When will  be made the fork against the ASIC
May 14, 2018

https://intensecoin.com/2018/04/01/april-1st-update/

"In terms of blockchain development, a target has been set to hard fork to block version 4 on May 14, 2018. The version 4 hard fork will include a proof-of-work algorithm revision, upgrading to multiple Monero-based features such as RingCT and mandatory mixins, and elimination of merged mining. The development team will establish test branches for each of these features, and will conduct testnet operations to verify functionality before slating features for live release."

Thanks
I'm hope for heavy algo
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

ITNS's POW will be cryptonote-v7, same as Monero.

...Anyway, I renamed said directory and have proceeded with syncing the blockchain all over again with 1.4.2 so that I can - hopefully - recover my wallet

Wallet 1.4.2 successfully resynced from scratch and all my ITNS are back. I also successfully exported the 256b mashup of all 4 keys and separated them out to be able to use the new rebase wallet, eventually, according to the seriously convoluted instructions in this reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/IntenseCoin/comments/89gw15/guide_converting_your_141142_wallet_to_the_145/?st=JFSFQH68&sh=236d5812

However, it is still a mystery why I needed to delete the %appdata%\intensecoin folder and resync from scratch in the first place, as Windows had not crashed with the wallet open, which was the likely cause when I had to do this before. So, a puzzle wrapped in an enigma, or whatever.

Great news! Bittrex is the best option for today!

I really like Bittrex as an exchange... I will be very pleased if ITNS makes it there.

I want to buy more ITNS today on Stocks.Exchange... but it says my ITNS wallet is "Disabled" -- is it down for everyone ?

confirm... look on wallet... and too disabled...

Three days so far... I want to buy more but I will not send any BTC to Stocks.Exchange with Deposit and Withdrawal on ITNS disabled.

I may try Tradeogre... but I'd rather not.

TradeOgre been golden every time I've used it. Quick deposits, along with quick and cheap withdrawals... Saw various wallets down for a bit the other day, but assume that's just from updating for all the various forks. Now I wouldn't leave my bankroll on there overnight, but basically everything that Stocks.Ex is shitty at, TradeOgre does great.

Prices usually alot cheaper over at TradeOgre too, which means I've tried arbitrage a few times... But ofcourse shitty Stocks.Ex ruins that by having my deposits show up like 24 hours later.

Dear Intensecoin team, I have one serious question and it is about new wallet, because I still use 1.4.1.

Will you install a new wallet by just dragging the wallet file from the previous version and that's it
or it will be more complicated to transfer coins to a new wallet from an old wallet?

I am very worried because I have over 1,500,000 bloody coins and I do not want to lose them. If it's complicated, I'll have to sell them all so that I do not risk doing something wrong Sad

Please answer.

Best regards.

It can be a little more complicated than that. Personally, I recommend opening a new wallet with the new rebase wallet. Once you have done that, you can then send your ITNS from the old wallet to the new wallet. The reason I think this is a superior method is because opening a new wallet gives you a mnemonic seed.

If you want to move your ITNS wallet file to the new wallet without a physical transfer, you can follow the instructions listed here. https://www.reddit.com/r/IntenseCoin/comments/89gw15/guide_converting_your_141142_wallet_to_the_145/?st=JFUZYOHE&sh=524896ac

I see... may have to bite the bullet and try it out.

Try Crex24, i find it better than TradeOgre because apparently TradeOgre doesn't work well with firefox and cyberfox.

Bittrex and Crex24.

Is it just me or is the main pool at intensecoin.com/pool/ acting funny? I keep getting disconnected and the pool is taking way longer than average to find new blocks (previous one took 1 hour and this one is up to 42 minutes, with the average at 11 minutes).

The first link is to the GUI rebase wallet. The second link should be the CLI  rebase wallet.
Hope that helps.
