Dear Cryptaur Users,

We continue to publish our answers to the questions most frequently dealt with by our User Support service. This time we will have a look at a set of related questions about CPT and its circulation.

Let's start with a bit of history. Back on January 18, 2018 Cryptaur announced a complete re-issue of the CPT token on a new smart contract and also added the function of an internal wallet/depository to the Cryptaur User Account.

The need to reissue the token and to create the internal wallet/depository emerged due to the fact that many users who'd withdrawn their CPTs to the independent external MyEtherWallet service were subsequently attacked by hackers by the so called phishing sites and lost some of their assets.

As long as all crypto currency transactions are fundamentally irreversible, there was obviously no chance to return those assets to their owners. That is why the Cryptaur team took a bold decision in favor of its users and reissued the project's token from scratch, simultaneously introducing additional measures of contributors' assets protection. The token reissue campaign was known as Silver Spoon and essentially was what is normally referred to as a "hard fork".

Thus, after the Silver Spoon there came to exist two tokens with the same name—CPT—in the Ethereum network. But the old CPT became totally void of any value as a legal means of circulation inside the Cryptaur ecosystem, and the new CPT replaced the old one and became the only valid token on our platform.

All Cryptaur users who logged into their accounts at least once between January 18 and March 25, 2018 were automatically credited the new tokens strictly in accordance with the amounts of the old CPTs they used to have. Those users who did not log into their accounts during the above interval have been able to claim their newly issued CPTs by contacting the User Support.

To reiterate, the old CPT tokens continue to exist on the old smart contract but they have no economic meaning within the Cryptaur ecosystem.

Despite that, some users still try to use the old tokens in one way or another. For example, they send them to the Latoken exchange where our currently valid CPT is being traded. As long as the new token has nothing in common with the old one except the name, the exchange will not accept the old token for sale and will not be even obliged to return it to the sender.

Therefore, any attempt to trade the old and void CPT token at an exchange or to sell it to another individual is either a mistake or fraud. We strongly recommend that those users who are not quite familiar with blockchain follow a simple rule of thumb: at present, there are only three legitimate sources of valid CPTs out there:

1. Users' own Cryptaur accounts.
2. Crypto exchange where the Cryptaur token is officially listed (for the time being it is Latoken).
3. Functioning Cryptaur applications (for the time being it is Cryptaur Lottery).

However, if you are familiar with at least the basics of crypto industry, you can always verify of a CPT token status without much trouble as long as you know the relevant smart contract addresses for the old and new CPT tokens.

The old token smart contract that is not valid within the Cryptaur ecosystem after January 18, 2018 is located at:

The new token smart contract that replaced the old one after Silver Spoon and that is the only legal payment instrument within the Cryptaur ecosystem after January 28, 2018 is located at:

To avoid being cheated by scammers who might offer the old and invalid tokens as new ones, it is advised to carefully check the relevant smart contract. In order to do so, you could do the following:

1. Go to https://etherscan.io/ and paste the sender's wallet address to the search field in the top right part of the screen.
2. Perform the search for that address. If the address does exist, go to the "Tokens transfer" tab and click the ERC20 (CPT) token name to the right from the transaction sum. Then find the actual smart contract number on the wallet monitoring page and in the "Contract" field. The correct number should read: 0x88d50b466be55222019d71f9e8fae17f5f45fca1

Мы продолжаем публиковать ответы на вопросы, с которыми чаще всего сталкивается наша Служба поддержки. В этот раз мы рассмотрим сразу несколько взаимосвязанных вопросов, касающихся токена CPT и его обращения.

Для начала немного истории. 18 января 2018 года Cryptaur официально объявил о полном перевыпуске токена CPT на новом смарт-контракте и одновременно с этим добавил в Личный кабинет пользователя Cryptaur функцию внутреннего кошелька-депозитария.

Необходимость перевыпуска токена и создания внутреннего кошелька-депозитария была вызвана тем, что многие пользователи, которые ранее вывели свои CPT на внешний независимый кошелек MyEtherWallet, подверглись хакерским атакам посредством фишинговых сайтов и полностью или частично потеряли свои активы.

В силу необратимости всех криптовалютных транзакций, вернуть эти активы технически невозможно. Поэтому руководство Cryptaur пошло навстречу пользователям и полностью перевыпустило токен проекта, обеспечив при этом дополнительные меры защиты активов вкладчиков. Кампания по перевыпуску получила название Silver Spoon и по сути являлась тем, что в криптоиндустрии принято называть "хард форк".

