the browser extension get delayed so long? I recall when it was first announced and supposed to release "a month from now" way back in December (or January, somewhere during that timeframe). The Bytecoin to Monero switch was like a month, the algo tweak was a few weeks, then besides that there really hasn't been any notable issues that demanded priority. Was the timeframe of a month just a pipe dream, devs got over their head, or can someone help fill in the blanks on what other delays popped up to completely miss the one month development time? Hearing a response to that would go a long way in restoring hope (at least for me) about this coin. Been following since the beginning and all I've learned is the team is great at missing deadlines, and that they field more advisors and officers than an NFL team has players on their roster (exaggeration obviously, but that's basically the only news ever found in the bi-monthly updates).

Well Altex wallet is back online, annnnd soon to be back offline... I just sent 64.537485750 from web wallet to Altex, and now my deposit history shows incoming transaction of 129.07497150 coins... So thanks for the double coins and incoming Stop spread FUD Altex working well Lol FUD here, FUD there, I had to do a double take to see it was a dev actually saying that to me. Here's your proof, but yeah, just go on acting like I'm making it up for some illogical reason. Sorry for pointing out an issue to address, an issue that no one else apparently was nice enough to mention. And now I have a second double deposit showing up... Almost 4 hours apart from my first one that was messed up. So hmmm yeah, must be a real small timeframe that it's not working Maybe I'm just the lucky one, someone send me their bankroll and I'll make it rain for everyone Web Wallet - Withdrawals -------------- Altex - Deposit Screen -------------- Boom... Now say you're sorry and send out the bat signal to the other devs cuz it's about to be an all nighter

cryptoworld is truly utopia. price manipulation like this in any civilized society would be considered as fraud.
I didn't know the quotes, "Buy low, sell high" & "“Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful” constituted fraud...

How about adding some basic features to the bloc-mining sites... Like workers But yeah, no blocks found for 2 hours on bloc-mining.eu or across the network = something broke

Anybody have some unofficial pools to share? The Herominers one is ass for pool luck and I'd like to move elsewhere. Earned well below half the expected rates, and grown tired of 15 minute avg block times really turning into hour per each.
Why not use official pools at bloc-mining.eu and bloc-mining.us if you are concerned about finding blocks or payments? Unofficial pools have problems like not paying out, poor performance. With a brand new coin, the pool ecosystem has to evolve slowly. Thanks for suggestion, was looking to avoid the 2% fee, but after crunching the total hashrate #s it looks like bloc-mining.eu / bloc-mining.us / Herominers might be the only pools at the moment... So I probably should have researched a bit more before posting Guess I'll just switch to bloc-mining.eu. I'm in the US, but the bloc-mining.us pool a bit too low pool hashrate for me (and my ping over at the .eu pool isn't too bad). Do you know if bloc-mining.eu allows workers or setting static difficulty? Besides trying to sidestep the 2%, those were the main reasons I didn't initially hop on the official pools last night. Not seeing anything pop up in my dashboard after trying to put worker name as my password or rig id (I'm using XMR-Stak). The getting started section just has the same worthless cookie cutter text info that a bunch of other pool sites have (aka the useless "Please edit config.txt file to suit your needs").

I may try Tradeogre... but I'd rather not.
TradeOgre been golden every time I've used it. Quick deposits, along with quick and cheap withdrawals... Saw various wallets down for a bit the other day, but assume that's just from updating for all the various forks. Now I wouldn't leave my bankroll on there overnight, but basically everything that Stocks.Ex is shitty at, TradeOgre does great. Prices usually alot cheaper over at TradeOgre too, which means I've tried arbitrage a few times... But ofcourse shitty Stocks.Ex ruins that by having my deposits show up like 24 hours later.

Hi guys, What software does NVidia use? None in an ideal world, because pointing Nvidia's at Cryptonight is a waste of your time and money. I have some $70 2GB RX 550s that outpace 1060 6GBs, and 4GB RX 570s that do the same to 1080TIs. Grab your profits from algos your cards are actually good at = more profits But to answer your question, i know at least XMR-Stak does, probably a bunch others too.

What is there to like about it being called Intense Coin? How does that even remotely give thought that one is buying/mining/using a VPN coin? It's like they picked a random placeholder word out of the dictionary and just ran with it. Intense coin makes it sound like I'm about to buy some coins to pay for a lap dance or a roller coaster ride (etc).
I can understand why this would feel this way. We are currently working on re-branding our project to have a more fitting name . I guess a bot is lurking that's a copy/paste job of something I said weeks ago

I will come over to Discord if what I am currently trying doesn't work: installing 1.4.2 on a different computer and resyncing the blockchain from the beginning.
In addition to "reset wallet" you probably need to also delete blockchain folder (but leave wallet files that are in there) and start from scratch What I had to do whenever happened to me

We are working on the rebrand now. The rebrand will be done within the first quarter this year.
I wish you would not do that. I like the brand. Lots of people do. Can you take a poll? Lots of good companies fail and solid coins languish because they have goofy or uninspired names that people don't like. Intense is a great name. Please don't change. You got coins with names that are descriptive, then you have coins with made up unique names... And then you have ITNS with a name that is neither descriptive or unique.

Any chance you'll be pushing an "update" out once the new XMR coding is released and Stak gets updated? Grown to really like your customizations + I'm not smart enough to successfully compile it myself without some errors being spit out haha

that is an option, but let's not rush to conclusions.
Rushing to conclusions is only option if you're staying ahead of it. This isn't something happening years from now, it's within a month (one of the model's ships within 7 days apparently too). Plenty other Cryptonight coins have stated they're following XMR's lead, meaning if ITNS devs don't take initiative, then all that hashpower is going to end up on ITNS' doorstep as people look to find a coin that makes their shit not be an expensive paperweight.

Holy hell, how are you people still bitching about the airdrop? Who gives a flying funk. Get a job, you'd have more in your pocket than the hours spent wasting your time bitching here. My shit didn't go through as valid somehow, but I'm not raising pitchforks. Go dig in your couch cushions for coins and you'll find your airdrop.
Move on with your life.

Solid tool, appreciate the work! Radeon Settings app is so unbearably slow to cycle through switching cards one by one.
And with that said, I'd hate to ask, but anyway to implement a detection of IGPU? Feel like I'm gonna break something hitting "ok" with the IGPU listed as one of the cards.
