9  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 12, 2014, 12:06:26 PM
You can obtain second type of report when you connect to miner through SSH and run cgminer.

I tried to interchange backplane between miners, problem is same, nothing improved.
10  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: September 03, 2014, 09:02:27 AM
My 1 Th/s CoinCraft Desk is dying slowly, only 2 of 5 modules work now stably. Every month one module stops hashing.

After restart cgminer sees more modules (3, 4 or 5), but after some time (seconds, minutes, sometimes hours) remaining modules stop working or became invisible.

Changing voltage or clock speed does not help.

Could it be problem with backplane?

From cgminer log (only 4 modules visible, module 3 stops working after 1 hardware error):

Everybody check if glued heatsinks are in place!!!

One day my 1 Th/s unit stopped hashing, after restart it hashed only at 850 Gh/s. I checked both of my units and saw this when I opened 600 Gh/s unit:

2 of 3 heatsinks fell down in this unit, 4 of 5 heatsinks fell down in 1 Th/s unit

hashing module without heatsink

HELP

Please contact support@bitmine.ch for 1st level support. The support staffing was improved recently, response time should be quite good meanwhile.

I already contacted support on 17.3. with this problem, second problem in this mail was refund of shipping paid twice (already promised to me in February).

On 18.3. I got response from Antonio:

Antonio (Bitmine AG)
Mar 18 16:24

Dear Sir,
I will have to communicate our credit team and I will let you know.
Thank you for your patience.

No response since then, no mention of problem with software.

On 25.3. I wrote personal message here to Giorgio Massarotto about this problem, no response till now.

HELP

Somebody please make a backup of Rpi SD card and upload it somewhere. Support of Bitmine is useless, I mailed them a week ago and I still don't have answer regarding this problem.

My SD card is probably corrupted a this is what I get when I log to web interface:

Yes, but if you look for example at address 1EPhEgXRs9WybWqF1mWwG627h89KmsVuZQ (my address) then there is no transaction with received time 2014-03-21 10:22:45.

Payouts from 2014-03-19 and 2014-03-24 are there, but nothing between them.  Huh

You need to talk to blockchain.info about it, if you are using their wallet. Nothing Eligius can do about it.

http://blockr.io/address/info/1EPhEgXRs9WybWqF1mWwG627h89KmsVuZQ

The payment on 3-21 was paid and is in block chain with 812 confirmations.

Yes, it is blockchain.info online wallet. I will talk to them, thanks everybody for help.

What is the problem with this payout?

Mined BTC were not delivered to my address till now and I don't see it on blockchain.info like incoming transaction to my address.

Next payout is already delivered.

I can see the transaction in blockchain.info all right?

18  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: bitmine CoinCraft Series Users Thread - Troubleshooting, Efficiency, O/C on: March 20, 2014, 06:24:01 AM

If I understand correctly you suggest killing the cgminer process and then running again cgminer from command line? yes
That would probably work, but
a) I'm not sure if everything else will work (e.g. web interface) web interface works, tested
b) If I log out, the process would kill itself. I could maybe keep it running with screen, but screen is not installed in this distribution. I don't know how to solve this
19  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: bitmine CoinCraft Series Users Thread - Troubleshooting, Efficiency, O/C on: March 18, 2014, 02:38:34 PM
Basically you can kill cgminer process and then start manually another cgminer process with your arguments according to this post
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=486808.msg5417609#msg5417609, then you will see cgminer output.

If you add all command parameters as seen in /mineros/boot.py then web interface works after restart of cgminer:

Quote
cgminer -- --text-only --lowmem --bitmine-a1-options '+a1_options+' -o '+row[1]+' -O '+row[2]+':'+row[3]+' -o '+row[4]+' -O '+row[5]+':'+row[6]+' -o '+row[7]+' -O '+row[8]+':'+row[9]+' '+row[10]+' --api-allow '+row[12]+' --api-listen --queue 50 '+row[13]

Substitute row[number] with value from corresponding row on the miner settings page in web interface.
20  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: bitmine CoinCraft Series Users Thread - Troubleshooting, Efficiency, O/C on: March 17, 2014, 10:26:35 PM
Somebody please send me unmodified image of the Raspberry SD card with mineros so I can try to fix my miners.