Таким образом, в результате Silver Spoon в сети Ethereum возникло два одноименных токена CPT: старый и новый. При этом старый токен полностью утратил свою ценность как законное средство обращения в экосистеме Cryptaur, а новый токен занял место старого и стал единственным валидным токеном на нашей платформе.

Все пользователи Cryptaur, вошедшие хотя бы один раз в свои обновленные личные кабинеты в период с 18 января 2018 года до 25 марта 2018 года, получили новые токены автоматически в точном соответствии с количеством ранее приобретенных токенов. Те пользователи, которые не заходили в свой личный кабинет в указанный выше срок, также имеют возможность получить свои токены, но уже не автоматически, а лично обратившись в Службу поддержки Cryptaur.

Еще раз подчеркнем, что старые токены CPT продолжают существовать на старом смарт-контракте, но в рамках экосистемы Cryptaur они не имеют никакого экономического смысла.

Несмотря на это, некоторые пользователи пытаются использовать старые токены в тех или иных целях. Например, направляют их на биржу Latoken, где в настоящее время официально торгуется действительный токен CPT. Поскольку старый токен помимо совпадающего названия не имеет ничего общего с новым, действующим токеном, биржа не примет старый токен и даже не обязана вернуть его отправителю.

Таким образом, попытка торговли недействительным токеном CPT на бирже или попытка продажи такого токена какому-либо частному лицу является либо ошибочным действием, либо сознательным мошенничеством. В связи с этим, тем пользователям, которые не разбираются в тонкостях блокчейна, рекомендуем руководствоваться простым правилом: в настоящее время есть только три легитимных источника действующего токена CPT:

1. Собственный кошелек-депозитарий пользователя в его Личном кабинете Cryptaur.
2. Биржа, где официально листингован токен Cryptaur (на данный момент это биржа Latoken).
3. Действующие приложения на платформе Cryptaur (на данный момент это  Cryptaur Lottery).

Если же вы владеете азами криптограмотности, то можете без труда проверить статус токена CPT, зная адреса смарт-контрактов старого и нового CPT.

Чтобы не стать жертвой мошенников, которые предлагают купить у них недействительные старые токены CPT под видом новых, необходимо внимательно проверять принадлежность предлагаемых токенов действующему смарт-контракту.

Для этого необходимо:
1. Перейти на главную страницу сервиса https://etherscan.io/ и скопировать адрес кошелька эфира отправителя в поисковую строку справа вверху.
2. Осуществить поиск этого кошелька. Если такой номер кошелька существует, перейти на закладку “Tokens transfer” и щелкнуть по наименованию токена ERC20 (CPT) справа от суммы транзакции. Далее на странице мониторинга кошелька и в строке «Contract» найти актуальный номер смарт-контракта. Там должно значиться: 0x88d50b466be55222019d71f9e8fae17f5f45fca1

Strictly speaking, Cryptaur's first dApp was launched quite a while ago. It was the internal Cryptaur Ether Wallet that is part of each Cryptaur user account.

But the wallet is more of an auxilary tool rather than a full-fledged application. Today we are happy to present the first genuine decentralized app to constitute a live segment of our platform - the Cryptaur Lottery.

1. Where can I purchase CPT tokens?
* Currently, the CPT token sale is finished, so you can purchase them directly from the Cryptaur project participants.
* After CPT tokens appear on the crypto-exchange, Cryptaur tokens can be obtained through a purchase and sale transaction on this site.
* In future, CPT tokens will be obtained by participating in the development of the Cryptaur project through a mechanism of incentivizing active users. An example of such an incentive is the CPT tokens accrued on the basis of financial performance of the people you have involved as consumers or service providers.
Attention!
When purchasing CPT tokens, make sure that the purchased Cryptaur tokens belong to the smart contract in the Ethereum blockchain with the address: 0x88d50B466BE55222019D71F9E8fAe17f5f45FCA1. Tokens with a different smart contract address do not belong to the Cryptaur project.

2. How to change the two-factor authentication from an Email address to an SMS-notification in the user’s Dashboard (and vice versa)?
To change the two-factor authentication, the following must be done:
1. Login to Cryptaur Dashboard.
2. Select the "Settings" menu item. The system will send you a four-digit code via the previously chosen authentication method, and you will be able to access your Dashboard settings.
3. Select the "Two-factor authentication settings" menu item.
4. Select the preferred type of the two-factor authentication from the drop-down menu: Email or SMS.
- If you select SMS, enter the country code of your phone number, then enter only the digits of your phone number in the next field (without the country code). Click the "Set" button.
If all actions are performed correctly, you will receive a four-digit code on your phone. Enter it and click the "Confirm" button. If the code fails to be delivered, click the "Cancel" button to save the previously selected type of the two-factor authentication;
- If you select Email, confirm the selected method by clicking the "Set" button.

3. Why are CPT tokens displayed in the Dashboard, while no Cryptaur tokens are available in the account balance of the internal Cryptaur Ether Wallet? What do I have to do to get the tokens?
All the Cryptaur project participants, who have made their contributions before the Silver Spoon stage without the subsequent re-activation of the Dashboard before March 26, 2018, have not received the CPT tokens to their personal Cryptaur Ether Wallet.
To obtain CPT tokens, you need to contact the Support Service from your Dashboard. In your request, please write that you have not received the previously purchased tokens and indicate the Email of the Cryptaur Dashboard. The system collects such applications on a weekly basis, and then a special procedure for distributing tokens among these users with the help of blockchain is carried out. After the process of allocating tokens is completed, the Support Service will inform you by Email or via an online assistant.

Please clarify point #5 of the procedure "Sending tokens from the internal Cryptaur Ether Wallet (CEW) to a wallet with a different address":
Confirm that you agree to transfer funds to a wallet that supports ERC20-compliant tokens and does not belong to an exchange or an exchange office.

4. What does the phrase "a wallet that supports ERC20-compliant tokens" mean?
The Ethereum network is actively developing, and its developers are constantly introducing new functions and standards. One of the innovations was the ERC20 standard, which determines the mechanism and requirements for the operation of cryptographic tokens in the Ethereum ecosystem. The task of creating a formalized standard was to simplify transactions between ETH wallets, smart contracts, and exchanges. So, it is easy for the new ERC20 coin to enter the exchange, since the protocol of its use is fully described and available to the public, and there are no obstacles for exchange listing or exchange transactions with the help of numerous services on the Internet.

5. What does the phrase "a wallet that does not belong to an exchange or an exchange office" mean?
Almost all exchanges, exchange services or providers of the electronic wallet maintenance services limit the list of ERC20-compliant tokens that they support on their user platform. In practice, this means that it is possible to transfer tokens to another wallet address within the Ethereum network, but their further transactions can be completely blocked by the information resource whose services you have relied on. In this case, access to your tokens can only be provided by the service to which you have transferred the tokens. If access to the tokens is not provided, this means that they are lost at least until the technical capability is provided to obtain full access to the wallet using a private key. In this regard, we recommend that you use the Cryptaur Ether Wallet or Myetherwallet, which provide access to CPT tokens.

При осуществлении покупки токенов CPT обязательно убедитесь, что приобретаемые токены Cryptaur принадлежат смарт-контракту в блокчейн Эфира с адресом: 0x88d50B466BE55222019D71F9E8fAe17f5f45FCA1. Токены с другим адресом смарт-контракта не принадлежат проекту Cryptaur.

2. Как сменить в Личном кабинете двухфакторную  авторизацию с адреса электронной почты на sms-оповещение (и наоборот)?
Для смены двухфакторной авторизации Вам необходимо осуществить следующие действия:
1. Войти в Личный кабинет Cryptaur.
2. Выбрать пункт меню «Настройки». Система отправит на ранее выбранный метод авторизации четырёхзначный код, с помощью которого Вы сможете получить доступ к настройкам своего кабинета.
3. Выбрать пункт меню «Настройки двухфакторной авторизации».
4. Из выпадающего меню выбрать предпочитаемый тип двухфакторной авторизации: электронная почта или SMS.
- При выборе SMS  - ввести код страны вашего телефонного номера, далее в соседнем поле ввести только цифры номера (без кода страны). Нажать кнопку «Задать».
Если все действия выполнены правильно, то Вам на телефон поступит четырехзначный код. Введите его и нажмите кнопку «Подтвердить». Если код не приходит, нажмите кнопку «Отменить» для сохранения ранее выбранного типа двухфакторной авторизации;
- При выборе электронной почты – подтвердить выбранный метод, нажав кнопку «Задать».

3. Почему в панели управления отображаются токены CPT, а на балансе внутреннего кошелька Cryptaur EtherWallet отсутствуют начисленные токены Cryptaur? Что необходимо сделать для получения токенов?
Все участники проекта Cryptaur, выполнившие свои инвестиции до этапа Silver Spoon без последующей повторной активации Личного кабинета до 26 марта 2018 года, настоящий момент не получили токены CPT на свой личный кошелек в Cryptaur Ether Wallet.
Для получения токенов CPT Вам необходимо обратиться из Личного кабинета в Службу поддержки. В своем запросе просим написать, что Вам не были начислены ранее приобретенные токены, а также указать электронную почту кабинета Cryptaur. Система еженедельно собирает подобные заявки, после чего проводится специальная процедура распределения токенов данным пользователям с помощью блокчейн. После завершения процесса начисления токенов Служба поддержки проинформирует Вас об этом по электронной почте или через онлайн-помощник.

Просим разъяснить пункт №5 процедуры «Отправка токенов из внутреннего кошелька Cryptaur Ether Wallet (CEW) на кошелек с другим адресом»:
"Подтвердить свое согласие с тем, что Вы переводите средства на кошелек, который поддерживает токены стандарта ERC20 и не является кошельком биржи или обменника."

4. Что означает фраза: «кошелек, который поддерживает токены стандарты ERC20»?
Сеть эфириума (Ethereum) активно развивается, и разработчики постоянно внедряют новые функции и стандарты. Одним из нововведений стал стандарт ERC20, определяющий механизм и требования работы криптографических токенов в экосистеме эфира. Задачей создания формализованного стандарта было упрощение операций между кошельками ETH, смарт-контрактами и биржами. Так, новой монете на ERC20 легко выйти на биржу, поскольку протокол работы с ней полностью описан и находится в открытом доступе, и нет никаких препятствий для биржевого листинга или обменных операций с помощью большого количества сервисов в интернете.

5. Что означает фраза: «кошелек, который не является кошельком биржи или обменника»?
Практически каждая биржа, обменный сервис или провайдер услуги поддержания электронных кошельков ограничивают список токенов формата ERC20, которые они поддерживают на своей платформе для своих пользователей. На практике это означает, что перевести токены на другой адрес кошелька сети Эфира возможно, но дальнейшие операции с ними могут быть полностью заблокированы тем информационным ресурсом, услугами которого Вы воспользовались. В этом случае доступ к Вашим токенам может предоставить только тот сервис, в адрес которого Вы перевели свои токены. Если доступ к токенам не предоставляется, это означает их потерю, как минимум, до момента обеспечения технической возможности получения полного доступа к кошельку с помощью приватного ключа. В связи с этим мы рекомендуем Вам использовать кошелек Cryptaur Ether Wallet или Myetherwallet, которые обеспечивают доступ к токенам CPT.

Those of you who were lucky to visit our recent cryptoconference in Ho Chi Minh City, or at least get acquainted with the event video, already know that the project under the working title "X-Game Cryptouniverse" will be one of the first decentralized applications on our platform. In fact, it will be an "ecosystem in the ecosystem" where the users can create entire virtual worlds, establish the laws of their development, populate them with unique creatures, and most importantly, earn real money for each playing time unit. This development combines all the latest game trends, advanced blockchain technology, and even scientific achievements in the field of genetics.
 
It can be said for sure that the “X-Game Cryptouniverse” project will draw a huge number of new users, namely "advanced" young people, to Cryptaur. In turn, this will provide additional demand for CPT tokens and will bring additional reputation points to our platform.

1. When will Cryptaur tokens start trading at an exchange?
As per Cryptaur's Roadmap, CPT should start trading at a crypto exchange in April 2018. At the moment our team is finalizing all the things related to the listing of CPT to meet the deadlines. The exact date of the launch will be announced in a separate communiqué.

4. What is the future price of CPTs?
Token price depends on offer and demand. At the moment our team is working hard to make sure our future macroeconomic ecosystem has powerful self-development drivers that should ensure stable and growing demand for Cryptaur tokens in the future. Such drivers include the lineup of products and services offered on the platform, as well their quality and price characteristics. Another crucial factor is the expansion of our user community. 5. How can I send CPTs from my Cryptaur wallet to another wallet?
To send tokens from your internal Cryptaur Ether Wallet (CEW), please make the following steps:
- Log into your Cryptaur User Area (Account).
- Go to Cryptaur Ether Wallet.
- Make sure you have at least 0.0015 ETH in your CEW to pay for the transaction gas. If needed, send some Ether from an external wallet into your CEW.
- From the dropdown menue near the amount field choose CPT, then enter the required amount and the destination wallet address.
- Confirm that you are sending your tokens to a wallet that supports ERC20 standard tokens and is not an exchange wallet.
- Press SEND to get your secret code by email or SMS (depending on the chosen 2FA method).
- Enter the secret cose and press CONFIRM.

Please note that all blockchain transactions are irreversible. A sent transaction cannot be changed or cancelled. Fill out all the fields attentively, particularly the destination address. Besides, if you are willing to send a considerable amount, you might first want to send a small sum to make sure all works well and only then send the main sum.

4. Каковы перспективы роста стоимости токена CPT?
Стоимость токенов CPT зависит от спроса и предложения. Для отправки токенов из внутреннего кошелька Cryptaur Ether Wallet (CEW) Вам необходимо осуществить следующие действия:
- Войти в Личный кабинет Cryptaur.
- Перейти в раздел Cryptaur Ether Wallet.
- Убедиться, что на Вашем счету в Cryptaur Ether Wallet есть как минимум 0,0015 ETH для оплаты газа за транзакцию. При необходимости пополните Ваш счет с внешнего кошелька.

Кроме того, если Вы планируете перевод крупной суммы, рекомендуем сначала сделать небольшую пробную транзакцию, а уже после этого отправить основную сумму.

Completion of the token sale is an important stage in the development of our platform. Results of the sale essentially represent the starting conditions related to the actual financial resources and the human capital with which we begin to build our future decentralized macro economy. And we are lucky that these starting conditions turned out to be much better than we planned as per the so called "moderate" scenario.

Initially, we assumed that with all the applicable discounts the volume of tokens to be issued during our ICO would be around 4 to 5 billion CPTs. Thus, taking this estimated volume as 30%, the overall emission of tokens upon the completion of the ICO was to be around 15 billion CPTs.

Exactly this estimate was used as the reference value and was mentioned in some public communications. In particular, this volume of tokens was displayed in relevant industrial calendars (all such calendars require that the total amount of tokens is defined from the start).

However, as we all know, our forecasts have been considerably surpassed and the volume of tokens actually received by our contributors during the ICO reached as much as around 8.3 billion. Naturally, this very figure was taken as 30% while defining the total volume of CPTs to be issued, resulting in around 26.7 billion CPTs.

By now, all the tokens have been successfully minted and the relevant Cryptaur's smart contract has been "sealed". Each user can see the exact overall volume of tokens issued in the Dashboard area of their Cryptaur Wallets.

Therefore, Cryptaur has effected the final emission of CPT tokens in full compliance with the initially announced emission model, whereby the volume of tokens sold during the ICO was to be taken as 30% of the overall volume of tokens to be issued.

Meanwhile, we would like to remind our users that the development of our platform is in full swing now. The Team is actively engaged in developing dApps, launching CPT at an exchange, as well as in performing a big number of other important projects. Завершение продажи токенов — важный и ответственный этап в развитии нашей платформы. Итоги продажи представляют собой те стартовые условия, связанные с финансовыми ресурсами и человеческим капиталом, с которым мы фактически начинаем строительство нашей будущей децентрализованной макроэкономики. И, следует отметить, что наши с вами стартовые условия оказались существенно лучше нашего первичного прогноза по так называемому "сдержанному" сценарию.

Изначально мы исходили из того, что с учетом всех предоставляемых скидок объем выпущенных во время ICO токенов составит порядка 4-5 миллиардов CPT. Соответственно, если взять это прогнозное значение за 30%, общая эмиссия токенов по завершении ICO должна была составить порядка 15 миллиардов CPT.

Именно это прогнозное значение и было взято нами в качестве базового ориентира и использовано в некоторых публичных источниках. В частности, как раз этот объем токенов был указан при включении нашего ICO в соответствующие отраслевые календари (все календари требуют заранее указать общий объем эмиссии).

В итоге, как все мы хорошо знаем, прогнозные показатели были существенно перевыполнены, а объем полученных вкладчиками токенов составил около 8,3 миллиардов. Именно это фактическое итоговое значение и было взято за 30% при определении общего объема эмитированных CPT, составившего около  26,7 миллиардов CPT.

К настоящему моменту все токены успешно эмитированы, а соответствующий смарт-контракт Cryptaur считается "запечатанным". Каждый вкладчик может увидеть точный объем эмитированных токенов в разделе "Панель управления" (Dashboard) своего Личного кабинета.

Таким образом, Cryptaur осуществил окончательную эмиссию токенов CPT в полном соответствии с изначально объявленной эмиссионной моделью, где количество токенов, реализованных в ходе ICO, должно было составить 30% от общего количества токенов, подлежащих выпуску.
